Cousin and I went to Chili’s after church back on Sun Aug 7, and enjoyed these delicious, scrumptious, filling and savory meals. Thanks Chilis!!

Haven't been to Chili's in a few years, but the 3 For Me got our attention. Our timing was great as not too many people in at the time. Waitress was very kind and friendly. Took our orders pretty quick. Our appetizers were the same... House Salads. Right as we finished those, the entree's came out. Big Smash Burgers with Fries and not the skinny fries you get at other places. Burgers were cooked perfectly and the Fries had a spice on them. Everything for all of us was delicious. Can safely say.... pleasantly full. Thanks Chili's at the Forum.

Shout out to our waitress Jenna who did an awesome job and was so patient. I took 5 of my granddaughter's and she was so attentive and was made sure the girl's food was cooked correctly and drinks were always filled.

Took a lil trip to the Forum an stopped in at Chilis for a bite to eat, had the most wonderful and bubbly server Jordyn. Loved how she matched my energy, she was very fast attentive and overall perfect. I had the Fajita Trio thingy an my boyfriend got Cajun Pasta with the Cheese Sticks, everything was amazing an fresh. Jordyn had our backs the whole time never letting our cups empty, although Ill miss those cups she cleared from our table filled with sweet watermelon lemonade as we left but we got the Togo cups so it was okay. Overall 100 out of 10 Jordyn should definitely be the owner of this establishment an get a raise, frankly if she ran for president id vote for her. Jordyn for president 2026 and long live J. C. (Jordyn's Chili's).

I got the 3 for $10.00, the queso was extra charge but it was great to eat out again. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Recently I've been going to Chili's and really enjoying their new menu. The value and quality that you get at Chili's these days is really wonderful and in contrast to the overall restaurant experience. Many restaurants have raised their prices, a great deal and don't have enough staff. I've been to two different Chili's, sorry actually three, in the past 4 weeks and have noticed that the service is fantastic and the food is just as good.. if you haven't been to Chili's for a while, head back and enjoy reasonable prices, good quality flavorful food + attentive service. You'll enjoy your experience!

This chilis is pretty hit or miss but tonight we sat at the bar and Bree was such an awesome bartender. Not only was she busting her butt to keep up with drinks for the whole restaurant on her first night but she has a great personality and was so friendly and helpful. She's such a great addition to a mediocre location.

I used to work at Chili's back in the early 2000's so I know what to expect from the servers and what not. I like going to this location, everyone is always so friendly and the service is great. The food is always prepared great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Kudos to the hostess for playing peek a boo with my 3 yr old through the window divider; he was having so much fun. The waitress I think her name was Dee? I can't remember (I'm horrible with names), but she was fabulous. A lot of waiters/waitresses don't really know how much attention to give your table. She was amazing and didn't check in too much but it was the perfect amount of times. My steak was ordered MR and that's what I got and it was so juicy and tender, also had that amazing buttery crust from the grill! That's how you cook a darn steak people. My husband's triple dipper was delicious and so was my toddlers food. We always look forward to eating here!

Had a nice leisurely Sunday lunch. I always sit at the bar so that I don't have to wait in line. Fun as always. Enchilada soup was delicious.

Food is great, but the five stars is for the customer service I had experienced. Long story short, doordash created a very bad and unfortunate situation (basically stolen food from us, and then try to put blame on Chili's for the food not being delivered) I had called Chili's to explain the situation. Petra at the to go area was very sweet and understanding about the situation. She handed over the phone to Julia the manager. Julia deserves infinity stars for her absolute phenomenal customer service. She went above and beyond to make the bad situation good again. Julia was very sweet, compassionate, and understanding how about the whole situation I had with doordash. I can't thank her enough for being so thoughtful and considerate for me and my family. I will continue to go to this establishment (and will no longer use doordash)

Our server Haley was fantastic. Did above and beyond my expectations and alongside her was her manager Julia who both made for a perfect experience. By far the best Chili's I've ever been to in my 41 years on this planet. Food was on point, service on point and drinks on point. Rock and roll!

Had our early anniversary lunch here while the kids were in school. This location is never crowded so we have enjoyed a nice quiet meal here each time we come. I love the big bites burgers and the loaded mashed potatoes, and the dip trio was really good.

We hadn't been here in years. The manager was very involved in the customer's satisfaction. The server was great and even suggested a special that we knew nothing about so I got to eat a "free" delicious salad. 🥗 The steaks were absolutely delicious!!! We will be going back!!!😋😋😋

I took my son and I on a “dinner date” and we had a great experience! Our server Katherine was amazing. She was very attentive and kind. We also had multiple staff members checking on us to ensure everything was great.

I went in about 12:15 for lunch. There was no wait. The restaurant was not too crowded at all. I was greeted by the hostess, seated, then shortly thereafter my waitress came along. She provided excellent service! We had the two for $25 dinner special. Yes dinner for lunch. 😊 Pictured are the half rack of ribs, honey chipotle flavor, mashed potatoes and gravy, and I paid a dollar extra for the asparagus. The food was cooked perfectly, I had no complaints. The special comes with dessert, but we were so full so we ended up just bringing it home. Drinks are not included in the $25 special. PS: The ENDLESS chips and salsa are so addicting.

