My husband and I ordered the $5 box through drive through, asking to make it fresco style, thinking it means completely vegan when it’s actually means dairy free. When we got home and seen the meat inside, we went back there and saying that we’ve made a mistake. The guy in the counter called a different guy who explained us what it means and said they’ll be more than happy to remake it for us on the house. Made us feel very welcomed and happy and we will obviously will be back. Highly recommended, this is how you give service.
Like all fast food places, check you order after you get it and before you drive away. But I really like the way they carefully prepare the food so it doesn't seem thrown together and sloppy like some places. Plus we always get good customer service here.
The food was well prepared. I enjoy getting my food nice and hot. The temperature of my food was perfect. The interior of the store where I sat and ate was clean and followed CDC guidelines. I felt confident eating at the Seminole Taco Bell
Went in for vegan soft tacos. Refried beans, lettuce and tomatoes. The one of the two cooks heard what I was ordering and said no problem he knew what I wanted. No lie, he made the best one I've ever eaten at taco bell! Shout out to the man who worked Sunday at 7:30 pm 4/16/23, Seminole location.He made it perfectly and didn't skimp on ingredients which most do. THANK YOU 😋
I love this Taco Bell. I always have done drive thru. The employees of this establishment are amazing. Great customer service. So far my orders have been correct. I feel like my tacos are always hot. This location is amazing if your looking for a good place to go.
The place has the best people working for them! Recently went through the drive through and was cheerfully met by Ernest who seemed genuinely happy to be working. He put a smile on my face with his great attitude - it actually made me have a better attitude! And the quesadilla was pretty good too!
The woman working drive through at 1:00am on Thursday March 9 2023 is the most awesome person I’ve met in years. Im now devoted to that particular Taco Bell because of her. She should get a raise.
I had a great experience at the drive thru late-night. I was able to get meximelts because the lady working the window was nice and knowledgeable.
I try to always place my orders through the app which is very easy and great for finding out whats new along with all menu options. I only use the drive-thru and never have to wait. The breakfast is outstanding!!!! If only they were open 24/7.
Juan J. took our order at the drive through. He was efficient, patient and friendly and... had a perfect radio voice for the intercom. He came and greated us at the pickup to make sure our order experience was on the up and up and perfectly executed. He was awesome. Best taco bell ever because of Juan!
I consider myself a Taco Bell enthusiast. It has been my go-to restaurant for 23 years. This location has the most consistently hot, fresh delicious food and excellent customer service. I order on the app all the time and the food is fast and perfect every single time! I appreciate all of the wonderful employees making Tacos great again!
This is the closest Taco Bell to me. They are amazing. They don't make mistakes most of the time, but if they do, they make it RIGHT!!! The staff is super friendly and super fast, filling your order right!!! Juan is the manager there and he is like family, recognizing his patrons, and treating us very well!!!! 5 stars indeed!!!!
I'm impressed with the service at this Taco Bell. The young man at the register was very careful to get the orders he was taking correct, and despite the fact that it was busy, he didn't get flustered. He was really friendly and the other employees worked as a team, willing to help each other. The order was accurate and the food tasted good!
I just left Taco Bell in Seminole & had ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I realized it when I got to the window & asked if I could switch to what I originally meant to order, the lady was so nice and told me to pull off while they make my new order. When she gave me my food she told me I could keep what I originally ordered cuz they would just have to discard of it anyway...I felt horrible!! I told her I would pay extra and she was so sweet and said not to worry about it. I wish I got her name, cuz I really appreciate her doing this for me & her kindness. I will definitely continue go there! Very professional.

I'm in shock!!! Wow! I haven't been here in years... it's been updated and renovated. I was able to, with the help of Mike, to order my absolute favorite, a beef meximelt. Mike runs a very clean, friendly, organized restaurant. The staff was really caring too!
Props to the young lady and man working at 8:30 PM on Tuesday, 6/10. They got my difficult order made perfectly and in perfect quality. Thank you to the staff at this location.
We went in tonight and ate inside. It was by far the best taco bell experience ever. Food was hot and they didn't skimp on cheese or any other topping. Manager on duty was very polite and friendly.

