Miss Stacey and her team made me feel “at home.” (Which is not a feeling I am necessarily accustomed to in the fast food industry.) During a daily lunch hour rush, the drive thru line was stacked out into the hwy. Instead of finding another place to eat, something moved me to just park and go inside. Upon entering, despite the crowd inside, I was personally acknowledged and greeted by the one cashier (who I believe is a manager). Although the line was long, she efficiently moved through it with kindness and grace. While I waited for my food, I enjoyed watching the dance happening in the kitchen. No one was in the way, everyone had their task and managed it with kindness and respect for one another. Once the rush was over, the team transitioned into their cleaning/recovery tasks with little instruction. This appeared to give Miss Stacey time to devote to a new employee. This is a prime example of how important good training is, and how much kindness matters! Miss Stacey is a true leader. When I am in town again, I will be stopping here for lunch!

Always good just need to check your order before you leave . But that's with any fast food place.

Stopped for breakfast, ran to grab my groceries and run through the car wash. I ended up smashing my never-sipped 32oz sweet tea all over my car less than 10 mins after buying it at the restaurant. Went back, asked if I could swap my cups out, knowing it was a long shot. They were so polite and said they wanted to help make my day better. Shout out to Loretta and the two managers that overheard. Thank you for being so kind in the midst of my chaotic morning. Something so small for you is not just a little thing to me. I'm sitting here at 4:04AM And have to give this a 5 Star because this crew this morning. Hit it spot on!!! The Monterey Melt was made to exact perfection! Down to the T. The Fries, fresh and crisp, perfectly salted. I am extremely satisfied with this place. That says alot considering there has been times my food was not made right and this and that would be missing. But man.. this morning they kicked ass.

The fair maiden behind the counter did greet me with kindness and asketh not my lineage nor station. She merely offered me options... a bounty of burgers with names so strange and holy: the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, the Patty Melt, the Triple Meat Monument of Manliness. I chose the humble Whataburger, dressed in vegetables and glory, with a chalice of chilled sweet tea. I wept with the first bite. Nay, I sobbed. The bread was warm, the beef rich and seasoned as though blessed by Saint Grillius himself. The fries? Crisp as fallen leaves in October. The ketchup? Redder than the coats of the King’s soldiers, and far more loyal. There was sauce. There was salt. There was salvation. Had I been born a weaker man, I might have proposed marriage to the cashier. LISTEN!!! This restaurant has best service I've ever seen at any restaurant ever and the best you will ever see. Liveliest staff ever, most hardworking staff ever, most motivated staff ever. It is like the entire staff is competing for employee of the month with their whole heart. I heavily recommend this Whataburger wholeheartedly - as someone who rarely opts for Whataburger as a meal. The food is great too, especially compared to other Whataburgers, and the atmosphere reflects the staff.

The young gentleman who took my order was the nicest kid I've ever come in contact with in the service industry. The parents of the boy who was working the register on 8/22/24 at around 11:00 pm and midnight 8/23/24, should know that they did a fantastic job raising that kid. Be helped a handicapped person who may or may not be homeless and went out of his way for him all while treating the guy like a human being, treating him like he mattered which he does we all do. I can't express this enough, he was so polite and very respectful. He made me a half vanilla half chocolate shake and it was delicious. The burgers btw, my fat butt ordered the triple burger!!! Went to get some eats after work (1:00 a.m.), did the drive through. Service was quick. Male staff, he was the assistant night manager, at register was great, friendly, customer service focused and invested in making sure I drove away happy. And yes I did, very happy. Food, whatawings were fresh hot and covered in barb q sauce, just like I like them. They have the best French fries around, again fresh hot and good. Price somewhat startling, but everywhere is somewhat startling these days. I'll be back after my next closing shift. See you all then.

