One of the best Brunch, our family had a wonderful time.

My husband and I have always had a great experience here. The food comes out quick and is delicious. Service is impeccable without being annoying and overbearing. I had the shrimp sensation, which is a starter (soup or salad), appetizer, and entree all for $20. You can't beat that.My husband had the Salmon New Orleans with the bacon wrapped scallops which are heavenly. No pics of them, because we started eating too fast.

Olivia was wonderful! So kind and patient with our dietary restrictions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She made our dining experience exceptional!

Terra was our server. She did an outstanding job. My drink was always full. And this is very important to me. She had been our server in the past and we always ask for her when we come in. I am certain we would not come in as often if not for her. Terry

I have been to so many different Red Lobsters from East coast to West, Service that was provided by Tayana at Louisville location was the best one. She really knows what customer service is all about. I wish her all the best in life. She has a very bright future ahead.

Me and my husband came in as a little date night to get away from the kids. Chelsea was our server and we loved her to pieces! She has a really good sense of humor and felt the vibe that we are tired parents needing a night out and she talked about her kids as well. She was very personable and took really good care of us. BEST service I’ve had in a while!

My husband and I had a great dinner last night. Christina was our waitress. She was amazing. She did everything so professionally and she has a great personality. We will be asking for her again.

Julie is a gem of a person, she was very nice to me and welcoming, thoughtful on my questions and picked out a great meal for me. If you ever stop in you should sit at the bar and demand Julie to take care of you. Shelly and Bieu are always so welcoming and nice as well. Solid team here and never regret coming to eat here!

Our server Liani was wonderful!! Sweet, very helpful and efficient. She made our dining experience even more special. Food came out ripping hot which is rare in restaurants. Much appreciated. Will want Liani again when we return.

I’m not a seafood fan, but my husband is, I come for the biscuits. We frequent different Red Lobsters as we travel a lot, and this by far was the one of the few cleanest and most friendly restaurant we have been to. (Arkansas could learn something) My waitress named Tera was friendly with a warm smile so I started chatting with her and found out she is a Packer Fan and she once lived in WI, being from Rhinelander, WI myself I could’ve talked to her all day! We told her that when we come through town again, we would come see her!

Liani was our kind waitress.She made us feel at home and cared for. It was my daughter's birthday and she was given a candle for her dessert, which was sweet. We enjoyed our New Years Day lunch, happy 2026!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch experience at Red Lobster. My Server, Ms. Jenny was really superb and absolutely charming. She was spot on with her suggestions.

Absolutely AMAZING service. Abbi was fantastic and made my girlfriend and I’s night so much better than just eating. She was always ready for us whenever, very friendly, and kept our drinks full. Will always request her when we come back!

Had dinner here with my wife. Our server Olivia was professional and friendly. She was always available but not overwhelming. We will definitely ask to be seated with her again. The atmosphere was cheerful but not overwhelming. As usual the biscuits were amazing!

Chelsea was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and kept our drinks full and made us feel really welcomed. We haven’t been to red lobster in a while and I have totally forgot how amazing the staff is and welcoming. The food was amazing in the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Just what I needed after a hard day at work. We will definitely be back to see Chelsea. She made the out to eat dining experience worth every penny!

I came on a first date to Red Lobster with my new friend. Veno was my server and he was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, we had amazing service. Veno was very attentive and friendly and helpful! My food came out perfect and every time I needed something, Veno took care of us in record time. I can’t wait to come back and have Veno as my server.

JENNY WAS AMAZING! We ate around 1pm and it was very calm and quiet. Our server was attentive, very great spirit and smile! She made our experience awesome. And Kim the hostess was super sweet and personable. We will be back!

Omg 😳😳😳. The Salmon Bowl was amazing! The Brussels sprouts were perfect and the service was phenomenal. I will come back just so that Sarah Preston is my waitress again. Her joy is infectious and she made my heart happy from her happiness!

OMG! Julie is absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and we didn't have to ask for anything. Drinks on point, service on point, refills without having to ask. She explained the menu to us and suggested what we should order when we couldn't decide for ourselves. Food was perfect and spot on. Thank you for everything, and we look forward to coming back because of you!!!

We had a very slow start on our visit that ended up being one of our best visit ever. Victoria H is a very friendly person and wonderful waitress. She changed the experience 100%. She went above and beyond to make sure her customers were taken care and satisfied. Thank you Victoria H.