Long wait on drive thru. Ordered 2 soft bean tacos and was given 2 soft beef tacos. Didn't notice until I got home. They got my order correct the next time I ordered.
If you have a very specific type of order then this is not the place. I have a particular way I order our meals so that everyone is happy and that nothing is soggy once we get home. However, each time I have called to complain about a screwed up order, management replaced the item with ease. Employees are slightly nicer here then in some other Pinellas locations and store seems clean.
I absolutely love this location because of the guy who works the drive thru. O my goodness😊, his smile & customer service is freaking awesome. He makes sure your order is right or gets corrected without the drama. I so love him and don't know him but I do know quality and professional customer service is rare in today's society. I've only seen him midday to night shift. So those the hours I visit.

Chicken and steak chalupa's was not on the i'm a bored. Had to create 2 different tickets to get a taco and had to ask the person at the front desk to order me a chalupa. It seems more efficient than the last time I was there. They used to have a good taco salad....not ant more.
I ordered online. Pick up was easy through the drive through. Friendly service as always and food was prepared neatly and hot. There was some miscommunication among staff as they continued to take orders and maintained the drive through window, but even with that they were so very kind. It did take awhile to get the order.
This Taco Bell has always been consistent in the quality of the food. Never had a bad experience with drive in or dine in at this particular location. Only occasional gripe would be the speed of food prepared while you're dining in, but that seems to just come down to how busy the drive-thru is.
It's taco bell so if you've had it, you know what you're getting. Had good fresh food from here although I'm knocking a star because I got chicken instead of steak. It was still good though.
I love going to this Taco Bell because I can get what I want and what I need. No excuses of we must do things this way because that is what we are suppose to do. I am glad that I don't have to ask a manager to please consider not cooking the meat till it's over done because I can't eat it like that. I usually get a soft Taco no lettuce. They make it that way all the time. The staff there makes you feel like you're family.

Nice service but food is so small ....cheese on 3 chips of nacho bell grande yet told to hold beans ... scatter it around.... presentation.....make it look at those each chip it not lonely. Same goes with tacos...WHERE IS THE MEAT!?! Not just this Taco bell but many. I shouldn't have to pay for a side of sour cream when it is suppose to come with it on it yet there isn't a even a bite of one chip's worth. Nice service. The food was good, my order was correct, however I waited for 25 minutes. I would have left except the fact that, I was stuck in between the cars. The employees were talking with each other, no apology given and the one employee's shirt was half off. It was incredibly un professional.

