I got the rose milk tea (which is great by itself) and the fried tofu (spicy). Both items were 10/10. I was pleasantly surprised how crispy, tasty and spicy the tofu was. You can get it mildly spicy or very very spicy. I am glad to have T4 so close to where I live. The folks working behind the counter are super nice and hard-working. If you are the parent of a teen or a high-schooler, you will most likely find your kid in here lol - this is so popular with the San ramonioan kidlets & teenlets alike!
Good food and drinks for a reasonable price

I love T4! It’s the best boba place. They have fresh boba, and a huge menu. My personal favorites are the Classical Rose Milk Tea (No Ice), Thai Milk Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Royal Tea (No Ice), Passion Fruit Smoothie, and Honey Peach Smoothie (All drinks with boba). I don’t think T4 has any brown sugar boba though. I would love to see them release a brown sugar boba drink.
Good food and drinks for a reasonable price
Definitely one of the best boba places there is! Lots of choices, and you’re able to customize Ice and sweetness level. It does get a little crowded, especially on Friday afternoons given that it’s near a middle school. But overall a great place! Expect a bit of a line if you’re going on a weekend.
This place is really having some sugary Teas. My kids love then. No doubt they are not fur someone who watches they're sugar intake. Always crowdy but the staff is amazing and fast. My kids loves it. Vow... so busy place.. totally love this place.
Decent in a pinch. I come here when I don't feel like traveling far away for a milk tea craving. I wish they would ask if we want a small or large rather than just assume small lol. Their flavors are good though and worth a stop in for.
The cashiers are always super cool! Didn’t know there was a reward program, my bestfriend were going every other day at at least at this time. The cashier gave us a fresh stamp card and our two drinks for free.
Very reasonable prices, snacks taste amazing and are freshly made. However, they take a few minutes to prepare and the spice levels tend to be very inconsistent

The Kamquat basil seed is good. Almost all the drink can go with zero sugar here cuz the sweetness is a bit crazy. Everything taste just right with no sweetness. The Basil popcorn chicken taste great tho. I would suggest asking customer about the sweetness and ice level every time when they order. Sometimes we can forgot.
My drink is a thai tea with no boba. I normally get ice cream or cream but they didn't have much options. Their kitchen is under reservation so I couldn't try anything but it all sounded good and their were a lot of options. The drink isn't very sweet. I got it standard thinking it would be sweet enough since they have a lower option. It's not the best milk tea I've had but not terrible either. I'll drink it but I won't come back if I have another option. My friend ordered a drink but was given the wrong one. They quickly fixed that and was very nice. Their customer service was great!
Great place for bubble milk tea aficionados.... Variety of specialty boba drinks.

had their typical bubble tea. $3.75 for a big cup. Not bad. It tastes good, just not as excellent. The good side is that they got enough staff in the store so the waiting is not long as some other milk tea shops.
Their fried items are good, especially popcorn chicken, Flavored well and crispy. Drinks could be hit or miss, somewhat consistent. But close to home convenient for me. Plenty of parking at lot. Will continue to frequent.

Staff members had trouble with the payment system, and couldn’t figure it out when I walked in around 11:10am. I asked for Basil Popcorn Chicken, but got Popcorn Chicken instead. Unprepared staff… chicken was great though!
Its a subpar milk tea franchise. better than places like Quickly but doesn’t come close to the quality and taste of other local spots like Teaspoon, Boba guys, and boba bliss. The slightly cheaper prices at t4 don’t equate to better value compared to the other shops. Their milk tea is a step up from the food colored syrup “milk tea” spots but don’t mistake them as premium
Got the amber boba. The pearls were hard in the middle which was unpleasant. The milk tea flavor was okay. I liked my boyfriend's drink, milk tea with coffee jelly. The jelly flavored the tea well, so it tasted like coffee. Overall, good for satisfying the craving but wouldn't go out of my way to get it.
The calamari was delightful, with its flavors and texture leaving a positive impression. The popcorn chicken was satisfactory, though not particularly remarkable. However, the other items, such as the sweet potato fries and lobster balls, fell short of expectations and lacked a memorable taste.

I used to work at the t4 location in Dublin years ago, so I decided to stop by at this location since I wanted affordable boba. Even though it's been years since I got boba at the t4 locations in the SR/Dublin area, i knew that they had to update their menu with something new at some point. Went in today to try their Guava Green Tea. I added boba into mine. Placed my order, and waited. Cashier was pretty much on their phone every other order. I was considering going to up the Chinese restaurant next door to order some take out, but I decided to stand and watch them make my one singular drinks. There were a few orders ahead of me, and their orders came out consistently. A guy who was making drinks was pretty much also on his phone every other drink that goes into the sealing machine. In my mind I'm like, "quit touching your phone, you're getting your phone all sticky and I don't want your phone germs in my drink." I noticed the other girl making drinks was making a new batch of tea. Her hair was longer than shoulder length and NOT TIED BACK. The girl ended up making my drink because she was new and needed to learn how to make the drink. (40 guava? I think it should be 50 in my opinion.) When she was taking her time to make her drink, it was around 5pm, the shift changing time. I noticed a lot of things. The guy who making the drinks was touching his face. The employee coming in for his shift didn't wash his hands. The person cashier guy touched his face before scooping out boba for another order. The girl finished making my drink and it was sealed. I waited to see how long it took for any of the guys to realize that the drink has been sitting there at the sealer. Took the guys 2 minutes to realize since the guy who was making drinks was on his phone (literally right next to the sealer) and the cashier guy looked at his phone after scooping out the boba. The girl was cleaning up the work station so I don't blame her. The person who came in for the 5 pm shift didn't clock in yet. After watching all of this, I came to the conclusion that the usage of personal phones is worse than Dublin (based on reviews after I left 2 years ago.) The employees at Dublin would go on their phone when they finished serving all orders that were placed and cleaned up their workstation before going onto their phones. At least they finished serving the customer, not check their phones after every one drink or an order like here. Drink was alright. I prefer Ding Tea's guava green tea but there isn't one around here. Not a lot of places would have guava but this is okay. I think I'll stick to grocery store guava fruit tea in Pleasanton for now. I would only come back here if i have an affordable boba craving. Tables were pretty clean. Music was at reasonable volume. Overall, I would've given this place a higher rating if they weren't on their phones so much.

The store is sooo dirty 😣, no AC & run by teens. See pix

I usually don’t write online reviews, but this experience compelled me to share. I ordered the basil chicken popcorn, and it tasted very unpleasant—almost as if the chicken was spoiled. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the counter, they were dismissive and rude, responding that they couldn’t replace it “just because you don’t like it.”
The staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. The young boy offered to remake my daughter’s drink, but left out the boba that I had paid extra for. When I asked about it, they insisted I throw away the original drink to get a new one, then refused to add the boba—claiming they weren’t giving me “free boba on top of a free drink,” even though it wasn’t free. I had confirmed with them beforehand that they would include the boba, but they went back on their word. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and integrity. I won’t be returning to this location or any T4 for that matter.
