I've only been through the Drive-thru window, and each time I have I order the Breakfast Burrito with either sausage or bacon for my husband and Chorizo for myself.

I love this place. Service isn't really fast, but the burritos are well worth waiting for. Good prices too!

Such a hole in the wall place. Amazing carne asada and the burrito I got was amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Great change from the normal.

Fresh made and delicious. Everyone's food was made perfectly. Portions are perfect size too. Will definitely be returning soon.

I live in Palmdale, this is the BEST chili relleno spot ...oh & the Mucho Macho burrito is to die for...all their food is very tasty, it's a great Mexican food place to eat

I have really big delicious burritos with many different meats from carne asada, chicken, pork, and my favorite chili verde. The only negative is they always include tortilla chips and they always seem to be stale but I don't really eat their tortilla chips anyway and just like the burritos and they also have tacos street tacos and other Mexican food treats!

I have been eating the Junior Mucho Macho Burrito for well over 20 years since this operation was in Sylmar that they had to close due to the rent or something. This place has excellent food and the people there are way cool. To this day I highly enjoy eating burritos there and never change my groove. I always get the shredded beef and it is a dream meal. For all of those haters it is amazing to know that this is not the place for them and you should go back to Taco Hell and eat what you like. Keep it up!

The breakfast burritos here are AMAZING. No shortage of eggs, comes with chips, and I'm pretty sure the sausage they use is Johnsonville, which means they buy their ingredients fresh from the supermarket. LOVE these burritos!

One of my favorite drive thru Mexican restaurants. The Mexican Pizza (nachos) with chili verde are great and come in a large portion. The Super Soft Taco is also HUGE and well worth the price.

Came into Santa Clarita for the weekend, looked for a breakfast burrito in town. Decided to give Burrito Factory a try. Was very good, salsas are great and chips were hot. We will come back!

First of all I could eat the corn relish on the fixin's bar all day long! Great burritos and employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Food prep is super fast. Small parking lot and it can be hard to get out sometimes when a drive-thru line forms.

Ordered 21 breakfast burritos for a company breakfast... All the burritos were correct as ordered... They were ready in an hour just like they said... Chips, salsa, napkins and utensils...what more can you ask for... Great food, friendly smiling faces...

Love this place! Large menu without being overwhelming, the staff is friendly, informative, and know the ingredients well, can answer any questions right away. Location is easy to find, and parking is pretty plentiful (important once we get out of lockdown), seating is limited, but for great food on the go it is great!

I love the way they make their Chile Rellenos and more importantly, they're made exact the same way each time. They also have excellent hard shell tacos and the pork chile verde and beef chile Colorado burritos are outstanding.

Absolutely one of the very best fast food places to go. We live in Agua Dulce and this is our favorite go to place. Definitely worth the drive.

Great spot for any kind of burritos.

A bit pricey but man are those burritos delicious. My husband and I typically share. Get the spicey salsa as it has way more flavor than the mild.

Stopped and grabbed some breakfast burritos on our way out to Carpinteria. I had the chorizo with no potatoes and my wife had the no meat egg & cheese with potatoes. They include frejoles in their burritos - taste great, but not on my Keto diet. Fast, fresh and friendly! We will be back.

Their menu was relatively simple. I would say the food was ordinary, but I should have tried their specialty.

Service was quick and friendly. If you're on autopilot and it's your first time there, you might drive past the menu/order area and have someone behind you so you can't just put your car into reverse to look at it- just exit the parking lot back onto Soledad and re-enter immediately next to Chi-Chi's pizza. The menu isn't in a bad spot, I just wasn't paying attention haha.

I am glad that l have had the opportunity to rate one of my SCV favorites. I am never disappointed with the service or the food! The wet burritos , hard shell chicken Taco are soo good. But my absolute favorite are the carnitas. I call them my meat Pies. They are like a heavenly dessert to me! The meat is so succulent and seasoned to perfection. I like extra cilantro and salsa. It's a real treat! It could use a bit of a makeover, but the food is so delicious that would never keep me away!