Went through drive-thru about 7:50 pm on 2/26/2020 Wednesday night. The wait was very long but only had 3 people ahead of me that needed to order. I purchased 2 hard tacos, 2- pack of cinnabon delights, and 1 chips and nacho cheese and 2 mild sauces. After paying and pulling up to the window to receive my to-go-order I was handed a bag that felt very heavy. I asked if this was my order and was told indeed it was. I asked if he remembered to put the mild sauce packets in the bag because the time before I had not received them. Before pulling away I opened the bag up to find it was not my order. I handed it back through the window to the Taco Bell employee. I asked for my order and repeated all items including the 2 mild sauce packets. They found my order and the employee opened the bag went through it and said all items were in it. When I got home a 3 minute drive away and sat down to eat I found my cheese for my nachos was spilled into the bag (lid had come off) both hard tacos were broken in multiple places and there was no mild sauce. It was a very disappointing meal after such a long wait to get it. I do need to say everything did taste freshly made.
If I'm paying $8 for a taco meal, there better be somebody there to place my order. I'm just saying! I don't understand why I have to pay top dollar for my mediocre taco and order it to. I will say this however, one of the employees attempted to come out and help but was unsuccessful and helping us place a specialty order. Self-service computer ordering is a nice second option. It shouldn't be a the only option.
I stop at this location from time to time. The food has issues. As far as I can remember back it always has. Not that I head to taco bell expecting much but at least make it edible. Last couple times my order was all lettuce and that was even falling out of the crunch wrap and tacos. Service isn't that bad. They always forget sauce though.
I placed an online order, which I do frequently and pulled up to the drive thru to ask for the order. The young lady at the drive thru said she didn't see and orders in the system, so we got out of line to confirm that we were at the right location, which in fact we were. I confirmed the location, and that the order was placed and I even confirmed that the funds came out of my account. So we went back up to the window and gave the youg lady all of the information and all she said was she didn't see the order with a non chalant attitude. So, I went inside and my order was sitting right there at mobile pickup, however I selected drive through, and it was even dictated on my receipt. I got the drive thru attendants attention and pointed out to her that our order was sitting right there and she said "oh well, I can't see over there" and then she proceeded to stand there and face time. Not an ounce of effort was put toward customer satisfaction.
I got dinner for my family tonight and I ordered the new dipping burritos, the chicken ones. I've yet to eat them but I'm disappointed with how the burritos look. They are severely burnt and I could smell the burn the minute I unwrapped them. The only reason the food is 2 stars and not one, besides wanting to leave no stars, is that everything else was fine.
The employees were too busy chatting to pay attention to anyone in line since ordering was only through the kiosks. They forgot one of our drinks. The Dr Pepper was translucent and barely brown. We ordered chips and nacho cheese, but they didn't give us any.
If you order from here, check it before you leave. They forgot my tacos, so I had to drive the 10 miles round trip back to get them, then my bean burrito was not a bean burrito. Don't know what it was but it wasn't what I ordered. So beware if you order from here. I even walked in to order, this wasn't the drive thru. They all thought it was funny that they got the order wrong, and I got a coupon for a free taco the next time I go there. It will be a long time before I go there again.
They totally messed up our order for take out (3rd time now in the last 2 months- both take out & drive through). I checked the bag before we walked out & they supposedly made it correct (after things were missing). Well, once we get home (a good 20+ min drive), the order was STILL wrong & we got screwed out of some of the best things we ordered. Then- no sour cream provided, even though we asked twice for it. The place seemed understaffed & was looking for help with immediate interviews (they had a whole table set up for applicants). Food is pretty good, if you get what you ordered & paid for. Check your food thoroughly before you leave!!!

