As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. The staff were not only friendly but they were very competent and hardworking. During the wait, I was constantly asked how I was doing and getting an update on my pizza. When the pizza finally arrived, the aroma of the pizza was mouthwatering, I got the Italian Pizza and it was absolutely delicious. My new pizza spot, everyone needs to try it!

My daughter & sil brought me there. Bought 3 14" pizza's & brought them home. Hawaiian, sausage & mushroom and clam, garlic & pesto. The pesto was incredibly delicious 😋.

I say this more than I like in my reviews, but I should have taken a picture of the food. The pizza was some of the best I have ever had. I am disappointed that I will need to drive 8 hours if I want it again! Highly recommend. I will be back!

Bought the scilian all meat and the garlic knots. Omg this pizza is so good! Very nice staff. Super think crust. Garlic knots should get a bit more garlic but oh so yummy. I WILL be back.

This place is absolutely amazing. Best value pizza in Marin. I recommend getting Sicilian as it is massive and amazingly tasty. We come back often, and while it’s not Michelin star level pizza, it is very solid and gets the job done.

I placed an online order this morning for 8 pizzas, a sandwich, salad and dessert for a 2pm delivery. Not only was it a seamless ordering process, the order arrived warm and freshly made on time. And everything was AMAZING! This was my first time trying West Brooklyn. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Sooooo.. If you are thinking wings... think West Brooklyn!!!!!...perfect balance of flavor and spice (my favorite buffalo).. the Pizza is great as well. Those garlic knots... yum...:) I live in Oakland but work in San Rafael and pick up often... the ladies offer a great customer experience, excellence ( order is always right) with a smile!

Wow, great! Their slices of pizza are a great value. Piled high with toppings, can’t go wrong! Overall it’s a small place but the atmosphere and interior is sleek and appealing. Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered for delivery two slices of Sicilian pizza—haven’t had good Sicilian in many years. They are large slices so two will definitely fill you up! It was crunchy on the outside but soft inside just as it should be. Detroit style is more dense. My new favorite spot!

A slice of greasy pepperoni from here will make your mouth and soul feel good from top to bottom. They don't disappoint. Great pizza!!!

Good little pizza spot off the freeway. The lunch special (2 single topping slices with a drink) was a great deal. I was greeted pleasantly when I entered by the gal at the bar. The pizza is a little thin for me however the slices are a Decent size. I would try again if up in the area.

I don’t ever leave negative reviews but unfortunately I feel I have to in this case. The pizza from this place used to be great New York style pizza. Now it’s not. Ordered a large Margherita pizza for delivery that I found left on the shoe rack beside my front door 10 minutes after I realized it was supposed to have come already. No knock on the door or phone call. The pizza came out very thick, not cut properly and made me feel quite sick after. The next day my partner ate the rest and very quickly became actually physically ill. We’ve ordered from this place before and liked it so I’m not sure what’s happened.

The menu on their website and the one handed to us in the restaurant have conflicting prices and availability. The pizza came out uncooked we sent it back and the cook proceeded to mean mug my woman but turn away when I looked his direction. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Pizza delivery was over an hour late. Rosa kept telling us that it would be here in a few minutes. Turns out that the pizza never left the restaurant. After one hour of waiting, we cancelled the order. Very disappointed. We will not be ordering from West Brooklyn again.

I went with my family and a woman with glasses treated us very badly and I have come to this place many times and there is another woman who is the owner's niece who is super friendly whenever we went she treated us very well but unfortunately today a woman with glasses served us and was in a bad mood because they were going to close she was upset that we went before closing yet I asked her if it was still open and she angrily said yes the truth is I can feel the vibe of the people and the way she treated us made me and my family feel uncomfortable, another customer arrived and she interrupted me while ordering to go serve him! She brought us the food by force, I was about to leave. For this reason I will never return to this place, they should not hire staff with lousy service. The food was very tasty but I felt that it was not worth what I spent for that service.
