Avaliações de Mezze and Mooore San Francisco
this place rules. i moved in around corner right as it opened and have eaten it almost once a week for the past 3 years. it is some of the best lebanese food i've ever had and i have traveled extensively in lebanon (beirut, tripoli, baalbek, ablah). my sister has lived in beirut multiple times and agreed that it is very authentic. if im feeling greedy i order halloumi and the shwarma plate. if im feeling not so greedy i order beirut salad, by far my favorite salad in san francisco. the pita chip crumbles as croutons & toum dressing are to die for. also gotta love a family run shop, I think it is a father owner and his teenage son who works the counter. phenomenal, well priced, quick, and delish. 10/10
Love the menu love the food quality the hummus is spot on ...the owner is really cool and they gave the place a clean look ... I'll go back I like the fact that they are open to adjusting their menu. Like the pic below , simple hummus, salad, beef and lamb. So tasty, nicely presented. A perfect way to forget the world for a short moment.
I love this spot! The people who work there are the kindest and the food is great. Portions are pretty big, so I’d order one dish per person or order a bunch of stuff to split. Ample vegetation & vegan options - their halloumi and fried eggplant is particularly good IMO, even better than Beit Rima and there’s never a line.
A hidden gem in the Mission District, this Mediterranean spot serves up delicious chicken shawarma wraps with perfectly seasoned, tender meat wrapped in warm, soft pita. The batatas potatoes are crispy and flavorful, adding a satisfying crunch. Great service and vibrant atmosphere make it a must-try!
Excellent meal, unassuming digs but an incredible value for the money in terms of flavor and ingredient quality. I loved my $14 kofta plate. Warm pita isn’t pictured but was fresh and I enjoyed dipping it in the hummus, which was amazing. They are using some very nice olive oil in this restaurant, try to catch a bite just of that to appreciate the flavor. I’ll be back here often for sure.
I love this place!! Great service, amazing food, and fast service. The dolmas and eggplant were divine. The hummus and chicken were SO fresh. Please pay them a visit or order delivery!! It’s never busy and it would be so sad to lose this establishment. BEST MEDITERRANEAN I’ve had in SF.
Just saw this place opened up and am so happy I gave it a try. Wonderful lunch spot with a super cute inside space. We ordered the chicken and hummus bowl, chicken shawarma wrap, and also got a free side of cauliflower. It was all delicious. The chicken shawarma is so flavorful, the hummus has great balance, and the cauliflower is really something special. The prices are also incredible especially given the portion sizes. I will definitely be coming back here for future lunches
Their tapas-style dishes introduced me to flavors I've never tasted at other Mediterranean places. If you're dining in a group of 2-4, I'd suggest asking for the Sampler Combo (not listed on the menu) which lets you choose up to 7 options. Their sautéed and fried eggplant, as well as the fried cauliflower, were standout dishes (sorry, not sure of their exact names on the menu). Also, their falafel? Best I've had in the Bay Area. It's crispy, almost like a nugget when hot. Super affordable, our bill came to just over $20 per person including tip. We got there a bit past 5, so no queues and our group of eight was easily seated. And don’t get me started on their stunning floor tiles!
Lovely experience! Menu has many options, but not overwhelmingly so. The man behind the counter was incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. The menu has many options for people who are dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. The chicken shawarma plate was fantastic. Pictured here. Highly recommend!
This is a overall fantastic and authentic Lebanese restaurant that we are lucky to have in SF. Trust me, places like this are truly rare, and they especially do not come at such fair prices. The quality - quantity ratio of every item, and the price that it is charged really allows you to come and experience a wide range of items. They cover a wide range of mezze cold and hot, lots of vegetarian options, great meat dishes, and they have dessert and coffee. You really can’t ask for more. We got the tabouli, felafel, Fattet Batinjan, Mujadara, and combo plate. I gotta say the combination of eating the fried eggplant with the Mujadara is simply unreal, and the kafta kabob here is so well seasoned. The Turkish coffee was very good and I am very picky with my coffee. I’m excited next time to try the kunafeh too. I hundred percent would return here and give you a strong recommendation to try it. I’ve been to almost all of the middle eastern restaurants in SF, and I’m telling you this one is the real deal.
For San Francisco, this place has very cheap great value for money. Not all the food was completely fresh, but it was still delicious. Location 4/5 (a bit of retail nearby). Interior 3/5 (average). Cleanliness 4/5 (above average). Nice guys. I'll definitely come back. Please 👍 if review was helpful or accurate! 🙏
Tonight will be our 3rd time here in less than 2-weeks. Delicious and well prepared food. Home style environment. Super friendly waiters and exceptional customer service. 5-star +++!
Found this corner spot while searching for Middle Eastern food while waiting for same day passports! Honestly I was shocked!! Very close to home taste and atmosphere, the service was quick but exceptional!! Will definitely visit again soon!
