My mom and I went... she ordered.... and was exactly done the way she wanted....it was great!! I also asked for extra veg on my burger... and it was awesome!! 😁

This is a great ihop. Took my girlfriend here some time ago and we had a great meal. Food came out pretty darn fast and it was of course, warm and delicious. The bathrooms are nice too. Sometimes when you go to places like this you don’t know how the bathrooms will be. But the bathrooms at this place? Built for a king. You’re gonna need it after eating here. Food is good! Don’t get me wrong. Just make sure you’re ready to wreck a toilet after.

We rarely go out to eat let a lone go eat at Ihop. This visit though was great. The waitress took our order quick and was very friendly. Our food didn't take long to be ready. Our total wait time was about 10 minutes, since we got there. Our food was hot when served which we loved. Waitress was always checking on us. There was about 3 other people there though. We also went on a weekday. Great place to go grab a nice meal.

No extendes family in town so went out with wife and kids for Thanksgiving vs. Cooking way too much at home. Food was good. Restaurant was busy. Service was positive, but a bit slow given the holiday nature of the day, but that is expected. Overall a good experience.

I usually come for breakfast on Saturdays. Some of the employees are young, however I am always happy when I walk through the doors and see the smiles, courtesy, friendly welcome, and professional attitude they all have. I am never disappointed. Thank you IHOP for all you do to make eating a good meal enjoyable. <3 <3 <3

Bette was our server tonight and was absolutely fantastic! Very attentive, friendly, and happy. Our food was delicious. I mean it’s an Ihop ya know? You know what you’re getting. We got pancakes and French toast and it was tasty. The strawberry lemonade splasher was kinda gross but kids might like it. this Ihop is better than the one on bouquet. bathroom was clean as well.

I went in on a busy saturday morning and everything was perfect! I went in with my boyfriend and no wait time, the table was clean and I mean CLEAN! The table smelled clean the menus were disinfected with alcohol, the utensils had no smudge or water marks on them the cleaning staff there should get a raise! The food was AMAZING cooked to perfection from veggies, meats, sweets, it was made with care the cooks deserve a raise too. The waiter was very friendly and attentive checking in on everybody every 5 to 10 minutes or so but not so much as to bother it was more to make sure we had everything anyone needed. I really enjoyed my experience there and I come with family and loved ones so I have to say I am pleased as usual with their service and hope that this review helps others see that they are in good hands if they eat here. Best Ihop I have ever been to.

We ordered online to pick up food on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were understaffed and had a plethora of online orders plus they were busy with dine in customers, so our food wasn't ready until 35 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time! But they were courteous and offered us drinks while we waited and once we got the food to our final destination and ate it, the turkey dinners were delicious! So worth the wait! I would highly recommend the IHOP on Soledad Cyn in Canyon Country anytime!

Seven of us came in together in Saturday night. Elan was the only server that evening. He did a great job accommodating all of us. He was friendly, accommodating, respectful and efficient. He also was concurrently able to deal with a hostile customer while maintaining his respectful, helpful attitude.

We arrived only an hour and a half before closing, so I can't really say much about how they handle high traffic times, but I didn't feel like they cut any corners just because we were only one of 3 groups eating. Our waiter kept our glasses full and checked on us just often enough to not be in the way. The food was hot and properly cooked, and reasonably priced like all ihops. I dont have any complaints. Good food, good service, fair price.

We dined in for the first time here and had the greatest experience ever because of our wonderful server: ELAN!!! He was great with recommendations and kept checking up on us. Everything was made with difficulty special requests and they delivered. My family and I are very impressed with the quality and service here making us adding this particular location to our regular stops frequently now. Love the pancakes, and love love their burgers!! To my surprise, their burgers here are better than Red Robin’s, Islands, and The Habit!

It's IHOP. This is a good location that seems well managed. It's my go-to food if I get stuck on the 14 near a mealtime. I like that their are some $6 value options on the last page of the menu, and recently got 2 small pancakes, 2 bacon, and eggs on that deal. I didn't need the full American size meal calories anyway, and left full and happy.