was not happy . after sitting in the drive-thru for a few minutes I decide it's be quicker to park and walk in. while parking I noticed the two employees (one after the other)open the back door just to look at the long line . i went in and the cashier was nice....but the rest of the crew were laughing and talking as if it was not busy. took awhile to get my food anyway. just seemed like no one cared.
Normally have good service at this location- but not only did you guys miss part of the order that we were charged for, our tacos were ice cold and the employees were eating on the job as well. The drawer on the window was not assigned to who was servicing us either indicated by the receipt. I work a customer service job too and seriously you guys need to discipline your employees. Missed food? Sure, I dont mind I understand. Cold food, employees eating on the job, and no accountability due to improper cash management? Yeah, no.
The sign on the window said “Drive through open” and it’s 2pm. We pull up and the automated response says to order when ready. So we place our order and get no response. We wait for a little bit saying “hello” repeatedly. We saw another car pull around who waved us over so we pull up. She said she placed her order with someone through the speaker and when she pulled up to the window, they disappeared. We ended up swinging around and we see two employees sitting outside. One was sleeping and one was texting on his phone……. No one was inside. This location used to be on top of it, but lately they have been on the struggle bus with their employees. Customer service is awful.
Sad to say that, with as many times as i have kept giving this location another try, they always seem to disappoint. they might do good for a month but always seem to do something wrong. Sometimes they forget something that i ordered and payed for. other times what i get isnt what i ordered or something not prepped right like ordering some cinnamon delights and getting them so rock solid, i could break my windshield if i threw them at it. Guess i will find a new location to go to from now on...
Drove in today. I was greeted by the automatic voice box to place my order. As I started, the live mic turned on and I was getting yelled at that I was going too fast. Now, maybe I was going to fast. I get it. But, I think there are better ways to go about handling that situation, like asking to please repeat, which I did anyway. I don’t mind getting yelled at. If it was somebody other than me, I probably would have a different reaction and be angrier about it. We’ll be back. It’s Taco Bell. We love the bell, but that experience wasn’t pleasant. HOWEVER, the lady at the window was extremely nice and a great experience.
My husband and I entered the Taco Bell at 10749 Park Blvd at approximately 12:15 Saturday January 18. There were no other customers at the counter, and if there were any at the drive through, they were few, as we would have seen them upon our arrival. We typically order from the drive through and did not even notice the kiosk. The man behind the counter asked if we needed help ordering with the kiosk, (we found this a bit insulting). We replied no, and placed our order. We absolutely did not want to be forced to provide our email or cell number, however, we did so as 1) we wanted a receipt, and 2) there were no employees in sight to ask if there were an alternative. We then went to the counter to wait for our food. My husband took two cups from the stack at the counter. While we were pouring our drinks, another employee called my husband’s name, placed the tray on the counter and walked away. I quickly went to the counter as I wanted to see if I would be able to receive a paper receipt. I called to the employee to ask. It was immediately clear by her behavior that she was annoyed to have to communicate with me in any way. She condescendingly explained that the kiosk gave the option of an email or text. I told her I was aware of that, and again asked if I could instead receive a paper receipt, to which she repeated the same answer, in a more annoyed manner. Trying to ask the question a third way, I was met by escalating rudeness, and the same response. I then indicated that she could have just said “no”. She responded with ”OK, Bitch”, and walked away again. I went to my husband and relayed to him what she had said to me. He went to the counter and told the woman that she should not have spoken with me in that manner, at which time she started pointing her finger at him and with a raised voice told him how I had been rude to her. He then asked if there were a manager working, and she called the same man that had originally told us to use the kiosk. When my husband told him what was said, he apologized that “that had happened”. I did not detect any actual concern, nor was anything said to the woman. It was apparent he considered the matter closed. I then asked if we could just get our money back, as I no longer wanted to be there, much less eat. When the manager coded our order into the keypad at the counter (which obviously would have taken our order in the first place), the refund was more than three dollars less than what we paid. After several attempts to make the refund match the original charge, he just gave us back the amount we were charged in cash. IT SPIT OUT A PAPER RECEIPT. I am well aware that customer service is not at all as courteous as it once was. I cannot fathom this behavior happening, let alone the fact your employees get paid to treat paying customers in such a manner. I cannot say I will never eat at Taco Bell again, but it will not be yours. Store #003861
Absolutely crazy I can definitely tell no one that’s works here likes or wants there job. I have been sitting in the drive though for over 25 mins to place a order. I watched a employee come out the back door with gloves and a mask on. Just to check how many cars was in line. It’s says open till 2am but I feel like they don’t want my business as would rather I never come into the drive through. Now I have been waiting for 35 mins for Taco Bell really!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. If you are "lucky" enough to come by when they are actually open its a coin flip if your order is gonna be right. Sometimes its missing items and if you are lucky you might get a bunch of items you did not order. In fact, since they sporadically close early at random hours (because they can't keep enough staff to even run the drive through) its a coin flip on if you are going to get your food at all!
I wouldnt even give them a single star for there night staff THEY ARE HORRIBlE. Never accept drive through orders, always have a excuse 5 days of the week to as of why they cant take your order and if you wait the 30 minutes for a mobile order most the time your food isnt even hot its room temp or slightly cold! WHY wait for HOT food if its not even hot.. I get off of work every night from 11-1am, any time monday-friday its something new, only accepting mobile or uber orders, we have no machines on, we have no grill or steamer which is like half of the menu, only accept cash, or some made up reason for as of why they cant serve you food. Any other taco bell in the county will serve you food till 2am except this one. Tonight the staff are outside yelling at other staff to hurry up on there break but wont take any drive through orders, get to the speaker and the dude goes we are only taking mobile orders and itll be a 30-45 min wait and i thought so at 11:30 pm you dont want to accept orders and i usually go at 1am so its understandable then but 11:30 seriously??? I could go to another location but I feel like driving to the one literally less than a 1/4 mile from my house and not driving to walsingham or ulmerton locations but after tonight I am! I hate writing reviews but the night crew at this location is utterly horrendous and not very pleasant to deal with at all would not recommend this taco bell ever it seems they dont really want to work but want to have a job. Now during the day it is amazing, there manager during the day keeps everything going and has orders ready on time no matter what and is always nice and pleasant to deal with.