Really good, no frills, no BS burrito place. Whether going in store or drive thru, orders are served up pretty quick. Parking is a bit tight, the neighboring shopping center threatens to tow you away if you park there. There's quite a variety of burritos, including breakfast burros. A small salsa bar adds a spicy touch. Couldn't post a picture because I demolished my California burrito before writing this review.

Generous servings and an amazing hard shell taco! Also a clean dining area with a nice salsa bar. Self service counter with kind customer service. Sometimes you may have to wait a couple of minutes longer for your order but that is because they make everything fresh, completely worth it!

The best power burritos ever & we've been enjoying them over 15 years!! BUT, PLEASE IMPROVE THE TRAVEL OR TO GO CONTAINERS FOR THE HEAVY POWER BURRITOS. Every time, we are very careful during travel, etc, but the sauce makes a huge disaster mess in the bag, allover the chips sack, & once, even inside the car. This last order made me so mad, i even took photos of the broken containers & mess. This breaks my heart, because I enjoy the food from here so much 🥰

My boyfriend and I both got breakfast burrito - he got chorizo and I got bacon. It was soo good! They even gave us chips too which I don't normally see given with breakfast burritos. Those were great as well. If we lived in this town, I know we'd go here a lot. Sadly we live hours away, but if you're near this area, definitely check them out! I’ve been coming here for years. Their regular chicken burrito is a bit on the wet side for my liking but all around good eats. Reasonably priced. Vegetarian friendly. Customer service is great and the staff are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Food is good, fresh, and made quickly. Staff was very pleasant. The only drawback is the parking situation. It's tough to get in and out of. I ordered a burrito made to my wishes and there was no complaints from the staff. Lot's of various salsas and pickled peppers to choose from and the burrito included more chips than I could eat. Good food at reasonable prices. Tables and chairs could use some updating. Cleaning was so so. Overall, good alternative to fast food.

Guys :( you forgot to put the chile in the chile relleno, the burrito was just eggs and beans. The chile fries were amazing though, and she enjoyed sharing them with me.

Big burritos that don't taste very good. It's about the same cost of Chipotle, too. You can come here if you want something new but, otherwise, you have better options in the SCV.

Love this place EXCEPT the drive thru experience. If you walk in, so issues. The counter staff is courteous and attentive. When you drive through it's a completely different world. It turns into a shouting match back and forth because the person can't hear you, and you can't hear them. Then at some point they get annoyed that you ordered more than two things and get really short and almost snarky. Then the wait in the line to get to the window literally takes 10 minutes or more (I've actually driven off in the past because the wait is so long), and then when you do get to the window it's another awkward experience. The window is so high that it's a huge effort for the staff to reach down to you and you reach up to them. You absolutely can tell they much prefer cash experience. They hate putting in the effort to actually have to reach out further with the machine so you can swipe your card. Other than that the food is excellent! They really should reflect and then invest in their drive experience 🙄

This one is tough. I've been ordering their breakfast burritos for years and I've recommended them so many times. BUT tonight we ordered asada burritos and there were bones in them. Not just one bone but several... and not just one burrito but two of the three we ordered. We only ate half so who knows what would have been in the other halves. The flavor was so good too but once you bite into some bone chunks your appetite goes out the window. So disappointed 😞

My wife enjoyed her chicken tacos, though I found the chicken a bit dry and the tortillas tougher than I prefer. Chips seemed to have been made earlier in the day. Inside, the restaurant could use some refreshing. The salsa bar was closed, several lights were off, and I noticed a “No Photography or Video” sign, which struck me as unusual but perhaps understandable given the condition inside. Staff were polite, but overall the food and atmosphere didn’t quite live up to the excitement I had from seeing this local spot for so many years.

The food wasn't necessarily bad, but having a fiance that works in the restaurant business has shown me what to look for and to appreciate food some more. This place did not open at 7:30am as it states it does, the salsas are not up to par, beans were microwaved rather than done by pot and simmered, potatoes tasted day old in burritos, just not a place I would recommend.

I can easily say I’m pretty disappointed. Ordered the carne asada burrito with beans and rice. Figured “Burrito Factory”, must have great burritos. I figured wrong. The “asada” was just chunks of tough steak with gristle still in the centers causing me to have to actually spit out every other bite. The flavor was even more lackluster. Very bland. Even the beans and rice I found to be decent at best. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my wife liked her chicken taco. Guess you guys should just call it “Taco Factory”.

