This review is specifically about the patio, food, and overall management of the location. Our server and host were absolutely awesome. We were seated on the patio as requested, but we could tell immediately the patio section here is a total after-thought. They had one server to run the whole patio. That's insane. Not only that, but there are no fans and all of the heaters are broken. Per one of the employees 'management has no plans to fix it'. That's pure neglence on managements part. Also, very low staffing for such a busy night is not a good way to treat your staff. Do better. The food was so-so. Most of the wings sauces were overly salted and the fried appetizers were poorly cooked. Though, I did appreciate how crispy the wings were. Maybe it was an off-day, not sure if I will be back.

Delicious variety of wings that includes traditional and boneless wings. They have a special discount on Tuesdays. The place is perfect for Sports lovers as TV screens are everywhere. They also have hamburgers and Tacos. Their drinks and cocktails are good too. The problem is they always complain about a shortage of staff. Therefore, they take their time to seat you, and the waiter takes a long time to get and bring your order.

ok so here is the reason its getting 3 stars and not 5 stars. I ordered a basket of the cheese curds and i did not receive what i ordered. when i told the young lady that served me... she said " its correct its just in a larger pan than usual and looked small" I proceeded to tell her that i frequent their establishment quite regularly and that shes wrong. she proceeded to walk away upset at the fact that i disputed and told her coworker what i told her. my waiter came over and i explained what happened and she also agreed that it was wrong. at first she though i had already eaten some, but i told her i havent even touched it. she said " oh no then thats wrong thats not enough" just to make it clear. i dont mind paying for what i got.... but dont charge me for a large and give me a small size. this waiter is the only reason they are getting a 3 stars and not 1. the rude waiter is the reason they are getting 3 stars and not 5. the chicken was good. the service by our waiter was fantastic.

Took the kids here after their last 1/2 day of school, regretfully they only had 1/2 the restaurant open and were very busy... had to take a star for not being staffed sufficiently to handle the crowd and for the deliveryissue below...have actually been here a couple times and experienced this (common) issue. However, this is a great location, lots of TV's, full bar, plenty of inside and outside seating, large clean bathrooms, good parking available, and pretty central. The staff are friendly and do try to provide good service (even when overwhelmed). We ordered the lunch street tacos (chicken) which child #1 said were "just ok" but filling enough and the skinny fries were really good -hot & crispy; 10 piece boneless mild wings which child#2 said were really good - juicy, well sauced, and still a little crispy in spots; I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad in medium sauce -the chicken strips were perfectly cooked and had the right balance of breading to make it crispy-juicy-saucy, lettuce tasted fresh and very clean, came with 2 slices of tomato, pre mixed in ranch dressing with a light drizzle of buffalo sauce...one note, when I saw the strips I thought they weren't sauced enough; however, after cutting into pieces and mixing into the salad it was actually the perfect amount. Regretfully our 4th item, 10 piece boneless mild wings which was my cousins didn't arrive until a little later, the blue cheese was forgotten and when asked for -came just before she had to go, leaving her time to only have a couple before she had to leave for an appointment. We arrived at 12:50 pm, were seated at 1:10 pm, drinks and food were order right after being seated, drinks came out right away (and refilled), 3 of 4 orders arrived 1:30, last order 1:45, cousin left at 1:55 to make appointment and me and kids got bill and were out by 2:15 pm. The two staff serving our area were very pleasant, sweet, and nice to interact with; also apologetic for the late food and blue cheese.

You can tell our server was overworked and overwhelmed. She was covering an entire side of the restaurant. They ran out of cups for drinks. Our order took forever. Please hire more people.

Decided to order take out and after waiting longer than the estimated wait time, I got the food home and opened the box to find some cold miniature boneless wings and a side of freezing fries portioned for a toddler on a diet. Pretty underwhelming meal. After I microwaved it the chicken was fine but the fries were just soggy and depressed. Threw those away. No more take out from this spot.

