At this location, it is rare an order must be adjusted for low or out of stock ingredients. Busy drive thru can prompt abrupt customer service for sake of eliminating the line.

Came by for a quick lunch and ordered a strawberry slim and Trim with gut health and greens. I love the healthy options for smoothies, they have an expensive menu with lots of options to select from. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. The smoothie was a little more expensive than I thought ($12+), but I suppose that's typical for the times. It was still very delicious!

Shafe gave great customer service, as I walked in today she was very friendly, I asked about a mango smoothie and she immediately new which one it was on the menu, she even asked me if I wanted to know the ingredients in my smoothie.

These kids are great! They run the shop well, make delicious smoothies, and are kind and courteous. They flash genuine smiles and provide awesome customer service. I go a couple of times a week! I recommend Peanut Power Plus, Banana Boat w/peanut butter, and lemon strawberry twist (called something like that lol) Yum!

It’s smoothie king. Can’t really go wrong. This location is a little weird to get to, and the staff was a little underwhelming but got our orders correct.

I loved it! Before ordering, I checked the website and everything looked so good. I had two favorites, and the person who helped me was super kind and told me I could swap ingredients to make it just how I like it. Definitely coming back!

I love Smoothie King and let me start there. They have a great variety of options for healthy meals. This location was very small and does have a drive-through. Service was good at best. Definitely need to work on their time and efficiency.

Update: I am increasing the stars on my review from 1 to 3, because the last few times I have ordered my delivery of 44 ounce smoothies, they have come properly packaged in the bag with the appropriate length straw. If this continues, then I will increase my review to five stars. I order 44 ounce smoothies from this Smoothie King on a very regular basis, and at least five times my smoothies have arrived with no straw. So with it being a 44 ounce smoothie, a normal straw does not work in the cup. About three or four times it has arrived with no bag or no receipt or no sticker or anything over the opening to the cup. The DoorDash drivers that are used to deliver the smoothies when you order through the Smoothie King app, do not pick up straws. It’s really not their responsibility to pick up straws either, it really is the responsibility of the store to put the order together. I’ve even received a smoothie that they placed in a bag with the receipt, but then they didn’t put a straw in the bag with the smoothie. I’m not really sure why this is such a difficult thing to do, because every other fast food place that you go to they just put the straw with the cup automatically. I don’t understand why they won’t do that here. I also don’t understand why the workers don’t know to put a straw in the bag for delivery orders. Any order that isn’t carry out should be in a bag with the receipt and a straw appropriate to the size of the cup.

Smoothie tasted fine but it was like water. Like flavored milk in texture. My son and I were very confused but kept them because they tasted fine. We were disappointed. This video was taken just a few minutes after we got it. You can see how liquidy it was. 🫤 But the worker were fine and the place was clean.

I asked about the free upsize Friday (where you can upsize to a 32oz for the price of a 20oz). And he still charged me for the 32oz. 👎🏽

I gave two stars only because the people at this location are usually very nice, HOWEVER, they are ALWAYS giving me the wrong smoothie. It’s like they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. And they ALWAYS have someone new working there, which I assume is why my orders are never correct. It’s super annoying to go through the drive-through and leave with the wrong smoothie. Tighten up your employees. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and constant mistakes that can easily be avoided by double checking orders is my biggest pet peeve.

I usually go through the drive-through at this location and get our stuff fast and on time, but this time we walked in and it was a complete letdown. We stood at the front counter and didn’t get acknowledge for six minutes and then there were nets Everywhere. I will not be returning to this location.

This place isn't doing well. 45 minute wait in the drive thru. I sat at the window another 10 min staring at no one making anything. I only ordered 1 smoothie

I visited smoothie King on Potranco and 1604 on September 9 and had a horrible experience With the drive-through attendant. She was extremely disrespectful to me. Since then, they refuse to give me owner or manager information for that location. I’ve called several times to connect with someone and the children that work. There are keeping me from talking to management. I’d love to get contact with the general manager or manager of this location. Please reach out to me. I have additional photos of the young woman. I’ve included this one so other customers can also be aware. She has black hair with red streaks throughout - customers beware. I paid for my drink and then threw it away because I did not trust that it was made correctly - That’s how bad she was behaving in the drive-through.

I’ve had repeated issues at this location and still haven’t heard back from the manager despite reaching out. On my last visit, I paid for three scoops of supplements but only received one. When I politely pointed it out, the employee argued instead of correcting it. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong, which is why I usually go inside rather than use the drive-thru to insure accuracy. It's frustrating to pay for items and not receive them, it appears this location is stealing from it customs. I won’t be returning. REVIEW UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that I have already contacted Guest Services, and they informed me that you would be reaching out to me directly. For reference, I have attached a screenshot of their email sent to me on August 4, 2025. As of today, August 13, 2025, I have not received any further communication from you.

Ordered a smoothie bowl and told me to go to Dunkin to get a spoon! Seriously!?

I ordered a PB Delight bowl on January 2, 2026, at approximately 10:15 AM. The order was prepared by employee Caitlyn C. at the Potranco location. About five bites into eating the bowl, I noticed something foreign in my mouth. I immediately removed it and realized it was a large piece of plastic. I stopped eating right away and returned to the store to report the issue. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was told it may have come from a new container they were using. While I appreciate the explanation, the situation was extremely alarming. The plastic was large enough that I could have easily choked, and I am also concerned that there may have been additional pieces of plastic in the bowl that I could have unknowingly swallowed. This experience was frightening and unacceptable, and I wanted to formally document the incident due to the serious health and safety risk involved. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution.

I don’t know why it takes forever, and there are only two cars in front of you. I literally waited 20 minutes in line for a smoothie, so I left. And I wanted to call, but no one ever picks up the phone. This location has been like this for some time now.

Goto smoothie king almost everyday. I get the same thing at various locations in San Antonio and Austin. This location sucks. Went 3 days in row because it’s now the closest location to me. My usual order tasted bad and different 3 times. The last time cup was only 3/4 full. I either have to give up smoothie king or drive 20min out my way to get the right thing.

Customer service sucks!!!! It was my first time going to this establishment and the cashier was very rude and not helpful at all!!! We need better customer service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!!

The employees here don’t know the recipes that well… I had to go back and have mine remade. Not to be mean, but one of the employees there kept touching her hair and nose while making smoothies. She also kept bringing out her phone to use it while making my smoothie making the process take so much longer than it needed to be. At one point she also dropped a lid onto the floor and just put it back with the clean dishes. She also had super long hair that wasn’t in a pony tail or anything and it kept falling in front of her face and into the ice bin…. Yuck. Any other smoothie king in town is ten times better than this one.

I work retail so just wanted to share… my husband was practically having to scream out the order and the associate taking order could not hear him… he had to repeat the order 5 times and then when we get to the window he then had repeat himself 2 more times. Not sure if it’s the speaker but just frustrating as simple order 2 angel food and one island impact.
