We recently ordered a custom jungle theme cake with mango mousse filling, and it exceeded all expectations. The craftsmanship was exceptional — beautifully detailed and visually stunning. The mango mousse layer was light, smooth, and bursting with natural flavor. A perfect balance of texture and taste. Everyone at the party loved it and kept asking where we ordered it from. Thank you for making our celebration extra special! Highly recommend! 💛 Thanks to the guy from custom cake department who was so patient with us during the call and hats off to the baker man!! 🎩
We had ordered the Rasmalai cake for a special occasion, and it was absolutely delicious—gave us that “madhosh” feeling! Thank you, Cake Corner, for the yummy cake! Who does not love the perfect cake on their birthday ?😍 Thanks to the nice people who took the order and handed the cake..! Good customer service!!
Eggless cake in San Diego!!! Very very tasty! Other items available like chats and basic drinks. Newly opened yet to operate on full scale. Please be prepared to wait. The whole place is run by just 2 people. Pure vegetarian options, they are closing early than the google timings temporarily.
Delicious eggless cakes and snacks. Pav bajji was good, samosa chat was delicious Coffee and Tea are okay. Service was good.
If you miss the Indian Aalu Patties or Paneer patties taste, this place is for you 🙂 Everything is so Indian in taste , even the pizzas 👍🏼 Of course, the cakes are undoubtedly the best among all vendors in San Diego, except a few home bakers.
Always rescues my tangy palate! One of my go to places for snacking, quality has been consistent all the time!
I thoroughly enjoyed a pastry at this place. The flavors are perfect just the way my Indian palette relishes a good dessert. So glad they opened in San Diego.
We enjoyed our food here. They also had an amazing options of delicious pastries. A must visit place.
I visited this place couple of weeks back and their eggless cakes is LOVE, aloo tikki burger, vadapav and and and aloo chilli puff is soooo good that’s Nostalgic. The boy on the counter was so kind and generous he explained me everything in details about cake flavour. Even they’ve vegan option in cakes and special flavours like Gulaab jamun and Rasmalai cake. I must recommend this place if you are in San Diego :))
Went here for the first time this afternoon and got a Bombay Sandwich and a Mango Lassi to go. Got home and made myself some ginger masala tea and heated-up the sandwich just a little bit and I must say the sandwich was quite tasty to me and not overpowering with the spices. It was also somewhat crunchy with the cucumbers/onions and whatnot in it. Will definitely visit again as I'd like to someother delicacies like the Frankie, Bhelpuri and the Dahi sev puri. Was pleasantly taken aback by the server's piercing and beautiful deep green colored eyes, really very beautiful to say the least! I've only ever seen kashmiri girls with green eyes in my past life. BTW, has anyone been able to successfully place an order over the telephone? I've tried a half dozen times over the past two weeks and no one ever picks up the phone!
Wow and wow in my life I ever try such a good cake! the flavor is different That I never try before I don’t eat cake but my daughter want to try it and wow we definitely recommended even my husband he eats zero sweet and try a little too and we’re amaze!

The best puffs in San Diego! Take out or eat them in house they are warm, crunchy filled with flavor and will definitely remind you of the good old times of eating puffs in India.
It has cafe vibe ambience. Best chaat in San Diego and good service. Don’t forget to try aloo papdi chaat.

I am so happy this place is in San Diego now. I have visited the one in LA. Just to note- they have eggless cakes. Tried their Black Forest and Rasmalai cake. I personally liked Black Forest cake more. I am looking forward to trying their menu. We tried their combo roll, Dabeli, samosa chaat and wada pav. We loved all of it. It very less oily, optimally spiced, light and reasonably priced. Felt very homely! Please maintain the quality and we look forward to coming to this place more!! 😊
Amazing cakes not sure if they were eggless as I did not ask that. But the cakes I tried so far all tasted super good. Rasmalai cake topped everything else . Yummy yum. They do have so many indian bakery style pizza snacks and chat varieties. Tried few and have liked them so far. But I'll again go for the rasmalai cake for sure .Eager to try other cakes soon. The prices are pocket friendly too which is a great plus to visit this place again and again.

1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Cake Korner I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Cake Korner. The cakes may look appealing, but the service and attitude of the staff are a major letdown. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. Our server took ages to take our order, and when I asked for a simple modification to my cake, she rolled her eyes and huffed. The atmosphere felt tense, and we couldn't wait to leave. But what really got my goat was the forced tipping culture they've adopted. Our server added an 18% gratuity to our bill without even asking if we wanted to leave a tip. When I politely asked her to remove it, she became defensive and argumentative. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The cakes, unfortunately, didn't make up for the poor service. They were just average, and not worth the hassle we experienced. Unless Cake Korner revamps their service and ditch the forced tipping policy, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Poor service, unfriendly staff, forced tipping culture, average cakes

Worst customer service as the people are very rude. Table is dirty and greasy as it’s not cleaned and same for the floor. Food is also not that good not worth the money. Store stops taking order before 7:30pm and not 8pm (Weird) Would recommend Rasraj which is near by much better food quality and one of the best customer service.
We had an absolutely awful experience here. I contacted “Jay” about ordering a cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday. He told me not to call his cell phone and to email him instead. I followed his instructions exactly: ordered a half-sheet chocolate cake with a peacock feather design and specifically mentioned it was for a 10th birthday. When we went to pick up the cake today, it was completely wrong — wrong flavor, no design at all, and not what we paid extra for. When we showed proof of the order, the staff didn’t care. They were rude, dismissive, and refused to offer any store credit or solution. Instead, they shoved a form in front of us (which no other customers had to sign) and pressured us to pick an option. I chose the full refund, which they claim is “pending” back to my account. The lady at the counter was extremely disrespectful, and Jay was no better. Their lack of manners and professionalism was shocking. On top of that, their attitude made us feel judged and unwelcome. Do not waste your money here. They ruined a special day, treated us terribly, and showed zero accountability. I will never recommend Cake Corner San Diego to anyone.
I visited shop with my service dog and was told that I needed to show a “service dog ID.” I told the girl at the register that I do not have it with me at the moment as it is not something that I have to show. She said that the owner told her she must ask for service dog ID specifically. I want to make you aware that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it is illegal to require documentation or ID for a service animal. Businesses are only allowed to ask two questions: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? I’m sharing this so your staff can be properly informed and avoid future discrimination.
Extremely disappointed with the service, cake was not remotely similar to what the design promised. They did not cater to the size asked, what was delivered was a sloppily made design while the charge was extensive. Never again!
Today we ordered samosa chaat at Cake Corner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The samosas were not cooked properly from the inside. While eating, we noticed a rubbery, dough-like texture. At first, we assumed it was cheese, but later realized it was uncooked dough. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply took the plate away without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. There was no accountability or concern shown for food quality or customer safety. Serving undercooked food is unacceptable, especially in the U.S., where food safety standards are expected to be strict. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control and hygiene. Very disappointing.