Anyone who has left a negative review on this page is an idiot. Not it's and or buts. Fantastic service the host even turned a fan for my friend because she was hot. You go up to order what you want and let me tell you the prices for the quality is great. We ordered a chicken plate with a meme salad which cones with your choice of meat or flaffel. Superb taste of everything and left feeling very full for 27 bucks what a bargain Reading through some of negative reviews blows my mind some people in this world are miserable.
Was not sure if service or food was better? All complimented by a great atmosphere. Clear sign of engaged management. Highly recommend visiting!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that sets the tone for a perfect dining experience. The staff here go above and beyond — attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. You feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a customer. Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavor, prepared with care and served with elegance. The hummus is silky smooth, the lamb melts in your mouth, and the falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. You can tell that every ingredient is fresh and thoughtfully sourced. Whether you're dining in for a romantic night out or picking up takeout for a cozy meal at home, Mezze and Mooore never disappoints. This place isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of Mediterranean culture and cuisine. A true gem in the heart of San Francisco. Highly, highly recommended. You’ll be back again and again!
Mezze and Mooore is a tasty spot for Mediterranean food! The small plates are full of flavor, from fresh dips to savory grilled meats. Everything feels fresh and well-prepared, and the vibe is casual and welcoming—perfect for sharing a relaxed meal with friends.
We just moved into the neighborhood and have been trying various restaurants. This was by the far best! We have become instant regulars! We got 2 wraps, one chicken one lamb/beef, and babbaganoush (not sure on spelling there lol) it was all excellent!!! Lots of flavor, loved the textures, everyone was so kind, the spicy sauce also was excellent. We are going to come back until we've tried the entire menu. The vibes were cool too, laid back but clean and background music was decent. Thank you! See you soon!
I bookmarked this spot a year ago, so after a nearby walk, we finally jumped at the chance to have lunch at Mezze and Mooore! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Nabil, whose million-dollar smile sets the tone for this charming corner café. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices — especially in a time when lunch fare has climbed everywhere else. The interior is bright and welcoming, with beautiful tiled floors and plenty of windows that fill the space with natural light. When we heard the mint lemonade was made in-house, we had to try it — and it did not disappoint. I ordered the falafel platter, which was generous enough for two meals. The falafel were crisp on the outside, perfectly green and flavorful inside. As a self-proclaimed hummus snob, I can say theirs was outstanding — smooth, rich, and creamy. My friend ordered the lamb shawarma wrap and raved about how delicious it was. We finished with a piece of baklava, which was just the right amount of sweet and flaky. We’ll definitely be back — this spot is a true gem!
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we had from the menu was flavorful. The halloumi cheese and chicken Shawarma were exceptional! Also a must try is the mint lemonade. Definitely coming back again
Mezze and Mooore – A Mediterranean Delight! Mezze and Mooore serves up delicious, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The Mixed Grill Platter is a must-try, featuring juicy, well-seasoned meats with rice, hummus, and salad. The Crispy Roasted Cauliflower is perfectly caramelized, and the Stuffed Grape Leaves are packed with flavor. With great service and a welcoming atmosphere, this spot is a winner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
Fantastic food at really reasonable prices. They didn’t serve alcohol but said we were more than welcome to bring our own wine in. We got lamb plate, lamb salad, and chicken hummus plate. The chicken hummus with a little onion on pita was a little packet of heaven, like how my ex wife must feel when she gets her alimony checks every month. The pita bread was warm and toasty, unlike my ex wife’s heart. Very solid spot!
Perfect place! Delicious quick and a great ambiance! Highly recommend.
Delicious,Savory, and Insatiable? Look no further! Mezze and Moore has impeccable taste which are not easy to impersonate. The dish I ordered to go was the Kafta rice plate. I have had their lamb/beef rice plate at their second location and it’s the same exact quality. Rice seasoned to perfection, meat tasty/rich/bold in flavor, hummus silky-smooth/savory/fresh, bread fluffy, and nice salad. I bought this food and had it waiting unrefrigerated in my office for 7 hours, got home, ate it straight out the box AND IT WAS SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Great seating too! Perfect Spicy and Garlic sauces 🙏! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS REVIEW, GET YOURSELF A PLATE TODAY! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Amazing! The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned, brought out quickly and the service was amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more!
Food is delicious in here, fresh and well seasoned! Highly recommend!
Ate here on 3.4.2023. I got the hummus with pita bread, tabbouleh, falafel wrap, and chicken shawarma wrap. The food was great and made fresh. The wraps are very big, filled me and my friend up. Great price for the quality and quantity.
Got a nice chicken shawarma plate from here Also came with hummus, rice, and extra pita bread. The Mediterranean breads/pastries on the menu were also fun to try Nice blue color and cozy interior with friendly service