We went in for our daughter's bday and our waitress was super cool / fast (goth / tattoo girl?). I totally forgot her name (but it was original though), but she was super attentive and super kind to my daughter (and to all of us). Our food (chicken crispers, etc) was outstanding and the price was excellent! Military discount too! Love this place, its food and the people!

The three for me deal is the best way to go there. For about $15 per person (average of the three price ranges) you get a drink, appetizer and entree with side. They have a good variety and the prices are so much better than the standard method. For a little more we get the dip trio which is almost a meal in itself. Service is so much better here than at converse location.

I have had really good experiences when I come to this Chili’s. The staff is amazing, and I feel like they cater to my every food need. Constantly checking up to make sure things are OK, asking if they can help, and making great recommendations. My son and I both had the Ancho Salmon and it was really good. The ancho/pesto sauce added a nice flavor. We were disappointed that they didn't have broccoli (due to a recall, no fault of their own) but the delicious asparagus more than made up for it. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. We visited here for lunch after visiting the Natural bridge caverns. We looked for places nearby and found this was one of the closest. I went ahead and ordered the mushroom swiss burger with a black bean patty to go. Took about 10 mins or so to get it made - was quick. As always, the burger came with french fries, and it was tasty too. I noticed that Chipotle and Chili's are quite close by in few locations, so we ordered some food from there too.

The food and service were great, as always. The mozzarella "slabs" are always a must-have for us!

Came here instead of our usual Chili's because it was on the way home. The service was great and the place was relatively clean. My main gripe is that the price is higher and the serving sizes are smaller. I understand inflation and all that but either raising the price AND making portions smaller? It's been pretty consistent across every Chili's but this one is even worse than the one I usually go to. Despite the great service I probably won't be coming back

We dined in on 8/28 around the hours of 3-4 pm for my daughters 9th birthday. The service was good from our waitress and the food was great only. We asked for fried pickles and we were told they were discontinued, that's OK. But I asked if they did they happy birthday chant and we were told that they discontinued that as well. My daughter was expecting a happy birthday chant, I guess we haven't been to chillis in a while. Now we are aware, we will dine in elsewhere for our next birthday celebration.

Food was good and so was the service, Very friendly. The only thing I would suggest would be to raise the temperature up some, it was pretty darn cold inside. You know it's cold when you see one of the workers with their arms tucked inside their sleeves to keep warm. Aside from that, the food was good.

We were seated next to a very rocous table which made it hard to talk with my daughter. Due to that table my server was very overwhelmed and forgot many requests we made. This visit was frustrating. Went out for appetizers and drinks after work and arrived here around 9:30. We ordered a round of drinks and food. At 10:20, we wanted to order another round of drinks and our waitress didn’t come past our table until 10:45. We then ask her if we can order another round and she made it seem like she was talking in her headset to ask and she walked away. She came back 10 minutes later with the exact drinks we ordered the first round and said “that was last call” but we didn’t want that same drinks we ordered the first time.

Had to change my review from one star to three. The manager went out of her way to make this right, and I very much appreciate that. She even brought the finished burger out personally to ensure it had been made correctly. So, although the initial experience was bad, manager went out of her way to see we were taken care of. For me, good customer service and making a customer feel valued is much more important than the food itself. Initial review and photo from experience below - Told server "I literally want a bacon burger - just bacon, meat, and bun. I was given a burger with cheese. Sent it back to be remade. When the server brought the burger back, it had been torn up from the cheese being SCRAPED OFF! Manager is remaking and taking it off bill, but I'm shocked this even happened to begin with.

First time doing Togo. Got there and got out and went to the to go orders. A worker immediately yelled at me that I cant come inside, there are signs everywhere. Now when I ordered, I ordered to come inside to pick up not curbside. Nor did anything on the app suggest that. Plus you can pay inside. Now it was raining. So even on those tables one would have to know or been informed or get out. Then bringing out the food was an ordeal. You can put it in my car, but if someone is in the back seat, you have to put it on the table and we have to wait till you leave. Well, I understand the whole virus thing, but that was just rude. So when I got home the only thing hot was the corn. So me and my family is going to sit out ordering to go from chilis. In fact, we decided not to go back till next year. I'm not really mad at chili's. Just didnt like how lack of information on the website. So if you order, be prepared what you're going to go through.

We get Chili's occasionally as a break from cooking and such. We bring it home most times so I can't truthfully rate this locations service and atmosphere, although every time we've eaten in it's been great. The food, however... specifically the recipes....the skillet queso has been something I love for over 20 years and I am fairly certain they recently changed the recipe....all of a sudden it takes like low quality Velveeta cheese mixed with picante sauce.. Not good!!! Idk what happened, but bring back the old recipe!

