I haven’t been to red lobster in years but decided to come in for the endless shrimp. Reviewing my visit about two weeks ago. We really enjoyed our food but better than the food was the outstanding customer service by Fabian. He was very prompt. Checked in on us and made sure our second order was in as soon as the food dropped due to the long cook time. Thanks Fabian! The coconut shrimp and skewer were delicious but I think my favorite was Walt’s Favorite. Mostly leaving this review because our family is still talking about Fabian’s great customer service.

My family and I dined here early last week. We had a wonderful waitress who was very patient and kind. We were a table of six w two children and she made our dining experience so easy and pleasant. To the young waitress, thank you for being so kind to us and making our dining experience so flawless.
At first the sticker shock got me but when the food came it was more then good
Started with New England Clam Chowder, great just as I remembered it! Next Admirals Platter for all 3 of us. I savored each bite. Took home the rest to enjoy the next day! I grew up in New England, best seafood in the USA. Red lobster did a great job with their seafood, thank you.
We were helped by Kenzie and she was awesome. Interacted well with us and my son. She listened and participated in our corny jokes and the food was on time. Over all she made us feel welcome 😆 Thank you for the hospitality
Food was delicious, kids friendly, our 3 year old had a good time looking at the lobsters in the tank by the entrance, the host even took one out for her to pet/touch. Very accommodating. We were celebrating a birthday so that was icecream on the house for the birthday girl and the servers sang happy birthday to her. Nice evening dinner.
Our food came out hot and tasted wonderful! As usual, the biscuits were perfect. We were very pleased with our server, Zachary (Zach). He knew the menu and was very helpful describing the entrees we asked about. This restaurant has muted lighting and was remarkably quiet.

I took the family here for dinner. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent....everything cooked to perfection....It was alittel pricey...over $200 for 4 people...one who shared a plate too. I would go again. And I highly recommend it

My husband took us to celebrate 4 birthdays in our family for dinner. We arrived there on a Sunday evening & enjoyed our meals very much. It was a very busy evening at the restaurant, our server Alyssa was very attentive & apologized for the wait for our dinner We didn’t really noticed the wait at all. The appetizers mozzarella cheese sticks, calamari, & crab queso were served fresh & delicious! The famous cheesebread was very good as always. I had the king crab & steak it was superb! My little grandkids were so excited when the entire wait staff came over to sing happy birthday to us. Thank you Red Lobster & Alyssa for taking good care of us! We’ll be back for sure!

It was my first time at a Red Lobster. Sierra hostess was welcoming warm funny. Ivan waiter was fast efficient and endlessly patient. I’d eat with you again.

Our visit was very enjoyable great atmosphere. Kevin our waiter was exceptional, warm and professional. We observed Anna, the manager handle some issues and outrageous request of a near by table. They were rude and extremely obnoxious . Anna was phenomenal. She gave great customer service in spite of their behavior and requests. Kudos to Red Lobster for hiring caliber employees. We plan on returning again in a couple weeks!

We really enjoyed our dinner. We were seated in an area with enough space for our stroller, so we appreciated being seated in a place with space for our kids. Our waiter was also kind and informed me of how to access my rewards on the app. I ordered the lobster tail. It was delicious. A big plus was how clean the restroom was. Some restaurants don’t have a near area for a changing table and waste basket and Red Lobster does. For a busy Saturday night, we had a good service.
We were greeted in a friendly & cheerful manner as we walked in by the hostess who immediately went ahead and sat us down. Our server was so patient, kind & knowledgeable of the entire menu. Menu is full of a variety of seafood options. Appetizers & drinks are great. They also provide non seafood dishes as well. Food came out looking and tasting great and it was hot. DEFINITELY will be returning again.

