Food was some of the best Thai food I've had outside Thailand. Service was quick and the server/owner was very friendly It was very quiet on a Friday night(we were only ones in there) so it had no atmosphere which is a shame as the food is well worth going for Would definitely recommend if you're in the area

The food is always fresh. Fresh food should be a given, but there is a delicious difference when eat here. I appreciate they kept the old mural and decor of Bangkok Thai Express. If you want to enjoy a great meal in a familiar setting, you must check out Thai Food Express.

The food was a vibrant new flavor of thai that I have never experienced before. A simple touch of the food on my tongue along with the combination of the thailand imagery gave me the illusion as if I was there. The service was excellent in giving me everything that I try asked for with little to no delay. This experience was one which changed my entire life. 🙏

Open, fun interior with beautiful murals and lots of natural light in the front. For food, some unique selections and usual favorites. Pleasant and thoughtful service being the most important factor. While we were there for dinner, we noticed on the menu the lunch prices were a little high, but that is less of a critique and more of a "good to know." Overall had a nice time and would come again.

My first time here and thought the food -- and portion -- was excellent. I had the Garlic Ginger with Chicken and Shrimp. Lots of mushroom, onion and red pepper too. Super fresh shrimp. It was very, very good. Great, low-key service and an attractive space. This will be my go-to Thai spot downtown from now on.

So good! Sorry it took this long to try this place because I haven’t been satisfied with any of the the other Thai places in Marin. All my favorites were so hot and delicious!!! Everything tasted quality and good spice. And they were so nice to bring it out the back door for me because I couldn’t find parking on 4th and I had the dog in the car. This will be our go-to spot now. Can’t wait to try more things.

I got the vibe that this place is driven by integrity, and really caring about the food they produce. I've eaten at a lot of Thai places in my life, and the "Drunken Noodles" were some of the best Thai noodles I've had before. According to the waiter, the restaurant also offers a few dishes that most Thai places don't have on the menu, because the ingredients are hard to find, or they aren't well-known dishes. Thus, it's safe to say you will have a more authentically Thai experience than most other Thai restaurants. Overall incredible experience, highly recommend.

Hands down best Thai food in Marin. Don’t let the name fool you. I used to work in Chiangmai and this place is as delicious and authentic as any there. Try the Khao Soi Gai or Duck Noodles. The food is a standout in a perhaps overcrowded San Rafael Thai restaurant scene. It deserves to be packed every night.

Papaya salad beyond spicy and does not note it on description. Not options to customize spicy as most places do on grub hub. Naps Thai average with perfectly cooked noodles but lots of onions and fish sauce. Average pad thai. Service is very kind but grub hub orders take a while to come in. Super cute place for a date with average food. Nice staff.
