Asked to order a large meat lovers pizza with mushroom, they asked me when I would be there I told them in 10 minutes. They told me that they were not making anymore pizzas. I asked them if they were closed they said yes, the time was 7:10 pm, I asked them what time they closed they said 7pm. On google they are listed to close at 10pm on Sundays. I’m going up there to show them my review and will making a new review once I place my order with the manager.

Ordered Hot honey pizza online just for them to tell me that was only a promotional item they don’t have it & had to wait till extra time for them to cook me a regular pepperoni pizza. Should have gotten a refund instead. Don’t have stuff available to order when it apparently doesn’t exist!

This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and I ordered a large pan stuffed crust with 2 topping ,and my order was thin crust, cold,dry and look like it had been setting there for a minute so I call the store to ask about my Pizza and she said it came with a thin crust ,and l have not taste so l hug up the phone. When l taste it the cheese was dry not running being l live on the same street as Pizza Hut now you know that cheese had to running if they just cooked it. This is the worst Pizza l have ever had. So I called back to complain and they didn't answer the phone,it went to voice mail after 5 rings and there wasn't no one inside the store but the 2 workers no customers, only 2 people in the drive though and l was 1 of them. This was my first and last time ordering from Pizza Hut. I paid $18@some changes for nothing.

I looked forward to the new Pizza hut but I have been very disappointed. I have tried it 3 times and it just is not like it use to be. My favorite is the deep dish and it's not even offered. I was told by someone that the pizzas come pre made and all they do is heat it up. I can believe it because it just isn't the same.

If rhe owner of the Selma pizza Hut would simply state"we dont really want your business" I wouldn't have wasted my time trying or order a pizza by phone. Stayed on hold for more than 15 minutes yesterday still holding phone when I walled inside to order a pizza. One employee was outside in the car with a friend and the employee who took my order was rudely admonished by the manager,another impressive representative. I ordered on the inside,went to my car and drove to the window to pick up my walk in order. The food was good. my complaint is service. If Selma Pizza Huts employees dont want to work while they are on the clock, either find some who do or close the store.Ivwould not have been served withoit walk8ng inside to order and I was the only customer at your franchise. love your food and will try other locations always. Thank you.

The worst ever. Passing through Selma, Alabama, we decided to stay at a local hotel and order a pizza. We were told 25 minutes and an hour and a half later I decided to call to find out what the hold up was and the young girl told me the driver went to the wrong address, mind you it's the ONLY hotel with it's name, and stated he is leaving now. When the driver showed up, he illegally parked in the handicap space and brought us the wrong pizza. He went to get it and we just told him not to worry about it we'll order from Domino's.

No matter when I place an order its always something wrong either they out of the toppings, the crust, or the whole order be incorrect. Whoever the little young manager they have over that store need to be replaced fast or shut the whole store down. Hate that Papa John's closed down but I will be giving my business to Dominoes from now on. Pizza Hut in Selma is the worst place I ever been to with that smart mouth cricket foot uneducated manager there needs some home training like who raised and trained her...

Worst service I've ever had at a pizza hut. I placed an online order for delivery at 8:37pm, the tracker showed an estimated delivery time of 22 to 32 min, I figured 40 to 45 min. One hour and 45 later I received a phone call from the store to tell me that they did not have a driver to deliver my pizza.... WHAT!!?? and you waited almost 2 hours to let me know?.... and the girl still had the nerves to ask me "so do you want to come and get it?"... well, do I have a choice?!... my husband was already on his way 5 min before they called me, and when he got there they were taking our pizza out of the oven.. reheated! Yuk!, we were eating our pizza almost 3 hours after I ordered it and it was so bad none of us wanted to finish it. This place needs new management immediately or it needs to be shut down! For this level of service I'd expect a full refund.

Restaurant actually stunk. It smelled like grease and carpet that is never cleaned. Table had a fine coat of grease on it. Had to get our own silverware and refills on drinks after standing at the counter and waiting on staff to finish looking at photos on their cell phones. At 63 years old, this was the worst eating experience I've ever had. Only bright side....the pizza was good. Also, the phone never stopped ringing....no one cared to answer it.

I wish that I can grade them on their delivery. They suck at delivering on time. A whole hour and thirty minutes. Pizza hut should just stick to just being an eat in pizza parlor. Their delivery is what makes the business bad. I will give it to them, the pizza is great but, their delivery timing sucks. If any of puzza hut's executives are reading this, word if advice for better business relationships with customers, make longer dine in hours and scrap delivery since your timing is rediculious.