The Chicken wings were very skinny almost no meat and my husband found a piece of glass in his soda. We showed the manager. She explained that glass cups are kept away from ice so I don’t understand how glass could end up in my soda. He is lucky he was able to catch the live of gods before he swallowed it. Lackluster at best. The place is more of a bar that serves some food than a restaurant. Food: Wings were ok but really small and way overpriced. You basically paying for great sauce on what should be a .50¢ wing as they are really small are way not worth the 1.30 per price tag. The cheeseburger is about the size of a McDonald's Cheeseburger but with half a bound of lettuce. The basket of fries at $7 is about a medium fries at and fast food place but with pepper on it too. Decor: There where over 20 TV in front of me in any direction cause the whole place to feel chaotic, a really loud juke box system, so it feels like a noisy bar but with so many TV's it's distracting. Staff: server was nice enough but 2 whole tables were not cleaned from getting seated to leaving an hour later and the place wasn't even half full at 6pm. Perhaps it's a good place to drink beer and watch a game but a terrible dinning experience.

Extremely dissatisfied. I’ve brought my family here before, a short distance from our home. We came to eat dinner tonight. Didn’t even begin eating before my wife noticed what we thought was a single hair in our food. When we looked closely we found multiple wings had long human hairs. We chose not to make a scene. We waited several minutes trying to get the waitress’s attention. She came over and she seemed unsurprised and said she’ll remove would remove the meal from the bill. Was declined a remake of the food. I was charged for our drinks and the rest of the food on the table which was barely picked at. Waitress said that the staff needs to do a better job of checking the food and even claims to inspect every tray herself and said she didn’t see anything. I pointed out how it was a single hair. There were hairs in at least 4 separate areas of a 20pc tray of wings. I am beyond frustrated. Thats the last time we eat here.

I ordered boneless wings for an appetizer for a BBQ that we were invited to. I picked up my order after being ignored by the girl at the take out counter. She was busy talking. I finally got my order and went to our friend's. When I took the wings out, there was not ONE sauce!!! I ordered 4 different sauces on the side!!! What a huge letdown and embarrassment, since I was bring the appetizer! I called to speak to the manager, only to get a recording and finally a message that there was nobody available to take my call, and the phone hung up! I really do not write bad reviews, however the experience last night was just not worth spending money here anymore. We were watching Monday night football with many other patrons and everyone was into the game. Halfway through the third quarter they turn off the sound to the game and start playing the San Diego soccer game REALLY LOUD. Distractingly, over the top loud. No warning, no notice. Everyone around us was disappointed and grumbling to the server and starting to leave. We left also and we had just ordered a tall beer and left it behind as it was too loud to stay. Earlier we had ordered the Parmesean Chicken melt sandwich and a salad. They were delivered without silverware and we had to wait about 10 min to finally recieve something to eat the salad with. The sandwich, which is $15 had barely any chicken on it and was cut in half. One of the halves had no chicken and only sauce and parmesean cheese. The was one of the poorest excuses for a sandwich (especially at that price) we have had in a long time. The server seems slow and unattentive. Mentioned the menu indicates the sandwich comes with a side of marinara and asked for it and she never brought it out. $47 for a very small lame chicken sandwich, salad, two beers and terrible experience.

I like to drive for UberEATS, to hussle in some extra cash, and more often than any other company of their size they consistently miss items in the order. The missing items is one thing, but their reaction to it is appalling. I will never eat there personally. Here is why When the item is truly unavailable, I ask what replacement to put in. They refuse any replacement, and either ask me to deliver the order with the missing items, or to call Uber and get a refund for the customer. Like, who wants an incomplete order, that is delivered at a costly premium, with a measly side order refund. Just allow me to call the customer and let me give them some other options, regardless if the option selected is slightly more. Own your shortcomings!!!!

