We went @630 on a Thursday and it wasn't busy but was full within an hour. Our waitress was so nice and the food was delicious. We are from out of town but if we were in the area, we would definitely return.

Enjoyed an excellent Philly chicken steak sandwich with fries and a cup of delicious soup. Friend had shrimp. Looked so good I forgot to take pics. Fun vibe and the bar opens before noon!

Bell Tower is a vibrant but cozy little place with an efficient and friendly staff. The food was delicious! We had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was perhaps the best I have ever eaten (sorry Mom). We also had the baked farfalle which was better than average. The drink, beer and wine selection is extensive as well.

Delicious, large portions, worth the price. Food was cooked exactly how we ordered, even my daughter's burger was still juicy even though she only eats well done meat. My medium rare ribeye and mashed potatoes with gravy had great flavor, cooked exactly the way I like. I didn't have to do any of the work, perfect Mother's Day dinner. My meal was the most expensive so I will base the per person on emy family's meals. My son tried other items on the menu and said his friend loved his vegan burger.

One of the last friendly and honest neighborhood restaurants left in the city. Plenty of outdoor seating with rustic furniture, very friendly and genuinely attentive servers. The food quality is good, reasonable portions; overall service is excellent. In a better world, a restaurant like this one would be a dime a dozen. In this one, where restaurants compete to see who can give the least and gouge the most, it's five stars all the way, a civic treasure.

Ate outside, was good. Standard American pub fare, not a ton of inspired vegetarian but there’s always french fries and mac & cheese. The Veggie Burger was good and worth ordering. Beer selection was good, a crisp light ale for a “warm” San Francisco day. They have heaters you can adjust at each table in the parklet, which was a great add. Overall a good experience, but probably better if you eat meat.

Pretty slow and half tasty place. Some of it is really good, some is overcooked. If you like to eat tapas specifically, you can visit otherwise I would skip it.

Lovely service, great food. I'm told the soup of the day is always worth betting on; the chowder certainly was. Plenty of outdoor seating!! A little cramped inside if there's a good bit of people, but I went around 9p and had a great time

I checked out the menu before going and was not overly impressed. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The spinach salad was off the hook. Pork tenderloin special was cooked perfectly, moist, and tasty. The other specials looked good as well. Portions are generous. Wait staff was awesome, good humored.

Tasty American pub food. My grilled chicken sandwich with brie, balsamic onions, and spinach SUPER hit the spot, while my friend enjoyed a pepperjack & mushroom burger. We sipped on rosés on the patio on a lovely, sunny San Francisco day. The Bell Tower has a super chill neighborhood pub vibe and lovely murals and waitstaff.

We visited Bell Tower on a Wednesday evening for dinner, and the experience was a mixed bag. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered the escargot, French onion soup, and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, it took about half an hour for the food to arrive. The escargot came with 6 pieces and two garlic breads. The flavor was okay, but the escargot themselves were small and not particularly memorable. The French onion soup was the highlight of our meal. It was acceptable, with a good aroma and taste. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which comes with balsamic onions, brie, and spinach, was served with fries. I saw lots of people ordering this and wanted to try it out. However, the chicken turned out to be really dry and plain in flavor.

Nice staff, dog friendly, spacious inside and a robust outdoor seating setup which includes heaters above the table that you can turn on yourself, and TVs. The staff was attentive and even gave my dog a water bowl. Three stars though because the food is very basic. It was good, I enjoyed it, but the quality was very mediocre. I’ll be back and will try their drinks - four starts if they end up being good. Great place to go for spacious seating, dog friendly. Basics east.