As a true Texan Whataburger is obviously my favorite fast food. Though I don’t eat fast food often it’s always nice to treat myself. Now at most Whataburger locations nothing is really different from any other fast food place. However at this Whataburger location I have to commend Daiana and Chris the back cook for making this the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. Both of them mad the atmosphere simply amazing and when Daiana asked if I liked what she recommended and I told her yes, Chris the one who made my food came all the way from the back and thanked me for the compliment. It’s little things like this that turn a “just another meal” into an enjoyable experience. So from the bottom of my heart thank you to Daiana and Chris for such a unique experience. Will most certainly be coming back here for any time I want to splurge on the calories a little bit.❤️❤️❤️

Walked inside to use a coupon for a to go order and was pleasantly surprised to be greater by a productive and joyful staff. It was pretty busy, but they were on top of it and the restaurant was still clean and orderly. I don't often review fast food stops, but I had to make sure and thank this store for doing a great job and having joyful Christian music playing while I waited. Ordered on line with ap. I went in to the Whataburger location on Hwy 123 in Seguin. I really went in with the intention of asking for the Spurs/Whataburger Tent they were giving out but I couldn't find any info on it other than my co worker went at lunch and came back with order and "spurs tent". So I was sort of reluctant but Cheyenne was sooooo approachable!! Had the best customer service skills ever! Greeted me, answered questions without acting bothered about it. I sat on the bench inside and while downloading the ap, I noticed several customers coming in and out. One gentleman apparently order was given to someone else, I heard like a manager instructing staff to work on his order to rectify it. Then I saw Cheyenne on her own, as it was taking a bit of time, offered him a cup to get a free drink for his wait. Other customers came in and out and she treated them the same. There were other workers, not as knowledgeable but that was ok. She just stood out. The mobile ap was up and running, ordered my meal. She kept checking me and I gave her my name and updated me on the wait. No problem. My meal came out nice and hot. I witnessed the cooking staff in the back steadily moving around, busy. Plenty of staff. Happily in my bag was my Spurs Whataburger Tent. I grabbed it out of my bag and almost left my food..lol. Cheyenne laughed. I did approach her manager Maybe and commended Cheyenne to her about how great her customer service skills were. So YES definitely GREAT Experience over all especially after a long day of work! Probably one of the better fast food places in town. Most places keep their burgers in a drawer and they serve them to you on a stale bun. Atmosphere was given a lower score just because so many people standing around waiting for their food. Not bad but could be better.

The burgers is always hot, the fries are hit or miss. The employees are nice. The downfall is the drive thru. If you receive your order before the person in front of you, you’re stuck as there’s no way to exit. This definitely needs to be fixed.

Morning workers are great! They seem to care that you are there! Coffee was hot. Breakfast was great. ( Can't say this about the late afternoon/evening workers. They don't seem to care. Lots of young folks working/standing around. Had to ask 4 people before I could get coffee. By then my meal was over. Please improve your dinner atmosphere.)

Whataburger is hands down? My favorite place to get breakfast after 11 PM. I absolutely love this place. It's fresh It's made to order and it takes a little bit to wait for it. Because it's fresh and it's worth the weight. The kids behind the counter are really sweet and helpful and the atmosphere in there is pretty good sometimes, depending on what kind of night you're going to do. Because obviously kids come and hang out there and they can be a little loud, which that's the whole part of being a kid. Food was good but overall experience sucked. I don't like drive thru, I prefer going inside but this particular location doesn't allow that. So I got stuck 15-20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. There are only about 4 or 5 UNMARKED parking slots that I could see and they are quite a distance. The rest are all handicap or pickup to go orders. Though I have issues walking, I do not have handicap parking privileges. Will use different location instead, even though it will be out of my way.

Service was extremely slow during breakfast for a simple breakfast item. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the bathroom appeared clean. There were people loitering outside, but I wasn’t bothered by them and they left us alone.

Service was a wreck. Two managers on duty barking orders while everyone else only seemed worried about their station. Took forever to get our food (#1 & #7). One young kid working curbside was busting his butt getting things done in multiple areas, drive thru, lobby and curbside and still picking up around the lobby- he definitely earned his pay today. Food was delicious so all was forgive in the end.

