The young gentleman and lady working today at 7pm 9/10/25 showed excellent customer service skills to me and my girlfriend. I was very impressed and will come back. I didn’t get their names but they are awesome 👌.

Charlotte offered to assist me in remaking a timeless classic for me that is no longer on the menu, insisted if I didn't like it she would fine-tune the smoothie to my liking. Exceptional customer service. With everything that's going on right now I have seen a serious drop in customer service, not here! Weds morning shift- Charlotte the other lovely cheerful and helpful gal- are killing it! I'll be back.

A great spot for some smoothie's. Especially during a hot summer day. The spot is small but enough for a to go drink. In and out within minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Check it out.

Very friendly staff. The girl who waited on me went out of her way to figure out how to make a Jamba Powerboost. I used to get these YEARS ago and they've been extinct for awhile, but I found a JJ employee in the party that new EXACTLY what I meant. I was being high maintenance, and she was happy to help. It came out good but not at all like the original (I guess i'm old school). Would recommend

I always loved going to Jamba juice. The service is great and they move pretty fast so you get your juice quickly. It's also right by my house which is convenient in santee. I highly recommend going to Jamba juice. They always have new juices and they have boosts that they give you for free.

One of our favorite places on a hot day. I especially love any of the berry flavored drinks and appreciate that they are willing to customize to my specific liking. Pair with a toasted cheese pretzel and I am in heaven!

My mom and I love this location. They always make our drinks the best and most flavorful here, so it's slowly become the only Jamba Juice we go to in San Diego given the chance. The store is always super clean, super pristine, and staff is always nice as they can be.

Service was fast and friendly, drink was delicious. Be careful sitting at the tables outside, there was a giant spider underneath the seat of one. We let the cashier know but they were super busy so not sure if they handled it after we left.

My daughter is very picky and would not try anything on the menu. She decided that she wanted to "make her own smoothie" we went to the counter to order and they were so awesome about everything. They let her "make her own" with only the ingredients that she wanted (orange sherbet, Apple juice and bananas) and now she asks for that smoothie every time we go, instead of just her usual cup of ice. I really appreciate the extra distance they went with her to make sure that she got exactly what she wanted and she even named her smoothie "Lily's delight" because she was just so delighted they did that for her.

The young peeps working here are all super friendly and welcoming. Have been 2 in the last few weeks and both crews were proficient but also having a good time with each other and the customers. Just a happy, happy atmosphere to be in!

Great customer service. And Amazing drinks of course! Lol. I know for myself i always have a great experience when i come here. If you like healthy smoothies and friendly people this is the place to be. Plus its close to many other shopping centers so its a win win. Hope it helped u out.

Not paying attention to the front, had to speak up to be heard over their personal conversation and get my order taken. No thank yous, no well wishes, not even a smile. Just side glances when I said thank you. Now that these kids are getting paid adult money, they need to learn some basic manners.

The food is good and always tastes fresh, but the service is not it... The employees took time chatting with their friends in the store rather than work on orders. 15 minutes for a bowl with no other customers in the store isn't great.

I was at the Santee, CA location Sunday 6/29 2:15pm and ordered 2 large smoothies and 1 medium. Both large smoothies were short approx 2-3 ounces, I paid for a large not a medium. I complained and the gal took cup back to make more. While making the additional portion, she made a rude face and the 2nd gal filled up my cup. I thought she was going to give me the extra as an apology for the initial shortage but nope. She gave back my large cup and I said thank you with no response from either of them. Neither gals apologized for their shortage just a smirk face.

They need to add some sort of line to the store. Like tape on the ground because when it gets crowded people just cut you.
