Haven't been to a DQ in maybe 20 years. This brought me bach to my college years! How they managed to make every thing taste just like I remembered is a feat. I was craving a peanut buster parfait - tasted exactly my favorite childhood treat!

I went in for a Blizzard birthday cake. No need to pre-order; they have them a ready to go in their freezer. Price was $29.99 for the large round but this cake was large enough to serve my guests and have leftover cake for the next couple of days! They will write your sentiments on the cake while you wait at no charge. The cake was delicious and far superior to the Carvel icecream cakes. If you are a Blizzard fan, this is the perfect cake!

Went inside for a blizzard and peanut buster parfait. Service was quick and the oreo cookies in the blizzard were so fresh and crispy! The parfait was as good as usual!

Always consistent with great, friendly service. Owner is very involved and kind. We have so many local choices for ice cream but this is our favorite. Keep up the great job DQ St Pete 👍

OMG! Never thought of this place as a burger destination, but they are SO good! The cheese curds are to die for as well. Seriously, next time you go for ice cream, get an order of these to split just to try them and you will see what I mean. You will want your own next time. Onion rings are not only tasty and made fresh but somehow they have cracked the code for getting the onions to not fall out of the breading like most onion rings do.

We've been coming to this Dairy Queen for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. A couple of years back, they've updated the exterior to make it look very nice. Inside is clean and there are enough tables to find seating. The employees are nice and hard working. Avoid the late hours, you're waiting if you do. Fri & Sat they open till 11pm.

I picked up my son from st Petersburg hospital 🏥 He had got Bit by a recluse. Antibiotics cut Pack it . So even tho He 36yr old I drove to the Dairy queen I asked him if he wanted a blizzard He says I have not been here at a dairy in 10 yrs 😞 I got Oreo n cheesecake yummy Brett got Butterfinger . Went for the first time in forever for lunch in drive thru, mom and nephew in tow. There were three vehicles ahead of us and I was expecting a long wait. We ordered Chicken Sandwiches and Tenders with all the sides, cheese curds, onion rings, french fries. I was really impressed with the entire experience! It didn't take long to get our food. The guy who took our order was extremely polite and everything was hot and very tasty we will definitely be returning again more often! Keep up the great work DQ!!!

Always come here, I get the triple chocolate brownie with peanut butter. It’s a brownie with ice cream in the side, I’m addicted. Love this place same owner for a long time, I see him back there working hard, training those kids and keeping that store up.

My mom and I come here every Sunday evening. We used to always bring my dog and the 3 of us would get cones every Sunday.. Every time, Amaya(sorry if I spelled that wrong) makes it a point to come say “hi” and she always ensures everything is perfect. She even commented the first time we came after my dog died and noticed we were only ordering 2 cones… Her incredibly friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service are something you don’t see that often. You don’t find people in customer service like Amaya every day, and I hope her employers/franchise owners have taken notice..

My experience was simply excellent. I was in the mood for a tasty treat and Dairy Queen came to mind. I was having trouble choosing what I wanted, and the kind young man named Jacob recommend me a large Oreo Blizzard. I watched him as he carefully made the Blizzard with passion, and when he flipped it and handed it to me I could see his smile even through his mask. Customer service is lacking these days and Jacob restored my faith in humanity.

I go to eat there every time that I'm in St.Petersburg. I live in Clearwater and I don't go to no other Dairy Queen except for this one. The food is always fresh and hot. The ice cream is always good. It is always clean in there even the bathroom. The staff is very friendly too.

Great ice cream place. Their food is good as well. They have a lot of young kids that work here, I'm sure for most of them it may be your first job and so they're just learning customer service. I have never had an issue with any of them being rude or anything like that just very small things so my recommendation is just be patient with them. Small things like not handing your debit card back to you and putting it at the bottom of your food bag, but overall no real issues ever. Great place to stop and get ice cream or food.

I never really leave reviews but this experience deserves one! Went in today and ordered 3 large blizzards, two burgers and a BBQ chicken tender meal. All came out AMAZING, hot and fresh. It didn't take very long either. I was impressed with the quality and speed. I will definitely be returning to this location! Way better than any other fast food!

Went here last week and got the special the chicken basket with the onion rings and the french fries and the gravy dipping sauce and they got me on the four piece chicken tenders and only gave my daughter three instead of dealing with it and calling and making a big deal I just let it go but come on guys we get what we pay for we should have had four tenders can't be that hard sometimes people are short-handed. I get it but come on let's do a little better here I love you guys and I don't want to have to stop coming because of things like that

Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard is so good. I miss the chili dog though

Quick, clean, accurate, friendly, good ice cream, but expensive. Two small sundaes came to $8.54. I'd have thought maybe five or six bucks would cover it. Guess my age is showing somewhat.