I went inside this restaurant and as I waited for the clerk to take my order, I saw the cook preparing the drive-thru orders. I noticed that he didn't use any gloves when putting the lettuce, tomato or onions in the burritos or tacos. He used a spoon to scoop the rice and guac. Why couldn't he have prongs, or small spoons for the other stuff? I thought that the whole point of this coronavirus was to teach us to be more hygienical.

I’m Gunna give you a honest review of my experience I was honestly going to go to Taco Bell that day but I wanted to try something more authentic so I went here and ordered a burrito and a drink was around 15$ I was thinking in my head hm this is probably going to be good so I wait for a little while I got the burrito it was already close to cold the choice of meat I got was alright it’s not that tasty the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and it was not even that good so I was really overall disappointed I rather have just gone across the street to del Taco or go originally where I was going to go! The other places would have been more hot and tastier lol.. I don’t really recommend this place and I grew up from the valley so I know what’s up when it comes to good food!

Tried to get a breakfast burrito at 7pm says they serve all day long. Girl cashier said they cant make me one. Always an issue with this place. Last time i was here they closed early. Dont plan on coming back

Confirmed that they use microwave ovens to reheat as the cashier literally warmed my order in front of me without a 2nd thought. 2 stars because it was edible and not rancid. First and last time I'll be patronizing burrito factory.

This place is over rated or I just went on a bad day. The meat in the burrito and the tacos is too dry and lacks flavor. I noticed they use the microwave to warm up everything. The place was empty and i still waited for a long time for my order to be ready. The portions are very dissent, too bad the flavor and freshness is not there. First and last time going to this place.

I do like the other burrito factories, however this one was so disappointing. I ordered 2 chicken burritos and a soft chicken taco, the chicken was just normal unseasoned boiled chicken with no flavor. The price was about 30 dollars for this which was also disappointing. Maybe we will like the other meats, however the chicken was bad enough to make me stay away from this location. I really wanted to like it as much as I love the other burrito factories but couldn't.

Had to ask to refunded for an over charge. My card was charged $32 for a $23 order. I got refunded but if i hadn't caught it. I would have lost $. I wonder how many other times I've breen over charged.

I couldn’t use a coupon from the website,the worker said I couldn’t because it has to be printed out, (even though it didn’t say that anywhere) I didn’t even go looking for the coupon in the first place.. it popped up! she had an attitude and don’t speak again until I handed her my card. Got back to work to eat and the California burrito was bland and didn’t have a flavor! I passed up two burrito places for here, Done giving them a chance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I ordered through DoorDash and when the food got to my house I noticed I was missing food I ordered so I proceeded to call this restaurant and ask what happened, the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and honestly rude. She just kept telling me that all the food was in the bag when the driver picked it up. I went on to tell her we were missing items and clearly it was not in the bag. I asked if I could have a refund and her words were “ we can not do anything for you” I asked to speak with a manager and she went on to say they didn’t have a manager. Please do not order here. Worst customer service ever.

Just finished eating here at my own risk, even after seeing the cook prepare my burrito with no gloves 🤮 Futhermore, they warmed my burrito in the microwave, and the so called Carne asada was still barely warm!!! I will never set foot in this place again!!! 🗑 Trash Factory!!!!

Food was terrible took forever and meat was actually cold ended up throwing most of Food away. And it wasn't cheap $30 for 1 burrito 3 tacos 2 fountain drinks. Don't recommend the Asada chunks or gristle that are not edible.

For years these guys have failed to communicate a correct order. I have constantly had every order done incorrectly consecutively. Their speaker is so damn loud I swear I’m bleeding from the ear. They don’t repeat your order, you show up to get a specific food and they’re out, and they take for ever. Need to shut this place down already. Make space for someone who cares about actually doing their job and serving.