People working here were very polite, kind and accommodating. The food didn't take too long to arrive and it tasted absolutely amazing. Prices are very nice: ~$40 for 2 dishes plus a desert. We had the Kafta lebanese pita, the lamb&beff shawarma plate, and the kunefe. Ten out of ten. Thank you!
Absolutely delicious lamb wrap. I didn't get a chance to eat it until about an hour after I picked it up, but even cold, absolutely fabulous. Great flavor and meat quality! Friendly service as well.
Our 3rd time to dine. Love the relaxing atmosphere and delicious meal. We were there last night meeting friends that we have not seen in some time. So nice to relax, enjoy a meal without feeling rushed like most restaurants. They understand people coming together and enjoying a delicious meal. Highly recommend! Very nice and friendly staff!
I really liked this place because you can dress it up and down. The food was excellent, the service was really nice and quick, and the decor and seating was really pleasant. It's the kind of place I would go to on a first date, a business meeting, or casual catch up with friends -- it has an upscale feel that is still welcoming to all. The schwarma plate I got was delicious and a very generous portion, everything tasting fresh and flavorful. I hope to come back and try the mint lemonade my friend got!

I am a regular at Mezze and moore and always recommend it to my friends. I only took one star off because I was charged 4$ for a tiny bowl of Toum which is usually served with the plates& wraps based on my previous experience. Also, asked for black tea after food and got served green tea. Although we ordered 2 mezzes, bread wasn't served. We had to ask for it. We usually get a salad, some hot mezze and plates, but this time we went for the wraps. Love the chicken wrap; delicious and full of flavor. Not a big fan of the kofta. The meat quality was okay.
Simply walked in to try out this place based ok Reddit recommendations, and it was a pleasant surprise We had chicken shawarma plate, chicken shawarma roll, hummus and pita. All the dishes were yum, and the ambiance was good too.
It was decent. I didn't like how firm the falafel was but Boi did I enjoy the eggplants on the falafel platter - definitely worth adding it to you platter. The House pita was.. Decent. All in all, was a good place to be. :) super friendly staff though.
Pay first at counter or by scanning QR code at table. Chicken was a little dry in the shawarma plate. Was ok overall. We showed up around 6pm and there was no wait. Got too loud at 7pm

Not really a fan of the food here. Tried multiple items and overall they all felt too oily with a montonous flavoring. Even the dessert we tried, the kunafe was pretty one dimensional. Felt like it was just an overdose of sugar syrup and nothing else. The seating and management was also haphazard and chaotic. It was pretty much seat yourself wherever, order at the counter or via QR at table. However, this isn't clear on arrival and some patrons stand in line while others directly go seat themselves leading to different wait times and a scramble for seating during busy times. Prices are pretty reasonable which I felt is the only saving grace for us

My experience at Mezze Moore in San Francisco was disappointing. As first-time visitors excited to try Lebanese cuisine, we were let down by the unwelcoming staff. Seated in a corner, we were ignored, with no one taking our order. When we approached a staff member, he curtly remarked that we should’ve ordered online or come up, which felt rude and unnecessary. The lack of hospitality overshadowed the food, which was average at best. We expected a warm introduction to Lebanese flavors but left feeling neglected and underwhelmed. I hope they improve their service to match the cuisine’s potential.

The restaurant will penalize you if you cancel your reservation and are late but make you wait when you show up on time. I have been waiting for 30 minutes to be seated for my reserved time. I will not be back regardless of how the food turns out.