Blizzards tasted good for first half, then no goodies at the bottom, lame, but no biggie. They flipped the cup to show it stayed. Would get ice cream here again.

Would be 5 stars but when you order more than 1 drink & the only one in the car, I shouldn't have to ask for a cup holder & they wrap it with 1 napkin that falls apart when they hand it to you. I know places have to save money but blizzards cost enough where they can spare napkins as it's falling all down the cup.

Good location to grab a dessert on your way home. We enjoy the cones. There's more to their menu than desserts but we headed through for a sweet treat.

Always delicious Blizzards and my favorite since childhood...the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. Don't visit as often now that I'm Lactose Intolerant but take medication to avoid getting I'll. I was happily surprised to see that they had added a non-dairy Dilly Bar! Purchased a box of 6 to take home to enjoy later. Highly Disappointed in the taste of the non-dairy bar. I buy all kinds of non-dairy ice cream and treats at the grocery store that taste delightful! Cannot recommend the non-dairy Dilly Bar as the taste is awful...expected a higher quality product from DQ!

Today the Pineapple Blizzard and the Hot Fudge Sunday were both on the menu. The Blizzard had large chunks of pineapple throughout. My only complaint was not the taste because it was excellent. My complaint was I prefer that the pineapples should have been blended instead of just chunks. But it was still worth the price. Later on I tackled the Hot Fudge Sunday. That thing was good!! It was creamy, tasty and the chocolate fudge was drizzled throughout. I suggest you go to Dairy Queen and get two. 4 out of 5 stars all-day.

It is what you would expect from a Dairy Queen. We have found the staff to be friendly and attentive. They have seating outside which has offered a nice respite during these pandemic times.

Banana split sure ain't like it used to be.they use a huge bowl and fill it with mainly ice cream. Pineapple is super bitter and throwing some peanuts in there would make it much more delightful.

This place seems to amaze me everytime. Burger/fries/chicken strips/cakes/shakes pretzels and more. I stop at the drive thru to get my quick ice cream fix with the Heath Caramel Brownie Blizzard. The chunk of brownie bites was good with the caramel drizzle and pieces of heath bar. If you're on a diet this is not the place for you cause the food is to tempting :)

Only gave them 3 stars because of the service. The kid did the upside down blizzard thing and was super nice but the food wasn't very good at all and we spent over $35 there. I thought it'd be great because all the adds are very appealing but I tried to go here twice and both times I was disappointed 😔

Chicken tenders, cone and blizzard, our food was good and hot food hot, ice cream cold. My biggest issue was limited seating in dining room due to social distancing, but had no one in dining room to clean tables after customers left, so tables available were not clean, why social distance if you have to sit at a dirty table. Just my thought.

If you want good customer service there is only one person there that will give it to you. The man that took our order walked away from us after taking it and we didn't receive our ice cream for a good 20 minutes. It seems as if the worker Sheila is the only one that cares about the customers happiness. She made everything we asked for that the other worker abandoned.

I got a watery milk shake. I should have returned it ,but I'm a handicapped vet who can't get around well. Next time I'll leave it in the parking lot for everyone to see. I love Dairy queen blizzards. The staff is usually hospitable but the last few visits have not been good. The managers always fight with me about whipped cream, even though I am willing to pay extra for it they still put virtually a dot on the blizzard. Then last time both my son and I got some really bad indigestion and other unpleasant bowel problems from their ice cream. I was feeling miserable for two days. There was no doubt that bacteria had gotten into their ice cream.

Tonight my misty freeze had chocolate cake bits all blended through out it bc they clearly did not wipe down the blender in between and I didn’t see this until I was home and they were closed. Every time I come here I get parked and have to wait for my food. They give me my ice cream which sits in my car and melts. Today I ordered a chicken strip basket with sweet-and-sour and was given the wrong sauce in drive-thru. When I walked inside to get the right sauce there was no one to be found. Finally a young lady asked if she could help me, I explained I needed a new sauce. I was told there would be 50 cents charge, I explained I was given the wrong sauce through a drive-thru. She then told me she needed the other sauce back. I was forced to go to my car to get my food and give them the wrong sauce to get the correct one. They were not busy. And even if they were, this is no way to treat customers especially when it was your mistake. By the time I got home my ice cream, which was also incorrectly made, was melted. This isn't the first time, it will be the last.

