Fast service, clean restaurant. I'd get rid of the water tank game where coins are dropped. Seems unsanitary.

Ordered nacho bell grande, beans were dry and on the cool side as was the cheese sauce, Pepsi wasn't made correctly, usually pretty good but not this time

They FINALLY have a good crew! The woman at the window was nice and didn't hesitate giving me the extra sauces I asked for. My burrito was filling, not skimpy and it was rolled so good nothing came out of the bottom end :) Good job!

Long wait , but it's not like this usually... only like this right before lunch time... where you get there right before lunch starts... no one in line and then you look behind you and theres like 10 cars... for some reason your order takes long as well... the food was prepared as good as you can expect from a fast food location , the guy was pretty cool in explaining the delay. As far as Taco Bell's go, this is not a bad location! Stopped for a bite while traveling through Kansas, inside was clean, bathrooms were clean, and food was hot and fresh. They must have been a little under staffed, as the wait was a little longer thank normal and a few people after us had to wait a bit to even place an order. But overall, friendly staff, clean environment, and hot food!

I got there at 5pm and I was the only costumer there (no one inside or outside) and I got the taco and burrito party pack and it took 35 minutes before I could even get my order

Where's the beef? Yep, it's pretty much missing at Taco Bell plus the taco shells were stale. No longer a place to pick up a fast meal because there wasn't much meat in all meat burrito or tacos. Sad.

We had to repeat ourselves multiple stuff that should've already been given to us like straws and forks. Also, one of the things was different then what I asked for.. I asked for a supreme soft taco and they only gave me lettuce on it.

Typical Taco Bell , staff was friendly , but the wait for your order was a bit lengthy , prices a little high for what you get .

I have never been inside this location, but the drive thru always takes forever!! No matter what time of day. The employees are good though, friendly and apologetic. the food is cooked well

We were passing through here when we decided to grab a bite to eat when we happened upon Taco Bell. The young man taking our order didn't exactly get our order correctly. In fact, I didn't get my beefy 5 layer burrito but a bean cheese burrito. Then James stepped in and tried to rectify the young man working the register. James had to refund some of our money back. The food is really good and unless you get a newer person they do a good job of getting the order right. But, the problem is that they routinely have to close the walk in lobby/dinning area due to a lack of staff showing up. When a place is within short walking distance and you have a taste for good food it sucks when it's hit or miss on whether the front door is open or not.

Did a mobile order through here and the service was good, food came out fast, but order came out completely wrong. Asked for chicken, got beef. Asked for no sour cream, it was still on my food. Asked for no sauce on my mini quesadilla, had ALOT on it. Lastly, no napkins or sauce in bag.

Finding a place to eat is hard enough in an RV, the inside was closed so we had to walk through the drive through. They asked us to wait off to the side for our food. They didn't give us any straws for our drinks or the hot sauce we requested. The Tacos were sloppy and soggy.

Morning shift and evening shift are great, night shift on the other hand is disrespectful, blatantly doesn't care (told me "I don't care" over the phone, when calling about my order) i ordered a 5 dollar cravings box tonight and got 3 random items in a bag instead, i go to replace my items with what i asked for and they again messed up the order. The food is great, always has been. Service lately tho has plummeted, good luck taco hell

The bathroom was a pigsty. I got cinnamon twist taste like they’ve been laying around for 10 years. They were gross, but the birds loved them. The taco was full of grease. Usually love eating at Taco Bell. It’ll be a long time before eat there again.

Sad. I have loved taco bell forever. But slowly they removed all the "good" items from the menu. Now it's as bad as everyone says it is. Pleased bring back the XX steak burrito it the fajita burrito from the '90s.

Went tonight June 7,2021 around 8:30pm had awful drive thru service! I had to repeat my order many times and before leaving I asked if they gave me sauce they said yes had to go back because I didn’t get any sauce! Guy had an attitude being rude to the other employee (probably getting trained) My FOOD was COLD!

I don't know which one is worse, this place or taco john's. They're both comparable. Only thing making this place better is the cinnamon twist things they've got. If you want to have an upset stomach in about 20 minutes then this is definitely the place to go!

We were driving through to Texas and had RV and dining closed. So we used drive thru but refused to serve us because RV was too tall. Couldn't order at all. Total refusal. No customer service, rude, disrespectful, shameful. I will boycott all Taco bells.

