Great food. Great service. My only gripe, took an Uber there and back. The valet did not allow our Uber into the parking lot to pick us up. Had to walk onto Northern blvd in the rain. I’m sure management doesn’t know valet is turning away vehicles. Not very welcoming and potentially dangerous (busy street) Otherwise well worth a visit. Can’t go wrong with the delicious tomahawk steak and impeccable service.
Upon walking in, the ambiance of the restaurant is nice. Everyone was very attentive. Water glasses were constantly filled, when running low on drinks, we were asked if we wanted anything else. The meal was good. The table ordered the calamari, crab cake and truffle pizza for appetizers. The crab cake was different than what I’ve tasted before but was good. The truffle pizza was amazing and the calamari was also good. We also had the boneless ribeye and lamb chops with a side of fries, mashed potatoes, asparagus and cream spinach. Fries are nothing special, mashed potatoes had great flavor, the asparagus was fine but I was not a fan of the creamed spinach at all! Overall, great night! Staff was great. I enjoyed most of what we ordered. I’ll definitely be back!
Love this spot! Food, staff, service and ambiance are all a 10/10 every time we go. Franc the manager is extremely accommodating and makes sure to check on our table consistently throughout our dining experience. Highly recommend!!!!
Was there this weekend with a group of 8 . The place is magnificent to start. The bartenders were amazing as we waited for our table. We didn't realize that they now have a sushi bar. Wow is all I can say! The best I've had and the tuna nachos...omg! Steaks cooked to perfection and the service was incomparable. Can't wait to go back !
Beautiful place , best service from Edison and Mariana, wonderful selection and the people are amazing, they treat with VIP service Franc is the best manager, he will treat you well and make you feel like a 5 star experience. Freddy the chef makes that best food and gives you a one on one intimate setting. I would come back again and again highly recommended
We had a great family meal for the 9 of us. We had a great table on the side and all the food was amazing. The staff is very attentive and had great recommendations. My lamb chops were perfect as well as the multiple appetizers we shared including clams oreganata, onions and tomatoes, caesar salad and more. I am looking forward to our next dining experience there.
I have been eating here for many years! Had to report: I had the best meal ever! The boneless Prime Rib...was the best Ive ever had, along with the brusell sprouts and musrooms...The service is by far the best. A bit noisy but with so much excellence around, who cares! We still could have a wonderful converstation with our friends!. ENJOY!
We sit in the covered outside room. There’s lots of space and my golden retriever is welcome. The food, drinks, and staff are all great. My favorite lunch is the pasta with lobster. My husband loves the oysters as appetizers. I highly recommend this restaurant
Great food!, beautiful setting and above and beyond service by our waiter Edison! Wonderful evening! And Edison was definitely the most unbelievable server we ever had!
I am compelled to express how grateful we are for the service we received at Prome 1024. ! While the food and value was beyond reproach it was the seri e in the personage of Edison and Andy that made it special. They are both so polished and compliment the high end atmosphere of the Restaurant. I will be a regular to this beautiful eatery and hope I will encounter Edison and Andy !! Thank you Prime 1024 !!! .
Dinner at Prime 1024 was amazing, but what made it truly special was our server Edison 💫 His service was beyond exceptional — so attentive, kind, and thoughtful! 🍷🥩 From recommending the best dishes to making sure everything was perfect, he really went above and beyond. Thank you Edison for making our night unforgettable! 🌟👏 #Prime1024 #ExceptionalService
Went there for the first time last week, everything was delicious. We had octopus, onion soup, creamed truffle spinach, sautéed broccoli, and the prime tomahawk steak. All amazing. The octopus stood out most since I've never tried it before. It had such a complex flavor with the capers and onions. As someone who doesn't like seafood, I would gladly order it again. The steak was cooked perfectly and the quality was outstanding. It came with three sauces, I kept switching between the steak sauce and chimichurri. Compliments to Chef Yarrow. Staff super friendly, will certainly be back again.