There were roaches in the lights above, the employees were rude, and lazy, at the end of my visit I was like I should get a blizzard because ice cream fixes everything but I couldn't even do that because there was ants in most of the toppings and they definitely false advertise because the blizzard didn't even stay in the cup when I flipped it over how disappointing. My visit was horrible but maybe yours will be better.

1.0 star rating 7/17/2021 Bad attitude from the young woman there while buying birthday cake for my young daughter. My daughters special day. Didn't ask what name I wanted on the birthday message just ran in the back and put it on. I called out "hello"about 4 times because mysteriously, all 3 staff disappeared to the back. She came to the front & I explained about needing the name and she didn't apologize for not offering but seemed annoyed and attitudinal. What birthday cake do you give that just says "Happy Birthday" without the child's name? She then added the name and it looks AWFUL. ZERO customer service & cake writing skills. I'll be back with the pic.

Came out of my way with my husband because the DQ by me was closed for remodeling. I had been craving the Chicken strips basket, and love the gravy. I always order extra. So, this particular DQ is um, well rude, the young girl wearing the headset...Jody I think, couldn't bring herself to be remotely pleasant while taking our order. So after forking out 20+ dollars for dinner we got our beverages and sat down. Our food comes out...in a bag, pretty sure I said FOR HERE. Then we open our meals and we each have the standard gravy and a honey mustard..(I didn't want) and no extra gravy (which I paid for) instead of giving me the gravy I am questioned as to whether I looked in the box. I said yes and that is "why I am up here" and then the guy who made the order tried to tell me it was in there! They would prefer to argue instead of resolving the issue. I paid for two (2) extra gravies. My husband asked for honey mustard after it was offered not me and holy cow...the two extra gravies were a DOLLAR. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OUT OF MY WAY FOR A CHICKEN STRIP BASKET...AND THEY FORGOT MY TOAST. Not even going there. :(.... We are in our late 40's not some punks.

On the left is a small vanilla shake, on the right is a small Blizzard, and in the middle is what you get when you request a liter of vanilla ice cream. Dairy Queen doesn't understand that a liter is a unit of measurement, equivalent to 4.23 cups. Clearly, this is not a liter, but if you look on the receipt in the picture, that's what I ordered and was charged for. I asked the drive through employee what that little cup was when she tried to hand it to me, and she responded "that's your liter of ice cream." When I advised her that was not a liter, she argued with me so I had to leave with that, clearly not a liter. I have been going to DQ since I was a kid. Can anyone suggest a place with good ice cream, but with decent employees? Also, see their response when I contacted them. The store contacted me and was nasty on the phone and still refused to give me my ice cream.

Manager refuses to add Pumpkin Pie Blizzard to Uber Eats even after letting them know it was missing two weeks ago. The literal most popular dessert they offer is not available on Uber Eats, it’s absurd. UPDATE (11/23/24): Still not fixed. Manager apparently still could not be bothered to take 2 minutes to add to this to the menu UPDATE (11/19/24): Reached out to corporate per the company response here, they got back to me and said they alerted the location about the issue so they can fix it. Over two weeks after Corporate confirmed it would be fixed it is still not fixed. Amazing.

The onion rings were not fresh. Maybe 2 were hot and the rest were old and cold. No point sending them back again. I paid $5 for a large. The 1st time they looked very much small, so the nice girl went to have them remade. Another girl with an attitude parked me and brought them out with 2-3 fresh on top and cold onion rings in the bottom. I used to like this place, but I won’t return.

Ordered from mobile device for drive thru. Waited in line for 10 minutes after telling them I had a mobile order just to be told by the drive thru girl that I have to wait longer in the parking lot for my order. The last time I come to this Dairy Queen and maybe the last time I go to Dairy Queen period. They never have anything that much more special than a gas station at this point anyhow. I paid 8 bucks for the new meal and take a look at the pictures then make your own judgment if I were you.

I’ve been to many DQ’s but this one takes the cake for being a bust… Ordered a large cone and it came in half the amount of ice cream than any other DQ. The Dilly bar was not the correct one even after we tried to confirm that it wasn’t. They said this is how we do it here. Just go the extra couple miles to the Seminole location. They are always great.

Would have been nice to actually get the food I ordered instead of being handed just a shake and nothing else. Bad enough we have to drive to go get the order and nothing was compensated. The food was not remade. So I get coold not fresh food. And you wanted to see a screenshot with my name on it. Would have been great to actually give my order to the driver. Funny you inconvenience my partner more when this is all your fault!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!! Wish I could give zero stars. And don't write concerning sending a message to corporate I already did.
