great service, great food, great atmosphere. We had the shrimp wrap and the skirt steak tacos. Shrimp wrap had great flavor, steak tacos OK. Surprisingly limited beer selection, and the interior of the building smelled horrible (we sat outside. in the evening in mid-May, Scottsdale is warm but dry and enjoyable outside). As long as you dine outside at this place, you will enjoy your evening.

I had to revisit my previous review after the GM reached out to me and offered a sincere apology for my past experience. I have to say I was greatly impressed. I am very glad I was able to give this place another chance. As per my first review I was greeted respectfully by the hostess and was seen to my table. Almost immediately I was greeted by our server and she was a delight. So to make sure I gave an honest in-depth second review I got a few dishes to try out and man do they have some tasty food. The team in the kitchen is killing it. The wings were crisp all the way around and mixing their Buffalo and BBQ sauce on the wings was perfection. If I’m not mistaken I believe even their ranch was made in house and even that tasted delicious. Next, their sweet potato waffle fries had just the right amount of seasoning and tasted even better when mixed with their chipotle sauce. The French sliders were juicy and the sauce to dip the sliders in put them up on another level. The filet bites were cooked at perfect temperature, they were seasoned a bit lighter than the rest of the food but that was for a good reason. They came with a cream you dip them in that just added so much flavor. We then move on to the COD tacos, although not my favorite thing I ordered that night I can honestly say you would not be disappointed. The tacos tasted good and the veggies were nice and fresh. Loved the beans that came them but I would die for a whole bottle of the salsa it was paired with. The Patty Melt had flavor in every bite, I’m not huge on burgers but I wouldn’t mind eating these often. Of course the food was finished up with their tasty chocolate chip cheesecake. Now I know that was a long read but if you want an idea on what to order those are some very solid options and I can only imagine the rest tastes just as good. As for the above 21 years are concerned, I tasted 3 cocktails in this place and let me tell you that they are signature cocktails for a reason. My favorite of the three was a toss up between Sweet Skete or Whiskey Goals. The Slob on the Knob was also delicious but those two tasted so good that I thoroughly enjoyed every sip. The best part is, they don’t skimp out on the alcohol to save the flavor. All in all this place is a must try while in Scottsdale and if you’re not in Scottsdale, drive yourself over from whatever part of the valley you’re in and get there. Solid food, solid service and solid vibes. ***

We stopped in The Beverly before heading to dinner. We were a larger party of 8 and were sat quite quickly. Their drink menu had something for each of us. We didn’t wait long for our drinks to arrive and they were all tasty. I would definitely recommend!

I 💕 this place. Coming back for sure. If you are wondering what a $500 cocktail looks like, aka the ultimate side chick, there you go. Young crowd (it's Scottsdale), pretty people (it's Scottsdale), energetic people. Need I say no more? Food is meh~, but the kitchen closes super late (12:30?) Have fun on your adventures! Highly recommend!

Happy Hour is my time. The Old Fashioned is my main drink but Tha Maple on Main is close second. Inside at the bar is my favorite spot. Great people and service makes this long standing place a must go to when in the area.

My fiancé and I just recently moved to Arizona. This one our first night out after all the moving and settling in. (We needed a break) searched google for the nearest speak easy (lounge) etc. Moving from Vegas where mostly everything is open 24/7 to now everything closing at midnight or 2am it’s kinda hard for us. So we ended up here since they were one of the places that closes at 2am. The ambiance was really nice, staff was very attentive and helpful, food was delicious and drinks were amazing! John was our mixologists, he was amazing fyi. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We’ve been here twice now in such a little time we’ve been in Arizona. I posted pics of both days that we visited.o

Loved the vibe of this place so much! They had the cutest art and decor and the food and service were top notch as well. We ordered the wings, truffle fries, stuffed mushrooms and filet mignon bites and everything was cooked perfectly and delicious! The drink selection was good and they have some really cool specialty drinks as well. Can’t wait to come back to try more of the food and drinks! Definitely a new fav date night spot!

I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve enjoyed it every time! This isn’t a dinner place so be ready to get finger foods or eat beforehand. The food itself is normal bar fare, nothing too crazy. The drinks are always awesome, and the atmosphere inside is really lounge-esque. Would totally recommend for a date night.

Peter is the best bartender, buddy should be a manager. Best service ever. Great cocktail memory. And easily recognizes regulars, makes you feel at home. Chandooooon Peetty, don’t forget

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to drink but the bartender Peter took the time to learn my preferences & craft the perfect cocktail! He was friendly, attentive & very knowledgeable. Definitely going back to see Peter!

Great atmosphere, food was very good. I had one small issue and management reached out to me right away to solve it. You don't see that often. You can tell they really care. Will definitely be back.