Perfect dinner I had a great time. My steak was medium rare it was really good. I really recommend this restaurant. They have very tasty food. And it’s really nice for families to get out. I will always keep coming to this prime 1024 forever!
My wife took me here for my recent birthday. The meal and service were both wonderful. My Tuna Tartara appetizer was amazing. Right up there with the best I’ve ever had. My Filet Mignon was a perfect medium rare and nicely seasoned. Totally delicious! My wife fully enjoyed her Rack of Lamb. Great meal for a special occasion…
Goodbye Barto, hello Prime. The space was always going to be beautiful. Barto was frankly, weird. Quirky. It's now straight up fancy Italian. Sometimes it's just better to narrow down what you are trying to be. There making a bold statement by having a huge parmesan wheel to show you're getting the real thing and not flavored cellulose. The host and hostess were a bit euro-cool vs welcoming but otherwise the wait staff were great. Food was tasty. Place was beautiful. Be ready to drop some serious cash.
We had an amazing dining experience at Prime 1024 last night. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful ambiance that makes it a pleasure to dine there. The service by our captain Edison was top notch, excellent-attentive-friendly- professional and his lovely hospitality made us feel right at home. The dishes are not only delicious but also presented in an inviting and appealing way. Prime 1024 is way better than Bryant and cooper down the street and now is our new favorite place to dine. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion. Thank you so much Edison for your service.🍷🥩🍕 We can't wait to return.
First visit and it did not disappoint. Alex my waiter was so very attentive and friendly. Great overall experience. Octopus and crab cake appetizers are a must.
I recently celebrated my birthday at PRIME 1024 and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that set the perfect tone for a special evening. The service was impeccable—our server, Edison was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Now, let’s talk about the food—every dish was a masterpiece! From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. The combination of excellent food, outstanding service, and a great ambiance made it a night to remember. I highly recommend PRIME 1024 for any special occasion or just a great meal out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
What ab amazing experience. Everyone was so attentive and made me feel like I was sitting in their kitchen eating. Very clean location. The only thing I would say is valet is super difficult and seems really unorganized. I don't believe it is necessary. I watched someone almost get hit by a valet driver and a car almost hit another.
I had the most incredible dining experience at Prime 1024! The food was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The sushi was truly to die for—fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. This is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves exceptional food and top-notch service. I can't wait to return!
I went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! I love everything about this place. You have to try their salmon and garlic mashed potatoes! Our server Alex was absolutely the best! He was very welcoming and attentive!
We took our son and his girlfriend to dinner at Prime 1024 last night for my son's 25th birthday. It was a great experience. 1. The restaurant is owned by the Scotto Brothers and it lives up to their standards. The manager, Franc Gjoni is very attentive and accommodating. 2. Ambiance inside is modern clean new with high ceilings and spacious feel...and inviting outdoor dining with each table surrounded by curtains to give a sense of privacy without sacrificing space. 3. Food is fresh, good size portions, and lots of choices. Its a blend of steak house and Italian and American cuisine. So there really is something for everyone. 4. Waiters are very good. They are professionally around without being intrusive. When I mentioned to the waiter it was our son's birthday just before we ordered dessert, he brought out the VERY DELICIOUS TIRAMISU, with a candle and they sang the HB song...so considerate! 5. Highly recommend you give it a try.
We had the best experience at Prime1024! The food was absolutely amazing and the service made the night feel extra special. Everyone was so attentive to the little details like folding our napkins when we stepped away and making sure we had a beautiful table since we were celebrating our 3-year anniversary. They even surprised us with little candles on our dessert which was such a sweet touch. Our waiter, Edison, was incredible super kind, always smiling, and just had such a joyful vibe that made the whole evening even better. Honestly, from start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and elevated. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! We will come back, thank you !
