I’ve been going to Delorey’s for about nine years now, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places. Over the years I’ve made so many memories here playing pool, singing karaoke or hanging out before the holidays.. It’s the kind of place where multiple generations show up on Thanksgiving Eve, the night before Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and everyone just laughs, sings, and has a good time together. It’s also a great spot to grab lunch or dinner. Their wings are soo good, and they make their own blue cheese. If I’m not getting wings, I go for the crispy chicken sandwich. Thursdays they usually have a band, and they play pretty good music. My favorite moment was when they covered “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” by creedence Clearwater and everyone at the bar ends up singing along. I know there are a few negative reviews out there, but most of them seem like one-off bad nights. Delorey’s has been around for 50+ years for a reason. A lot of people have great memories tied to this place. If you’re in the area, it’s worth stopping in. It’s a solid neighborhood bar with good people, good food, and good vibes.

Called to ask about playing bass at open mic night, was welcomed with open arms, everyone was very nice, drinks are generous at a good price, had a great time and will be back.

My favorite place in the world! 💞 BTW, To the the 2 bad reviews - #1 My Uncle Chuck used to have more illicit activity than any bar in that city had seen back when he owned it. He passed over 10 years ago My parents have done nothing but positive things in there and do not condone such things. The bands go down into the basement. What they do in their practice room is their choice. Oh, and if you dont want to see illicit activity, I wouldn't ever go to a bathroom in a bar OR any bar in Schenectady for that matter 😘 #2 -The 'rude' review- her profile has 3 reviews and each and everyone of them said rude. Sounds like you are fun to be around😒. Fix your standards ~I bartended at Deloreys for 10+ years and my brothers continue it on. If I didn't live 800 miles away I still would! Our staff is family whether related or not and we love everyone who walks through that door..come by anytime! You will be welcomed and have lots of laughs!!💞

Places been there for a long long time I have no problem with it except every night in the summer at one two or three in the morning somebody's out there revving up a Harley !!! Ridiculous. I have no problem with Harleys but I have a problem with all that noise in the middle of the night seems to be trying to make a point well not so much this year if I hear too much I'm going to get it on video and I'm calling the cops I'm a neighbor and I have my right to my peaceful enjoyment usually when you guys are over there making way too much noise in the parking lot all I have to do is call and they quiet is down but this motorcycle situation is getting out of control it's just one not everybody just somebody over there it's got something to prove so this year we're going to get to the bottom of it happy summer don't drink and drive

My favorite joint in NY state. I luv this place. Wonderful yankies here for a Arkansas hillbilly to hang with. Had a wonderful time.

Old school neighborhood bar that's been around forever. Really reasonable draft beer prices. Nice change of pace to stop in every once in a while.

Average priced dinks with some cheap beer...food mediocre to good depending on your preference and who cooks. If you'rein the area worth a drink other than that its ehhh.

Went during happy hour and it was the type of chill place I was looking for. Great music was playing on the jukebox (Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco) and I was able to try a new IPA from Frog Alley. Don't know what it's like in the later hours but not a bad chill spot for a quick happy hour drink. 👍

I have nothing to say bad or good about this bar I came to sing some KARAOKE yet I went to late to put a song in and I also wanted to try the food yet the bar was so packed couldn't even get a soda back to back people , I know now I need to get there early enough to do what was planned, i will get back with this review when or If i plan to go back

Service sucked, drinks tasted bad. Just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. It was just weird.

The lady behind the bar rudely didn't expect my legal ID because it says under 21 on it. New York doesn't renew license after becoming 21. I've even tried renewing it online and they say I can't because it doesn't expire within the next year. It scans and is perfectly legal. She was also vaping and was rude.

Id give 0 stars if I could. They over survive people at the bar . If they were good bartenders , they would know that you're supposed to cut off someone that's too drunk. and if my boyfriend comes home over survived again I'll just start reporting them good luck staying open with out a liquor license

Old hamburger roll (cheap, very low quality, with pieces torn off which is a sign of molding) old nasty can't even bite into chicken cooked in old oil, the " non-onion, just old flimsy middle pieces of onion ( they were a joke, better not give a customer anything) freezer burnt price chopper shoe string potatoe fries, also cooked in disgusting oil served with soft flimsy potatoe chips! Never again. Very disappointed, I've never had gross food there! I have photos I sent to Nikki.
