I had a wonderful first time experience with this chick-fil-a! The staff was on top of their game and were very helpful. I would like to recognize one specific employee named Mackena she had a sweet attitude and she was very helpful with giving us her favorite sauces. Fast friendly service, good food

Love the food, it taste healthy and even better when you can order their sandwich protein style! no bread, cut the carbs. My usual and favorite order is the market salad! I always worry they forget to put in the toppings at other locations but this location never forget to include the toppings in my drive thru order.

I've never had the chicken sandwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe with a small kale salad. It was very good. The drive thru is thorough and quick. Good service. Lots of parking.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff are always very friendly. I can't stress that enough. Everyone working there have always been delightful. Not to mention their food is also delicious. Spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Can't get better than that.

This location has awesome service and well ran. The food is always amazing and fresh. They also have an indoor playground for little toddlers like we used do when we were kids at a McDonald’s. Great location.

This location has always come through. The Long Beach one is closer, but in all my experience it is always so busy so it has been worth the extra 5 minute drive. We like to dine in, restrooms have been nice and clean and there are shops nearby to do your errands.

I had a small hiccup at my last visit with a gift that was sent. I went back today and Brandon was there. He happened to remember me from Saturday evening. His shift had ended and he was leaving. When another employee asked him how to fix the situation. The drive thru was getting backed up because of me and he was already off shift. So I decided to pay for my order since my gift didn't scan correctly with the drive thru order clerks. I went back tonight and spoke to Brandon. He remembered me. He provided a refund for my purchase. He also thanked me for not holding up the drive thru line that night. I placed another order this evening and when I got home had a sweet brownie surprise in my bag 😃 I would definitely recommend coming to this location. I truly appreciate the level of customer service provided. The food is always hot and the staff is always friendly.

This was my first time ever to a Chick-fil-A and it was awesome!!! I got the spicy chicken combo with chick sauce. Wow!!! It was beyond good. The customer service is amazing and everyone has a smile. I have no idea why I waited so long to come here. I'm a customer for life!!!!

Excellent chicken sandwiches. Excellent service. The new mac and cheese is a great substitution for the waffle fries of which I am so tired (for a small fee). Love the shakes. Counter people very polite, but new, and sometimes can't handle more complicated transactions. Their outstanding manager, Viola, is quick to resolve any problems. Tip: Put their Texas Pete"s hot sauce on a regular chicken sandwich and you get a spicy chicken sandwich for price of a regular.

This location is clean, plenty of tables, actually not crowded during lunch and food is really good. By far, the best tasting chicken sandwich and all employees are really considerate. Eat here at least once each couple weeks.

I always stop by this location when near the freeway, even though it's not close to home. I like the spicy chicken deluxe and pepper jack cheese, but regular is good too. Nice folks at the counter. Sauces are great especially the name brand.

This Chick-fil-A is great! We have always had great service! We usually go for lunch on Saturdays and try to go early (11am-ish) because it can get busy fast! The sandwiches, fries, and shakes (you have to try the lemon frosty!!!) are delicious! The store is always clean and the bathrooms are very presentable every time we have used them, which is great with a 3 year old! This is a great place to eat alone or with a group of any size!

The employees here are always accommodating, friendly, and well trained. Prices have gone up a lot, it's almost $12 for three chicken nuggets, a drink and fried. I can get a non fast food meal some places for this amount.

Best 5 Star mistake ever. I went thru the Drive Thru tonight and got my order and I just so happen to not fully check my order. The bag was full, I took a glance and I have yet to have an issue EVER at this Chick-fil-A. Well as they say “Murphy’s Law”. I get home and a sandwich is missing. Ugh!!! 😳😖Back in the car I go…yes I did have an attitude I cannot lie…and in the store I go which I tried to avoid the first time by going thru the Drive thru. I was immediately greeted by someone who asked if they could help me but Brandon who spots the not so happy look on my face came right over to see if he could help. I couldn’t help but relax a bit with his calm, eager to help attitude. I explained what happened, he asks me if a new complete order will help with anything extra. No, I would like a new order would be fine which is done IMMEDIATELY and he tells the staff to take care of it before any other order. I was in and out the door in less than 5 minutes with a fresh order. Brandon solved my issue within seconds and made me feel welcome and not like a crazy lady which calmed me down instantly. Brandon and his staff are a great team from the second I went in the drive thru the first time and yes mistakes happen; it was how they are resolved that matters. Brandon thank you and your staff for a job well done. Hats off to all. I’ll be back and not that you need it but will recommend your store above all others. Have a great week.

