We've been here several times, usually we go thru the drive-thru, but today, February 19th we dined in. The food is always really good. The soft serve ice-cream was a little too soft today and ran all over the cone. Maybe the machine temp should be dropped a bit.

I’ve ordered the wicked sandwich and the 24pcs wings about few times from this place so far. Delicious food, great flavor and a satisfying crunch in each bite. These are my favorite chicken tenders, and the sweet tea is always on point. The customer service is hit or miss which is disappointing, but my family and I will be back.

Always fresh, always fast, and affordable! Love the chicken and that ZING SAUCE!!!!! Except today, jan 8th, 2024. They gave me the 16 piece. It was suppose to be half and half. They gave us all spicy. My kids tried to eat it after taking out as much spicy as they could. I had to stop them i threw there portions in the trash and called and spoke with George. He said only way to redo it was to bring the chicken back. Never had I had to bring food back to a restaurant to get a redo. Not a good day. They forgot me and when I did get my chicken it was wrong. It was supposed to be a breast and a leg but it was a wing and breast. So they gave me a breast a wing and leg, the leg and wing were tiny! They did apologize for forgetting me and gave me a large soup. They offer free ice cream (ice milk).

I really do aim to be fair with reviews and I try to review the bad and good. That being said, the food was good. The service was poor, the cashier had an obvious attitude and lack of patience, and having spent years in customer service the customer should not be the only person saying thank you. When my order was ready, they pointed at it, so I sent my 10 yr old cause I had a 7 month old. The people next to me I eventually told their order was ready because the staff half ass called out the number then let their food sit there. They weren’t busy. Only three tables were occupied. The bath room was gross. There was urine all over the seat and the bathroom was overall dirty. The ice cream machine was not operational, which I get happens but bummer for the kids. Just letting whoever runs this store know that it’s failing. We’ve always gone there over the years, and would love to keep doing so. But this last experience kinda sucked.

Seems like most businesses now don’t bother to acknowledge or greet a person when they come in. Understandable that it’s busy but no acknowledgment that you will be helped is not good customer service. I love Golden Chick, but sadly my experience at this particular location has not been good at all, each time I place an order through the app, something is wrong, either missing or wrong sides, missing pieces or just badly seasoned or packaged. To make matters worse, when I had called to let them know, I always get a pretty bad attitude from them, basically telling me that I am lying. So I would only got there to order take out from now on, to check my order on site before leaving the store.

Drove by to take advantage of their 13 lucky chicken order. Ordered an extra six pack of rolls cuz why not. Unfortunately, while the service was quick and friendly by the time we arrived to our destination and began unpacking the food order, we realized we got the four rolls that it came with but our extra six pack was nowhere to be seen. I explained the situation, upsettedly honestly, to another employee who said she was a manager too. Instead of helping, she backed up the poor service. I won’t be back. had ordered the sampler meal. had to park along with 3 other cars. they were behind on order. almost gave us someone else's order, once we got our order, we notice they forgot chicken tender and rolls. went back. manager who was probably on break came in back from break saying there was chicken tender in bag, told them not the whole amount of chicken tender were in bag nor was the rolls...at the end she gave us rest of chicken tender that was missing and rolls...smh...never going back to this one.

Placed an order for take out. Six piece tenders, gravy, extra rolls. I received a half empty 2oz ramekin of gravy, only 4 tenders, two of which were barely half the size of a regular tender. And my extra rolls had been shoved all into the same container which causw the gravy to spill. Drink was all carbonation, no syrup. Very disappointing since it was the first thing I had a chance to eat after an 11 hour shift.

Mgr Jeremy refused to help in ANY way and would not let me finish speaking. He continued to cut me off and even walked away mid-sentence when I was speaking. He had no intention of resolving the issue. He confirmed multiple times that he was the manager but he couldn't replace our incomplete order. What? I paid for it already. Why can't you replace the missing items? We were assured by another manager that our name would be on a ledger to replace our order the next time we came in. So, to the issue. We had an problem with our entire order because they had to deal with a disgruntled customer which resulted in the restaurant having to call the police. This chaos caused our order as bistanders to the situation to be completely wrong. Now we come in to have the order replaced and Jeremy not only couldn't do anything but couldn't be bothered to listen to what we had to say, just kept cutting us off. Just to be clear, no one was cussing or acting in a disgruntled manner. Jeremy had the attitude of well I can't do anything so what now? No apology for the inconvenience, no offer of having the general manager contact us about the issue, just " Um, you can come back tomorrow when my manager is here". So, now you're not inconveniencing us once, but twice? Poor managerial skills and zero escalation skills. He even said on the side to my wife "Sorry, I just don't do well in situations like that". He's just a kid, like 20-something years old and he needs more training.

