My family and I stopped by after church and went through the drive thru to ordered. Gentleman that took our order was friendly and polite. We got #5 deal which is the hamburger, fries and a drink for about $12. The burger and fries were very good! Highly recommend the food and customer service was excellent!

First time at this location with my kids for Valentines day and we enjoyed everything from the friendly customer service to the food! I love this place. It gives the feel of old style diner with its decor. This is NOT the place you go to and expect fast food, especially if it’s busy. They make all of their food cooked to order and almost right there in the dining area where you could see them making your food. So far, we’ve had the fried chicken salad, moz sticks, onion rings and variety of cheeseburger options. Their fried chicken salad is fresh and amazing. The only negative thing to me and it’s only because I love ranch, is the amount of ranch given. Two little sauce cups is not enough for me personally. 4.5/5 Mozzarella sticks are cooked to order with an amazing cheese pull and crisp. They provide ranch and marinara sauce with the sticks. Their marinara sauce tasted a bit strange to me. 4.5/5 Their onion rings were decent, but it’s only because I prefer a thicker batter and there’s is thinner. It’s still a great portion size. 3/5 Their cheeseburgers are amazing. Definitely can tell their cooked to order. 5/5 The staff is amazing as well. The 2 cooks and the 1 running the whole dining room and front. Please be patient with them when it’s busy.

The onion rings had a great crunch to them yet these were the only side that lacked flavor and ketchup & salt did not help. Check it up if you are in the area. Everything was great except the counter help was not familiar with their Mushroom and Swiss burger. I asked what comes on it. When he replied "Mayo" I immediately asked "ONLY Mayo?" He confirmed it. I ordered mine with extra mayo, but when it arrived it also had shredded lettuce and tomato slices on it. Good thing I asked for Mayo on the side, as I had to scrape the small bits of lettuce off and it took the Mayo with it. I also ordered unsweet tea and half fries/half rings. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. I'll know better next time how to order.

We returned because the food was so good the first time. Babes did not dissappint the second time. We had a burger both times and the sandwich was excellent. Try both the onion rings and fries. We'll be back.

I’d never been to this location and had high hopes because I love the one on Potranco, but their service was weak today. Ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings from a woman who never made eye contact nor greeted me. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my food and never heard my name called. Walked up to the counter and my order was sitting there waiting to be picked up. The person standing over that counter looked confused when I talked to her, like she didn't know why my food was still there. I asked if it this was for Steve and she said yes and I took my tray. The food looked great. My onion rings were perfectly fried and battered, but they were room temperature when I bit into them. The bun was toasted, but also room temperature by the time I got it. I hope they get better!

I always visit the Fredericksburg location and my burger is always good but this time we tried the 410 and Culebra location and my burger was very under seasoned. Very disappointing.

The food is good, the service sucks. I asked for chicken tenders and they added ranch sauce all over my fries. Even my wife’s plate had the same thing. They just charge you and get the food how ever and get out of here.

Here now on mother's day mom ordered nachos and they topped ot off with spoiled avocado black as can be when we went to ask for more bigg tall white guy that was a cook laughed and said thats all I got then proceeded to pull out a fresh batch!!! What a joke and then while we tried to finish eating he proceeded to stare and laugh and point what a joke very unprofessional and rude management should really look in to this because they just lost some customer never coming back here!!! Don not eat here i repeat do not eat here!!!

My daughter found hair in her pepperoni pizza. They really should wear hair nets. They refunded our money just for the pizza. We didn't finish our food just left, we lost our appetite. Who wants to continue eating after hair is found in your food. So waste of time and money, $50.

Crap, you will not get the burger you ordered. Fries also crap pieces. Thank God for Burger Boy down the street. I was sooo excited Babes opening down my street. Advice, stop opening for now, train and do better.

Service was awful. They made my two burgers wrong so I called to see when I can come in to have them remade as I live 40 minutes away. They proceeded to tell me it was okay to come in within a few days and to give my name when I come back and they would remake them. I went in the very next day and they refused to have them remade as I did not “come in on the same day” absolutely horrible customer service. Do not go to this location.

Enjoyed waiting 40 minutes for a cold burger. To go order, already cold when handed to me. Would have asked for a fresh one, but was not ready to waste another minute there. Recommend this place for an amazing fresh cold burger.

We went last Saturday 05/16/26 during lunch hour thru the drive thru. We were the only ones in the drive thru no one waiting before or after us. After we place the order and wait at the window for 30+ min with no one coming to the window to even greet us or give us our total. A total waste of time. We were coming from Austin on the way West with an infant in the car hungry and tired. We left without food and time wasted with still another 1.5hr of road ahead of us with a time deadline. Having an infant you’re already sleep and hunger deprived, so this terrible service really did piss us all off. Please hire people that actually want to work and can be friendly/civl at best.