I am so thankful to Chik Fil A in seal beach that I had to write a review. I love that the company upholds christian values. I am Catholic, and I work at a parish nearby. I love how they close on Sundays. But what really got me today was that I was in the drive-thru line ordering breakfast..I completed my order and realized that I didn't bring my wallet. I said this as I was looking for my wallet over the intercom. So I told her that I need to cancel and sorry. Now I'm stuck in line, waiting to leave. After waiting in line, I was ready to just drive past the window...when the lady stopped me and said "it's okay, don't worry about it. Pay next time" I was in shock. I'm definitely going to pay for what I ordered next time I go. thanks be to God for the drive thru lady. amazing person. Thankful and blessed.

These people are amazing. I ordered my food and got to the window and my debit card chip can be a little testy and it wouldn't accept the payment so they just gave me the food for free since I had no cash on me. I came back a few minutes later--after hitting an ATM-- with cash and they insisted that the meal was on them. And the food was great.

As usual chick fill a is spotlessly clean. The food never dissapoints and the employees seem to love working there. I just feel happy when I go here its a great place to bring the family and enjoy some time away from the house.

Well prepared food with an abundance of sauces to select from. Free refills but you have to always ask for more ice, they are very stingy with it. Store is kept pretty clean for how busy they are. Parking can be a challenge during rush hour.

Like most Chick-fil-A restaurants, this location has great food and service. What's more though, they also offer an incredible military discount to folks in uniform. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

The chicken nuggets are so tasty they don't require a dipping sauce. I like to get a combo with a large macaroni and cheese and then I have some left for later. Then I top off the meal with a frosted lemonade. Fantastic!

They were so amazing about ensuring my food was safe since I have celiac. They say they don't guarantee it but I called ahead and they said they'd accommodate. They were training a new cashier inside and he was having a bit of a hard time bit his trainer was so quick to help him. The trainer seemed so kind and patient and compassionate. Also everyone there is so kind and personable.

Awesome service and great food, I partake with fries and chocolate chip cookie. Wife had a Cobb chicken salad and was satisfied. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!

I have never seen anything but the highest class of food and service. I know there corporate politics get some people heated, but I can't see the staff here ever treating someone poorly. Chicken is always great. Politeness is always served with the food.

My grandchild and I have quite a bit of fun here. The play area is a welcome deterrent from their iPads. Top that with every single time we have been to this location, we've had beyond a nice experience. The staff is just outright perfect. I suppose that is why the customers are very pleasant, too. I eat here at least 5-7 times a week. Not having access to the kitchen where I rent a room is ridiculous but Chick-Fil-A keeps me going with their fresh and hot meals. If it wasn't for them, I'd starve. Okay, maybe not really but you get my point Stop by and pick a fresh chicken sandwich or frozen lemonade!

This Chick-fil-A lives up to the CFA standards. The staff is friendly, the facility is spotless, and the food is delicious. I was immediately greeted and my food was brought to me quickly. The music in the background is pleasant for either conversation or studying/meditation. There is also plenty of parking and it's pretty close to the freeway. All around this is a good spot. Best of all is that they have a kids play place that is clean and in great condition.

I like classic breakfasts. Cool my eggs right so they are not dry, give me a good amount of hash browns and make the top crispy and make the bacon right so it is not crumbling or soggy. This place did each one perfectly and for a very reasonable price.

