One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Place is cozy but restroom is dirty.. Staff seem not to understand English comes up rude. Must try their #1 Pho and #42b beef stew with French bread soup.

One of SBs best Pho spots. Conveniently located and really great service. If ordering their house special just know it's a hit and comes out quick. This place is definitely worth the visit and the return trip

I go to pho everywhere. Luckily I live near by this one. it is by far the best pho I've ever had. Thier soups are delicious my b.fs favorite is 1, 2 , or 12 . My FAV. is 39. Also one of their most popular dishes . If you like pho this is the place to go.....

Ice & Rice

Food is ok but not that memorable. Bun bo hue broth was pretty disappointing. Shrimp fried rice had excellent wok hei and taste. Spicy lemon grass chicken was relatively bland. Sizzling beef was OK: pretty tender but the taste wasn't as flavorful as I'd like.

This place is pretty good and we would come back. We ordered the pho and it was good. I tried their bun bo hue and it was okay, a little too much fish sauce for my taste. We also ordered the egg rolls which were good, oddly they were flat but not bad at all! I wasn't expecting much from this place but perfect place for a recovery meal after an event at NOS. Staff was friendly and like a lot of Asian restaurants you just need to flag them down to get their attention.

This place has delicious Pho. It's our to go spot. They only offer outdoor dining now thanks to our wonderful governor Gavin Newsom... dont forget to sign the recall petition! Back to the wonderful Pho, come try it out. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't appreciate their employees smoking near the dining tables. They should go smoke across the parking lot. Besides that this spot is great!

i had high hopes after reading all the reviews here but a little disappointed after dining here. we ordered the pho noodles and frankly, the broth wasn’t great. good enough i guess if it’s the only one open as most Vietnamese joint around closes at 8 pm or it’s the closest one to you

Phoa Vietnamese Restaurant.. So far, this place has been tasty?and that goes with their Booba drinks. 1. As far as good quality, thumbs up. 2. Servers though, can be delayed on taking orders or refilling your drinks. I would say, *** for now.

We loved coming here .. Until there was a cockroach on my Soup I told the gentleman and he replaced it we couldn't eat comfortable anymore we told boss and he said No No I guess they didn't tell him I didn't refuse to pay or anything but No apology and they even want to charge more for up sizing drinks that they didn't tell us. Sad to say we will not come back for rude boss.

DON’T COME TO THIS RESTAURANT. My daughter and I were eating dinner here, when suddenly my daughter started yelling and crying because she saw a cockroach on our table(NOT ON THE FLOOR, NOT ON THE SEATS) ON OUR TABLE, NEAR OUR FOOD, NEAR WHERE WE WERE EATING. I felt like almost throwing up. I left as soon as that happens. They still charge me $20 of my check and I paid because honestly I’m not going to fight over $20. As soon as they saw me calling the health department to make a complaint a lady came to my car, she tried to open my car door, and I didn’t open it, I just roll down my window. She was giving me the $20 cash back. I didn’t accept it. She was just telling me for your daughter for your daughter and I denied. Please don’t come to this place. I already made a complaint to health department. This was disgusting!!!

I order 1 large pho #15 and told the server I want the tini clear noodles.. my food came after 15 minutes and they gave me regular pho noodles so I update to serves nicely regarding what I order.. he took the bowl didn’t come back after almost 18 min and when the food came the portion of noodles is unusual because this is not my 1st time came to this place and order the same noodles.. as u can see on the picture of noodles is so little for large price.. I asked the owner and instead of apologizing and give me a right portion he told me just to request another side and he will charge extra.. and i believe he doesn’t understand because instead of listening me he just snap me and said i don’t want to listen to him.. short story I ate my food in 5 min and asked the total.. he just told me the total is $25.77 without give me the check.. after paid i request to get receipt and they charged me for large portion + extra noodles $1.25.. my complaint is they are like a thief charge extra without customer aware!! Just be aware if u are always check the receipt before making payment!
