The App prices are great, the food is good and the employees are hardworking -- no complaints.
So I ordered pizza q couple night ago, and it said it would take about 1 hour. I saw the pizza was finished cooking, but it say there for over 45 minutes. I was exhausted an hungry so I didn't complain about my cold pizza I just nuked it and went to bed. It was not satisfying or very enjoyable but it was filling. I went to bed disappointed, and just accepted it. 2 days later I get an email apologizing for the pizza being unsatisfactory. This absolutely blew me away. I am a restaurant manager and I am incredibly customer service orientated. Most restaurants will just send things they know aren't great and hope they don't get complaints. I'm very impressed that domino's has a system in place that allows them to reach out and make things right before its a problem. BRAVO!!!!! SUPER IMPRESSED, GOOD JOB
The food is great and they are number 1 out of 70 for customer service. A little pricey some times but you get what you pay for.
This is our go to location for pizza pickup. They do a great job and we appreciate how they get us in and out quick when we pick up our app orders.

I ordered a pizza two hours ago, and when I arrived, they said there was a system error and I had to wait. They didn't apologize or say anything, but then they gave me two bottles of something and said they were very sorry.

I originally got wings that barely had a drizzle of sauce. Then they gave a free pizza for next time which was a nice gesture so we decided to give it another shot but fell short twice in one night. Got the wrong pizza, we simply ordered pep and jalepeno. So called back and they remade it again, so that means my cheesy bread was cold when I got home and the insult injury? They didn't even cut it. 3 strikes and you're out. I worked all day and wanted to enjoy some great pizza, but the team fumbled and we will not be returning. Attention to detail is what retains your customer base. Wasted time and fuel, staff were nice at the least.

We have ordered from this location for years and in the past year the overall service has been horrible as far as time. When ever we place an order for delivery it takes about 2 hours from time of order to delivery. Tonight was the last time for us. Even when I called at the one hour mark about picking it up I was told that it would put me at the bottom of the pickup list at 30 minutes out so a total of an hour and a half for our pizza. Why am I paying delivery fees and these prices for sub par pizza with a two hour wait? Not again.
The one time I didn’t check my pizza at the store is the one time they got it absurdly wrong. Ordered a jalapeño and onion pizza and got steak and spinach instead. Called the store and was greeted by an unconcerned employee with very poor phone manners. Upon asking when a remake could be ready by, the answer was “I don’t know, at least 45 minutes”. I went for the credit instead, but based on previous reviews I’m not optimistic about actually receiving it.
It is so saddening to get home and open your pizza and none of the toppings you order is on it. I ordered pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, pineapple, and spinach. This barely has any meat. I guess it’s my fault for not checking it before I drove home. I’m already home and now I’ll eat this bare pizza sadly.
Location and the website apparently thinks that I should’ve ordered here at the sachse location. When I presented this to the assistant manager at this location in Sachse and asked if there was somebody that I could get feedback to regarding the app all she wanted to do was argue with me and try and make me look stupid. For that you get a one star review. Enjoy.

Well sad to say no. Ordered a 5 pizzas at 11 and after 12 they are still not here. Original time was ~28 minutes. I watched the pizza leave the restaurant over 30 minutes ago and then drive 20 minutes the opposite direction of my house. Dominos should really find new management for this location. Every time I try to order from the app for this store it says they cannot deliver. I call the Murphy store and they would be more than happy but then with my address tell me that I have to call the Sachse store. I am 1/2 a mile closer to Murphy and the Murphy team is so great. The folks that run this Dominos are really giving the entire franchise a bad name. Support the Murphy store they are always so nice.

I ordered a pizza in the app and recieved notification that the pizza was ready. When I arrived, I was told the pizza was coming out the oven. Almost 40 mins later. No update, no pizza. When I asked I was told the order was missed and had to be remade. Why was this not stated to me? When the pizza finally came out I asked to speak to a manager. They placed my pizza in the warmer and 10 mins later, no one came forward so I asked for the pizza and left. I’ve been ordering Domino’s for over 20 years and this was the worst experience by far! I was offered no 2 liter for the inconvenience, no cinnamon twist, no refund, no mothing even though Domino’s policy states: Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.
This location sucks to order pizza anytime. They are making mistakes either you order on weekdays or weekends. Today I placed the order online and went there for pick up. She told me to wait for 15 minutes and I am okay with that. When I asked the status of my order after 15 minutes, she said I have to wait another 20 minutes because they made one of my pizza incorrectly. They didn’t even let me know until I asked for my order. I spoke to the manager(Juan) and he didn’t apologize at all. Then I asked for GM information to let know about this incident and he refuse to give me GM’s information. Today’s service is not even a worth of a single star. I am really disappointed from today’s visit. This location is really close to my house, but now I think I have to choose a different location since my family doesn’t like any other pizza.

