I only go through the drive thru at this location. Mostly because its also a gas station. Its usually busy here having both stores together. There's this location and another off Northgate for Natomas area. Overall its McDonald's and I come here because I always have good service with the employees and I get the sauces I ordered which is my families most important items lol (kids right)

Wish all fast food chains have standard soda cup sizes. Between Jack, Wendy's, and McDonalds. McD has the smallest large cup. But it's also the cheapest during promo all size drinks at McD for $1.49 It's truly been ages since the last time I stopped by at McDonalds as I'm not a big fan of their food. It didn't take long to get the orders and the servers were friendly.

I've ordered at this location many times, almost always through the app. It's a high volume store and the staff are usually on top of it. That said, I'll be hard pressed to want to return here after getting a mouth full of coffee grounds in my coffee this morning. Not just a few stray grounds but a lot. Photos attached. Simply gross. I don't know why anyone at any business would serve a customer something they wouldn't want themselves. It is beyond careless. Update: I decided to take my cup inside and make the store aware of the excessive grounds. They offered me a replacement coffee, which I didn't want. I asked if they would be agreeable to giving me a few sips of diet soda since I still had the taste of coffee grounds in my mouth. The clerk kindly provided me a medium Diet Coke at no charge. I appreciate that they at least tried to make it right.

They always get the order wrong. I would say 2 out of 5 times are wrong. You get lucky if they get the order right. I asked for sausage McMuffin with egg, they gave me a McMuffin with egg, and the last time they gave me the sausage McMuffin with no egg inside.

I placed my order through the mobile app. I went through the drive-thru & I was asked to pull to spot number 3 . She came out about 5 minutes later and said there was two items that I ordered wasn't available. she asked me did I want a replacement item and I said sure. I asked for cookies as the replacement . She gave me my order and I pulled off. About 2 minutes later and I noticed I didn't have the two hash browns I ordered. I went back through the drive-thru the 1st window said go up front and they'll give you what you're missing. I showed my phone & I had the bag when I got up there. She had a small bag and she gave it to me and she said okay thank you. I noticed the bag was like So I pulled around to the front And I open the bag it was still only one hash brown. I got out went in and I said hey this is my third time here you are missing a hash brown. She said what are you missing I said I'm missing a hash brown. I said here's my phone with the receipt. I said I've been through here three times! I shouldn't have to keep doing that. there was no apology or nothing! she's just said oh the lady must didn't put your order into the computer. We'll that's not my fault and I shouldn't have never had to go through thst. when I got home the chicken sandwich that I ordered I add bacon and cheese added and they charged me wasn't even on my sandwich ordered I ordered two strawberry cheese pies and they didn't have them. poor service this morning and I'm disappointed. That oh my morning and I most definitely going to send out another complaint The moral of this story is that I shouldn't have been there times without an apology and my food was wrong. So yes I'm very disappointed

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order and had a really bad experience with one of the employees. I asked for the customer’s name to make sure I had the correct order — which is standard procedure — and an employee got very rude and even threatened to ‘ban’ me from the restaurant. I was polite the whole time, but the attitude and disrespect were completely unnecessary. This location really needs better customer service and professionalism.

We ordered online and had to wait 40+ minutes to get the food. The order was very simple and it wasn't at a rush time. The employees were unnecessarily rude. Maybe management problems? Overall, whoever owns this franchise needs to change their dynamics. If you are in the neighborhood, I would avoid this location.

Previously, breakfasts were brought in bags horizontally, but today they were handed out vertically, as a result, all the food inside turned into porridge and the car seat was dirty, what happened to the service over the past couple of months? Every time I wait for an order with mobile pickup for about 15-25 minutes, about the fact that in the app they are almost immediately marked as ready, I have never seen such a waiting time at other McDonald's.

I went to the drive thru and the lady that took my order was rude and had an attitude. I waited about 10 minutes in the number 2 parking spot, I ordered a spicy mcCrispy and they put the wrong chicken patty on it. I paid $5 for it and they gave me a $2 spicy mc chicken sandwich. I also asked for ketchup and Buffalo sauce, I didn’t get any, I would like to get a refund or a meal.

This place played a joke on us. I ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets kid meal for my starving child and they put chocolate chip cookies in the box instead of chicken nuggets. I’m sure it was because they wanted to stay within their timer since they compete with all the McDonald’s in the area to see who get the best record. I called and called the store and they never answered the phone. Wow just 🤬