Very happy with the food and the service! I ordered gluten friendly pancakes and added chocolate chips and fresh fruit, and was able to get it as a combo, adding hashbrowns and eggs on the side. We're vegetarian so we got double hashbrowns instead of the meat. We also got the hot chocolate with whipped cream. Everything looked and tasted perfect. Our server was very helpful and friendly too.

Excellent service.. food is definitely good. I've been to this IHOP about 7 times this year and I can honestly say I've had no coplaints.

We have eaten at this IHOP over the years and the service has always been great. The restaurant has been been remodeled recently since I have been here last and it looks more like an elegant restaurant than your typical IHOP restaurant. The prices of their breakfast are kind on the high side so I would rather go eat at another restaurant that specializes in breakfast which the food quality is a lille better. However, if you are craving for breakfast and something fast, then IHOP is an ideal place to eat.

Surprised that our bill turned out to 70 for breakfast. Two adults, two kids and one additional sourdough side. I don't remember it being that expensive before. It was good. Service was way better than I remember

One of the better SoCal IHOPs in my personal opinion. Clean location, good service, good quality food. Ive been to some IHOPs where the service is terrible or the food quality is bad but this is not one of those locations. If you are in the general area and dont feel like trying a local diner then this is a decent option!

I had a really bad experience here about 2 years ago. I received a salad with molded onions, then my mom got steak with hair cooked into it. We tried it again recently and they are doing better, although they were out of cheese and sour cream for the potato soup. We will most likely return here still because the rest of the food was great.

They were out of Grapefruit Juice. My daughter had ask for xtra gravy for her Chicken Fried Steak because there was only about 2T's. My omelette was not hot just warm. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I would go back when I visit again, but it would not be at the top of my list.

Food and service was good. Disappointing gluten free options if you are careful about cross contamination. Very little you can have here truly gluten free. A separate pan or something to cook gluten free pancakes would go a long way to help some of us out.

Foods are good. Parking is fine. Dining area is clean and regular type of dining. Few customer since it's weekdays. Overall visit is good.

I ordered take out. Everything was perfect and fast. The only thing was that the waitress seemed to have a '"better than''' attitude. In customer service that is a main characteristic to exude. I have over 25 years of customer service experience. I also have been to college for sitomee c service and I would definitely make it a point to make sure my customers feel welcomed and become return customers.

I got the quick 2 egg breakfast, with wheat bread, the breakfast was brought out quickly after ordering it, the bread tasted kind of stale, they never put enough butter on the bread. Overall it was okay

Nice food and service. $12+ for nearly all menu items is a bit of sticker shock, so be aware. Great for those with the Senior discount though.

For pancakes we waited a long time, the taste of the pancakes were off the butter was low quality. The waiter took forever to come back after dropping food. Personally I wouldn’t come here again.

I was not impressed. It wasn't busy but waitress was inattentive. We waited 10 minutes for her to stop by and give us the menu. Then we waited and waited for her to come back. We asked for our drinks and she left to get our coffee. Let's me say that there was a lot of waiting and when we finally got our food it was cold. I would not return. I ordered through grubhub, and the guy at the restaurant called me and said they didn't have an item I wanted, and told me I should contact grubhub, and I asked him if he could switch something out for the original item (that was only a $1 difference), because it was a hassle to talk with the automated chat service that grubhub has. He fell silent for about 20 seconds, and then his whole attitude changed, and he said "I GUESS I could do it for you" as if it was such an inconvenience to help me out. If you didn't want to, or weren't allowed to.. that's fine.. say no. I won't be offended. Disappointed? Yeah. But it would have been whatever. I work in customer service too, and it's never ok to be rude and act like the customer is an inconvenience. You have a job, because of the customers you have. Don't be rude and act like that.