I just stood at the counter to order for 10 mins and no one notices I was even there! There were numerous people all working the drive through. Yes, the drive through was full, however, I was the only person inside standing in line to wait. I left.

We waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, we were the only car in the lane. When we got our food it was cold. The nacho fries were old, the only hot item we got was the nacho cheese sauce. Disappointed.

first, the manager on duty acted like a thug. He had his hat on sideways, shirt 2 sizes to big and untucked and talked like a ignorant thug. I brought my high school soccer team here and it took an hour for everyone to get there food. The food was decent but customer service did not exist.

Horrible service. As soon as we walked in we stated looking at the menu, the guy behind the desk pointed his finger at me and said "you have to start ordering if you want your food" in a very rude way. it had not even been a minute since we entered the taco bell. He was an african american guy who was very rude and racists towards us. He asked us if we were hindu because we said no beef on our Mexican pizza and then went on and said "I don't want to hear complaining from you guys so lets do this fast". I confronted him about his attitude and how rude and ignorant he was towards us and he yelled back so we decided to leave. As we were walking out he yelled "pleases leave". If you want good service and would not like to be treated like dirt I suggest everyone stays away from this taco bell. I am surprised that it is still running.

This is Salina's worst Taco Bell location by far. The last time I went here, there were 4 cars in front of me at the drive thru line at 3pm on a weekday. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my mobile order. There was no apology by any means by the worker when it was my time to get my food. The worker simply opened the window when I pulled up, gave me my food, and closed the window. My beefy crunch wrap was far from fresh. The crunchy chip or tortilla that is in the middle of the crunch wrap was soggy. There was 1 single diced tomato on the inside instead of the usual small amount that's supposed to be in there. I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups for my kids and each of theirs was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. It kept falling out of the roll up. Not pleased with the customer service or the food here whatsoever.

I ordered 2 4 packs of the chicken rolled tacos. Only received 2 2pk. The gentleman was very nice and admitted the mistake. By the time I got home to eat, they were all HARD AS STICKS. I banged it on the table and it didn't break. I guess had I ate them in a timely manner, they wouldn't be hard. Wasted my money, and I'm still STARVING

Normally have great service/fast food experience here. Today, not so much. Lid was not secure on drink, so now have to clean driver car seat + clothing. All orders within bag were completely messy on the outside of containers/packaging. Called store. Spoke with manager who really did not give a fluff about it. I’m not asking for a free meal. I’m asking for management to inspect and take care of their customers…

20 minute waits for them to still get your order wrong. Management needs to get a grip, the guy at the window was kind. But don’t waste your time, coulda got wing stop in the same amount of time and that’s saying something

Consistent... Consistently slow! My bf and I came here almost a year ago and waited forever in drive thru to get food. Decided to give it a chance again knowing we would wait a long time, because it is taco Bell! We waited even longer and the cashier was kind enough to offer a comp beverage while we waited. We got our food and our order was wrong and my bf spent an additional 20+ minutes getting the rest of our food. It turned out that there were only four people working the entire store. Staff is friendly and food is good because it is taco Bell, but this place is not worth the wait. You are better off driving 50+ miles to the next closest t-bell. One star. But a shiny star for the employees there who probably are trying their best to not go home and cry every day, because of grumpy people who don't take my review seriously and treat this t-bell as a sit-down dining experience.

Thanks, the hip hop really impressed us 55 and older. You either need to change the music,or have none at all. The man who prepared my crunch wrap, threw all the beef on one side! What a mess! And the soft tacos were terrible! We will NOT return to this restaurant.

I'm the biggest taco bell fan in the world. Have also worked in food service when I was young, so I have much respect. I would never leave a bad review unless it was constant bad service. This place is out of everything you want every time you go. Someone needs to start ordering more food, but I think half the time they just don't want to make it bc you special order.Then the worst part is you go home to unwrap your double back up choice, and what you find is either a burrito that looks like it was made yesterday or a soggy mess with more ingredients outside the shell than in. I tell myself every time. Give them one more chance, but I am constantly disappointed. Just for reference check out the other reviews I have left here in salina. Most of them are 5 stars compliments, giving props to a food service team that messed up but did everything they could to make it right, or complimenting a team that was low staffed but still doing their best. I will be avoiding this taco bell, and driving across town until I hear from management or someone telling me they have taken care of the issues.