No wait to get seated. The food was hot and fresh. Our server didn’t make any suggestions... appetizers, drinks, or dessert, which would have been nice. He was friendly and brought refills in a timely fashion. The restaurant was a little too dark, but I get they are trying to set a mood. We did an appetizer, full dinners with upgraded side dishes, and finished with dessert. Everything tasted good and was cooked correctly. The floors, utensils, menus, and tables were clean. The prices are what they are, seafood is never cheap but the prices were on point for this type of restaurant.

We eat here once a week. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is consistently good. Atmosphere has an upscale feel to it. Prices are reasonable. We are very impressed with Red Lobster. They are no longer part of the Darden group of restaurants and in our opinion it is much better than it was under Darden. If you haven’t been in a while, you should definitely try them again. (And hopefully you’ll be there when Scott the bartender is working…he’s the best🧡

We ate at Red Lobster about 2 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Our favorite server, Liani, was working and she made it a memorable meal. We started with the stuffed mushrooms at her suggestion, and moved onto the Monday special, a lobster tail and shrimp scampi. Everything was delicious. Liani has a sense of knowing how to time things, make suggestions and anticipate needs. She started a fresh pot of coffee and kept us happy with cheddar biscuits. Liani is one of the best servers we've encountered and have had her in another favorite restaurant as well. Excellent food and service!!

Waitress Terra was amazing. However the lobster bisque wasn’t tasting right and the crab legs we received were pretty puny looking. She took the food back and brought out better looking crab legs and a bowl of clam chowder. It was amazing hot and delicious. Terra made our experience epic with our anniversary desert. Thank you Terra for a memorable anniversary lunch we will never forget.

Liani was my server and she was great! Took excellent care of me during my visit. The food was also excellent. Very happy to See Red Lobster still around.

Decided to have lunch for my birthday at Red Lobster. The food was so great, they had some new menu options that looked very delicious and they had some great holiday themed drinks, but what really made my experience so good was Liani. She was so genuine and kind and went out of her way to make the experience so great, she was amazing! I haven't had as good as experience at restaurants with servers here lately and just felt like Liani cared about our experience and checked in to make sure if we needed anything. The restaurant is nice too, like the seating and atmosphere. Thank you again.

Absolutely outstanding service! My recent visit to Red Lobster was made truly memorable thanks to Lealand, our server. From the moment we were seated, Lealand greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. Lealand was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and making sure our drinks were refilled promptly. He took the time to explain menu specials and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. His knowledge of the menu and ability to answer all our questions made us feel confident in our choices. He handled our requests with professionalism and kindness, even going above and beyond to accommodate a dietary restriction in our party. What truly stood out was Lealand’s positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. He made us feel valued and welcome, turning an ordinary dinner into a special occasion. The food was delicious, but it was Lealand’s exceptional service that made our evening unforgettable. If you’re dining at Red Lobster, I highly recommend asking for Lealand. Food at Red Lobster was wonderful. Olivia was our waitress and she was fantastic. She remembered everything and made us laugh. Food and drink was fast and correct. She was incredibly patient with my young nephew and took his order without rushing him. Thank you Olivia for a wonderful dinner!

A phenomenal experience. After a long day of work, I came in for an appetizer and a drink. My server, Laymon, was prompt, polite, and very helpful. He asked if wanted more biscuits. He got me refills quickly. If I had to choose someone to go on a quest to slay a great evil across the land, it'd be him. 10/10.

Overall, it was good. Food: The seafood was fresh and the flavor was average. I recommend the pasta. It wasn't too oily, and the shrimp had a good taste. Service: My server checked on us from time to time. However, we were offered 2 sides, one was coleslaw, which was not served. We let the server know, and he made a quick correction. Atmosphere: This is a nice restaurant on a nice day. We booked a table in advance through Google, and plenty of seats were available, so we were seated without waiting. However, despite plenty of empty seats, the restaurant's receptionist seated us right in front of the restroom. We didn't realize it initially, but many people walked past us to use the restroom. We were able to eat our meal with the smell of the restroom. Dear Manager! If you are seating guests at a restaurant, I suggest first seating them away from the restroom.

Olivia was super efficient and helpful. Everything served quickly & exactly as requested. Checked on us occasionally - but not to often - just right. We used a gift card & didn't know how to make it work; she showed us how. And she smiled the whole time. Only negative comment is more breading than scallops, more breading than fish, and the clams were almost lost in the breading.

