Holy moly, we had no idea the burritos we so huge!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Great service also. Great salsa ang horchata as well!!!
The best breakfast burritos around for miles, 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Bacon sausage ham beans hash browns cheese sour cream, what more could a girl ask for Also, HYUGEEE
Hidden gem with great food. A bit pricey but portions are big. Got the combo plate of 1 taco and an enchilada with a large horchata. So delicious but couldn't finish!
This place is so cute inside! Not sure if it used to be an old Taco Bell location, but it has similar vibes to old school Taco Bell (just repainted) and I love it! My boyfriend and I both got breakfast burrito - he got chorizo and I got bacon. It was soo good! They even gave us chips too which I don't normally see given with breakfast burritos. Those were great as well. If we lived in this town, I know we'd go here a lot. Sadly we live hours away, but if you're near this area, definitely check them out! The gal at the front taking the orders was so sweet! They made our food super quick too. Thanks!
The food was really good. My burrito was huge. I normally don't like wet burrito and I forgot to mention that I didn't want it wet, and I'm glad I did because it was amazing. It was too big for me to finish but I brought it home and ate it in the morning. Will definitely be going back. Even my kids who only like pizza really liked the food
We love Burrito Factory. We always have to visit it when we travel to California; we moved to Texas. I love the tostadas with shredded beef, so favor full and the t lettuce, tomato and shredded beef and cheese are so fresh. They have a great mild sauce; I can’t handle spicy. My husband orders the chile colorado beef burrito with beans and cheese which he loves. He also has to order taquitos with guacamole sauce. They have not ever disappointed us.💕🙏
Delicious hard shell 🌮 tacos. Ground 🥩 beef. Fresh and perfect 👍

I lost my local burrito factory a while back. A visit here brought me back to the past. Nice people running the place. The nostalgic taste is the same as before. Ill be coming back for more!
Great place but it's closed and the sign says permanently. Very disappointed.

Been the same for 30 plus years, Bean and Cheese burrito is the best around.
We drive thru this place at least twice a month because the tostada is best! But toniggt they were closed even tho the Google said they're open till 9 and so, we cry
The food is amazing! My mom, who lives 2 1/2 hours away always wants to get some of their food when she comes to visit. Their rice, beans & salsa is some of the best I’ve EVER had and my family has tried too many to count. I’ve lived all over Southern California throughout my life and Burrito Factory is a gem. The only negative is if you have a large order, they will (possibly) turn you down. I tried ordering 3 days ahead to get rice, beans & salsa for my family gathering and they said they already have another large order so they won’t be able to accommodate the order of rice & beans. :( Also, if you go through their drive-through, just a word of caution, they can sometimes be a little slow but that doesn’t bother me because I know they’re cooking everything fresh.

Growing up in Santa Clarita, I had always driven past The Burrito Factory and finally decided to give it a try. We went on a Friday evening and the place was busy, which felt promising. I ordered the Carnitas burrito, chicken tacos, a cheese quesadilla, and chips. The Carnitas burrito had tender meat, but the flavor was mild and about halfway through I noticed quite a bit of grease pooling on my plate. The cheese quesadilla was the standout item of the night. My wife enjoyed her chicken tacos, though I found the chicken a bit dry and the tortillas tougher than I prefer. Chips seemed to have been made earlier in the day. Inside, the restaurant could use some refreshing. The salsa bar was closed, several lights were off, and I noticed a “No Photography or Video” sign, which struck me as unusual but perhaps understandable given the condition inside. Staff were polite, but overall the food and atmosphere didn’t quite live up to the excitement I had from seeing this local spot for so many years.
I order a breakfast burrito with sausage, which was good not the best like they say but it was decent. I definitely like the hash brown they had in the burrito crispy not burnt just a nice crunch to when you bite into it. The service itself was good too, it was slow since it was early morning but she was friendly and helpful. The interior was kool, they have a mural of birds at one side and pictures/frames throughout the restaurant. It was clean and they have music playing this particular day they were playing Mexican music. Ill eat again there if I'm around the area, definitely try it.
This place is not bad if you need a quick bite. I ordered a carnitas power burrito and my friend a Carne asada power burrito. There is plenty of cheese and sauce on top of the burrito. Both my friend and I commented mid way through that it was good, but both meats could use some seasoning. I also ordered guacamole, which turned out to be guacamole put in a blender. It was like eating a cream sauce. Don't order it is my recommendation.

My first time here. Was not thrilled with the food. Prices were average, portions are generous, I got a carne asada tostada. The crane asada was cooked very well, but I personally thought it was too salty. My fiance got the chili cheese fries, they were also salty, and it tasted like they have not changed thier oil in like a week, if you know what rancid oil tastes like. We also ate inside, and thier air conditioner was certainly struggling, it was only slightly cooler than outside and it was about 90° outside. The employee was nice. The restroom was fairly clean.

I went here to order a breakfast plate that was on their online menu. Turns out they only have burritos! Well the menu said a breakfast burrito has eggs, beans, and potatoes - I received an egg burrito 👎 They asked me what kind of breakfast burrito I wanted when I ordered and I said the only one you have on the menu 😳 maybe that was the miscommunication, they have a confusing menu! It varies from online to the drive thru to the cooks!

I'm posting this review for both myself and someone else that I know: of all the locations, we visited the one located at 21032 Devonshire St Ste 103, Chatsworth, CA 91311 the most during the early 2000s and had little to no complaint overall, that is, until it changed to the current owner(s) (we aren't sure if it's been the same owner(s) the entire time). To continue, one of the last times the other person I know visited this business, he ordered a mucho macho burrito, and emphasized to the employee to add meat (keep in mind, this burrito should already come with meat), while he was eating, the burrito had almost no meat in it. Furthermore, he asked one of the employees why he kept receiving food with little meat, their response was (paraphrase): "the owner mandated that they put as little meat as possible in the burritos." Another time, we were together when we ordered like usual, and once again, he asked the employees to add meat to our food, and they assured us that they would, however, when we got our food and were eating, my burrito had lots of meat while his had none. To note, I was a minor during this time, looking back on it, I interpret them putting meat in my burrito not as a act of kindness, but as another insult to the person I was with. While he was confronting them about it, both of the same employees had scandalous smirks, afterwards, I reluctantly finished my food while he chose not to eat anymore all the while watching those two employees for anything unusual. In conclusion, both of us has yet to visit any of their locations since, if still owned by the same person, please avoid.
Ordered on Uber eats. Only ordered 3 hard tacos and a side salsa. Took over an hour and a half to deliver. Be careful, because they may be making those corn shells from scratch for each order. Maybe giving the most consideration and attention to detail for eatch ideal shell. Probably rolling them with love, and shaping them within geometrical precision. Or not (they're not) and they're just a mediocre chain. 2 stars. 1 more star because the food was edible. Edit. I got my order, and the meat was wrong. Good job 👍👍
I am here at 8:15pm and it shows they close at 9pm. The lights are on outside and inside. This is like the 4th time this has happened to me with an hour or two of their actual closing hours. Post your actual hours if you’re going to always be closed by 8pm. I go out of my way to come here and it’s always a hit or miss if you’ll be open.
This is without a doubt one of the WORST restaurants in the SCV in my opinion, I couldn’t even eat it. The self indoctrinated “Best Breakfast Burrito in the SCV” is a complete sham in my opinion (who puts refried beans in them anyway). This place clearly works off of quantity and not quality and you should pass in my opinion. Pro tip: Del Taco is across the street and is much much better in my opinion.
