Chicken tenders are hot but kind of dry. Fries are hot and fried to perfection but the ranch is chunky. This cafe would get another star if they had more to offer. Seems like GA is not serving milkshakes so they have less to maintain. Over all this place makes me feel like I am in a low budget movie where they don’t pay the extras. The longer I think about it I keep wanting to deduct stars. Whoa.. down to one but I will add an extra since the staff was courteous. So two ⭐️ ⭐️ it is.

The menu on the Great America App is much larger than your choice there. Overpriced! $15-$18 for just fries and a hot dog/ burger/chicken strips. Very long wait for a very short line. They opened the second line but they were not ready, we stood and waited another 15 minutes and the cashier kept asking if we had ordered. Very disorganized. I won't be going there again when I visit the park, I was very disappointed.

We ordered some fries as a snack to tie us down. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up such a simple order but somehow they surprised me. The fries were straight up black and tasteless and the ones that did have some sort of taste were definitely rotted. There was also no service, only mobile order.

Lowk buns. Only the strawberry cake was good. Everything else was kinda bad and not worth the price at all

This place is not organize to get the food out to the customers. There is just a cashier taking your order and another person handing out food one by one. If there was a food ticket method maybe it would be alot more efficient. People were just having their hands out taking their food one dish at a time. It was easy for people from out of line to say hey I ordered a burger and take what was meant for the person ahead of them.

waitress kept forgetting to bring items. they didnt mention they were out of sprite and randomly substituted it with water without telling us. they kept forgetting the tomatoe and lettuce for the burger also. waitress said she would come back with it and never did.

Wouldn’t waste your time and especially your money. This restaurant definitely isn’t worth $19.00 a meal! Food was not good at all. Burgers had no flavor, fries sucked and the milk shakes weren’t any better! $120 for four people and it was terrible

This place is so BUNS. Me and my hg have been waiting for like a hour and it STILL hasnt come out. I'm not a cook but come on how long does it take to make a milkshake, cheese fries, and a strawberry shortcake 😔 . It's also stupidly expensive. Ts place was the worse part of our great America trip 👎👎👎👎👎

Overpriced We paid $65 for 3 cheese burgers and some rotten fries.hey We paid for our food we didn't get it for free. The lettuce 🥬 that comes with the order had some dark stains all over. Same problem with fries. Cashier should learn how to treat customer and stop being racist..

More workers and faster service and a please help with supervision from an adult that knows what is going on no Coordination, no supervision, not enough food. They see that there is 20 people in line. They make me to make 10 burgers. They need to do 10 chicken nuggets, chantin hot dogs. People were picking up food and then putting it back. People were grabbing food cutting in line and not paying for it. Waited over an hour just for a hamburger cheeseburger

This place appears to be set up as a self serve line, but the kitchen doesn't keep up with the flow of people going through. So when it's lunch time there is no food out for people to take until they get up to the cashier but then they put food out so the people who have ordered at the cashier have to wait even longer for their food and then people try to line jump because they got food out of the self serve line and just want to pay for it before people in front of them have even ordered. The people working the kitchen were absolutely clueless about how their process is supposed to work and kept serving people at the back of the line instead of catching up with people who had ordered and paid and were still waiting for food. Finally we got some of the food we ordered and it was an ice cold bloody cheeseburger. GROSS. By that time we had waited so long it was a hard choice between getting food poisoning and waiting even longer to get safe food while people in line continued to take the freshly made food they were still trying to stock the self serve line with. I had to stand at the cashier and constantly remind the person who was handing out the food as it came from the kitchen that yes I did want cheese on my cheeseburgers and no I still haven't received my complete order. I will never eat here again. It was a complete annoyance and waste of time not to mention a health hazard. I am sad there is such incompetence at such a busy place. Although to be fair it was not busy, the incompetent staff just could not handle the whole 10 people that were in line.

And money. Not even nobu makes you wait an hour for two items. And I've been. If you like food that takes just about as long to come out as it takes to digest it, please come here.