Went to IHOP at 8 am on a Saturday and we're the ONLY group on our side of the restaurant. Absolutely dead inside. We wondered why, it's been years since I was here. Getting the menu, it was quickly made clear- $18 for 2 pancakes, eggs, sausage and some hash browns, and $5 for OJ. Group of 3 after tax and tip was almost $85. Come on. Service was good, waitress was friendly, if not a little forgetful. Food came out warm, but not hot. Again, considering we were alone, one would figure breakfast would be piping hot off the grill - but nope. I don't think there's any way I can justify that kind of money ever again. Knowing how much it costs to make pancakes, that was kind of absurd.

At 2 a.m a visit to IHOP for an after concert breakfast found us all alone. However, our compliments to the cook who knows how to handle an egg! A definite improvement over our previous visit where it was too busy for the staff that day, when the restaurant was filled! Where my issue truly resides, is with the pricing. I recommend looking for the specials, where you will find the pricing more palatable. I do enjoy the pot of hot coffee at my fingertips. They are open 24 hrs, if you are an early bird, have a late night craving or want that cute little pot of coffee on your table.

Food was good, but the only Waitress was overworked, we never got the salads because she was busy, and she mention she will also have to prepare the salads, order instead a dessert, she mention it was no dessert s at All. Offer no alternatives, we pay leave a good tip. But I will hesitate to make a decision to go back to IHOP restaurant at this time.

My waiter kept leaving before we were even done ordering. She seemed like she was just trying to get us out of here. Then we ask for hasbrowns to go.. 3.69 for a small rectangle of hashbrowns. The food was okay. Server was not the best and you dont get much food for what you pay for.

Not the usual review. This location has a small parking lot area & people took up the pick up/phone orders area to park in included. In my experience with IHOPs they are usually great but this location ended up getting a simple food order wrong. 2 items of which were ordered as the exact same order where provided differently. The pancakes were aslo not thoroughly cooked. Compared to other IHOPs this location just didn't do it for me today. If I return & service seems better than the current review will be updated. I ordered the steak dinner, and only half of it was edible. It had so much sinew and gristle instead of meat. I know the cook had to of known how ba d a piece of meat it was, but didn't care enough and still served it. I showed the waiter, but he claimed he knows nothing and blamed it on their supplier. Last time I will visit IHOP

Service is not consistent. But one thing for sure they are consistent is they take a while for the food to be serve to customers and they are consistent with it. I asked the servers multiple times about when the food is gonna be serve and just forgot to give a specific time. We didnt even ordered a complex menu. Just simple chicken and pancakes and some desserts and a platter but boy oh boy theyre gonna make you wait

Unfortunately we may have gone here for the last time. My husband and I I've been going to this particular location since we were dating. More than 20 years ago. We've taken our kids there as they've grown and they are now late teenagers and young adults. This place has really become a huge disappointment. We paid $90 on Father's Day for the four of us. $90! Two of us ate off the 55 plus menu. No one enjoyed their breakfast. The eggs were dry, the coffee was horrific, My daughter couldn't eat her hash browns because they tasted so badly, and the greeter didn't make eye contact or even the slightest hint of a smile. The service was okay. Yes it was Father's Day, but we were there way before the crowd. We also ate there on mother's Day, again way before the crowd, and again the food was not good. There is a Denny's right across the street and unfortunately if I want to stay close to home and have breakfast out, I will be going there or even heading out McDonald's. I'm so heartbroken to make this review, but I don't want other people to have to spend their hard earned money on a breakfast that you can make 20 times better, being an average cook or less. Sorry IHOP.

I am very disappointed with the service today. I’ve been here many times before and received good service and food; however, today there were many things wrong. First, I had ordered the meat that came with my plate well done. I unfortunately received them barely cooked. To continue, I ordered a side of sourdough toast. The so called “toast” that I received was stale, and barely—if at all toasted. Our waitress also forgot to bring what we asked at times. We had asked for two coffee cups and only received one, we asked for two to-go boxes and only received one as well. It also took a while for us to receive our food. Mind you, the place wasn’t that crowded when we arrived. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the experience I had today (12/20/25) at iHop.