Goto one of the others in town. This one is a guaranteed 15 minute wait even if you’re the only one there. And after that it’s about a 40% chance they get your order correct

If you’re looking for fast food don’t stop here. We were passing through during our vacation and wanted something quick and easy. However, we ordered and waited in line for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. There were still 3 cars in front of us! Instead of fast food we got “slow” food. What a waste of time!!

HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD TO BE COOKED! WE PAYED AND THEY DID NOT COME TO THE DOOR TO TELL US THAT OUR FOOD WOULD NOT BE READY FOR 20 MINUTES! We looked inside and the employees stood around talking and not making our food! We had a small order and it should have been done in LESS THAN 3 minutes! After 20 minutes we thought that the food would taste gourmet due to the EXTREMELY LONG TIME A FAST FOOD PLACE TOOK TO MAKE OUR FOOD, but it came out and didn’t even taste very good! I love Taco Bell, but this one needs major changes before the public goes there for some FAST FOOD! If I could give this place negative or no stars at all in my review, I would. Don’t go to this one.

This is the WORST location ever. I have ordered from here twice and both times my order has been wrong or inedible. The food quality is horrible. Food is great but half of the time I get something here they mess something up. They sometimes eat while working and mess around instead of working. They don't give sauce sometimes and don't give a cup carrier unless I ask. Very disappointed on this locations staff behavior.

Horrible customer service!!! Not truck and trailer friendly!! Don't go here. Drove through with a truck and trailer, their scale didn't Register that we were at the intercom. Pulled up to the window in our truck, to place an order and they said we can NOT serve us food, UNLESS ITS PLACED THROUGH THE SPEAKER... what difference does it make??? There have been plenty of times where the speaker box is not working, so we pull up to the window to place the order. But they refused. No efforts to try and accommodate large truck and trailers, when WE are the ones keeping America moving, transportating goods and services. This Tacobell location is a shame.

There were 2 other vehicles in front of me in the drive through. They read back my order correctly. When I went to pay they only had 4 tacos instead of 8 tacos. Long wait time and they got the order wrong.

Food was excellent. Only issue was the young girl behind the counter. Overly loud. Talking to her coworkers like they’re five years old. Complaining about wanting to go home. Overheard her complaining that an older gentleman in the drive through was “too happy” whatever that means. We won’t be back to this location.

25 min drive thru wait when there was only a single car ahead of me that got 1 bag of food. My order was missing a chalupa, half filled side cups of nacho cheese after the window guys confirmed my order 3 times. This kind of service has been the norm for the last 2 years or more. made a mobile order and got up to the window where i was greeted with the ai voice, so i said i had a mobile order, and it was just silence. i waited a few minutes, the. repeated myself. and was never talked to. i pulled up to the window to see if anyone was working, and again i was never greeted or acknowledged. i cancelled my order and left. i was there a good 10 minutes just waiting.

I ordered on the app and it took 20 minutes to get up to the window. I would have been ok with the wait had I gotten then sauce I ordered through the app in my bag. This was not a good experience and I’ll be going to the other ones from now on.

I just pulled up to the drive thru order speaker at 2:50 and ordered 3 drinks that was all, day at the window for 8 minutes and didn't even have someone open the window, kinda crazy to have that slow of service for just drinks!! Seems like the other taco bells in Salina are WAY better then this one!! If you're wanting Taco Bell in Salina, I recommend any store but this one!

Ordered on the app. Waited in line for at least 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were only three cars in front of us. Asked the lady in the drive thru if our sauces were in the bag because I spent extra to get avocado verde sauces, she said yes, and there as a whole gob of mild sauces in the bag but 0 avocado verde sauces. Both of our steak garlic nacho fries were ice cold. Not only will we absolutely not return to this location, the staff members should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give less than 1 Star, I most definitely would today. I was there at the counter for over 20 minutes before someone came to take my order and then part way through he got pissed off, threw his hat on the floor and stomped off to back of restaurant while other employees watched. He came back up and started helping drive thru and completely ignored us at front so I told them to hell with this and left. The lady standing behind me say that she had gone through drive thru and got someone else’s order. No manager there at all. Sounds like they need some major changes.

Get new management, train correctly, and get the orders out. This is a fast food restaurant. Do you not monitor the drive thru times? Look at the average and figure out how to do better. Waiting in line for more than 15 mins is ridiculous. Replace your staff, get people who care and are willing to learn how to do this correctly, at this location. Absolutely ridiculous, I placed my order at 740pm, I'll give a dinner rush 6 ro 8, however, they were not busy at the time I pulled in. It's 805pm and I was just handed my food

Ordered my wife and kids food while I was at work had 4 different dashers go to the store and wait and unassign themselves after waiting for long periods of time waited for over 2 hours and they never even made my food had to cancel order and waiting 5 to 7 business days to get my refund will never go back again!