Peter is a magician in the well. This man can make dreams come true. I would bring my ex wife here and she might get back with me if Peter makes her a drink.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Peter the bartender is such a great person and employee. He cares a lot and does his job to a T. He is so amazing and kind and sweet. Can’t give him enough praise. This was my first time coming here and it was better than could have been expected so thank you Peter!!!!!!! Bartender manager Michael was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great conversation, and he answered all my questions patiently and professionally. You can really tell he cares about the guests and the overall experience. The bar environment is excellent, comfortable, well run, and with a great vibe. Staffs here are helpful, respectful. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to again.

Came into The Beverly expecting good vibes and solid drinks. Left emotionally changed. Juan was our server and at some point informed me—politely but confidently—that I should call him Juan Papi. From that moment on, the service entered a different realm. Drinks? Perfect. Timing? Immaculate. Energy? Unmatched. Juan Papi anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. I think he refilled my water using telepathy. I don’t know if The Beverly trains their staff like this or if Juan Papi was simply born for greatness, but I will be requesting him by name every single time. Came for dinner. Stayed for the experience. Left calling him Juan Papi. Would give 6 stars if Google allowed it.

The Beverly on Main is absolutely one of the best spots in old town! The vibes are always on point, the drinks are phenomenal, and the energy inside is unmatched. Maze and Noah behind the bar are legit the BEST—super talented, fast, personable, and they always make sure you’re taken care of. Security is top tier too—special shoutout to Tim for keeping things safe, professional, and welcoming at the same time. You can tell management truly knows what they’re doing because everything feels intentional and dialed in. If you’re looking for a great night out, this is the place!

We booked the private room for a birthday party. Our server, Juan, was absolutely incredible. He didn’t miss an order, mess up a drink, or skip a beat. I was very impressed with the way he handled a group of 12 crazy ladies. I know how crazy it can be. I definitely will be booking this room again in the future. Tell Juan thanks for making the night amazing!

Karla is always super helpful! The best sandwich is the wingman chicken sandwich and the service is 10/10. It’s definitely quieter on week days and louder on weekends but never takes away from the amazing atmosphere. We LOVE the beverly and their service!!! KARLA IS THE BEST !!!

Peter and Sabrina were awesome! I had Peter as a bartender a few weeks prior and he provided exceptional service as well as great drinks. Atmosphere is awesome as well. Mostly will be returning for the bar staff, had a wonderful service experience.

The Beverly is hands-down one of Scottsdale’s best spots. The vibe is dialed, the drinks are unreal, and the entire place just feels elevated without being pretentious. But what really made the night special was Connor at the front door. His hospitality was next level — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. He anticipated everything before we even asked and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was just as impressive clean, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. It created a great vibe that made the whole experience even better. The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I truly felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

This is a great spot! We both ordered the Inbox Angel cocktail and the skirtsteak tacos with a Brussels sprout side. honestly they do a great job with the streamlined menu. The food tasted fresh, clean and delicious! Service was great too! They have really great heaters if you want to eat outside in the winter.

Went here last Wednesday for a last-minute girls’ night 💃✨ First time visiting while in town! I kept it simple with wings and decided to be adventurous with a new drink. The waitress let me know it was really smoky, and when I mentioned it was a bit much for me and didn't want to waste it, she offered to adjust it with some extra sweetness (strawberry ingredient). Loved the fix and really appreciated the great service 🙌. It’s too easy to make this one of your favorite spots for happy hour. If you can arrive early do so as they get super packed and most are willing to wait. You’re in the heart of Scottsdale so parking is never ideal here. Be prepared to park wherever you can and take a little stroll. The venue itself isn’t very big but the layout is great. You have a ton of seating options ranging from the bar, comfy large plush couches on the up deck and booths on the opposite side. They also have a DJ spinning tunes which adds nicely to the vibe. I didn’t get a chance to grab pics of the food (7 hungry women) but the flatbread was a fan favorite for our table. Cozy up and enjoy some great happy hour cocktails

We’ve visited Beverly three times now and each time is always a delight. The drink names are always a laugh and they taste even better. The food is good, we enjoy the pretzel appetizer and the flatbreads!

I really like the whole concept of this place. The dark dank inside was cool although it can get a bit loud when it is busy. I was quite impressed with the happy hour deals. The drinks they made were very good and the food was delicious. We had wings, fries and sweet potato waffle fries. Service was pretty good although spotty at times. I think perhaps a few more servers were needed. I look forward to coming back again sometime.

Nice place to grab a drink. The atmosphere is a classy sort of vibe and enjoyable. For cocktails I would recommend the girls gone wyld if you're into cocktails of the sweeter variety.