I am giving this place a 1 star because I ordered an omelet and four crepes and it was🤢. The crepes were just a thick piece of bread with no cream filling or flavor. The omlet was ok. It came with hash browns and it was so plain and very little portions. It was 30 dollars for this nasty meal. IHOP if you want more business during these tough times please prepare your food better. Don’t recommend 🤮

Worst curbside! Called about 30 times! No one ever answered. No one ever came to the curbside. I chose this place because of the curbside option because I couldn't get off the car, waited and calling and nothing. This is the second time it happens. Never again ordering from here.

Rude waitress!!!!? I don't remember her name worst expirence she didn't check up on us she seemed so suspicious of me and my friends ! The only time she checked up on us was to give us our check we weren't even finish with our meal!!!! Not even five minutes and she comes back to ask if were ready to pay!!! I don't know what it is with this IHOP but it never fails! As I'm sitting here right now waiting ... my daughter, niece and myself been here since 9:57am was told the wait time was gonna be 20 minutes so we stayed and asked to be seated at a booth. So has we waiting the 20 minutes pass by still haven't been called 30 minutes go by so I asked my niece to go ask how much longer, she does and come back telling me 15 more minutes! Really? So we waited 18 minutes later they finally calls and the try sitting us in a table. I told the host we had asked for the a booth her answer to me was " well I don't have one right now so it gonna be another 20 minutes before one clears up! The manager heard and said no there one on the other side sit them there so she did. Once we where seated took 10 minutes for the waitress to come she got our order and before she left she made sure to tell us it was gonna be 40 minutes till we get our food because there backed up in the kitchen. !!!!!!! Are you F*N kidding me.... now we'll see what time will be actually getting our food and getting out this IHOP.

Bad service, no acknowledgement! Sat us down for 15 minutes and no one came to ask us not even for drinks!! Worst service ever!! The hostess ignored when I asked who was going to serve us. At that point, we just left. The place across, EVEREST, great service and I'm my opinion, better food!

I went to eat at IHOP with some family, and everyone got served their food except me. They forgot me to make my food. A few minutes later, I got my food, but the buns on my hamburger were COLD and messed up my side order I asked them if they could fix my order, and they did. A few minutes later, I got my food again, but they messed up my side order again! So I just ate my food, and then my family went to pay. As we went to pay for our food, our server forgot to charge something. The server took more than 20 MINUTES just to add something to our bill. At least they didn't charge my food.

It used to be a great place with good service. For the past three months I've noticed the service declining. Last week was my last time coming here. I couldn't even get my to-go order because there was nobody willing to grab the bag from the kitchen counter. Thankfully I was able to get a refund through the IHOP website.

I ordered a fajita omelette and it was disgusting dry, no bell pepper, barely any cheese or onions and the chicken was processed horrible, should have followed my first thought 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Extremely poor service, overpriced, and barely passable food. Ordered a side of sourdough that was essentially two pieces of barely toasted bread with an entire stick of butter melted into them. The "breakfast potatoes" were previously frozen, unseasoned pieces of steak fries that had absolutely zero flavor. Ordered coffee, had to wait for 20 minutes before a refill. Apparently they no longer leave a carafe at the table, which is fine, but not with zero attention from the waitress who was nowhere to be found. Had to walk the receipt up front so we could pay ourselves. All of this for over $52. Won't be back. I don't know what happened to this place, but it's not worth the time or money.

Been waiting 30 minutes or more for our food and all we got was a side salad. No one is following up on us. My kid is very hungry even the pancakes are not served yet. Very bad customer service that lets their customers wait that long. This is the first time I've been to an IHOP that is way too long to wait.

IHOP has truly changed! The good quality of food no longer tastes homemade and is very commercial. The price for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffee topped out at $45...really!!! They now charge $3+ for a cup of regular coffee, yes you get refills but $3+? Our service was also horrible. We never got asked even to refill our water.

Party of 3 order was a complete mess only one was made correctly I ordered the French toast with the strawberries & and bananas, hashbrown and sausage WHT please tell me why they brought me a saucer with 1 piece of French toast plain he said here's your French toast after waiting 30+ mins for 1 slice of French toast I was over it the omelet that was ordered had bellpepper after we asked the waiter twice they offered to remake the food I declined because Im pregnant and moody and couldn't wait any longer.