​I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who visited this location to redeem her advertised Veterans Day meal and to purchase an additional order for me ( because she didn't want trouble and didn't speak up for herself when she was there) When my wife arrived, she was told she absolutely must dine-in to receive the meal, forcing her to change her plans and stay. Which she was willing to do and chose to dine in. (The advertisement was a bit misleading as it said available for dine in or walk-in. ) ​Issue: Unacceptable Staff Conduct (Waitress Audrey) The service provided by her waitress, Audrey, was unprofessional and made my wife feel unwelcome. Throughout the interaction regarding the free meal, Audrey's demeanor suggested annoyance, as if my wife's use of the promotion was an inconvenience. ​The most shocking moment occurred when my wife asked for to-go boxes because the complimentary meal was a large portion. Audrey rolled her eyes and condescendingly replied, "Well, yeah, it's 10 pieces of wings." She said she wasn't even supposed to give her TOGO boxes. ( How does that even make sense?) This behavior was rude, dismissive, and made my wife, a military veteran, feel spoken down to and judged for receiving a benefit your company publicly offered. How disappointing, that a veteran's appreciation offer, meant to honor service, was tarnished by staff who appear so dissatisfied with their jobs that they treat customers—especially those utilizing a promotional benefit—with contempt. ​ When my wife told me it upset me that she would be treated that way but I guess looking at the most recent reviews, it looks like a ongoing problem with customer service. I guess we will just stick to the Chula Vista or Mission Valley location.

Countless times this location has disappointed me—both in service and food quality. Other Buffalo Wild Wings locations are consistently better in every way. First, the online order system is a mess. Pick-up times are inconsistent, and more often than not, the food comes out cold. I can tolerate waiting five minutes—but today, 9/20/2025, was the last straw. I understand being short-staffed, but that’s no excuse for poor service. An experienced, attentive server would have checked online orders right away. Instead, this waitress dragged her feet, prioritizing her tip-paying dine-in tables while my order sat in the back. I waited ten minutes, and by the time she handed it over, everything was cold. To make it worse, she refused to provide ranch unless I paid extra—something most people expect automatically with wings. I left it off my order by mistake, but her attitude made it clear she couldn’t care less. The whole experience was unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly urge others not to waste their time here either. Dine-in may be different, but online orders are clearly treated as an afterthought. I rarely write reviews, but this place has pushed me past my limit. Absolutely horrible.

This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had at a chain restaurant. The restaurant was dirty with trash and food all over the floor in the dining area. Our food came out so burned it was inedible and our server seemingly disappeared, so I had to go the front and request the hostess to get the manager for me. The manager thankfully took the burned food and promised us new food, but only half of the order came back out. I, again, and to go out of my way to get a hold of our server to request the rest of our meal. The manager never followed up with us, and our server was apparently not updated by the manager on the situation. A military discount was applied to our final payment without discussion–I assume it was supposed to be an apology for the poor experience, but they did not confirm if we already had a military member with us to see if we were already applicable for the discount to begin with. Just an entirely disappointing time. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Has potential, but suffers from poor management. We just visited this location with a group of 10 after a flag football game down the street. The first thing that welcomed us was a pungent smell. When we actually got inside we were excited to see a ton of open tables. With half our group consisting of young kids getting a table quick is key. Unfortunately the manager/hostess informed us it would be 30 minutes due to being short staffed and not wanting to overwhelm the kitchen. We finally were seated and our server took our order right away. The drinks arrived at all different and a few were missed. When the food arrived it was hot, well seasoned and everyone was happy. The reason we ultimately chose BWW was so we could watch the two NCAA tournament games. To our shock and horror with 2 minutes remaining in the Houston vs Purdue game they turned off the game and replaced it with the golf channel. So we ended up having to watch the end of the game on our phone! To sum up our experience: * Smells dirty and unclean * Not busy on a Friday night, but forced to wait. * Food was good * Service was poor and unhelpful * Management clueless on how to help with checking on the guests or putting the March Madness games as a priority.

Incase you are considering ordering @bwwings ... this plus Mac and pretzel bite was acceptable for $86 bucks pre delivery.... when I called the manager said yes the boneless chicken wings are the size of your thumb, that's the standard, mgr agreed to re make but this shouldn't have left the restaurant........I get pinching but this is crazy!!!