Inedible rock hard nuggets. Two whole orders. The nacho fries were also crappy and little and burnt. But the nuggets were inedible. So sad for such a good menu item normally. This restaurant should be embarrassed at this low of quality.

This place has been declining consistently in the evenings and later hours. Over the past several visits, I’ve often received the wrong items or food that’s poorly assembled. I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food places, but I recommend avoiding this one for now. I called the manager around midnight on February 28th to report these issues, and they said they would “pass it along." The person responsible for this location’s PM shift needs to do a serious overhaul. It used to be good with no problems, but in the last 2-3 weeks, things have changed. I declined a remake or refund, just hope the quality improves so I don’t waste my money if I decide to stop by again.

Went through the drive thur and I ordered 3 crunchy taco supreme! Even ask the lady if she for sure got that I wanted "taco supremes"! Got home an what I received was 3 regular tacos with no sour cream! This isn't the first time this has happened to me with Taco Bell in Salina! Okay. I went here cause it was close. However, they botched my fries. The fries were overcooked, to crunchy and some were hard. I also paid extra for guacamole and it wasn't dgthere. My taco was missing either tomatoes or sour cream snd i paid for the extras. Lastly, my dipping burritos were missing the sauce. Too much missing amdcwrong, I won't eat there again.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Got acknowledged when we pulled up, then nothing. Went up to window and noticed 3 workers inside having a conversation. We honked at window, and the lovely individual greeted up with “what do you want?” We stated we just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. She stated “There’s only 2 of us in here and it had been a hard night, again, what do you want?” I want to drive across town where the individuals don’t make excuses for their poor service. Will not be giving any money to this location for any reason.

I ate taco bell last night. And got the worst food poisoning ever. I've been up all night throwing up. And it hurts. Had to call into work because I cannot move. And now I don't think I'll ever eat at Taco Bell again. And it was my favorite. There was no music playing so it was quite as hell in there. Couldn't really talk. Stopped here on a trip. Outside grounds are appealing but definitely doesn’t represent the food or bathrooms. I went to the bathroom first and I was slipping and sliding everywhere. It honestly felt like they mopped the floor with grease. I was able to pull up a waxy / grease foam up with the tip of my shoe, so gross! Then food came out and my burrito had rice that was half hard and not cooked. Honestly grossed out with the bathrooms and how they could potentially treat their food operations. Will avoid this place in the future, sorry guys!

We went through the drive thru and i asked for no tomatoes and sour cream on my crunch wrap and told them TWICE and they proceeded to put extra id both on it. The person doing the drive through was very quiet and we couldn’t even hear him. When we asked to use the card we put on the app he said we were not able to but we have done it many times before.

Went in so I could buy my son some food and probably had one of the worst experiences and probably won’t be going back! Kept being told to wait (didn’t have a problem waiting but when they made me wait almost half an hour), got upset whenever I asked for no cheese since my son has a allergy also the tortilla was cold, and worst of all I found a hair in his meal! So I went in to let them know and when I told them she yanked the bag out of my hand and got upset with me for bringing it in… After I got my meal it still had cheese in it and it was still cold. Definitely not coming back!

I love Taco Bell…. But what is this??? VERY disappointed. I work nights and after getting off of a 12 hour shift, I don’t expect food to be 100% at 2am, but what even is this? I ordered a chalupa meal, DIDN’T get any toppings on my chalupas, they were both drowning in sour cream.. to the point where my to go bag was drowning.. my hard shell taco that came with my meal did not have anything on it other than a little meat and lettuce… I ordered a sweet tea with my meal, and I received an unsweet tea. I asked for hot and mild sauces and I didn’t get those and I asked the cashier for my receipt and the girl at the drive thru had an attitude and refused to give me it… please make this right. I love Taco Bell but this is very disappointing.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is something that has happened every time I’ve gone to this location. I ordered the nacho fries burrito (added and took some items off ) and they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce EVERYWHERE. I use to work at Taco Bell so I understand how chaotic it can be, however there were only two people in line, and I only had two food items and a drink. It’s really frustrating especially since they had my order correct on receipt but gave me something completely different. It was also cold.
