Terrible service from the lady who serves, I went to buy chicken at a good time: 5:30, and supposedly she had already run out, even though they had chickens there on display, when I asked her for a package she said she didn't have "Complements" but was going to charge me for the full package: FAMILY, I politely asked her if she could give me something in exchange for what she didn't have and she said no, that she was only going to give me what she had (because she didn't even have tortillas) but that she was going to charge me for the whole package, the problem is not that she doesn't have a product, but her TERRIBLE service attitude, I asked for a number to make my complaint, and I supposedly called her superior who put it on speakerphone, and indeed the lady or girl said no, that she didn't have to give things away, that the PACKAGES ARE SOLD AT THE PRICE THAT IS, WHETHER OR NOT THERE ARE PRODUCTS, I MEAN, BOTH PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, THERE ARE BETTER CHICKENS IN CHOLULA, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. The food is average tasting, not to mention the cold soup they make with almost-spoiled ham. The ranchera potatoes stink and leave you with a horrible belch if you don't eat them that day and save them for the next. They don't care about the quality of their food. Don't risk it just because it looks cheap!