Duane was our server. He was the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. So attentive. Stopped by our table numerous times to see if we needed anything filled our drinks brought us biscuits. Made sure everything was to our liking. We live in San Jose and drove out to Salinas because the one in San Jose has terrible service. We came for our 49th wedding anniversary. It was well worth the drive.
Brought my mother-in-law here for her birthday dinner and the service we received from every staff member we came into contact with was incredible. We especially loved the hostess, I don't remember what her name was but she checked on us several times during our meal and engaged with us making conversation and jokes. You don't find service like this anywhere anymore! Rebecca, our server was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. The food was also great! Everything was fresh and was flavorful. We got her a live lobster as well, just to get the whole experience. She finished every bite. Thank you all for making her special day extra special! We'll be back!
I had an amazing dining experience with my family at Red Lobster thanks to our wonderful waiter, Yareli. She was incredibly attentive and made sure our table was well taken care of throughout the meal. It's rare to find such excellent service, and Yareli truly went above and beyond.
Our waiter Alfonso was the sweetest patient waiter I have ever had. He was so nice and let us know of the daily specials. He also recommended us different items on the menu. And kept bringing us fresh biscuits and water. We need more people like this.
On 11/26/2025 my daughter's and I went to have dinner. It had been years since I went to Red lobster. Since we walked in to the restaurant we were treated amazing. The hostess greeted us, the waiter was fantastic, and then it ended with the manager being so kind and treating us so well. It was a great dinner experience. I wish I would have got their names. They all had the best customer service.

He checked in often without being intrusive and had great recommendations that we really enjoyed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience. We’ll definitely be asking for Ivan next time! Ps management he deserves a raise!

My family and I came here for my son’s birthday .We were greeted first by Gabriel and my kids noticed the lobsters 🦞 and Gabriel then asked if they wanted to hold one. My boys were excited and yet nervous . He was very patient and super sweet explaining how to hold them and making jokes. Our waiter was Jesus he was nice gentleman always checking if we needed anything and then him and two other staff brought some ice cream to my son and sang happy birthday. I highly recommend this place to anyone.Special thank you for Gabriel and Jesus for making this special day a memorable one for my son!

I was traded today by a friend for n early birthday present.We came around 1130 n both ordered off of their lunch menu I got the sesame soy salmon bowl n she got the shrimp scampi.We both ordered diet Pepsi n we shared a chocolate wave for dessert which was chocolate cake n vanilla ice cream My soy ginger glazed salmon bowl has orzo pasta with with crispy brussel sprouts, Edamame n mix greens Delicious .The service was excellent My friend enjoyed her food as well n the dessert was awesome
We've been to this location many times, but our visit yesterday did not live up to the standards we've come to know. It seemed as though we were forgotten about after our waitress greeted us. For instance, we asked for water and I wanted a lemon. She didn't bring it with a lemon. When she dropped them off I asked again for lemon. She brought lemon.... to another table and not to me. I asked another waiter who had dropped off some of our order. He came back out and I had to ask again. He admitted to putting it out to bring to me but he forgot. After asking for the fourth time, I finally got the lemon. We ordered all you can eat shrimp and it took a long time for anyone up come to our table to see if we wanted another order. As I stated above, this is not service we're used toand the restaurant wasn't busy at 430 pm when we arrived.
Chicken had a weird texture. But everything else was great!
We were quickly seated for lunch by a friendly host. Table and area was very clean. Service was wonderful. Earnest and Fabian were great. My companion had parrot bay coconut shrimp, which she loved. I had fish and chips. Sadly, the cod was over cooked and very dry. The tips of it were a little hard. I think i will stick to the grilled fish when i go back. The have enjoyed the grilled trout and salmon in the past. I will continue to go. Food is good, for the most part. Service is always great.

