The people at this store are good people. I am amazed every time I come to this store(at least once a week) I see a kind human act. For as frequently as I see this, I have to attribute it to the management. Ever time I have had an experience with her it has been positive. Also, this Panda has the best food of any I have visited.

I've been going here almost weekly for about three years and there's only been maybe two times where I've had to wait for them to finish cooking. They do a great job at keeping the food fresh and ready to go. If you like Panda, this one is great.

Once my account was created I went to the order web page and enter type of plate/bowl from there I made my choices finalized the order at that time confirm order and credit card. Total time from creating account to finalizing order for pick-up was no more than 3/4 minutes. Excellent service: pick-up time was on target - I waited no more than 30 seconds from the time I let the manager/staff (friendly and polite) know I was there to pick up my order. Food was hot and freshly prepared which was scrumptiously delicious.

Sometimes they are nice sometimes not. Prices are a bit high. Very stingie with the portion you are paying extra for. The food is under cooked, hard as rock Broccoli, honey nut shrimp, hard even the peas are under cooked. In a rush to make the buck, not to cook the food appropriately.

We get the family deal and take it home, we've done that three times. The first time it was extremely busy but they efficiently processed us through the line without making us feel like a part of a giant machine. Food was good and fresh. The second time my wife went inside, the experience was a bit bizaar. They ask her if she had cash, because here card wouldn't read. Then they ended up charging half on the card, I don't get it. Anywho, food was good and fresh. This time I was the lucky volunteer. Semi busy, they treated me in a kind human way and no funny business at the register. Again, the food was fresh and good. Sometimes I don't know what I want and I like to send people ahead of me. I like how they don't make you feel weird for doing that like some places, and get right back to you when you're ready. My favorite is sweetfire... ...oh yeah baby! I don't care for there sides at all, unfortunate.

Food was good. But I think quality in the days we live have dramatically been reduced. But they were fast and polite. I would go there again.

Took a bit to make more Chicken eggrolls but the employee "Oceana" was very courteous, polite and offered a free drink and an extra egg roll for the wait. Excellent customer service from her.

Grabbed lunch for a picnic at Pine Flat Dam. The food was typical Panda fare, good but not "oh, my god, this is the best sh*t I've ever had!" great. The service was good.

Super busy when I went, staff was awesome considering the pressure... the chow main noodles were a bit underdone and the broccoli in the broccoli beef was inconsistent... some mush, some uncooked... but given the line I could understand.

🥡Four stars🥠, I'm pouting because their menu is limited due to the pandemic, so they didn't have potstickers 🤬 However, their curb side service was courteous and with a smile, I think 😷, lol. If you don't see your fav on their "limited" menu, ask anyway. Egg rolls weren't on their "limited" menu, but they were available. The egg rolls were not in any way a satisfactory substitution for their yummy potstickers 🥟

I called 6 times. Each time got a message that they were not available to answer the phone at this time. I go into the store to find it slow. And the manager standing right next to the phone. Not answering calls. Even though they say you can order a head of time. The Sanger store is in organized. Especially if there's a rush. Or theyer waiting for something to b cooked. My food sat on the counter. Just had to put in my egg rolls. It sat on the counter getting cold for 8 minutes before I made the comment that mine was ready just waiting for someone to put the egg rolls in my bag. I find it happened ALOT!! Its annoying and down right rude! This has been the case the last 3 times I went!. Fix your issues PANDA...your slipping!

Food is good on some days and not good at all other days. It's really hard to say which days food will be good. I guess it depends on the cook or how busy it gets. Some employees can be a bit rude by ignoring other customers. Facility is always clean.

Polite staff, pans are often cleaned and empty causing bottleneck of people wanting food earlier than closing hours. Staying at 3 stars until food quantity improves.

Comparison to the panda on kingscanyon and peach, with their service per portion this panda doesn't even come close. Their service is fast,polite, and very welcoming.(customer friendly) to say the least. I live in Sanger an would rather travel the extra miles for their service, then go to the one in Sanger.

The chow mein was mixed with too many lettuce pieces; as if they were trying to cheap out on the amount of noodles they serve. Service was good, but the food was a little mediocre compared to other locations.

I’m gonna be quick and simple with this. SMALL portions. no difference between bowl portions and plate portions, especially with half/half. Online order- forgot about getting a fortune cookie. Besides that we chillin.

Food is good. I can say every Panda is consistent w the same flavor. Only drawback that I personally had was, they told me were are out of steak it'll be 6 minutes. So I waited. It was about 15 minutes before they brought it out. Then I seen them serve other people the steak I ordered and I waited another 10 minutes before they filled the rest of my plate they had half filled earlier, so half my food is cold since they took there sweet time serving others my food.

