Era nuestro último día en la isla y necesitábamos descansar y comer bien, y fue todo un acierto. El sitio es genial y el equipo también, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y disfrutamos de un banquete buenísimo. Nos vamos a Málaga con el corazón contento de haber encontrado un lugar como Monkey. Sitio perfecto para ver el sunset ! No habíamos hecho reserva pero nos dieron una mesa al momento, no fue una mesa al lado del paseo marítimo pero estuvo genial porque igual se podía apreciar perfectamente la puesta de sol !

Que bonita forma de celebrar mi cumpleaños. La verdad es que nos encantó. Cenamos súper bien y lo pasamos genial con el show. Todo muy profesional, con un nivel altísimo. ¡Muy top! El ambiente era una locura — mirabas al público y todos estaban entregadísimos. Menudo fiestón se arma en un espacio tan reducido… ¡pasan mil cosas a la vez! 😂 Queremos dar las gracias de corazón a todo el equipo, especialmente a Giselle, a Shadia del cuerpo de baile (¡qué energía!) y a Inés, que como hostess nos recibió con una sonrisa y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Enhorabuena y seguid así, haciéndolo tan bien. ¡Volveremos! ❤️

This place is phenomenal! The views, the ambiance, the staff! Ben made the entire experience over the top. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on from the appetizers down to the French toast desert, which if you don’t order you will miss out on the greatest desert created and I didn’t say that lightly. If you can get a reservation, do it!!

Excellent service and amazing steak! Louis is an outstanding waiter! He will take excellent care of you! This place is a must-visit if you appreciate good quality food! There are plenty of vegetarian options too but my personal favourite is the prime rib (rib-eye) steak 🥩! You can eat it as a single person but only if you're absolutely starving! What a great place to eat!!!

First of all, we had a table overlooking the sea, which was great. Then the meal was good but a special mention for the xxl cookie which was incredible. The Sangria was supr good and huge !The service was also very pleasant. Our host, Benoit, was really nice to us and gave us lots of advice about the island. Really nice atmosphere and beautiful view. The staff are incredibly friendly and very kind and helpful. The service was slow but the atmosphere made up for that so we weren't very bothered. The food is better than many other places in Ibiza but some dishes were too sweet for my liking. Overall a very positive experience.

Travelled to Ibiza for the first time as a group of 12 friends and we loved that Monkey was able to fit all of us at the same table! This restaurant is pretty much what the Ibiza aesthetic is all about - gorgeous, island interior that also faces the water. We had such a fun time taking group photos inside the restaurant. Food wise, all the tapas were tasty and easy to share as a group - we really enjoyed the crispy chicken, fish and octopus. Portions are slightly small but for the quality, it was worth it! For drinks, we really recommend the royal sangria pitcher!!

We had a great evening at Monkey thanks to Lily our server. The food was so flavourful and a really nice restaurant in San Antonio. Would highly recommend the crispy chicken and the salad. Great spot for sunset and music was perfect from the DJ. Would definitely recommend in the area.

Estuve ayer por la noche, y la verdad que la atención fue muy buena, tanto por la azafata que estaba captando fuera, como por los camareros. Lo único que me sorprendio fue que un par de detalles, la botella de vino que pedimos no estaba fría, tuvimos que pedir hielo para las copas. Y al servirnos, no nos pidió que alguno lo probará, directamente sirvió! Igualmente volveré porque me encantó el sitio!!!

We had a great time at this restaurant. We were there for sunset and then until midnight the service was nice and helpful and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was great because of the pool which is in the middle. There was nice live music. Not much options in the menu.

Monkey Restaurant in Ibiza delivers a memorable experience. The food is rich in flavor, perfectly complemented by the stunning sea views. While the prices might seem a tad high, the quality justifies it. Be aware, side dishes come at an extra cost, but they're worth adding to your meal. The cocktails are a highlight, skillfully mixed and refreshing. Service was prompt and friendly, making the overall dining experience very satisfying.

Carpaccio was delicious but we were disappointed by the mains; portion size and quality were both disappointing for the price (we had the chicken and octopus). You pay for the views here, it has spectacular sunset views. Service was good, everyone was friendly. Improve the food and this could be a great place!

Overpriced and underwhelming, disappointing sunset experience We came to Monkey hoping to enjoy a relaxing sunset drink on the terrace. While we had made a reservation and were seated at a front-row table, the overall vibe was lacking, it didn’t feel warm or welcoming. A jug of sangria cost €40, which felt quite steep. On top of that, we were told we had to order food, even though we had already eaten. We ended up getting fries and tuna "tacos." Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The fries were soggy and the portion was tiny. The “tacos” were basically four Dorito-like chips with a small spoon of tuna on each, not what you'd expect for the price. The only highlight was the sunset, which, to be fair, was beautiful. But honestly, we could’ve enjoyed the same view just a few meters away with a can of sangria from the supermarket and saved ourselves nearly €80. If you're looking for a special sunset experience, think twice. For us, Monkey didn’t live up to the hype.

