I'm tired after work and not wanting to cook, I went to McDonald's drive-thru at 11:00 p.m. fresh fries, good sandwich and great service.

The seating and the self-service drinks were quite nice and didn't take away from the work that employees do behind the counter. NOT NO MORE!! So one HAS to bother busy employees to get a refill, waiting anywhere from one or two minutes to over TEN if there is a line of other customers either ordering or paying and using survey rewards. HORRID "upgrades".... And THEN add in how LOUD the teens there get as they are ROCKING on stools meant for SITTING, since they aren't bolted down nor put on tracks for sliding closer to the table or away from it to get up or for 'larger' customers that need them....but they aren't told to leave nor quiet down, since the McD employees don't care it seems..

For one reason or another this mcdonald's just stands out more than others for exceptional food quality and a few stand out old time employees like Dawn, the new remodel however has left me with some questions, and unfortunately cost them a star.

They were very busy after a volleyball game let out and even though they didnt have a lot of people on staff they managed the flow well. Food was a little cold/old but not too bad.

Current manager = 100/5 stars!!! Other staff = It depends on the day, 2 to 5/5 stars. My family and I are locals and go here often through the drive-thru area. The last 2 times we ordered, the order was correct on the receipt, but incorrectly put together. Thank you to the manager for going above and beyond to correct this! My family and I really appreciate you! :)

I pressed the button for help with ordering my lunch because I have never used the system now in place using a computer system. I had some questions about it. Staff never came to help. Another customer came over and helped me. The food was a lot smaller than I remember it being. The prices are high, and the only time staff was friendly was as we were leaving one asked how everything was.

McDonald's is actually really disgusting. The French fries for instance, if u leave them out for however long , days months they will never change from the exact way u first saw them n I think to myself those cannot be real potatoes bc they have shelf life. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I had to check in on a screen in the lobby and only ordered a fry and Carmel macchiato. It took them 15 mins just to complete that order. People were standing around, not fast food.

Normally, this place is on top of it. Usually the orders come out faster than Chick-fil-A but some reason this week has been slow and I’ve had to sit and wait for my food at the drive-through for over 10 minutes or more. I don’t know what changed, but they’re suddenly really slow.

The fries were beyond stale, they left out our chicken nuggets which was 40 pieces and when we told them they said To bad, we're closed. Took them nearly 30 minutes to get our food ready so someone enjoyed our fresh fries and chicken nuggets. They also left our receipt off the bags so we couldn't report it to Corp. $46 for crappy McDonald's and only part of the order. Check the bag for sure!

We went through the drive through today at 12:30. The young lady at the window literally threw the food into our car (did not hand it to us) then slammed the window. No hello, have a good day just attitude. We were missing our coffee and trying to get her attention. 2 mins later she throws more food at us and we are trying to explain that she’s handing us someone elses order, we handed back the order but she started yelling at us “what did you order” we told her we are missing a coffee but she wouldn’t listen and kept yelling at us “what did you order?” She walked away cussing at us got her manager who was much nicer but the whole time she was standing there talking trash behind her manager. Afterwards we pulled away and they proceeded to hand the guy behind us the food that we had just touched (last I checked you can get shut down for that). I have never gotten service like that before, maybe focus less on flirting with the guy taking orders and pay more attention to your job

I went through the drive through with my family and they messed up one of my sandwiches and also gave me the wrong one. When we went back inside the MOD was rude, careless and disrespectful. When we got our burgers back, one of them had no top bun. How the hell am I supposed to eat a burger with no top bun? Then we went back inside for a refund. and once again, the manager on duty was rude and didn’t apologize or barely acknowledge us. We got our refund for the sandwich but will never be going back. Do not go here. Very rude staff and horrible food. I’ve never been one to complain but this was absurd.

Filing a formal complaint - I just experienced the most disgusting behavior at McDonald's I've ever experienced. I am paying for the food for myself and my wife in the vehicle being me. So the new cashier is having trouble, others walk up and everyone being playful with the issues - one girl walks up and starts looking at me horribly, says "there is no need to be rude", the new cashier says "no one is being rude, he is being playful about the payment". So I look at her and say "ma'am you need to calm down" she then proceeds to scream at me that the new cashier is a minor and she is very protective. I said what are you even talking about, my wife and family is in the car behind me?? She then tries to play it off by changing the subject, never apologized only attempts to laugh it off. Don't ever treat people like that and to be accused of something like that is absolutely disgusting. I will take this as absolutely high as I have to until I hear about this being addressed.

Nothing wrong with this location at all. Removing menus from inside the restaurant is an extremely poor choice. I have witnessed several instances where customers have gone unserved at the front counter (not this location, just McDonald's everywhere) because there is nobody manning the front counter, and no clear instructions that the only way to order is through the dirty, smeared kiosks. Menus need to be available at the front counter so customers can review their options before making a selection.

Placed a mobile order because I was on lunch and in a hurry. Had to wait 25 minutes and waste half my lunch hour. 12 cars that were behind me got served first. Absolutely pathetic wait time for a couple of burgers. What's the point of placing a order ahead if I always end up waiting longer than everyone else?

Had a Big breakfast with steak, but the steak was definitely was not beef, I believe it was roadkill possibly packrat based on the texture and the taste. However the young girl at the register was really nice and she brought me my meal. And NO, NOT doing your stupid surveys, just NEVER going to McDonald's again.