It’s not bad but can’t expect too much from fast food orders will be wrong 50% of the time. A example I asked for jalepeño cheddar biscuit with sausage egg & cheese and I just got the biscuit, only the bread. That was lame and couldn’t go back because breakfast ended by the time got home. I've read so many complaints regarding the Hwy.123 Whataburger, but I was in the area. Well, Just ok. I ordered, got my food - the order was read back to me twice! I thought, great service. I ordered 3 combos and 3 apple pies. Got home, no apple pies. Called and spoke with someone. Went back to get them and order one extra, got home - they were lemon. 🍋 Ugh. Just ok. Ordered 1 of the burgers all the way with mayo and mustard, but they didn't put the mustard and when i asked about it they said i didn't ask for both. This specific store needs to hire people who know how to read. Of all the whataburgers I’ve been to, this is the worst spot. Every order I’ve made at this specific store has always been so messed up in one way or another. Also the slowest whataburger I’ve been to. You’d think there would be less messing up when taking your time, right?

Not much to say it's whataburger they are usually always packed and usually takes forever to get an order. The employees are usually not very friendly to me, however when my mom was visiting from out of town they were super nice to her. I don't exactly know what their deal is it's a crap shoot whether sometimes they are friendly or not. The food is just like the other whataburger but for whataburger in general both locations here in town are lacking. Just like other places here when I lived in oklahoma they are ten times better than the ones here in Seguin me and my husband always go to new establishments the first month because after that it seems seguin has a special way of messing up even fast food restaurants I don't know what the deal is but we are not the only ones who think so. So in conclusion the good here is okay, the service is up and down and the atmosphere is usually looks like it needs a good cleaning done. That's all folks.

Came in at about 3:30pm on Saturday 712, ordered medium onion rings and a drink. Counter person asked if I wanted a receipt, i said no. Looked on the board where orders were listed. My order wasn't there, when I asked server replied,"i got you". When onion rings arrived I has a total of 6 onion rings. Normally I get 8 or 9, very disappointed.

I was given a weak and half-assed apology for the delay, a room temperature burger, cold fries, and the wrong drink. This location has chronic problems. The location on Hwy 46 is managed much better.

The empress were arguing over who does what. The fryer for fried pies, fried and chicken went down and couldn't make my order. I on purpose went there for fried apple pies. By the time I got my malt it was melted. They were also waiting on the window over the sales floor. Took forever(felt like it). Watched cars in line leave before I did. Waited 27 minutes in line with only 3 cars in front if me at 1130. Got my burger and fries at 11:57 and it's ice cold. Don't get trapped in that line. This location is notorious for long drive-thru waits and completely messing up orders. Today I ordered an avocado burger with NO Bacon (I don't eat pork). After a 25min wait with only two cars ahead of me, I received my burger loaded with bacon. This is the normal experience here not the exception.

The only reason I'm giving this location a 1 star review is because they charge for extra sauce when the one in Gonzales doesn't charge for sauce at all. Why is it such a hassle to ask for sauce and then try and charge for it when it costs them pennies on the dollar?

Customer service and quality and accuracy is lacking. There is always a wait for your food even if you’re the only person in line. A lot of times the order is not correct. There are only 2 people a young lady and young man that have amazing customer service and do a great job. This morning a tall skinny blonde male took over the drive through. Appeared to be a manager. No apology for waiting 7 minutes for a Taquito. No one was in front of me when I ordered. No one was behind me when I ordered. By the time I finally received my Taquito that was cold inside, there were 5 cars behind me.