Food wasn't as good as I remember, and the service was what I come to expect from Burger King not a sit down restaurant. Probably won't go back for awhile... and this was the first time I've been to a Red Lobster in 3 or 4 years. Sadly I'm disappointed.....
The food was of course not even remotely resembling the menu photo but nonetheless enjoyable. My only gripe is that for ice tea at $3.99 a glass, she never asked me if I wanted a refill but dropped my daughter off a refill of lemonade without her even asking. I was going to ask her when she came back but the only time she came back was when we were done eating and she left the bill. That was the only reason she got an 18% tip instead of a 20% tip.
We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. The mushrooms have a great taste and are covered with cheese and bread crumbs. They are very light and well-seasoned. I also ordered the Spendless Shrimp which includes garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp linguini alfredo, popcorn shrimp and Chesapeake fries. The garlic shrimp scampi was so yummy, the garlic sauce is out of this world! It was easily the best item on my plate. The linguini alfredo was good but I had to mix the sauce on my own, since it came out and was kind of covering only half the pasta which you'll see in the picture. The popcorn shrimp was alright but their cocktail sauce was great to dip them in. We went around 1 PM on a Friday and the restaurant did not seem busy. Although, the food took a while to come out. Also, the server never stopped by our table to ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. This was a little frustrating. On a more positive note, our hostess did an amazing job and checked on us to see how we liked our food, which I appreciated.
The hostess sat us at our table and offered us happy hour and at the time there was 10min left for happy hour to end at 6pm our waiter George came to help us to our table 8min after 6pm and I commented to him if he can honor us a happy hour drink since we were at the table before it was 6pm and we were offer happy hour and he said no I believe the customer should be honor happy hour if they are sat a table before it’s the happy hour ending time
We went to Red Lobster because I was given a gift card for Christmas and we hadn't eaten there in quite some time. We were greeted right away from a very friendly hostess who sat us as soon as we came in. Restaurant is clean and quite spacious. They have a small seperate little bar if you don't want to be seated in the main restaurant. They have booths and tables for seating options. As soon as we were seated the waiter took our drink and appetizer order. Took us awhile to figure out what we wanted to eat because they give you A LOT of options and the menu is also new. We appreciated that the waiter gave us time to make up our minds and checked up on us at least three times to see if we were ready. My favorite dish to eat as an appetizer and main meal is their Coconut Shrimp with Pina Colada sauce. The shrimp is cooked to perfection and the outside of it is nice and crispy. The sauce is slightly sweet without being too much and I always ask for extra. I've tried their white wine steamed mussel appetizer before too and that is SOOOOO YUMMY! We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms which was also delicious. Honestly all their appetizers are pretty good and the portions are enough for 2 people. Their cheddar biscuits are always a favorite and comes to the table nice and warm...no butter needed! Sooooo....both my father and husband ordered steak one was a 6oz filet and the other was sirloin. The steaks was a little tough so I'd give it a 3 stars but the lobster and clam chowder my Dad had he was happy about. So I'd stick with just ordering the fish dishes and if you're a steak lover go somewhere else. Service I would give absolutely 5 star. Our waiter and the other waiter that was there was so attentive to everyone and checked on all their customers several times. The hostess also walks around to see how you're doing. Overall we had a nice lunch.. Enjoy!
The server was sweet. The food was so so. The bill for 3 people for dinner was 80 bucks,and one person just had a bowl of soup. KFC has better coleslaw, and I had salmon tacos and received my fish skin on....
When I go out to dinner and ask for extra napkins and I’m spending $200 mind you I want a regular napkin not paper towels in which I was given. That was very disappointing. I eat at Red Lobster quite frequently and today was shocked I’m having a lobster dinner not the grab boil..
It was terrible service n the food came in pieces instead like a meal. We were there for bout hrs. It took that long to get our whole meal. It was our anniversary..43yrs And we ca.e from. Out of town to go there.
Sadly there was insufficient staff to accommodate people’s needs. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Our server, Esmeralda, did the best she could under the circumstances. A lunch that should have taken just around an hour took three of us over an hour and a half. Maybe next time will be better??
I ordered steak it was undercooked, a side of bacon Mac n cheese, that was watery and undercooked. They replaced the pasta in my wife's entree with no notice. Bright spot was our waitress, sweet, hard working and attentive. Her name was Rebecca. As a life long drinker of LIT, I say to anyone who drinks them, do not order the version that red lobster makes.
I remember as a child Red Lobster used to be the business their biscuits were always fresh always handed to the table non-stop customer service and the food didn't look or taste like s*** but for some reason I went back after over 8 years I tried some new stuff it was okay but seeing everything was just on the pot on low heat ready to be served not fresh as it was before you know and their key lime pie was horrible I remember it looked a lot more presentable I felt like with this one they just threw with Ash it on the plate put some drugs burgers on the side and said here you know and their cheese biscuits I felt they're undercooked like it wasn't it was like too doughy of course it was soft but it wasn't felt like he still wasn't cooked like I want it hard outside but soft inside everything was just soft all around and I suck balls so take it or leave it if you go great but if you don't even better I didn't get any like food poisoning or and food sickness by the way so they keep their s*** in line other than that yeah
