A whole plate of bravas (pictured) for €6, and soft drinks for €2.50. Lots of sauce and delicious. The bathroom is a bit small and dirty, but the place is quite cozy and has plenty of space inside. The terrace has eight tables, and on rainy days they put out umbrellas so you can relax outside. Highly recommended.

Super cheap, relaxed atmosphere in a square next to a church. Drinks about €4.5 for a tinto and you get patatas free. Very local place.

A must-try whenever we're in the area! For me, the best potatoes I've tried in Salamanca! Super tender, and the sauce is spectacular. We also usually order "snout" (for strong gums), but it's very good, as long as you like it crunchy! Don't miss the recipe for that sauce!

Como siempre en este bar las patatas impresionantes. Llevo muchos años comiendo allí las patatas y no defrauda, la calidad buena y la cantidad estupenda; te tomas algo con una tapa de patatas y vas muy bien. Buenos precios y variedad de tapas... la jeta muy rica y las bolas de patata magnificas.. lo recomiendo.. buena terraza tambien. Obligatorio visitar. Y los precios fenomenal. Increíbles las bravas.. como siempre

Traditional place for a drink and tapas. The service is not the best but maybe not the worse... servers just don't communicate anything 😄 it's hard to understand if they're waiting your order or you need to wait until they ask you something... I'm not an expert in drinks and tapas but the prices are really good for the ration served.

Cute small place on the outside edge of the touristy downtown. A little seating inside and a nice outdoor patio on a plaza/intersection. A spot for locals, so I had some of the local tapas presented on the counter, including the pig's snout. It was delicious, a little like a brisket. With a coffee on the patio, it was great!

Jueves por la noche 3 de marzo... No paraba de llover, pero teníamos que venir a este sitio mítico por sus patatas bravas. Nos pusimos en la barra y vimos cómo no paraban de salir bravas. Para tomar ahí, para llevar. Asombroso. Y ya puestos acabamos pidiendo otras tapas tipo pollo chilindrón, jeta de cerdo, chorizo. Un sitio agradable y con buenas tapas además de precios accesibles. Definitivamente para volver. El trato humano de 10.

Fuimos para probar las míticas patatas bravas, las patatas en sí no estaban mal... Un poco aceitosas pero pasables y la salsa rica. El servicio no fue muy bueno, no había mucha gente pero nos atendieron siendo un poco bordes al principio. A una chica que preguntó a mí lado si la salsa picaba mucho le respondieron fatal... Es brava no? Pues pica, pero de muy malas formas. El local estaba bastante sucio pero puede que hubiera mucha gente antes de entrar nosotros y no les diera tiempo a limpiar, eso es normal.

Las dos últimas veces que he ido me han puesto las patatas quemadas y de textura muy blandas, gomosas, cuando tendrían que estar cocidas por dentro y con la textura más crujiente por fuera. Y es verdad, como he leído en otras reseñas, que no están calientes. Lo de las patatas quemadas lo comenté la última vez y La respuesta: "es que salen así ', vamos que, las queman pq quieren...La próxima vez que vaya me fijaré antes de pedir, si siguen igual, ni me molesto en pedir. En cuanto a la atención de los camareros, bien, el servicio es rápido y eficaz. Lo difícil es sentarte, siempre está a tope, y los taburetes altos son muy incómodos si eres bajito, aparte que tampoco hay mucho sitio para moverte.

Que pena….! Toda la vida viniendo a este bar y ya no es lo que eran sus patatas….medio cocidas y crudas, requemadas y con un cambio bastante considerable en su salsa….que tampoco es la que era…. Es la primera vez que dejo UNA sola patata en el plato, me lo he comido un poco por vergüenza, pero la pareja que teníamos al lado, no ha tenido ninguna porque ha dejado el plato lleno y se han ido. Desde luego o vuelven a lo que eran o no volveremos nunca mas.

Fuimos a las 11pm, en la info del local pone que cierran a las 2am, entramos para preguntar si estaban abiertos y al camarero le pesó tanto la boca decir que no, que el compañero tuvo que decir que ya estaban cerrando. Vamos, un patán cualquiera. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar las patatas bravas del lugar y ojo, llamamos antes de ir pero nadie contestó el teléfono. Esa mala actitud no se la acepto a nadie, habrán mejores patatas bravas por ahí.

Fuimos a salamanca con la idea de probar lo que vimos en tiktok, todo mentira, ni tortilla gigante, ni croquetas gigantes, lo único las patatas que estaban bien y la salsa muy buena. Las croquetas! Un timo pequeñas y de las de las bolsas congeladas. No se puede engañar a la gente con falsas publicidad. Y fuimos un sábado no va ser que digan que la semana no lo ponen.
