So I have to give this review here you know about chipotle yeah and you can chime in if you want so the bowl get that one its the best you can eat it with or with a fork I’d like to get the steak the white rice and the pinto beans and then like the hot sauce The cheese no guacamole cause they charge you like 3bucks but if you get a little bit of extra steak the little cut up cubes it’s $6.05 plus tax so a 1285 steak bowl with extra steak is the $22 nothing else no no no guacamole nothing excluding a drink so I mean that’s a rip off and the people there they’re pretty damn greedy when you ask for something oh no no no I can’t I can’t we’re gonna have to charge you just a little bit more of this you know yeah they’re not scooping it right it’s like a half a spoon I do like getting the steak I get it like probably once every six months yeah so the 1285 is not bad but the extra steak that’s you know I half the cost of the burrito and they only give me a small tiny little plastic cup probably like a few cubes of meat Yeah if I knew that I wouldn’t have got it and then they’re demanding and pushy extra tortilla don’t forget to charge him $.50 extra tortilla $.50 you know I like the dining room the inside and the shopping plaza it’s right next to the Longshoreman credit union and then they have the Jersey Mike’s subs which is a place that I do like anyways it’s close to home so I always get the club sub With pickles and I get it Mike’s way so AnyWho long story short yeah they’re pretty picky and penny pinchers and greedy with the portions I like the food but their greedy with the portions so it’s a tossup AnyWho

Family friendly place. We love the meal options for our child. She is less picky here and even tried the pork. First time. $5.46 for a meal with 2 sides snd guac or meat. It also includes chips and tortilla and apple juice. See picture. Parking is plenty and easy. Recommend combining your chipotle visit with getting a Jamba juice. Lots of opportunities to enjoy your meal outdoors. Fun on a hot summer night.

This Chipotle has a pretty cold atmosphere. You can feel that the workers are disenchanted and there is not a single person eating at the many tables. They’re blasting the AC at 7pm; the food does not look appetizing because the servers are slapping the food around and have the scoopers touching other foods before putting them back in the right bin. The location is a reflection of the management. Never coming here again. I have a pretty bad taste lingering from my experience here. C’mon. It’s Chipotle. Service is supposed to be better than your average fast food joint. They need to go get trained at the Torrance Crossroads location.

My wife and I bought the carne asada burrito bowl this afternoon and took it home. It took us 2 minutes to get home. The food was very cold which led us to believe the food is not kept at the proper temperature in the serving pans. Not happy

There has been multiple mishaps at this specific chipotle every time we ordered. One time, we ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole with no lettuce online and paid the extra fee. However, upon picking up, there was no guacamole in the burrito and was just filled with lettuce instead. The next time we came in, when paying for the burrito, the girl at the cashier was lazy when we confronted a mistake in our burrito order. We asked for guacamole on the side in order to use a chipotle deal and mentioned it multiple times while she was making the burrito. However, the girl ignored our request and did not care to double check the order.

Based on my background in retail and food service, I understand the demands of customer-facing roles. I visit this location several times a month, and most of the staff consistently provide excellent service. However, I have encountered ongoing issues with one employee, Angel. I am not sure whether he is a manager, but his interactions with customers are consistently hostile, and he often appears visibly unhappy to be assisting guests. While I recognize that these roles can be emotionally and physically demanding, professionalism and customer service remain essential responsibilities. For the benefit of both customers and the work environment, it may be more appropriate for Angel to be assigned to duties that do not involve direct customer interaction.

This is more or less good but not what I understand as Mexican food by far, unfortunately I'm afraid one of this days I will find either fake nails or eyelashes in my food and the industrial decor is not really welcoming 🤔 thats why we do take out every time the only thing I really like is the chips and guacamole but even now the chips don't taste as good as when they first started (the company )

Usually when I go to Chipotle I order me a bowl I went to Chipotle tonight and I asked for a bowl double brown rice double beans the meat that I wanted they didn't have enough I asked the girl if I could have some other than me that they were making in the back for I guess to go orders she said if I do that she has to charge me double and I'm like double you barely even gave me any chicken you gave me the leftovers tonight service was just horrible

I don't like this location. I've only been to Chipotle twice one in Vegas & one in Lake Elsinore and they were pretty good but this one? Ugh. I came in around 3-4pm and it was empty 🚩should've left right then. Everything by this time was basically cold left overs, the food was bland and nasty, the steak had alot of fat on it and I mean ALOT and then they had the audacity to be stingy with the portions like their food is that good. A waste of $17. I'll pass on Chipotle altogether.

I don't usually take time to write reviews but, in this case I have to tell you that the chicken had so much fat on it I couldn't believe it! Chipotle use to be good but now the quality is down to the ground. I say if your desperate and that's the only place in sight then by all means feed your soul.

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff barely sprinkles cheese on the food, even when asked for a normal portion. It honestly feels like they’re acting as if the food is coming out of their own pocket. We are paying customers, and the portions especially toppings like cheese should reflect that. Consistency and customer service really need improvement here.

I paid an additional seven dollars to have additional meat and this is what they gave me…. they want to do small portions on a regular bowl that’s fine but why am I paying additional and this is what I’m being given on a delivery order that was about $40 dollars?? then I try to contact support. Nobody can get through to me at this point, I’m taking a big break off of chipotle this is unacceptable and the meat ended up making me sick so I just had to throw it all away. I’m entirely disgusted by the service and fed up considering I’m supporting the local store consistently through pick up and delivery and I still can’t get my portions out correctly when I’m paying additional for it. It’s just absolutely unacceptable disgusting laughable and shows a lack of integrity with the company. I deserve full transparency when I’m paying additional for food!! why are you guys trying to hide my portion but making me pay more? if I did not lift up the cheese and lettuce, I wouldn’t have known what a small portion was being given to me, which is what they do to cheat their customers … I expect better from this location and it shows that I literally have to physically go in to force them to give me what I paid for and even then they try to cheat me. At this point I give up..this is literally thievery and scamming. I don’t know who’s making these bowls, but the majority of the staff needs be fired at this point. Keep in mind I ordered right when the store open, hoping that I would be able to secure a good portion, but I’m pretty sure whoever was working that morning shift today. Decided that it would be a good idea to give me a small portion to save up for the later busy hours, which shows a lot about the type of managers and staff I’m dealing with.

I called and the lady was nice on the phone and I was compensated but it makes me wonder who could possibly be working there that would think this is what someone ordered. Worst experience I've ever had. I was contemplating going to the taco truck across the street or Chipotle. Next time there won't be any thought to it. I will never order from there again for delivery nor use Uber eats again.