Sorry I Gave a 3# Today . First time Coming here even tho I Live in Sanger. I Order a chow main, orange chicken. I asked if it was spicy cause I can't eat spicy she said no. But to Me it Was. I also got some kind meat had some vegetables like peas & other Stuff it Was kinda spicy.& Some rice. I ❤️ed the rice . But chow main needed like some beef NO Spicy some more Cabbage & I Never like Cabbage Until I Started Making it for my Husband Chinese Noodles With Chicken, snow peas, you can buy them @ Wal~mart^^^^ & carrots, broccoli, celery,cabbage. No onions he doesn't like in the noodles. Well he Went back inside because she forgot to give me the rice. Than he buys me the Orange Chicken. & It Was the Same a bit Spicy. I Know There's Some People that go there ❤️ that Spice like My Husband. But Not Me. Some Of Us Can't eat that For What ever reason. But Thank You. Service Was Fast. Nice People Clean Place. I Know the Soy sauce it's Brought from another Company. But Oh My. VERY SALTY. It's Not good to eat Salty food like sauce When Someone haves High B/P like Me But, I Had to make Chicken to put in my chow main. Like the Nice Man Said Need a Little More On the Plate 😊 Well "Thank you for your Service." " God Bless & be Safe" 😇 P.S Maybe The Restaurant should be Named " Spicy Panda" 😀

Could've swore the portions used to be a bit bigger, especially the rice and noodles. The sesame chicken wasn't bad but tasted like they didn't cook out the cornstarch enough. Over all not bad for Chinese fast food. But like some one else said a bit pricey for the amount you get.

Most of the employees there are very friendly , it’s also very clean !! One issue I’ve had is the servings you pay a good amount of money for so little servings !

Place closes at 9pm, but they stop cooking at 7:45 so you get a slim selection and hard rice.

It does the job for Chinese food - if you can call it that. I would never ever consider that chow mien as anything but Ramen with a different label. The veggies with fried rice and spices are the only thing I'd consider good here.

The staff is great, food is a hit and miss tho. They are also stingy with there shrimp and orange chicken. Other panda places will give you a decent amount.. however. If u wanna get shorted on food. Come here.

The place is clean but I can't stand not seeing a variety of food as you see at other locations. Don't dare go there an hour before closing. They'll be out of over half the stuff! I don't understand?

I asked server if the steak and green bean was hot and she told me no every time I asked a question about a certain entrée. She reached for it, like she was going to get it for me and then, when I said no, I just wanted to know she seemed a little perturbed. I found out later she was near the end of her shift, let someone else help me that would’ve been more tuned with customer service. I had to turn around halfway home after I took a bite of it to go back and get something else because it was way too hot spicy.

I order a double chow mein and double orange chicken everytime I come in. My double chow mein was not close to a double and neither was my orange chicken. I am very disappointed that I paid $14 for this plate and it’s not close to the amount of food that I should have received. I could have paid for a bowl size for the amount of food I had gotten.

Extremely poor customer service a very simple order of plain white rice turned into mass confusion of one employee named Reyna Who then wants to go onto a five minute tirade argument about how she needs to do her job that she does not quite fully understand. Meanwhile three other employees looking at each other as if this is not the first time she’s done this fail to step in and assist the remedial employee to do her job so the customer may be served Properly without argument or drama from the server

I wouldn’t recommend coming here especially for kids , they never have their apple slices but they will never tell you that, until you notice you’re missing an item and ask for it they reply “oh yeah we don’t have any sorry” without any substitution or suggestion. Waste of money and time

The servings are very small, specially if the Asian lady serves you. Have seen her stand over other employees to see them serve. She must be the owner. Pay attention, if she is around , your servings will be small.

Got screwed on portions. Got the Angus beef double serving. Got all mushrooms,green beans and onions. People before me order identical plate they were stacked with meat. My plate was for take out. I didn't realize til I opened the plate.

Just go across the street why get fast Chinese food where they rip you off on entrees EVERY TIME IN FRONT OF YOU, or you can go support your community and get toap garden across the street or sun China. Come on guys panda express is trash . Its really an unsatisfactory imitation Of so called Chinese food. Its really not that great.

What kind of food chain closes their doors early. I came before closing time and they already locked their doors. Place was still fully staffed they just giggled at me when I tried to open what should have been an unlocked door.

About 6 months ago I went to this Panda Express here in Sanger Ca. I had ordered Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and brown steamed rice. I also requested two orders of the Spring Rolls. One order of Spring Rolls comes with two. After getting home I noticed that the young lady only gave me one order of springs rolls. I called so that they could give me a refund for one of the orders that they forgot to place in my bag. I called to advise of their mistake and to please provide me with a refund over the phone. I was refused this request and was basically forced to have to come back to the store so that they could refund me what i was owed. Now I was tired irritable from a long day and just having to drive all the way back to the restaurant was very inconsiderate of them. today4/11/24 my wife asked if I could please go to Panda Express to pick her up some Spring Rolls. I figured a while has already passed and was hopeful that nothing of the same would happen again. I gave it another shot and there is nothing I will not do for my wife. When I got there, I ordered a medium box of Steamed Brown Rice; one medium box of Kung Pow Chicken and two orders of the Spring Rolls. This time I made sure that I received my full order. After getting home I sat down to enjoy my dinner and my wife enjoyed her Spring Rolls. Once we finished, my wife asked for the receipt. I told her it was on the kitchen counter. I could hear my wife asking me, "Where is the Pepper Steak"? Pepper Steak! I didn't order any Pepper Steak. I got charged for Pepper Steak when I never even ordered it in the first place. There I go again, back to Panda Express to get my refund. The young lady at the register offered to give me a plate of pepper steak. I stated no, I did not want pepper steak. I wanted my refund for the erroneous charge. She then excused herself to go talk to who I assume is the manager. the Manager came back and told me that she would give me a gift card with the correct amount on it. I had to be firm in my demand to request only a refund back to my credit card that I used to pay. She stated it would take longer to get the credit then to get a gift card. I stated I already know that as I have returned other items I have purchased at other stores. I really did not expect this to happen to me, but it happened twice. I would advise everyone to think twice about giving your business to this Panda Express here in Sanger, Ca. I will not be going back to it ever again.