Not a long wait time after 3pm(15:00) we’re seated immediately after we entered. Paid cash or pay at counter, table payment machine is an option too. Decent atmosphere. Not a huge seafood fan. Honestly was just craving grilled or bbqd shrimps with some lemon I guess that’s not even an option? A bit ridiculous. Not a huge fan of the fried shrimp totally gross and was charged 20$ for the fried shrimp plate when I didn’t really have any other option overall experience was decent my mother is a big fried fish fan so she got the fried Friday plate. Clam chowder was my sister’s choice and it is what it is, basic clam chowder. Our appetizer was the seafood stuffed mushrooms they were scorching hot. Ordered alcoholic drinks Bahamas mama and pina colada although very little alcohol. Went with a red wine instead
Loved my host and excellent food but noticed how upper staff like manager treats workers very poorly. I think corporate should really look into who they higher as a manager and make sure they actually treat there workers like HUMAN BEINGS . Will definitely avoid going to this restaurant!!!
Today is Mother's Day and my husband brought me here. The food was good except for my baked potato which was cold. We had to wait 40 minutes for our meal. Was told that the kitchen was running 45 minutes behind. Not good.
Ordered crab, but they couldn’t find any crab crackers so we asked for some money back for the crab we couldn’t eat and left
I honestly believe they gave me food that someone else didn't eat. Dark brown soggy fish, soggy fries no coleslaw and dry tough hush puppies. Worst meal i have ever had in my life. My dad spent $273.00 for four people on to go food.
On August 31, 2025 at 6:30PM my family and I visited the Red Lobster in Salinas, CA for a family dinner. My wife and kids wanted to spend a lovely evening with my parents and sister as it was our last day in the state of CA and were returning to our home state of MN. The restaurant was not busy during the time we visited and there were many tables open. We had setup a reservation ahead of time to ensure we were able to be seated. Upon arrival We were seated promptly by the host. The host was nice and even offered to let my daughter pet one of the lobsters. The server (Kenzie) took down our orders and did a great job serving us. My family members waited approximately about 30 minutes before our food had arrived. Everyone received their meals except myself. I was informed by the server that my meal would be arriving shortly after my family members received theirs. The HUGE problem we ran into was the amount of time and lack of proper customer service from the Manager Estevan Campos. The server (Kenzie) did a great job acknowledging the long wait time for my food and went to the kitchen to check on the status of my order. Meanwhile during our wait, the manager Estevan Campos did not stop by our table to check in on how our meal was going. It wasn’t until after nearly 90 minutes of waiting I received my meal. I immediately told the server that I wanted my meal to go as I was not interested in eating my meal and we were limited on time at that point. It wasn’t until after I asked the server to box up my meal when a few minutes later the manager decided to stop by our table. I inquired with the manager why it is taking so long for me to receive my order because the restaurant not busy at all. He made excuses stating that there were many parties at the restaurant (there was not) and made more excuses. Not once did he acknowledge taking responsibility for the order taking so long nor did he offer to provide an alternative meal or being compensated in any way. It was nearly 8PM when I got my meal. We arrived at 6:30PM. Again the server (Kenzie) did an amazing job hearing out my frustrations for the long wait time and constantly checked in with the kitchen. The manager Estevan campos did not bother to check in with us and introduce himself with us nor did he check in with the kitchen about what was going on nor did he go to the kitchen to provide support with the cooks. It wasn’t until after a long wait, nearly 90 minutes of waiting, that he chose to stop by our table. The only thing he offered us was a 20% off coupon promotion that was only valid during a certain time and also was given to everyone else eating at the restaurant. The manager did a poor job handling this situation. I chose not to demand compensation from the manager because I wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. He did not. He instead made excuses for the long wait time and not once took responsibility for what was going on or provide any type of compensation. I paid for my full meal and provided a tip for the server (Kenzie) because she did a good job handling the situation. Upon exiting the restaurant I asked 2 different servers the name of the manager because the manager Estevan campos did not say what his name was nor was he wearing a name tag. The manager was in the lobby and as I was nearly out the door when he stopped me and made another poor apology for what had happened. He stated he has only been a manager for 2 months and continued to make excuses. He also was the only manager at the restaurant. This was a horrible experience for me and was handled extremely poorly. I am extremely concerned about the quality of service from the manager. If this is how he was handling this situation I can only imagine how other people at the restaurant were being treated.
The place was to hot inside, the food was not cooked all the way, we waited for an hour just to get our appetizers and plates and drinks. They weren’t even that busy to make us wait that long. Never again would go
White bald guy was so rude he even started talking shit to other customers that he did nothing else he ruined my moms birthday and made us feel unwelcome and burden. Thank u
Not sure if it’s cause I went for lunch during the week but everything was terrible. We weren’t checked on at all, and the food was really bad. Steaks were over cooked and the waiter said he would get it fixed. Never came back with a new steak. Some of the food was cold as well. The hostess was at the table next to us talking to what I assume are her friends because she was just standing there talking to them not checking on anybody else. Some people walked in and she told the waiter to tell them to wait and she kept her conversation going before going and sitting them.