For my money Chik-fil-a is the best fried chicken in the fast food industry. Their customers are getting a great value. They also have a wide variety of remarkable sauces. These are complimentary with the purchase of a meal, but also available for sale in tub for those who would like to have some for around the house or office. Best chocolate chip cookies in the fast food industry, but they only have chocolate chip at this time. -1 star for this location because on my visit they forgot the soup I had ordered. Also, by way of advise, maybe pick a different location around dinnertime. Parking is limited and the traffic from the shopping center and the gas station can cause some difficulty.

I mean there chicken is good. But man that place is crazy at lunch time. Also I don't think I've ever had more disappointing french fries. They might aswell take them off the menu. Don't get them. They are a trap.

Food is great! Staff is great.. although I was waiting to order and the lady behind the counter was talking to her friend for a long time while the line continue to grow...someone else came up to take orders finally.

Drive through, inside dining & kids play place. Always clean. Staff is very dilligent about seeing that the customer has everything they need. The parking situation is beyond difficult when there is a drive through line as it completely blocks the parking lot entrance.

The drive thru is well managed for busy times. Not familiar with the menu, so it took a little while to order. I got the spicy deluxe sandwich, and while I enjoyed the cheese, lettuce and tomato on it, the chicken was very thin. For a chain that advertises to eat more chicken, they don't put much on there. Think I'll stick with Popeyes sandwich.

All about location. Been coming here over a year because of its location close to work and it has degraded sharply. Just gotten the worst there is. Can't count nuggets past 10, figure theyre are just using their fingers. So you are shorted more often than not. Fries come only half full all the time and usually taste a day old as of recently. And they take forever for 'fast food'. 15 minute drive through is insane this day in age. Especially when there is no great bunch of customers. you should be scrambling to keep the customers you get. REPLACE EVERYONE. Update: 3/17 Last few trips service has come back to acceptable standard. Fries still low sometimes.

Hot and fresh is why I like Chick-fil-a. Got the 12 piece nuggets with fries and a side of mac-n-cheese. Nuggets were plump and very filling. Mac-n-cheese is heavy. I sometimes feel exhausted and sleepy after eating it 😴

One specific employee takes my order down wrong every time. I tried to ask that it be fixed at the window. It blows my mind because i look him square in the face when he takes it down. They wanted to charge me more for the food i didnt get. Its not the customers fault when the employees dont take the order right. The employees just dont care anymore

My husband loves it! It was my 1st Chick-fil-A sandwich. It was just ok, I'm just not into much fried foods or hamburgers either & I have a personal reason not to support the co. People were nice, drive thru line moved good.

I've tried better Chick-fil-A's but it seems like my daughter didn't enjoy it too much it did look fresh though it wasn't a bad area and it did not take long at all I pulled right into the drive-thru and that's how I like it! I'd to revisit this place. Chick-fil-A is always good

This is my first time at this CFA. It's new and clean and the people are friendly. Service was a little slower compared to the other CFA's I've been to and my fries were not salted. I've got plenty of sauces, so it was no big deal. The original chicken sandwiches were tasty as usual.

I don't know much about this particular chic fila...but the drive thru takes forever. 30 minutes from ordering til you get to the window.

Unfriendly, unhelpful employees. I came in with a reward on the CFA APP and was treated like I was stealing from the store. Never once was my drink refilled unless I went up to the register and stood there- FOREVER. Employees are not nice. The restaurant is busy, why do they have to be such creeps? It's not easy to park, kind of congested.

Food was decent, but pricey. Missing item when we got our online order in the drive thru. Staff fixed it, but should have been right the first time.

I always give everything a second chance. Not sure if I will give Chick-fil-A a third. Love the variety in sauces. Even their cookies and cream milkshake was tasty. I just don't like their food.

So usually we never have bad experiences at CFA but this was seemed very off. And I can’t even say it was bad necessarily but they didn’t have it together. We didn’t get any dressing for our salad, they didn’t put any condiments in the bag and our frozen lemonade was only half full. We went to Chick-Fil-A at 9:30pm and when we got there the chairs were already up and they were fencing the area to the tables with high chairs. They took 20 minutes to serve us, and they didn't even asked if we wanted dine-in or out, they decided to do dine-out. One of the employees noticed they we were super upset and did not like the experience and gave us some brownies. We ordered 30 pieces of grilled nuggets which most of them were either hard or basically burned, we also ordered 2 large fries which were not full but at least were good. Do not recommend to go near the closing time.