From the very first time I went to Chili's I didn't like their food, so I stopped for a long time. A friend gave me a Chili's gift card for my birthday & I don't like wasting people's money. Since it had been many years since I went & I had the card I gave them a try & it was the same. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was good, but the food was not where it is at. Sorry Chili's.

Unorganized no person upfront ended up leaving after 5 minutes of no acknowledgment.

Food was ok, but price point for lunch was not a good value for what we got. If I'm spending $60 for three lunches, then I'm looking for a higher quality meal or buffet. Biggest disappointment was that there is no longer an endless soup and salad option, and chips/salsa refill was not complimentary. One serving of soup/salad for $11 was a shock when this used to be bottomless, which I can still get at Olive Garden or other restaurant. Won't be back.

Came here with my kids for lunch. Arrive at 1pm. Sat for twenty minutes with no one talking to us before going back to the host to inquire if maybe we were sat in the wrong section. Nope. Waitress will be over soon. Another ten minutes, host gets us drinks and says waitress will be here soon. Ten more minutes and she finally shows up. There have been no fewer than 4 waitstaff in the section but no one said anything the entire time. We have now been here an hour and I have watched 3 other tables with more people get their food, pay, AND leave. Only reason I am staying is because my kids wanted to come here. We will never be back, though, as this has been an utter waste of time. Update: Food arrived. New server delivering it. Still only seen our original waitress twice at our table. Food was edible.

Ordered magarita and the glass was dirty. The waitress gave me a new glass so I can pour what was on my dirty glass into my clean glass grrrrr. I had a lunch special burger my waitress was Ale. The station machine where we pay with a card was dirty. I'm in customer service field . We should take pride in what we do no matter how small or difficult it is. My boyfriend gave her a 23 % tip regardless of her act.

I love chilis. But I am writing this review for people to steer clear of the ancho salmon. I haven’t gone to chilis in a while because I love salmon and last time I ordered it I noticed it was very dry and especially crispy on the edges of the salmon but drenched in sauce. Well I went after a while on the 1st of February to celebrate my bday and again the salmon was so dry. I ate the middle of the salmon but left the crispy dry edges. The salmon was very dry too. I’m sure they are reheating in the microwave so just don’t order the ancho salmon plate. I am going through a tough upset stomach and that’s what’s coming up..

Called 1st time after 15min to say im here, told food is ready. Shouldnt have to call 2x and wait a half hour inbetween calls. To get food...dont know where most the broccoli went bu oh well, time to find somewhere else.

Chilis is one of my faves establishments. Nevertheless after today my perspective on chilis has changed because of my experience. I ordered The Triple Dipper from Chilis on , everything was great accept my big mouth bite burgers they’re were half cooked and light grey as if they were barely even on the grill long . I called to get a refund but they did nothing about it and told me to contact doordash …I’m VERY disappointed with the service .

This place has the rudest and most incompetent manager, Johnathan if I’m remembering his name correctly? After asking if I needed anything and since my server was way over sat, and overwhelmed I asked for refills… he kinda made a scoffing noise… made a gross comment about my server under his breath… then the worst part didn’t bring my refills but the poor over worked server did!! The one who he was just trash talking…. My server was doing the best he could… it really just rubbed me wrong… As a manager you’re supposed to build and work as a team. I feel awful for anyone working under that man. The food was decent, but I didn’t wanna leave any good stars.. considering it’s hard personally to enjoy your food after an interaction as such.

Went there with my partner..Bar tender with the curly hair …made sure she charged me for my 4 millers and she only charged my partner for two if his makers mark.She stayed flirting with him. Such a shame. Good was good though.

I ordered pick up at 1134 am to be by 1230. I was there at exactly 1230. My order was sitting on the rack by the door. Got back to work....food is cold & Half done. And my condiment containers were sitting on top of my food which made raw dents. I received the text that order was ready at 1:01 pm. NEVER GOING BACK.

I ordered a burger through UberEats and it was completely raw inside. It is far from the "pink" I asked for. I tried calling to let them know and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. Photo attached.

Food was pretty bad. Waitress spent more time in the kitchen than watching her tables. Whatever you do, don’t look up. This place is disgusting, AC I guess turned on and Black flakes were falling down upon our table. Chilis has really went downhill over the years.

Placed a to go order at 9 02 pm today 10/09. And what would you know. A medium length black hair embedded in burger. Also note in the picture, the hair is pulled taut to show it is inside the meat. And of course the restaurant closed at 10, $50 down the drain. And whoevers hair this belonged to, I'm hoping you were a clean person 😭😭😭

Poor waitress she should have been a food runner not a waitress she running away from services

Been coming to this Chili’s for years. The quality has really dropped. First the cut back on size and taste with the lava cake, now the cookie cake is full of vegetable oil and burnt on top. The manager was brilliant to come out to say “it’s always going to come out like this” Chilis, the more elegant version of McDonald’s and staff.