I called back up there and spoke with Bert, which is the manager that was on site. Bert was rude and disrespectful and wanted to argue about the pizza Hung up with Bert called back because I was still not happy about what Bert stated about the pizza spoke with the GM. Her name was Donna Donna was even more disrespectful than Bert and being the GM. She kept taking deep breaths and I asked her if she was OK because she kept taking deep breaths she raised her voice at me and stated that she was taking deep breaths because , she was trying not to be ugly with me. This is the GM of the area. This is very frustrating because we come to this location often she then pulled the Number) and said that we've only had two pizzas order from that location, which is not true considering we've lived in this area for over nine years in addition to that she was very, very rude and disrespectful the fact that she said that she was taking a deep breath in order not to get ugly with me was Completely Out of context, especially for being the GM and using customer service skills this location is awful. Please do not order from here. The people that are now in control. Do not care if your food is fresh or old they do not care about good customer service skills they do not care about making things better or right in order to keep business instead they continue to be rude and very disrespectful please if you have any issues notify corporate because that's what we did so now I'm going to wait and see what occurs with these two workers especially the GM and especially Bert. I hope this wasn't driven by being racist because if so, it's gonna make this situation even more Dissatisfying and disrespectful again stay away from this location both Bert, which is the manager and Donna, which is the GM are not customer service at all they do not know how to talk to people and instead you get lots of rudeness and disrespect. I will follow up on this and update as the situation is taken care of, but if you pay your money you should have your items fresh and you should have good customer service skills from the location of anywhere at all times , both Bert and Donna need to go back in order to gain some of those customer service skills because they do not have them or either look for another job that doesn't pertain with dealing with customers !!!!
For the third time in a row, they sent the wrong pizza. When we called to tell them this, we got a squeaky voice teenager who was giggling with his buddies about god knows what. The pizza we did get was cut as if a four-year-old did it. Tiny slices on one side; massive slices on the other. This isn’t hard to do, guys. We just moved to the area. The Richardson locations we used to use were great, except for the number of times they weren’t taking delivery orders. This Sachse location is unfortunately our new location—against our wishes—and we’ve just ordered our last Dominos from them. We’ll move on to a competitor. We suggest you do the same. Last week they weren’t taking delivery orders and their lobby was closed. Don’t know what’s going on there, but the giggling was a clue. I wonder what we’ve been putting in our mouths…
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order from this place. I ordered pizza at 8:13 and it’s 9:16 I still don’t have my order. I accidentally did carry out but immediately called to get it fixed. I got a call at 9:13 stating they forgot to get it and it would be another 30 mins until I get it. Kids hungry just terrible service. To tell a customer we’ve had a hectic night, well we all have hectic nights.
Ordered from here 2 weeks ago. Estimated time was 40 min. It ended up taking 2 hours to get our pizza and it was cold when it arrived. They said they would put a free credit in the system for the same thing we ordered. I understand things happen, people calling in sick, etc. I was happy with that resolution for the long wait. Well today when I call In to get that credit, the girl says there is no credit in the system and there is nothing she can do. I would not have left the review if they would have honored their word on the credit.
Why are we stretching dough at 7:40pm on a Sunday night as if today is SuperBowl Sunday while employees are currently discussing how slow of a day it is, you’re just going to throw all of that dough out at the end of the night, meanwhile ignoring my order, and bumping it all the way through a full 25 minutes before it was truly ready. Wouldn’t have to cheat on your times if there were any kind of organizational flow in there. I’ve never seen 5+ people stretching dough, and then just disappearing to the back. Why is the person on cut table asking about takeout orders, cutting the pizzas, and then just throwing them in a warmer after just asking what my order was? Also they told me my food was in the oven when I walked in, but then proceeded to wait 25 minutes, pizza ovens absolutely do not take that long.
I wish I could give a zero. I placed an order and the delivery person said there was no drink on the order. The receipt clearly states it does. How convenient because the phone number doesn't work to try and get it corrected.

After multiple orders I placed an order and unfortunately it was incorrect. I was told by the Manager that she was adding a credit to my account. Just for reference I ordered an extravaganza and got a pepperoni which is a significant price difference. I called to redeem my credit and was quickly placed on hold to speak to a manager the manager got on the phone and stated that she couldn't give me a free pizza. Unfortunately I had to educate her and explain I wasn't getting anything free, but instead I was getting a pizza that I paid for and didn't receive, and to make matters worse I ordered two other pizzas that I paid for. I also explained to her that if she would take the time and look at my previous orders that we order frequently and have never been issued any credits. She was not hearing it, and you would think that she was paying for the pizza out of her own pocket. She was dismissive and unconcerned. I probably wouldn't do pissed if wasn't trying to suggest that we were trying to get something for free. Would have cancelled my entire order if my kids weren't hell bent on having pizza.