I would like to give the restaurant a good review because of Shem the manager. But one of the team leads ruined the service. I told the lead while ordering that my child had a birthday today and could they get an ice cream. He said only if they have the app. I showed him the app but he said do they have an account. I said they are 8 years old. He said that as soon as they get an account he can verify their birthday he would give them their bday ice cream. I then walked away defeated that this process was this complicated. Then the manager stepped in and offered up a bday ice cream. Nice that the manager was decent.

My daughter and I went to the drive thru today and my daughter was driving. The female that took her order was very polite and we drove up to the window. An older lady not wearing a uniform was at the window, didn't say one word to my daughter. She paid her food, the lady put her stuff in the basket and handed over the bucket. My daughter said thank you but No thank you or my pleasure back. She was not very pleasant as i think she only saw my teenage daughter driving. I'm use to very polite, my pleasure attitude with Chik fil-a employees but this lady lacked all above.

This is my second time not happy with latest changes. I usually go to Seal beach location 3 times a week and My last 2 visits the salad when I got to work were half as it was before with barely any chicken on it and half the lettuce, 1crumble of blue cheese and 1 strawberry quartered. Before I didn’t mind paying higher than other places because you got what you paid for but now I might as well go to other places and pay less and get the same thing ! Do not understand the popularity of this chain. Employees are all trained to act weird, and it's the same at every location. They think everyone always knows the entire menu and will treat you like you're insane of you do not know it. Food is fair to okay. I think it's kind of a cult like the Apple people. Food and staff were good. Bathrooms and dine in area was closed for cleaning. It was a Friday at 9:00 PM so I thought the dine in would be open till 10. I wanted to eat there so there would be less trash in my car or at home.

Usually Chick-fil-A milkshakes are the best. First time at this location. The milkshake was horrible. It was a waste of money.

Great food as always but didn't get the right change back when going through the drive thru. Total was $7.23, I paid with $20.25 and only received $.02 back. It was also my fault for not double checking at the time but I just hope they do a better job at their money count. Never a great experience when you lose money.

The problem with this specific location is items missing from your drive thru orders on a regular basis. I would highly recommend to check your order bags before you leave the pick up window. The management doesnt really care that you have to drive all the way back to pick a burger that was supposed to be in your bag in the first place.

Never thought I would write a negative review about a Chick-fil-A but this location messed up the last two times I was there. Got 2 diet cokes instead of diet lemonades. Got a grilled club sandwich instead of the deluxe. As another reviewer mentioned, the fries were soggy both times. On a good note, service was fast and friendly.

We just had the worst experience at this location. Went through the drive thru and the girl got everyone's order wrong. We ordered large drinks and she gave us mediums. We commented that we order larges when she gave them to us at the window and she just said sorry- no offer to make it right. Then, when we had driven off, we realize there's cheese on the biscuit we specifically ordered with no cheese. We also mentioned needing several packets of honey when ordering. It's on the receipt but she had to be reminded at the window for that too. We actually drove right by the restaurant first because the sign wasn't turned on and it was still dark. Definitely not the A team working this morning. Thankfully, we're traveling and this isn't our go to location.

Great location, friendly staff. I receive the wrong items in my order. Everything was correct on my receipt but the bag had the wrong items. Will need to confirm they pack what I ordered. Never had to worry b4, especially in the morning when people has to jump on the freeway.Staff seemed to be chatting while they give out orders.