Visited here last night for a friends bday dinner. Walking in the place , we knew it was super fancy and the restaurant was very cozy. The decor and ambiance was amazing. We were greeted and seated right away . As we had a large group , we had the opportunity to sit in there private room behind the wine wall. It was very private and loved the square table setup. It was 10 of us and I was able to see each and every single person. Food wise, we ordered bunch of apps like Meatballs , Calamari , Pizza , Crab Cake etc . Everything was good, portions were on the smaller side I felt. Now on to the main course Porterhouse and Lamb Chops. Lamb Chops were amazing I actually wished I ordered that. Steaks on the other hand I felt were undercooked to our liking . We had said we wanted medium and it was more on the rare side . But over all was we ate it , definitely didn’t like their House Steak Sauce , it was like sweet ketchup. Ambiance- 10/10 Service - 10/10 Parking - Easy and Valet Available Reservation- Needed all Time
They start with bread and this whipped cheese schmear which is delicious. The price fix dinner menu is good value but the salmon was just okay. Would highly recommend the Wagyu burger.
We had a fantastic date night here. Great food and service. Started with sushi, moved onto steak and sides and then ended with dessert and coffee. Wonderful experience start to finish.
Came here for Valentine’s! Great experience. We had a reservation & were seated right away. The services were super nice and accommodating and the food was delicious. The overall ambiance is wonderful — Very pretty and romantic inside. I would definitely come back again.
Edison, like his namesake, shines a bright light on all he does. His service is on a par with the best restaurants--perhaps better. This, combined with the food and atmosphere, make dining here a worthwhile experience.
An amazing experience from start to finish. Chef Moon delivers some of the best sushi — fresh, creative, and truly masterful. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and the entire staff made this birthday celebration evening perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant!
This was my first time at prime and I had a concern with my order. I'd ordered a steak and it wasn't to my liking and they addressed it with such professionalism, kindness and courtesy. The service is superb! Franc and Juan are wonderful! If I ever have to give a recommendation for a restaurant moving forward, it will be Prime! I cannot wait to go back! Excellent food and ssrvice!
My family and I came here on a random night and boy was it a great decision! It was our first time and let me say it won’t be the last! The manager Franc and our server Juan were absolute gems! The food is amazing and the service is excellent! They were so accommodating and kind!
I had such a great experience at Prime 1024! The restaurant is upscale and fancy — so come prepared because it’s definitely a “have money lol” kind of spot. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service was exceptional. Edison took amazing care of us; he was attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail. The food was absolutely incredible, from the appetizers to the main courses. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It's very modern looking and clean with the tables spaced out well. The servers and hostess were pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and lots choices. The menu has a nice variety of drinks including mock tails.
Incredible dining experience on all levels. The restaurant is impeccably appointed with ample space between tables, which I love. The shared steak was perfectly cooked and so flavorful…in fact, it’s the best steak I’ve had in recent months. The service, provided by Edison and David, was flawless. They make a great team…unobtrusive yet personal attention was provided throughout the entire dinner. You are not rushed at all…we were there for 2.5 hours. Can’t wait to return! .
My boyfriend took me out to this restaurant for the first time for our anniversary and we had such an AMAZING experience! The inside was so beautiful and very clean. Every waiter was very organized and observant. Our waiter Edison was absolutely amazing! He spoke well, and was super kind to us. Would definitely come here again! (:
An elegant place to dine with superb service and delectable food ! Hit the mark with all three criteria’s! It’s a steak and sushi restaurant with great Italian pasta options as well as a choice of seafood dishes all made well and delicious! Peter Luger nearby is great with steaks only but this place has an assortment of dishes to choose from making a more pleasant dining experience
After reading some reviews online, I decided to try out Prime 1024 with a few friends—and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. We sampled a range of dishes, but two really stood out. One friend mentioned that the sushi was the best they’d ever had, especially noting how beautifully it was displayed on a boat. The steak was equally impressive—cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. What made the evening even better was the genuine service from Franc, the manager. He was not only very friendly and kind but also checked in with us throughout the meal, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure we felt well taken care of. Overall, with standout dishes and warm, personal service from Franc, it’s definitely a spot worth trying.