Service was good but food was not as the pancakes were raw and Sauage so salty the food took forever to come but Leonard was so kind and he did the best he could as he is not the cooks ,I worked at Cocos 20 years so I know how long breakfasts should take and half a hour is never good people are in a hurry and time is of the essence .

Have to agree with the other posts about this ihop. Service is consistently terrible and it stems from the top down. Second time visiting and second time walking out after waiting at a table for more than 15 minutes and not even being offered a drink. Management is overwhelmed and staff should just retire. They should just move to table terminals and runners.... save on costs and at least get something done. Can't comment on the food because it never got that far. Better service offered nearly anywhere else

Walked in waited a bit to get seated but there were plenty of empty tables? While wating to order, notice server was busy talking to other staff. It seem she was in no hurry to get my order. Ask for water and coffee and what seemed like 5min the coffee cup was not clean decided to walk over to her and ask for a nother cup still when I handed the cup to her just stood there keep talking again not even tried to get me a new cup, the person she was talking to had to tell her i was waiting for a new cup? It got worse as far as asking for creamer and napkins.

I know this is an IHOP, so we had zero expectations to begin with, but this was truly an awful experience. Our waitress was extremely unprofessional, and over half of our orders were incorrectly fulfilled. It was particularly upsetting because my 88 year old grandmother and 99 year old grandfather came out for this breakfast. The food wasn’t great at all which is to be expected at IHOP, but the poor service may have made it that much worse, and the dishes seemed noticeably worse than usual. Avoid if possible.

The service here has never been good. After thinking that staff may have improved, my family tried again and were still disappointed. The wait for the food was longer than expected for having most of the restaurant customers already having been served prior to us sitting down. It took waiting 15 mins and then standing up to leave to finally get someone to ask us if we wanted boxes or our check. The staff that was present treated my young daughter like she wasn’t worth talking to and was wasting her time when my daughter asked for a fork and a box. The rude comments of “why come if you weren’t hungry” that was said as the waitress walked off was uncalled for. I personally will never be back again.

Horrible service, say down for 15 MINUTES! And nobody came to take my order. No coffee, no water Nothing. Only 5 tables were there and another party was there before me waiting to take an order as well. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! 3 people walking around without even bringing water is not IHOP standards. Don’t come here unless you wanna spend the next 2 hours waiting for the whole experience.

Got seated, waited 15 mins to even speak to any workers. Manager comes up, asks if we’ve had our drinks yet, then goes to assign us a server (because we didn’t even have one assigned to us!). Server takes our order and disappears for 45 minutes. The whole place was empty, 5+ workers standing around talking to each other and sitting in the booths. Never received our food or even any acknowledgment from any workers. I’m not even sure if our meal tickets were put in. Really a horrible experience. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone.

I have never seen an empty ihop ever, we were the only people in here and it took a while just to get the drinks. The food was very greasy and over cooked. Now I know why this place is empty. Also the staff has better things to do like chit chat than to serve the people that come here to pay for service/food. The worst IHOP I have ever visited if I can give it no stars I would. no crayons for kids(was told they were out of crayons), no silverware (was told there was no silverware so we were given plastic), dirty tables/seats, burnt pancakes, burnt waffles, burnt toast, no check ups unless its to collect payment. this location feels rundown and poorly managed, or as there are corners being cut to save money or something. the place so seems to be understaffed. if you want to visit a great example of what ihop should be like visit the location in stevenson ranch.

The food is good, but I should have said that the service for takeout is horrible! I arrived at the time shown after paying on the website and when I got to the restaurant there were three girls at the counter. I asked one for my order and she told me it wasn't ready. I seat down to wait and after about 10 minutes they put a bag on the counter they have there and all the girls walked by and looked at me waiting. 25 more minutes passed and I asked again and it was the bag they had left there before. They made me wait for my order for more than 30 minutes and not a single sorry,
