They have the best Chinese food in my opinion!! Everything is prepared right in front of you and they'll allow you to sample any of the meats before you choose your entree to make sure you like it before you choose. The honey walnut shrimp is my absolute favorite!!

Expect a line as this place is right off of the metro stop & if tourists go a little off the beaten path then we'll, they've found a good Columbia Heights secret. This place always has fresh food. The staff is friendly & the place is moderately clean for the level of foot traffic they see.

This Panda Express is always really busy so expect at least a 5-10 minute wait. They have very friendly service and their staff is lovely. The food is awesome and it's saved me one too many times from starvation.

Panda Express on 14th and Irving is the best restaurant that i know of. Once you order, and then take down your food. It's just like trying to eat one Pringles chip and calling it a day, you can't because u will devour the whole entire plate or tray!!!!! Gotta love panda panda panda

If this location were in NYC near Penn Station or Moyihan station, the food were delicious and the staff carried out their duties politely and were corteous.

The team members were working diligently keeping the kitchen and front of house clean, while also looking like they all enjoyed each other's company! That really shows in the service as it's just a more positive atmosphere! I came in for the original orange chicken bowl, and nothing wrong with it. It's the classic orange chicken I've grown up knowing and LOVING!

It's a good place to get some food at a reasonable price. Not so easy to find, just park in the structure under the mall and walk to the Panda Express outside on the street. You can't access it from inside the mall.The food was fresh and hot. If you get a drink they give you the cardboard straws. I don't really like those so I used my own straw to drink. I would go there again.

The place is great, the service is excellent. The food is really good but slightly overpriced. The only issue is that they didn't have much of the good choices left since they were going to close in about half hour. They weren't going to make more food since they were near closing time. But the people were great and very friendly too. One of the guys serving was Gydeon who was especially nice. Will definitely go there again.

I like this place, today my experience was better than other times where a short girl, can't remember if her name on my receipt said Amanda or not but she could use some lessons on costumer service. 6 stars today because the employees were of so much help tonight with my uber order.

Shout-out to the Manager Ms. Monica for accommodating my catering orders and really helping me out and going out of her way just to make it happen. I’ll definitely order here again! I do believe we need more person like Ms. Monica, who knows how to manage her staff well and how to accommodate customers with their needs even if sometimes it is beyond what the company can offer. The girl at the register was really great! They made a small mistake and she went above and beyond to fix it for me. This was at 930 on 7/13. People like her make customers want to come back!

Love the food. It's even worth the small extra amount for the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The Orange Chicken, Black Pepper chicken and Super Greens are also my favorites. I always look forward to Payday Panda Day!

The place is huge, easily seats 500! It's also a very beautiful space. However, of any kind of performance is involving sound will need much attention as the ceiling is so high that the sound gets lost in the space before it can be fully heard and understood.

Good food - bad portions. I think it depends on the time of day you go, but i've been here around 12pm, 3pm, and 7pm - and it's always been the same. They skimp out on portions as if you aren't overpaying already for a plate of food. There's also a huge cleanliness issue with the tables and the refreshments area. Food is good! Just the portions and cleanliness needs to be resolved.

I had orange chicken, which was good. I also had black pepper chicken, that I didn't like so much. The employees are nice, warm and attentive. It gets a little crowded in the early afternoon, so go before or after lunch time if you can't wait.

The restaurant was clean but the food wasn't very hot and some looked like it had been sitting out a long time. But, the food was still tasty. Although with the new "super greens" side. The broccoli is not fresh it's from frozen :( The staff was friendly and quick.

They focus more on the Door Dash and Uber Eats orders more than they focus on the in store customers which causes unnecessary wait for those that decided to take the "non lazy" route.

The food here is decent for what it is, a fast food Chinese place that was ripped right out of a mall food court. The food is the only halfway decent part of this establishment. The staff here are totally rude and offputting if I were the manager I would fire them all and speaking of the manager he is very curt and impolite. You can tell alot about someone by how they treat those who are less fortunate and this man is completely compassionless for the homeless people that come around from time to time. As long as they are not completely unbearable (smell, outbursts, aggressive panhandling) I feel like places like these should so their best to be kind and compassionate towards them and this place does not. I would have given two stars if not for that. But who am I to dole out stars anyway?

It's hard to determine what was worse. The Uber Eats driver getting lost-- taking 1 hour to find my job which is at the hospital; Or the food?? Both was equally a waste of $18.00.. This location is pretty cool on most days. But on the days that the Asia Lady is there who I’m assuming is the Manager is when I hate coming here. She always and I mean always Skimming your servings. Rather than apologizing for the delay or handling the situation with courtesy, he acted like an entitled owner who had no regard for customer service. There was no smile, no empathy, and definitely no apology. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude was hired or trained for a customer-facing role. It left a really bad impression and made me question whether I’d return to this place again.

It’s absolutely unacceptable. How long the line was in the restaurant this evening. Freddy was the manager on duty, and was sooo disrespectful to us. There was not a GM on site. The line was a complete mess. There was no FIFO, the lobby was dirty, no handwashing and very slow cashiers and line persons. Every time I asked for a leader? He claimed he was the GM and we know that’s a lie. There was so much food left on the counters because of a lack of communication to the line persons to keep up throughout and guest ticket times. The restaurant most certainly needs to be staffed better on a Friday night. It’s unacceptable and disappointing. We won’t be back