The food is great but my issue is with the drive-thru and drink orders. I usually go on Wednesdays between 8-8:15 after my boys swim practice. For the last 3 visits everytime I order unsweetened ice tea, I have received sweet tea instead. The last visit I tasted it and gave it back to the drive thru attendant. He went back and fixed me a new tea. It wasn't till I drove off that I took a drink and lo and behold sweet tea. I find it unusual that this particular site cannot serve a simple unsweetened tea. Disappointed. I don't want anything free, all I want is for my drink order to be correct so that I don't have to pour out and throw away a brand new drink.

Had 2 missing items missing from my order today for lunch at school, I contacted customer support on the mobile and they emailed me back saying they didn’t believe me. Afterwards I called up the store to let them know, and the employee who answered was talking to me rudely. I spent about $50 for my order because I split my order with classmates and my instructors. I didn’t get to eat lunch because of that. Very upsetting to not get the help I would’ve appreciated.

I was here a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the chicken nuggets, but they were disgusting. They were not uniformly shaped. Some were very large, and some were very small. It was as if they took all the leftover scraps of chicken that had a lot of fat on them, and served those to me. They were greasy, chewy, fatty and gross. I want a refund.

Food is usually good, but last few times I have had bad service experiences. Went through the drive thru, they gave me my food, they forgot my milk shake had to drive back (less than 5mins) went inside(line was long outside) then manger scans my receipt and looking at me skeptically says it was in the drink caddy (like I can’t see a milk shake🙄)I offer for him to check inside my car etc then proceeds to go back and find my milk shake but it’s melted doesn’t offer to get me a fresh one and just puts on the counter and walks away and to boot they got the kids meals wrong too. Horrible! We had a gift card and one of the choices was a spicy chicken sandwich. I asked what came on it and they said lettuce tomato I think cheese? Anyway what I got was a fried piece of chicken between to dry pieces of bread! Horrible! I will never ever eat there again. My husband ordered chicken nuggets with came in a little Tupperware thing it look like dog food. Discussing!

Spicy Chicken sandwich was not very good, felt like it was thrown together by someone who didn't care about what it was gonna look like and subsequently taste like. It tasted like it was pre-made and had been waiting there under a heat lamp until it was given to me. May be a long time before I choose them over Popeyes again.

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. They discriminate towards LGBTQ+ customers for sharing a meal and exchanging innocent affection (which most teenage couples do on a date night). There was not a respectful exchange of words and approach from the management towards the young couple and it created a hostile experience at the establishment. Regardless of the foundational beliefs of Chick-fil-A itself, they were paying customers, it is legal in California to be partnered with the same gender, and there are more professional ways to approach young women as adults working at the establishment. Do better Seal Beach Chick-fil-A. This is embarrassing on your end.

Service was trash. We ordered soft serve cones and the workers said, “should we throw this away” before giving it to us. The ice cream was tiny, lopsided, and practically falling off the cone, and they still gave it to us. Will not be coming back. I used to love coming to this Chick Fil A, but after tonight’s incident I will not be back. At all. I wouldn’t recommend this specific store to anyone. Don’t waste your money coming here.

This establishment should be ashamed of themselves for discriminating towards LQBTQ. My girlfriends sister and her girlfriend were targeted by a chikfila manager and then forced them to leave for sharing a small sign of affection at there table. No one should ever feel forced out of an establishment especially by a manager. The discrimination that was experienced is completely unacceptable and action must be taken on this manager!

Clean store and was not busy at all however I came for a pick up order and one the new staff told me it’s coming up, 20 minutes later I had to ask another staff for an update and he actually went submitted the order on the computer so then another 20 minutes and it was finally ready… (2 sandwiches and 5 nuggets), long wait times at this store I guess…

Bad experience here. I ordered 2 meals for kids lunch at school at 10:40 am today, but when I tried to pickup at 11:10 am, they didn't even have the order yet, I counted the time very well to make sure I could deliver to school before lunchtime. Another cashier like the lead asked what happened, I told her, she told me you need to click "I'm here" 5~10 minutes before I came to pickup. It's ridiculous. Also they missed my two drinks in the meal until I reminded them! What a messed up team. None of them feel sorry about it, they sure missed the order for some reason, they let me check the order time from the app. I show them the order information from my cellphone.
