Love this place, came here for the first time when they had grand opening and I always love their Hawaii Sunset and the My Valentine.

extremely delicious drinks!! i recommend blue dream, add lychee popping, 50% sweetness. this would be a five star review, but on a random evening that i come for a drink with my friends there is a man on a ladder trying to move something on a shelf. he ends up accidentally hitting a light and the cover SHATTERS ONTO THE FLOOR. he continued breaking it without saying a word to us the entire time we were there. very scary. to conclude, i have always got yummy drinks with ok wait times and great customer service except one very concerning time. definitely recommend (unless you see a guy with a ladder shattering things)

Cute little store. Many choices of drink. We tried green Thai tea (less sugar) and it was pretty good. The combo pandan waffle with ice cream was delish. Pretty good price too. Recommend!

I was feeling the urge to have milk tea and found Passion near my work. I'm so glad that I went there because the Jasmine milk tea was so delicious. I went there around 3 on a weekday and there was no wait and nobody there. I ordered 2 large. 1 in the cute plastic bottle but as you can see in the picture - It is smaller than the large cup size. Tip: Buying the plastic bottle is not worth it unless you buy it separately and get the milk tea in the regular plastic cup. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars. I would definitely go again and possibly give Passion 5 stars.

This place has a little bit of everything for everyone. You can get your fancy roll up ice cream made to order, or just a simple customized tea. They also have tons of fried snacks like your popcorn Chicken or squid balls. There are TVs playing with loud music to keep the place lively!

I thought had fallen into some sort of running gag where everyone tries to make you believe it's good just because it is so bad. Maybe this was just me being unlucky, but I tried my friend's Hawaiian sunset and it was pretty much just as bad. I liked the cozy place. It seemed nice. I will hopefully give this place another shot in the future, but for now I can't highly recommend this place.

When we arrived we waiting for 5 mins because the worker was in the back. Over priced for really poorly made ice cream. I got ube and rocky road. The texture was grainy and gummy and the taste was flavorless for both. I got a pandan waffle and the worker just tossed it in a bag and threw it on the counter and left to the back.