Fuimos a comer aquí. Lo que pagas es el sitio. El sitio la verdad que está muy chulo, con vistas al mar, es muy acogedor, y tienen una piscina muy bonita que puedes usar. Además estábamos solos. Le pongo 2 estrellas porque tienen muy poca variedad en la carta, hay muy poco que elegir y porque los precios con excesivamente caros. Ya sabemos que pagas el sitio y el poder usar la piscina pero igualmente es excesivo. Un plato de jamón 34 euros, el agua 8 euros, el pollo frito 29 euros, una Coca Cola 7 euros… También hay que decir todo, y es verdad que ya que es caro, la comida está muy rica y muy bien hecha. No es un filete de pollo empanado y ya. A la hora de la comida no había dj, que también fuimos pensando que esto sería así. Adjunto foto del plato de jamón y del pollo frito. Conclusión. Sitio muy chulo, comida rica, pero excesivamente caro y no te llenas, no repetiríamos.

La piña colada no era piña colada. Sabía a agua y zumo de piña. Pedimos un aperol spritz, el cual estuvo en la barra 5 minutos antes de ser servido. Con lo cual, cuando lo trajeron, el sabor no era el mismo que tendría que ser. Además, pedimos un porn star martini, el cual apenas llevaba alcohol y estaba demasiado dulce. Pésimo servicio para ser recomendado en Ibiza. 0 profesionalidad entre los camareros

I read the reviews and thought this restaurant would be amazing. Upon review, many of them are from last year. There’s a chance we ordered wrong but the food was meh. Grilled calamari was rubbery, the green bean salad was either made with severely over cooked green beans or they came out of a can. We ordered the tuna poke and it would have been nice if the (I am thinking brand new) waiter had told us we might like to have two of them as they are tough to share and small. The grilled feta was great but it would be better if the bed of julienned zucchini had flavour (dry). Our server brought us sparkling water and we ordered our food and asked for a drink menu… he never returned to take the drink order and all four of our appetizers arrived at the same time. (Two of us dining) There was a DJ playing who was quite good but the evening was over shadowed quite literally by an apartment over head that had about 12 people in it being loud and playing their own music and being incredibly loud. I know that’s no fault of the restaurant but it was the cherry in the cake. Disappointed.

No recomiendo este sitio por varias razones. Fuimos el pasado fin de semana, éramos un grupo de 9 personas, para empezar solo una camarera hablaba español y no se enteraba mucho, tuvimos que pedir 4 veces que le trajeran una coca cola a uno de los comensales porque nadie se enteraba de nada, y eso que el local estaba casi vacío. Así que ya empezamos con un mal servicio. Luego la comida. De sabor estaba todo bueno, eso si las cantidades eran ridículas y mas teniendo en cuenta el precio. Por ejemplo la berenjena. Estaba buena, pero era media berenjena que no llegaba ni a 1 palmo (y no tengo una mano muy grande). Y teniendo en cuenta lo que vale la materia prima de ese plato y las cantidades lo encontre un robo. (22€) Por acabar, el entorno. Es un sitio bonito pero le falta algo de ambiente, desde nuestro punto de vista, (por ejemplo) algo de musica de fondo hubiera sido un acierto. Hay veces que pagas mucho por algo pero te vale la pena por el servicio la calidad de la comida el entorno, etc… Y te vas a casa satisfecho. Pero este no fue el caso. Nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca. Sin duda ni lo recomendamos ni volveremos.

Terrible experience from start to finish unfortunately. My wife and I visited for our last night in Ibiza and finished the evening throwing up from an allergic reaction. Took an age to be served… The cocktaiks were weak. A minor plus were the starters, they were both good, the tacos in particular. For mains we both had the crispy chicken on recommendation as the waiter assured us that the almonds could be completely removed. THEY WERE NOT!! Long and short it we told the server, on hindsight we paid the full bill but we really shouldn’t have at all. The focus then was to head to pharmacy and head back to the hotel as quickly as possible. Toilets were filthy and not fitting for a restaurant of this kind of standard…the pool was filthy. Needless to say, wouldn’t recommend and a real disappointment!! Overpriced and didn’t deliver quality in any area!!

Really disappointing experience. We chose this spot for our honeymoon dinner on our last night in Ibiza and had high hopes. Sadly, it fell flat from the start. No recognition of the occasion, slow service, and a general lack of care. Most seriously, despite clearly stating my husband’s nut allergy and being assured it could be accommodated, he had a reaction after eating. We had to cut the night short and rush home — all after spending 155 euros on a forgettable meal. The starters were passable, but the mains were dry and bland. Cocktails were underwhelming, and the staff showed no interest when we gave feedback. The place tries to feel exclusive, but the reality is tired: dirty pool, cramped toilets, awkward setup. The view is nice, but you can enjoy the same sunset from the rocks outside. Wish we’d gone elsewhere.