I honestly don't understand how this place is even in business. I've been sitting in the type of store waiting over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. The restaurant being busy is not an excuse. Y'all a fast food restaurant. Y'all should be fast no matter what. I am not coming here no more. Especially not for doordash. Customers should never have to wait over 30 minutes for a burger. Oh my Good Lord, worst experience I’ve ever had at a Whata. I don’t normally care to leave reviews, but it was something else. I went inside and I was waiting for my order, a simple salad, for legit 20 mins. While waiting a whole cricket fell INTO MY HANDS and no one cared. Then we finally got our order, went to the car, and found out it was wrong. So then we went through the drive thru, which took another 20 minutes. We did get the refund thankfully, but it was just a horrible experience and so slow. No attention to speed or service.

Every time I’ve been here stuff is missing from the order. Food is almost always cold like it’s been sitting out. Multiple times ordered milk shakes that were completely melted near room temp.

This is my first time stopping through at the Seguin location and I will say I was extremely underwhelmed by the slow service and cold food. My partner and I got two different meals (one breakfast and one lunch). The fries were soggy and undercooked along with the burger that was cold and tasted horrible. The only thing I paid for that I enjoyed was the soda. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and more upset that I just lost money. Manager was rude and unhelpful when I asked for the situation to be corrected. Will NEVER go back.

This is literally the 4th time in a row I’ve gone here and they never put cheese on my burger. Among other mistakes. I never complain but I did call tonight and mention it and omg. They acted like I insulted their mother. Katlin is the manager, maybe shift lead. She was so incredibly rude and short with me. She had me explain how they got my order wrong multiple times just to tell me, “well that’s what’s on your receipt.” Just not helpful at all and argumentative. She was so bitter over a simple mistake and clearly hated her job. I dont even care to get the free meal after such an awful experience. Hope Katlin’s day gets better.

Ordered a patty melt with extra sauce and grilled onions. I didn’t get any grilled onions and only about 2 teaspoons of sauce, basically got meat and bread.

Only bought the whataburger cups because the location I bought them at (and every location I've used them at so far) has said free drink refills when you bring the cup. This is the first location I've brought my cups to where they were trying to charge full price for a drink. Manager was very short and gave no explanation other than "we don't do that here" what do you mean here?

I have given this location multiple chances over the last few years and it’s apparent they can’t hire competent management to save their lives… They are consistently slower than the average Whataburger / fast food chain. Tonight sealed the deal for me after I ordered a meal and got home to find the fries completely missing. Checked my receipt to confirm I paid for them. Shame on me for not checking but shame on me for expecting anything more from this Whataburger. If you’re in Seguin, go to the location off i10 and 46. This location by HEB is hopeless.

Ordered online - app says 10:54-10:57. Walk in at 10:58. Food isn't ready. 2 people walk in after, order and get their food before me. Got food (1 burger) at 11:08. Asked if burger was cold - assured it wasn't. Opened burger, unmelted cheese and cold patty. Dont lie ans throw out a bad product. Where is the corporate number?

Ordered my food through drive thru, asked for no onions, extra pickles. My burger was cold, had onions, and 3 pickles. Called and spoke to John and was told I could come back and get a remake. Went inside to return my food, spoke to Christine this time. Waited in the lobby for about 20-25 min. Finally got my food, and when I got back home, my burger still came with onions and hardly any pickles. Seriously the worst.

My boyfriend and I decided to grab a quick bite here a few days ago. We thought it would be quick and easy because there wasn't a long line, but we were SO wrong. We were stuck in the drive-through for 40 minutes & couldn't escape even when we wanted to (because we did want to). The food was good, but I will not be returning.

Well went here since McDonald's was a bust for breakfast,.....well wasn't any better. Food was subpar and just slapped together and not fully cooked. Service......went through drive-thru, waited for ever. The server was trying to hurry us through while trying to order for pregnant wife. Got to the window and yet again acted like we were an inconvenience. After finally get food and going to hotel to eat. Thats when wife opened her WhataJr burger and found it slapped together and what we guess is to be a patty. Then i get to the center of my burger and its not fully cooked (picture honestly doesnt do justice). Won't be stopping here again when passing through (which we do quite often).