Stopped in for a few cocktails after eating dinner elsewhere. The Beverly has a nicely polished, upscale vibe. I went there with a somewhat older friend who found the atmosphere very appealing in the same way. Cocktails were outstandingly crafted. Turns out The Antibody signature cocktail with it's richly smokey mezcal and jalapeno infusion hit the spot for both of us, and we don't share similar palates. The Only issue at the Beverly we both noted was the music volume. Way too loud. The music genre wasn't ideal but there's hardly anything more subjective than musical taste. But the music volume was needlessly overbearing. In my mind it was inconsistent with the image and atmosphere that the Beverly seemed to be shooting for. My partner identified as "inconsistent" with the remainder of the experience. The consultant in me would explain it as being off-brand or off strategy. I assumed the intent was to dial the atmosphere for the 20-something crowd. Nothing wrong with that. I simply mentioned it because it may give pause to older patrons. If you want to clearly hear the conversation at nearby tables, this might be your place to go. You have to speak loudly in order to be heard here. If you're cool with that, you're going to love the Beverly on Main.

The food was pretty decent. I had the wings, and they were moist and good. The cocktails were so-so. We went at Happy Hour and got the discount. The deal was worth the money, but so-so drinks, the presentation of the cocktails was pretty bland.

Ok so I loved the atmosphere as it definitely gave “dark speak easy” but other than that, I dont think I would come here if not already inebriated lol. My best friend said they make the best martinis though so try them and see if you like it!

Great ambiance, but wait staff could figure out who should have been covering us. Food was okay but seemed to be a side product for their cocktails, which were great.

This place has a good vibe and seemed like a good spot to go. Their menu looked decent online. I’m traveling solo so I thought it would be easy to pop in and get a drink, especially since they weren’t very busy. I got in the establishment, no problem. I checked with the host and she said that the bar and patio was open seating. The bar was packed so I found a nice table on the patio, and I was excited to try an espresso martini. I sat for a while and no one approached me. And then after about ten minutes, the door man told me I had to move because it was reserved. He told me I needed to check with the host, and I told him that she said I could sit on the patio. He made me get up anyways so I left. Pretty disappointed because I thought it was gonna be a nice little ending to my night but I was wrong. Lesson learned…. I guess you need to make a reservation if you want a good experience here. Idk. The staff wasn’t very helpful and like they didn’t have time for me as a solo individual.

Nice atmosphere and the drinks are decent. But the service is awful. It took our server over 10 minutes to take our order. We never saw her again and had to ask multiple servers to get another drink. After waiting over 30 minutes we finally got our second round of drinks. This was one of the worst services we’ve had at a restaurant/bar.

Came in yesterday early evening for a couple drinks with my wife. Sat down at the bar and couldn’t get a beverage. The bartender gal looked like she couldn’t care less. It’s almost like she intentionally ignored us. Maybe she needed more help even though it wasn’t that busy. Plenty of open seats at the bar too. We eventually just got up and left and went to EVO. Places come and go quick in old town. With that kind of service.. good luck.

Me and a group of African American females were a walk in and this establishment atmosphere is always a great vibe. We tend to show love to The Beverly frequently but this night the vibe was off. Our food was undercooked and overcooked. Me and friends order Steak bites and the bites were undercooked. A friend of mine ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap the chicken in the wrap were not tossed in sauce. The chicken in the wrap was very overcooked. We ordered too many orders of deviled eggs due to a discrepancy in the menu and per policy we weren’t allowed to return the eggs even though the eggs weren’t touch. Between the waiter and manager the service to rectify the situation was HORRIBLE!!! And even though the service was terrible we still tipped the waiter. As an African American my opinion was not of value to them. Long story short NOT RETURNING!!!

Never come here unless you want to spend over 3+ hours waiting for mediocre service. Every time I have come in here it has taken forever to even be greeted at the table. Most recently waited over 25 minutes before the server even said hi- with a reservation. Only time you can get in and out within two hours is if Kizzie is working. Great atmosphere, food, and drinks- but service remains hard to find.

This is our third time dining here, and unfortunately the experience has been consistent each visit. Every time, the host mentions that we must be out by a certain time—even when we have a reservation. We specifically make reservations to avoid this situation, yet the same comment is made regardless. Being repeatedly pressured to leave takes away from the dining experience and feels unprofessional. Because of this, we would not return, and we would strongly recommend reconsidering or retraining the host, as this behavior negatively impacts guests.

This is my first google review ever and it’s disheartening I have to do this. I was an avid goer of the Beverly. The ambiance is great and for the most part food and drinks are pretty good. However, the quality of service on this place has really diminished. From the servers, management and in particular the bartending. I don’t know if they’ve gotten new management recently, but this place has really started to show its plummeting quality of overall service. There were once 3 male bartenders I really admired, who seem to no longer work there?? I haven’t seen them in a bit, so safe for me to assume. The bar staff is just, for the lack of better term, really below par these days. It’s truly unfortunate. I used to love this place and recommend many of my clients to enjoy. Now, the changes have really made me reconsider even sending my worse enemy. I really hope they can turn it around and bring it back to the quality I once admired and recall.