My family and I recently dined at Prime 1024, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting – perfect for a cozy family evening out. The service was top-tier. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, kind, and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality paired with such professionalism. Now, let’s talk about the food – absolutely divine. I usually don’t eat much, but I completely devoured my plate of pasta. The portions were generous, but every bite was so flavorful, I couldn’t put my fork down. No regrets whatsoever! The cocktails and mocktails were just as impressive – well-crafted, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic drink or something alcohol-free, Prime 1024 has something delicious for everyone. We also brought a cake along since we were celebrating my nephew’s birthday, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They even sang happy birthday to him, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend – 10/10!
Located off of Northern Blvd, close to their sister restaurant, Limani, and the high end outdoor shopping mall, Americana Manhasset, Prime 1024 is a Roslyn gem; large dining room, well spaced out tables, private rooms available, relatively low noise dining, upscale yet relaxing vibe; good for 8+ parties; steak, fish, seafood, sushi, pastas, desserts; fresh ingredients, artful presentation, well prepared appetizers & entrees; professional & attentive staff; free parking lot. Support your local small businesses & restaurants 👍
Prime 2024 is a new favorite steak house. The decore is pleasant and gorgeous with amazing interior design and bungalow styled dining outside. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and available. The menu is what you would expect from any good restaurant of the type but the food is exceptionally good. I loved my cajjun ribeye and my brussel sprouts prepared with a hint of of honey sweetness and the tanginess of feta (I believe). It was delicious. However, although I realize that fine dining comes at a cost, their prices are on the higher end. The 14oz bone-in ribeye was $80 to give you a reference. Nonetheless, my experience was great and I will be returning.
Nice place but nothing to surprise me with a plus. Food more than ok but nothing more. Presentation of the dishes better than taste. Convenient parking, easy access. Possibility of organizing private party because part of restaurant is separated from main part. Don't buy black coffee because tastes bad
Food was good, variety was not as broad as normal. Love the Brussels sprouts, but, they were a bit burned tonight. Service and atmosphere always as great.
The decor is nice and on par with most steakhouses. The service from Miguel was an absolute pleasure. We walked in with no reservation at 9pm on a Friday night and were seated right away. The menu has a lot of enticing options. I ordered the octopus appetizer but it was just okay, I’d skip. However, the Spaghetti w/ Lobster was 10/10! I had the mashed potatoes side and it was also good. I’d recommend and plan to revisit but skip the grilled octopus.
First time I went to this restaurant, which it’s relatively new in the area (opened up on November 2018). They have valet parking, so it’s easy to find a spot. The interior design inside is modern and well curated, a lot of open space and it looks massive as well. It looks good but it doesn’t feel very warmy. We ordered a few dishes, as you can see from the pictures, generally speaking the food was good, especially the rib eye steak and the risotto. However something is lacking in taste, that’s the reason I can’t give out 5 starts. Maybe it’s just my subjective taste, but I didn’t feel like the food was something special. It was just ok, not super good. The waiters were a little bit pushy and disoriented as well.
Thoroughly enjoyed all the courses at this location. Grilled Octopus was notably fresh and delicious. The steak was cooked just right and the lobster enhancement was perfect. Only drawback, in my opinion, was the service. Although we arrived well before a dinner rush, it took way longer than it should have for a server to even acknowledge us for drinks. Will likely be back for a second visit, just hoping for a better service experience the next time around.
We were there yesterday for a small birthday party 🎉, it was lovely. Our waiter was extremely helpful and wonderful. Our dinner was delicious, especially the spinach.. I have noticed that when the restaurant is busy, the steaks are not cooked to your specifications... which I can understand because you must feed the guests on time. We had issues with the Brussels Sprouts and one steak but overall a fantastic time. Omg I absolutely loved the key lime pie.... absolutely delicious. The drinks are good. The menu is great, plenty of options to choose from.
