Why do they ask for a 20% service charge or tip? They don't provide good service, and their service isn't worthy of asking for a 20% tip on the bill. One good thing is that the bathrooms are clean compared to other places in Cholula. The music is just reggaeton; after a while, it gets boring. I tried the mangochelas, the ones with clamato and chamoy; personally, the flavors are simple, not very concentrated, if I may say so. And most of the time, some of the workers communicate with a laser. I don't care why, but I do care that they're bothering me by not giving the person they're actually talking to about their coworkers.

I do not recommend the place, they have very good drinks but when you pay they want to charge you drink by drink instead of your bill at the end, and my waiter wanted to charge me 20-25% tip and I told him always 10% please, and on one occasion despite repeating that he should charge me 10% he gave me the price with more than 10% tip, and he acted like an idiot when I confronted him. And that's how it stayed. Do your math right, also he told me that a few shots were 400 pesos and in the end he charged me 500. 👎🏻

Terrible place, terrible experience. They take ages to take your order, ages to bring it, and ages to bring the bill. We felt like we wasted hours just on that. Plus, they tell you that if you want more, you have to pay extra. Okay, fine, but the problem is that by the time they finally deign to bring the bill, you don't want anything else because it took them forever. The worst part was that at the entrance, while checking a friend's ID, they touched him inappropriately, groped him in his private parts, and shoved him around. DON'T GO!

It's a place to go dancing with friends, however, the customer service is terrible. The waiters act like people don't know what they're ordering and overcharge you, and when you ask for a receipt, they simply refuse to give it to you. The 20% service charge is mandatory, plus the extra charges they impose; otherwise, they become extremely rude. The music and the venue are fine, but the poor service makes it a dreadful place if you don't want to leave angry. There are better places to have a michelada and dance.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I wanted to have a good time with my friends and they wanted to charge us exactly 1024 for a consumption of $654, we usually leave 20% (tip) but in the end it seemed like an exaggeration to me (I guess they thought we were all drunk) I asked for the ticket and they wouldn't give it to me for nothing, they ended up surrounding us when we were just asking for our ticket because of course we knew what we consumed and it was nothing compared to what they were charging us. They ended up taking money from us (so if you go) well no, better not go... or be careful because you have no security.

They ask you to pay a 25 percent tip when it isn't mandatory. They tell you there are specials when you make a reservation, and when you arrive, they tell you no because they're going to change the menu. There are no servers to serve you; they only want their tips when they don't do their sole job well. The only thing worthwhile is the atmosphere, but beyond that, it's disgusting.

They demand a 20% tip or service when clearly throughout the establishment there are signs that say the tip is optional, they get super heavy if you don't want to leave them 20% when the service is not even worth it, the waitress Ian, is super rude, makes faces at you and you have to keep looking for her to be able to serve you, a super terrible experience with the young lady and a guy Byron, the only redeeming thing is that the manager approached and was super cool and resolved what was happening with his employees

The most annoying and rude place of this type I've ever been to. I find the excessive service charge appalling, especially when the service is less than polite. Getting your hand stamped (during the day and not in a club) seems completely ridiculous to me. Beware of the service. I don't recommend this place, much less its drinks.

Their blue ones don't have alcohol and they justify it by saying that "they have volt" and they get really heavy with the tip, they want 20% and the service takes a long time, for 2 blue ones almost 40 min.