Manager is rude to say the least, called and let them know that my family size fries were underfilled and was interrupted with attitude when I was in the middle of explaining, insisting that my order isn’t there as if I’m a liar, went and showed up with receipt and showed the fries, manager then grabs them and throws them away, I then confront them that I could’ve just kept them instead of wasting food and out of curtesy atleast since I drove all the way back from home and was met with the rhetoric “oh you wanted them?” While laughing telling me that I got u. I came in to order my regular 3-piece chicken combo and requested all thighs, like I’ve gotten here before. The cashier said they “couldn’t do it” and would only do legs and thighs. When I asked why I couldn’t get all thighs, I got no explanation—just a dead-end answer with zero effort to help. I even offered to pay for substitutions, and they still refused. Either this location’s rules change depending on who’s working, or they just didn’t feel like doing it. To make it worse, I ordered an extra roll, and both rolls were hard around the edges like they’d been sitting out. Between the refusal to accommodate a simple request, the lack of communication, and the poor food quality, I’m done. This location will never get my business again.

I just left this location and I’m still shocked by my experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two rolls with butter and honey, and politely asked if the butter and honey could be placed in a separate bag. The employee at the window responded, “No, I’m not going to waste an extra bag,” in a very rude tone. I thought she was joking at first, but she repeated herself the same way. I said okay and asked her to just hand them to me instead. When I pulled up to the window, I asked what the issue was with putting the butter and honey in a separate bag. She again said she was too busy and wasn’t going to waste another bag. What made this even more unprofessional was that she appeared to be filming herself on her phone, possibly live on TikTok, while working the drive-thru. I’ve never seen this employee at this location , I didn’t see her name but had big face tattoo.

Haven’t even tried the food yet but the service was so bad that I would never come back again. Went through the drive thru and asked if we could have a minute to look over the menu since it’s our first time and not even 30 seconds later the girl is asking again what can i get for you? they didn’t even have enough chicken they ended up giving us the 10 piece leg and thigh meal with one roasted piece of chicken to make up for their lack of fried chicken. then when we get our food the gravy is spilling out the sides and we were missing our mashed potatoes. when we said we’re missing the mashed potatoes, the manager Val rudely stepped in and was almost yelling “everything is in there!” then we said there was no mashed potatoes and she said give me that i’ll get you your mashed potatoes still in the loud and rude manner. then she handed us back a container that was spilling out and not even fully closed. i’ve never experienced such a hostile drive thru encounter. if they’re this stressed on a regular friday night, with no one else in the drive thru, this just goes to show poor skills of the management team at this location.

Order was completely wrong drove back 15 min. but as it’s understood we had to bring back the 4 pieces they sent. Instead of the 15 pieces we paid for. The most irritating thing is when we asked for a refund on the sides they asked for the whole order back to get a refund. And I mean by whole order is the 15 pieces they had just handed us. Staff was polite but I felt bad because she was not trained for something like this. I asked for the store manager and she gave me a number from a different store and when I called they told me she wasn’t there and to call back tomorrow. Frustrating that a simple take out dinner could lead to 45 minutes later and still not be able to sit down and eat as I had to go somewhere else to pick up items to complete the meal.

A bit disappointed! I ordered an extra side of macaroni and cheese and got literally like a scoop of macaroni. I paid $3 for it…and got another of dirty rice…same…a scoop…$6 dollars for a scoop? Damn, I know things are getting rough but at least give me what I pay for. Not happy at all with this experience. Plus, why are the jalpenos so small? And why do you charge extra for gravy for mashed potatoes? Rip off..and when I supposedly talked to the manager all she had to say was that’s how it is…Terrible customer service…whoever owns this establishment should look into this….Incompetence and laziness is running your restaurant.

I gave this place a try for the first time and I am not impressed. What I got for $12 was four small and stringy chicken tenders, fries that tasted like they had been sitting in the warming rack for way too long and a soda that tastes like the nozzles had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. All-in-all I will not be going back.

This is the 3rd time it's happened . Reason why it's so annoying this time is because I forgot they do this and walked to my desk in a rush . Why aren't yall putting the gravy in a separate container! I'm so annoyed I probably don't make sense !