First time trying here and came on Father’s Day. We made a reservation days in advance and we were seated quickly. Parking is valet. We ordered boneless ribeye, wagyu, and filet mignon for steaks and Prime Cobb salad and calamari for appetizers. The salad was decent but the calamari was pretty good. I nicked off one star for the steaks, they were pretty salty for all of our preferred taste and the filet mignon wasn’t cooked to medium rare. It was raw in the middle and had to ask the waiter to take it back to cook it more. For the price we paid for the steaks, it could’ve been better. I give only 5 stars to the service. Our waiter Alex, was extremely courteous and friendly. He served above and beyond. For the ambiance, the place was decent. Tall ceiling with chandeliers and a wine showcase spanning at the back of the bar, nothing too fancy.
Mediocre food at best. The French onion soup was watered down. The fries undercooked and the lava cake had a grainy chocolate taste. Very surprised as I would have expected it to be excellent. I had also made a note on open table for them to put a candle in the dessert but it came without so I asked and our server who was very nice told the hostess who loudly said “no she did not ask for it!!!” with major attitude.
A nice looking steakhouse near the Americana mall strip. But don't let the pictures fool you. A lot of the stuff that comes out LOOKS nice, but tastes meh while charging top of the line prices. You could very much eat at someplace like Keen's or Wolfgang's for the same price range and much more in the flavor department. Also kind of dampens the dining mood by wildly switching music genres and constantly dimming and brightening the lights.
I had about 4 hours to kill and decided to treat myself to steak instead of going to a coffee shop. The restaurant staff was incredibly accommodating. I communicated to the wait staff that I needed a place to take a couple of work calls back to back from 2-6 and I needed it to be quiet. The accommodated me in a small room and turned the music down. Fantastic. I don't know if it was the lunch menu (12-3) but i left feeling disatisfied with the food. For the lunch special I had the bacon piece --a bit awkwardly displayed as just a piece of bacon a plate and the sirloin entre with fries plus a glass of merlot and lava cake which I took to go. Full price $30 pp for food. Wine was $14. Total plus tip came down to $65. The steak was ordered medium rare but it came crispy on the outside but very red and chewy on the center. The fries were OK. The Merlot didn't feel fresh. Lava cake, haven't tried yet. In all, I think the staff is excellent. The ambience, opulence. The food... I'll give this place another try and go for their non-lunch menu if i visit LI again but i wouldn't go for the lunch menu.
A tad disappointed with my experience at this location. We ordered the lunch menu ($35 for a three course plate). The salmon with vegetables and beans was very bland, nothing especial, no flavor whatsoever. The sirloin steak was decent (+$7). I enjoyed the lychee martini and lava cake. Maybe I'm being too demanding but it would've been nice to get a thank you/goodbye upon leaving the premises by the gentlemen wearing a blue suit stainding by the door. He looked like the manager. Definitely a solid 3 start review. Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant. I've been to many other steakhouses (Peter Lugard, Ancle's Jack, Keen's Steakhouse, Rothmanns etc...) where the service and food were far superior and for a similar price.
It's unfortunate that I have to write about how disappointed I was at what once was one of my favorite restaurants in town 😢 I booked a birthday party for my son months in advance and had sent multiple confirmation emails to the manager regarding the event. On the day of the event, one of the workers opened the door for us at 11:40AM when our event was supposed to begin at 12PM. As a result, we couldn't even finish decorating before our guests arrived. The manager was not there to coordinate things for us and he did not tell us beforehand that he'd be away. All the details that were shared about the event were not clearly relayed to the workers who were left to handle the event. The workers all seemed to be confused about everything. I still appreciated that they tried their best to accommodate my guests' orders. What was supposed to be an amazing experience turned out to be very stressful due to lack of clear communication and slow service. The food was amazing as usual though. I will come back for casual dining but I personally don't think the restaurant has enough experience and workers to handle large events.
Part of a private party on Saturday. Have to say. We were sat in a room off to side. ordered drinks. 45 mins later no drinks I had to go ask for manager. 1 waiter for a party of 12. He was over whelmed food came out at random times. Our stakes came. Out. And appetizers. Came out with it. They ment well but it’s was not worth the hype. We ordred 5 smokes old fashions. I watched as it was an epic fail. Table side. Worst part the ashes fallen into the the drinks. Smh I’ll stop in again to try this place with maybe a smaller group. And hopefully it will be better. But management please try harder.
