I ate taco bell last night. And got the worst food poisoning ever. I've been up all night throwing up. And it hurts. Had to call into work because I cannot move. And now I don't think I'll ever eat at Taco Bell again. And it was my favorite. There was no music playing so it was quite as hell in there. Couldn't really talk. Everyone in there just looked like they hated there job. So yea, taco bell is ruined for me. Thank you.

Takes insanely long time to get food. Still waiting 55 minutes and havent gotten food. Not even working on our order. Never coming back again. We were on a trip and could've gotten back by the time we got our food. Also didnt apologize and just dismissed us really.

Stopped here on a trip. Outside grounds are appealing but definitely doesn’t represent the food or bathrooms. I went to the bathroom first and I was slipping and sliding everywhere. It honestly felt like they mopped the floor with grease. I was able to pull up a waxy / grease foam up with the tip of my shoe, so gross! Then food came out and my burrito had rice that was half hard and not cooked. Honestly grossed out with the bathrooms and how they could potentially treat their food operations. Will avoid this place in the future, sorry guys!

no ice in both drinks, and i ordered soft tacos got hard, and then no mild sauce after they asked if i wanted any sauce. this isn’t the first time this location has done this. y’all need to get it together PLEASE!

They put way too much lettuce on my delivery order, all the tacos were cold bc of it. Also, they didn't put any sauce packets in the box even though i specifically requested mild and Diablo sauce

Can't even cut a quesadilla wouldn't complain but I go here time to time and there always some kinda issues with my food today for example is a taco that's barley holding on for deer life to keep it's identity as a taco or not being able to cut a quesadilla

We went through the drive thru and i asked for no tomatoes and sour cream on my crunch wrap and told them TWICE and they proceeded to put extra id both on it. The person doing the drive through was very quiet and we couldn’t even hear him. When we asked to use the card we put on the app he said we were not able to but we have done it many times before.

Went in so I could buy my son some food and probably had one of the worst experiences and probably won’t be going back! Kept being told to wait (didn’t have a problem waiting but when they made me wait almost half an hour), got upset whenever I asked for no cheese since my son has a allergy also the tortilla was cold, and worst of all I found a hair in his meal! So I went in to let them know and when I told them she yanked the bag out of my hand and got upset with me for bringing it in… After I got my meal it still had cheese in it and it was still cold. Definitely not coming back!

I love Taco Bell…. But what is this??? VERY disappointed. I work nights and after getting off of a 12 hour shift, I don’t expect food to be 100% at 2am, but what even is this? I ordered a chalupa meal, DIDN’T get any toppings on my chalupas, they were both drowning in sour cream.. to the point where my to go bag was drowning.. my hard shell taco that came with my meal did not have anything on it other than a little meat and lettuce… I ordered a sweet tea with my meal, and I received an unsweet tea. I asked for hot and mild sauces and I didn’t get those and I asked the cashier for my receipt and the girl at the drive thru had an attitude and refused to give me it… please make this right. I love Taco Bell but this is very disappointing.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is something that has happened every time I’ve gone to this location. I ordered the nacho fries burrito (added and took some items off ) and they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce EVERYWHERE. I use to work at Taco Bell so I understand how chaotic it can be, however there were only two people in line, and I only had two food items and a drink. It’s really frustrating especially since they had my order correct on receipt but gave me something completely different. It was also cold.