Red lobster @ st. Mathew is good diner. I visited with my family and the experience was nice. Our waiter Nathan was very professional and courteous. Gave us ample time to decide our meal as well as helped with our questions. Food- we ordered ultimate feast and it was great. Must have. They give you option to choose two premium and two especial items and we chose crab, lobsters tail, shrimp and shrimp Alfredo. Shrimp Alfredo was the BESTT.. I can just have one plate of shrimp alfredo next time. Ambience - it has good sitting arrangements and I liked it. Drink- we ordered the new mango berry and white berry. It was ok ok. Not recommended. You can choose something else. Overall it was great experience and definitely going back again.

Our server, Jenny, was excellent. She stayed on top of everything throughout the meal. I was not a fan of the clam chowder today. It was a little too runny. She could tell I did not like it and had the manager take it off the check. That was very thoughtful of her. The shrimp fest was amazing though. Loved the scampi. Over all, it was a great experience.

Wife got coconut shrimp and said it was good as usual. Asparagus was excellent. However, I was Very disappointed in the size of the crab legs. Service was good not great. Atmosphere and time it took to get our food was on par. You be the judge of my plate of crab legs vs photo on menu. This is a normal size plate as you can tell by the margarita flight glasses. I felt cheated on my fulfilling my seafood crave.

My experience at Red Lobster was disappointing, especially with our waitress, Sarah. At one point, she asked another employee if they would always be scheduling her on Tuesdays. They must have said “no,” because she replied, “OK, good,” making it clear she didn’t want to be there. From that point, we noticed her overall attitude. When we ordered dessert, she brought it out to-go, swinging the bag as she walked to the table. She set the bag down carelessly, and the pies had tipped over inside. She then turned to talk to another employee, and when they spoke quietly, she snapped, “You know I cannot hear you,” in an irritated tone. I tried my Key Lime pie, and it was awful—more like sweetened condensed milk with barely any lime flavor, and oddly, it tasted more like lemon. I told her it wasn’t good, and she gave me a look as if she couldn’t believe I said that. She simply replied, “OK, I’ll take it off the ticket,” with no apology or concern. In addition to the poor service, the restaurant decor is outdated. The carpet looks worn and likely holds dirt, and the netted tray holders appear stained and unappealing (see photo). This location could really use an update—both in service and in the overall environment.

Our server, Maddie, was Excellent. The food was mediocre. Food was Luke warm temperature. Not enough meat in crab legs. Lobster was a bit rubbery. Bathrooms are a little run down. Price is way too high for the quality of food.

I placed a curbside order to be picked up at 4:45p. I got there and called the number on the plaque at the parking spots, designated for the curbside pickup. They said they would be right out. After 8 minutes, I checked the text and checked in through the app. Another 8 minutes go by and still nothing. So, I go inside to pick it up. The girl at the bar said she would check my order... she goes to the back. Another server asked if I have been helped, I told him the situation, he went to the back to (you guessed it) check on my order. After a few more minutes, I asked for the manager, requesting a refund, I was in a hurry at that point... guess what he does... yup, he goes to the back to check on my order instead of taking care of my complaint. A few minutes go by, hey, here comes the girl from the bar with my order. My order, you ask?... just a dozen of biscuits and a Cesar salad... that's all. This is probably the worst Red Lobster location I have ever visited, I will definitely NOT return. The manager, stocky guy with the beard .. you need some managerial lessons on handling complaints from customers and listening as well. From the little I saw, the staff was running around looking for guidance. Sad, but just not my location. The first and last time I will be here. Oh and the biscuits I waited all that time for... squished in the box. Nice.

My husband loves Red Lobster so he wanted to stop on our way to an event in St. Matthews. The service was terrible. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. My husband was served his chowder and then his salad and still no drinks. We asked twice and asked two different people. My fish fry was overcooked but the Mac n cheese was good. My husband's shrimp skewers were good but the two spoonfuls of rice was odd. Is rice being rationed? The server disappeared with my credit card for a long time. Why don’t all US restaurants have portable credit card readers? We should have had the drinks removed from the bill but we were met with a shrug. Last visit to Red Lobster. My husband will have to go alone but even he said, “well, we won’t make this mistake again.”