Ordered a lunch set special. The bacon was alright, but unremarkable. The 8 oz medium rare steak was cooked outside, cold inside. Fries were crunchy but bland and flavorless, nowadays I think it's unacceptable for fries to come out unseasoned. Coffee was also lukewarm. Tiramisu cake was alright. Service was good, waiters pass by the tables often, and they took care of my requests without too much delay. The tableware seriously needed maintenance. The steak knife was dull and chipped, needs a good sharpen. Overall a bit disappointed. Expected food quality to be higher for the price. If I ever stop by again in the future, I hope these issues gets addressed.
Dinner at Prine 1024 in Roslyn. Everything was amazing, lamb chops, skirt steak еverything was cooked perfectly. We even got a dessert on the house. I didn't like my cocktail (it was not balanced at all), it was replaced by another one which was much better... A great meal indeed with a very attentive service... I was so happy but then I was told by the waiter that they charged my card by mistake to close another table. $600 was charged to my card by mistake. Great! Great indeed. We talked to GM, he pretty much said that I would be charged, but the charge would disappear soon. Any advise? P. S. Update on the story. I called my bank, and they told me since the charge is over $500, they needed a fax letter from the restaurant to remove the charge. The charge will be there until next Friday, not Tuesday how some people told me. Ok, called Prime 1024. No manager on site. Got a call back. Spent 20 min on the phone begging to send the letter. Why should I, correct? No luck, the manager refused to. I just don't get it, how hard it is to fix something YOU screwed up?!
Honestly this place is mediocre. I’ve given it a fair shot and have been 3 times now, trying different entrees each time, and have been consistently disappointed. The only reason i’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is the service is great, and the drinks were fine. There was so much shell in my lobster pasta, and it was gritty and lacking flavor. The clams oreganata were incredibly underwhelming and didn’t taste fresh. I’ve yet to be even remotely impressed.
Went yesterday for valentines had a reservation for 6pm we did not eat our steak until hour and fifteen minutes and half our food was cold
l usually enjoy our experience at Prime but our last experience was disappointing. Our calamari came out cold so we told them to return it & just take if off our bill. The wait staff must overwhelmed or understaff because they kept walking back & forth quickly & it took us a while to flag one of them down. They came back with another calamari that was piping hot & told us it was on the house. But yet when the bill came the calamari was on there & I had to ask them again to take it off the bill. Then when our steak came out it was practically raw. The server tried to cook it more on the sizzling plate. If we wanted to cook our food at the table, we could have gone to a hibachi restaurant. Then when the manager came around to check on us my husband tried to explain that our steak was raw. I just tried to turn a blind eye cuz it was Mother's Day & I didn't want to ruin my day any more than it was. Needless to say we will not be returning. It's a shame because we use to come here often on special occasions. But they ruined my Mother's Day.
The service is good but all the food is extremely bland, everything we ordered lacked salt and seasoning, definitely not worth the price
We went to prinr for lunch and it was dissapointting...the service was sluggish, fruit flies everywhete on my table...but worst my branzino was undercooked abd favorless no even salt....management was sitting righ across(eating $drinking) but not even paying of what was going on...steak was really good ....after $120 for lunch I was still humgry since I didnt want to eat the re heated fish now dried up after sending it back...very sad but I understand why it was empty for lunch...give it 2 stars only becauce the ny strip was perfect...
Went there from Valentine's Day dinner. The food was very underwhelming lacked taste and the fact that my wife steak came out rare when she asked for medium and then was brought back in and refired it just wasn't a pleasant experience. The strawberries from the dessert option were literally frozen to the plate. This was one step above a cruise ship quality steakhouse experience.
Need pest control for outdoor seating. Appetizer bacon was pretty good, ragu not my favorite. Burger was decent. One person in the party French fries perfectly crispy. The other received soggy fries with the steak. Main course they delivered wrong order for one person in our party. It didn't arrive till everyone else finished the main course. Also we arrived at parking lot during heavy rain. They need to provide valet with some umbrella, these people soaking wet getting into our cars.