I would not recommend eating at the Burrito Factory. I wanted to try a new Mexican place out and figured why not try something local. I ordered a wet "carne asada" burrito, and I am positive that the meat in my burrito was ground beef. On top of being given the wrong beef and paying more for it, the ground beef was so bland and cold that I could only get through half of my burrito before throwing it out. Additionally, the beans and cheese in the burrito were warm in some places while cold in others, a sign of microwaved food. Lastly, the chips appeared to be stale, the little flavor that was present was off and didn't taste good. Overall, I would go elsewhere if you're looking for good Mexican food. The food was low quality despite paying around $15 for a burrito. A shame too since I really wanted to like the place, but there are far better options in SCV.

For the first time I drove through & ordered a basic carne asada burrito. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The carne asada tasted like leftover food. Majorly disappointed. I really wanted to like it. I know what fresh carne asada tastes like. Damn it. So disappointed. 😩

Let’s start with the service… The young lady who is usually working there it’s awful. She does not have common courtesy, Nor manners. I have eaten there once and that was all that I needed. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito. I am still not certain if they messed up my order or the Carne Asada is just terrible. It had the fine consistency of Taco Bell’s ground beef And the saltiness of Spam. The beans were dry, And the lettuce tasted old and wilted. I may have rated the place two stars if I had gotten decent treatment from the staff. However, The next time that I want a cheese tasting burrito I will go to Taco Bell or Del Taco. It certainly was not worth $11 and change for a poor tasting burrito and dry Saltless chips.

I went here to order a breakfast plate that was on their online menu. Turns out they only have burritos! Well the menu said a breakfast burrito has eggs, beans, and potatoes - I received an egg burrito 👎 They asked me what kind of breakfast burrito I wanted when I ordered and I said the only one you have on the menu 😳 maybe that was the miscommunication, they have a confusing menu! I went here to order a breakfast plate that was on their online menu. Turns out they only have burritos! Well the menu said a breakfast burrito has eggs, beans, and potatoes - I received an egg burrito 👎 They asked me what kind of breakfast burrito I wanted when I ordered and I said the only one you have on the menu 😳 maybe that was the miscommunication, they have a confusing menu! I'm posting this review for both myself and someone else that I know: of all the locations, we visited the one located at 21032 Devonshire St Ste 103, Chatsworth, CA 91311 the most during the early 2000s and had little to no complaint overall, that is, until it changed to the current owner(s) (we aren't sure if it's been the same owner(s) the entire time). To continue, one of the last times the other person I know visited this business, he ordered a mucho macho burrito, and emphasized to the employee to add meat (keep in mind, this burrito should already come with meat), while he was eating, the burrito had almost no meat in it. Furthermore, he asked one of the employees why he kept receiving food with little meat, their response was (paraphrase): "the owner mandated that they put as little meat as possible in the burritos." Another time, we were together when we ordered like usual, and once again, he asked the employees to add meat to our food, and they assured us that they would, however, when we got our food and were eating, my burrito had lots of meat while his had none. To note, I was a minor during this time, looking back on it, I interpret them putting meat in my burrito not as a act of kindness, but as another insult to the person I was with. While he was confronting them about it, both of the same employees had scandalous smirks, afterwards, I reluctantly finished my food while he chose not to eat anymore all the while watching those two employees for anything unusual. In conclusion, both of us has yet to visit any of their locations since, if still owned by the same person, please avoid.

Ordered on Uber eats. Only ordered 3 hard tacos and a side salsa. Took over an hour and a half to deliver. Be careful, because they may be making those corn shells from scratch for each order. Maybe giving the most consideration and attention to detail for eatch ideal shell. Probably rolling them with love, and shaping them within geometrical precision. Or not (they're not) and they're just a mediocre chain. 2 stars. 1 more star because the food was edible. Edit. I got my order, and the meat was wrong. Good job 👍👍

This is without a doubt one of the WORST restaurants in the SCV in my opinion, I couldn’t even eat it. The self indoctrinated “Best Breakfast Burrito in the SCV” is a complete sham in my opinion (who puts refried beans in them anyway). This place clearly works off of quantity and not quality and you should pass in my opinion. Pro tip: Del Taco is across the street and is much much better in my opinion.

The self indoctrinated “Best Breakfast Burrito in the SCV” is a complete sham in my opinion (who puts refried beans in them anyway).
