We love eating here. Carla the cashier is super friendly, very attentive and gave us information on how to earn points towards our food since we eat here all the time. She was very helpful and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the tofu dishes!

been coming here for 10 years and still never dissapoint.. with a variety of options to choose from, you can stay healthy and enjoy your food at the same time I coach athletes for bodybuilding and bring a lot of people here to experience the food and how clean it can be in the macro!!

Fantastic place. The manager here is excellent. We had a problem with our to-go order being cancelled for some reason. Neither of us could figure out why. Even though it was near closing time when I came to pick it up, she still created the order with everything we wanted, plus a little something extra for the inconvenience. We’ve been coming here for years and the food and service has been fabulous. Highly recommend.

The food was good as expected. The service was phenomenal. Carla was so kind and made us feel welcome. When I tried to give her a compliment she made sure to give the whole team credit.

Behold, the gem of Mission Valley. It's always a pleasure to dine in here, whether it's lunch or dinner. Great atmosphere. Clean and welcoming with a friendly staff. Manager Carla greets me by name and remembers my order. Made fresh and delicious every time. I recommend the Firecracker Chicken. Or the Bourbon Chicken. Or the Teriyaki Salmon. Won Tons too? Yes please. Oh look, it's time for dinner.

One of my favorite places to eat nowadays. I'm treated like I matter. Like what I think matters. I can't believe they serve everyone the same as me. Large portions, great vegetables, and whatever protein because chicken, beef, salmon and shrimp are all very good. The place is always clean. And the rewards program can't be beat.

Yah, it's an Asian fast food place, but the food was excellent. They even brought the food to the table. How cool is that. If you're sick of burgers, skip the In-n-Out and head over to Pick Up Stix. You won't be sorry.

INSANE!!!!! The greatest dining experience I’ve ever had. I’m new to the area and a wonderful gentleman named Bracken was working as the cashier and he explained the menu in great detail and was very helpful. I am 100% going back and recommending this my friends.

We ordered online ahead of time and went to eat in the dining room at the restaurant. The manager and staff at this location are always so efficient and friendly so for a fast service type of food it’s refreshing to have good service. Tonight I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and my partner ordered the Garlic Chicken. I typically get the Firecracker Chicken but wanted to try something new. I’ll probably go back to Firecracker next time though because the Bourbon Chicken, while good, doesn’t have any spice. Entrees come with a nice portion of rice or chow mein. There is plenty of parking nearby as well.

I walk in and the restaurant looks good and clean and smells even better. Greeted with friendly voices I order my favorite, House Special with vegetables, white rice, three cream cheese wontons and a drink. Not even very expensive but not cheap as cheap reflects on the quality. Every bite is quality. I use the receipt to register my points I just earned to my total. It will shortly be worth a free entree. After I eat I use the facilities which are also clean and smells fine. I leave to more friendly voices hoping I'll return soon. I will.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. Karla/Carla had the best customer service. She was friendly and patient and so helpful. The food was great and eaten by 3 adults and 2 kids.

This food is better than the competition because everything is fresh and they make it right on the spot I really recommend this place 👌 ☺️

I live in Minnesota. I stop in Pick Up Stix every time I'm in San Diego. I love the Thai Coconut Curry with beef, chicken, or shrimp. I've tried them all and prefer the chicken. I also like their brown rice. I haven't tried the white rice.

I got the house tofu. It was perfectly crispy and was really good. Will definitely come back again.

Wow my first time eating here and i was so pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and delicious food. this is most definitely a step up from panda express and the portions are so generous!! I think my favorite part of todays meal was the splendid service and energy of the staff that greeted me. they were so friendly and warm! most definitely my new go to for chinese food

We are recent converts from the other Chinese chain. Our food is made fresh when we order which makes the food great every time. This location is always so clean. I have learned to wear a sweatshirt as it’s always cold inside but otherwise… this is our favorite new weeknight dinner out.

The staff is so friendly.The food is delicious.It's very clean.Everything comes out fast. Again,The staff couldn't be more friendly. This place is a dream. The new spicy Korean barbecue steak is One of the best entrees I've ever had here and I've been coming here for years

I walked in to find the guy behind the counter stuffing an egg roll into his mouth . He was short and had curly hair. It is Sunday evening. He then proceeded to take my order while chewing the enormous piece of egg roll in his mouth. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also, none of the employees were wearing hair nets.

I tried the Bourbon chicken over noodles. So so good. Somewhat sweet, savory flavor. Portion not very large. Added broccoli for 2 dollars and it was only a few pieces. Customer Service wasn't great, It was my first time also, so was hoping for more insight and friendliness. But the bowl was yummy as heck.

I don't know if it was a mistake or if it's the policy for delivery (Door dash) but I was not given cutlery, chopsticks, or napkins with my $50 order. Had to go and ask my hotel front desk for some forks and knives so that was kinda a disappointment. Would recommend with caution that you may not get cutlery with your order.

I hadn’t been to Pick Up Stix in a while, so I ordered the house chicken with veggies and steamed rice. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as I remembered. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Overall a great experience.

Expensive. Teriyaky chiken with vegestables should have 50 % of meat at least and no 20%. Also should be white meat like the menu say. Panda Express still being better option

We were going to eat at at Taco Bell but I hadn't been to Pick Up Stix in a long time and we the pictures of a new dish on the window made up my mind. I ordered the original house chicken and my husband the New Fire Sweet Chicken that looked amazing in the picture. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to eat in.. I was Not impressed with either. The House Chicken was so sweet that i couldn't eat more than a quarter of my meal, I decided to try my husband's dish Fire Sweet Chicken! While i love Onions, peppers, Pineapple and chili peppers it seemed that i was dumping the entire container on the plate to find the 4 tiny pieces of chicken that was in the container. I was waiting for a heat kick and was very disappointed that the only heat i got was from the Siracha that i poured on my rice! That being said... I won't be going to eat at pick up stix anytime soon and i learned my lesson about letting my eyes do the talking when it comes to choosing what i eat. Pretty Pictures Don't Fill up an Empty Stomach!!!

I got the spicy honey chicken with fried rice. It was delicious was average/okay at best. Not bad but also nothing special.

This is the second time in a row I have received sauce looking like this, the first which was a few weeks ago had a sour smell to it ( didn’t eat) this time 3/12/23 it’s chunky with the same sour smell( obviously didn’t eat). Please fix and throw away the batch( I highly doubt this is a new recipe it smells bad) ( both sauces from the picture is from today 3/12/23).

Food (bang bang noodles) were horrible. Dry, overcooked not enough sauce. Strange taste. I gave it to a homeless person.

I ate there on Monday night. It is now Thursday night and I am still sick. I cannot move further than a few feet from the bathroom. I get aboutv20 minutes rest between bouts. Do NOT recomend.

The guy that was working the register handed me my to go order. He picked up my empty cup, placing his fingers inside the cup. I politely asked if he could get me another cup and not touch the inside of my cup. He looked at me, rubbed his entire hand inside my cup and went to hand it to me- when I looked at him confused, he said “oh you want a new one”? I was completely shocked at the sarcasm and lack of professionalism. They lost a regular customer because if this guy does something like that in front of a customer, I can’t imagine what he would do when no one is around. Pretty sure it would be common sense that after touching money at the register, you shouldn’t put your fingers inside someone’s cup. Plenty of other places to eat in that shopping center.