We came here on Christmas and it was packed. Fortunately we booked a reservation and were seated pretty quickly. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my partner ordered the salmon. My chicken parm tasted no different than something you'd get from olive garden. The salmon was bland and watery, with no seasoning and tasted just like frozen salmon. The food was disappointing. Service was decent and waitor was attentive. The bathroom was disgusting. Overflown trash bins and paper towel holder ran out of paper towels. Overall just a disappointment.
For a high end restaurant the food tasted no better than a diner. Lamb chops had no flavor and tasted like rubber. Sushi looked like a child made them. Appetizers were blunt and had no flavor. The only good thing I can say is the waiters work hard to serve everyone. Would not recommend this place.
Had a nice meal with my family for our 15th wedding anniversary. Towards the end of the meal, a roach crawled behind our head by the bar. We called the manager and he pulled the table out and removed the roach. Upon sitting back down, two more roaches crawled up the wall. The waiter told me the bill was on the house and I tipped him. Before I could leave, the waiter came back with a bill and said I gave you 20% off. I explained to him that I thought the food was on the house and apparently the manager was not pleased with that decision. I paid the bill and they offer free dessert which I refused. We had food left that I had to throw out because I did not know if roaches were in the bags that they gave me so we put them in the trash. When I tried to write a review on OpenTable, they canceled our reservation.
Thanksgiving dinner was a big disappointment. The waiter came around and took our order. There were 3 choices on the Thanksgiving menu, turkey, ham, and ravioli. Everyone at our table ordered turkey. When they brought it out, they had turkey and ham on the same plate. Not only had we not ordered ham, but we don’t eat ham. It’s culturally unacceptable to bring people ham when they didn’t order it and it’s so wasteful since it was all going to be thrown out. The food also didn’t taste so great. We ordered pecan pie and they took the pumpkin pie and put pecans on. Don’t put stuff on the menu that you don’t have.
Worse experience ever is an understatement. Made a reservation here for Valentine’s Day. Waited over 2 hours for our meal, only to be told they ran out of mashed potatoes and ran out of the steak we ordered. Then received a piece of steak salty enough to cause a stroke. The only decent part of the night was my drink. No service recovery may I add. What a waste…..
We were looking forward to trying the food here and we were very disappointed at what was served. We tried the prawn appetizer which was $100 and the baked clams appetizer. You would think a $100 appetizer would come to the table nothing less that perfect, but the prawns were way overcooked and the baked clams tasted just like fried bread. We ordered the NY strip with mushrooms and truffle spinach for sides. The meat was average at best, the mushrooms had no taste and the spinach was truffleless. Ladies and gents please save your money and time, dine somewhere else. Prime 1024 you only get one chance to make a first impression.
We came here for a celebration and unfortunately left quite disappointed. The lobster spaghetti was underwhelming. There were only a few small pieces of overcooked lobster, and the pasta and sauce lacked flavor overall. The tomahawk steak was cooked to the correct doneness, but the cut was full of tough tendons and difficult to slice. It also lacked seasoning and depth of flavor. For the price we paid, the quality of the meat did not meet expectations. Service was polite but felt lukewarm and inattentive at times. Overall, the biggest issue is that the food is significantly overpriced for the quality delivered.
Terrible experience. We visited as a party of six to celebrate my mom’s birthday and left extremely disappointed. The food was bland and overall just awful. We ordered the 48 oz porterhouse, cooked medium rare. It was dry and flavorless, and the waiter who cut our steak used a dull knife, resulting in what looked like random chunks of meat. To make things worse, the steak continued cooking on the hot stone as it was being cut, leaving us with unevenly cooked slices. The truffle creamed spinach was no better—it was watery and unappetizing, and looked like vomit... To top things off, for “fine dining” restaurant, I was surprised by the waitress changing our plates who couldn't even be bothered to place my steak knife on the correct side of the plate.. 1 star for the sushi though. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but for a place that claims to be fine dining, this experience was nothing short of awful. I would not recommend this place.
