I asked for a specific bread, the guy got the wrong bread and I didn't notice till towards the end because of the metal thing in front of the meats/Cheeses. He also got the cheese wrong, and when it did get to the end and I saw that it wasn't the right bread, he said they were out and I looked at the bread storage thing and there were 5 loaves of the bread I wanted. I ended up paying for it, didn't like it but I didn't want to go back so I came here to make it known, that employee needs better training, or since he seemed so annoyed to be there, maybe even a different job.

The food was terrible. Couldn't finish the sandwich. They still cut my bread with he knife that has avocado on it. Not to be picky, but I don't want that on my sandwich. Cheese was old and sour. Jimmy John's, here I come.

The spinach was waaay wilted, the chopped salad was NOT chopped, but sliced on the filthy cutting board. I prefer the location on Chapman n Knott.... They put EVERYTHING in a bowl and roll over it with a gad chopper, Delish!!

This is one of the most low effort subways I've been to. Then they dont really even toast the sub, its barely enough to keep it warm for a 5 minute walk and to eat. It doesnt look toasted at all and doesnt have the crisp feel that it should have. Its an okay sub but low effort compared to the subway that people are used to. Keep in mind too that this location isn't busy often so they could put in the normal effort but don't. Do with that what you will, I hope others experience is different although this is what I've experienced multiple times. Oct 1: ordered two subs from them and got 90% vegetables on a steak and cheese sub. The sub also was not toasted and was more just warmed up. Downgrading the two star to one star.

Ordered a Cold Cut Combo. Was informed that they were out of cold cuts. With a brand new meat slicer right there on the counter, they're out of cold cuts . Unbelievable. I left.

Horrible store. Can’t get my to go order right. This has happened 3 times where I order something on the app, I get home and they forget to put the meat in. Or get the order completely wrong. When I call or go in. Unfriendly staff. Like we’re bothering them to order food. 👎🏼 Done with Subway. Moving on to Jersey Mikes. At least they can get an order correct.

Fault advertising. 6” cold cut combo (sandwich, drink & chip) s/be around $6 ($5.49 + tax). But they changed me $6.44. .50 cents is not a big deal. Fault advertising is my concern......