Weekend assistant manager would not even look up and acknowledge me when I was addressing her. Never seen anything like it. The drive thru was all the way out to Park Boulevard and not moving. Then, she gave my food to someone else and they had to remake it.
Why I have any expectations of fast food meeting an average standard is my own fault. Order was missing items, and taco shells were stale and half filled with ingredients. I guess they were too lazy to refill the grade f meat at the time. My guess... the “manager” said oh just put half the meat you normally would. Problem solved! Yeah pretty sad I paid $25 and received about $5 worth of dog grade food. Again, It’s my own fault at the end of the day. Gotta keep in mind fast food restaurants are now paying their employees similar to someone with a skill or trade. C’mon people. Anyone ever see the move “The Purge”?
Can't believe I've been denied service after coming here 3 different times on my ebike. The guy "Devin" who I called this time at the store to ask if I could make an order,( because my bike isn't heavy enough to set off the drive through sensor) declined me because my bike isnt heavy enough to set the sensor off. I literally just wanted two burritos. Guess my money will be good for some other company ✌️
Wow I thought Seminole was a good area. Came in to hear disrespectful punks wearing their pants down to their knees cursing & talking back to the female manager. That was enough for me to walk out. I was pickin* up an Uber eats order & I canceled that order w/ a message to the one ordering to reconsider their take out location. I’d rather eat food from a dumpster because it’s probably safer. Unreal. Very disappointed. Visited 3-19-2022 at night. Manager was very stressed. One other decent employee working the rest were 1000x below the minimum class level.
This is a good place to come too during the day the workers are very nice and do their job right at night however the service is always terrible my cheese was spilled out in my bag when they handed me my order my cheese quesadilla barely had any cheese on it and when i opened it one slice had NO CHEESE on it but during the day it always is nicely done. the staff members at night who make the food need to be fired or trained better. they suck.

1st visit asked for extra cheese, got no cheese at all. Second visit soft taco was cold and tasted stale and eat tasted funny. Guess I will make my own. At least they will be hot and have cheese. Several hours later I got sick. If I had of seen all the one star reviews, I would never have eaten there. I did make my own, For sure, I won't get sick again. Was sick for about a day and a half.
I have never written a review in my life but this was only necessary. I ordered 8 items. I didn’t receive 4 of them. That’s half of my order, that’s ridiculous. I ordered online and there was nothing I could do when my order got here because they were closed so now I’m about to go to bed on still pretty much an empty stomach and unsatisfied all because Taco Bell wanted to oh so horribly mess up my order that I wasted my valuable time and money on :D thanks

Food was great, people were very nice, but I absolutely hate the kiosk order system, I love taco bell but you have lost a customer if that is the only way to order for now on!!!
4 people working, 1 at window not doing anything else, 1 passing food to counter or to window & only 2 to make food. "NO ONE AT REGISTER YOU HAVE TO ORDER & PAY AT KIOSK" Very poor system, mind you not the KIOSK thing, that's a good idea, how she had her crew running & this is way it took us 20 mins to get our food. Manager was one of the ones making food and she said this was her idea to run it like this, when one of the other workers asked. Guess he noticed it was a poor system as well. First time to this location & it will be my last time here.
This location regularly sends out delivery orders with items missing. Every one we've received. Uber refuses to refund for missing items that I paid for and did not receive. I've submitted photos of what was received. Uber and Taco Bell should be ashamed of their scam tactics. They are stealing my money and I'm certain many other customers as well. Don't waste your money here. The employees AND management are unethical and greedy.
Yall gotta get your shit together, I should not be waiting my entire work break just for my food, it’s bs and unprofessional.
I do not like being forced to use the kiosk to ring up. In the age where the big box retailers are moving away from self service, you felt necessary to restrict your interactions with the customers. And to add insult to injury, you provide less service at a higher price. I think it's Chipotle going forward. Same price, better food, and customer interaction.
Order a 3 luxe meals, had the manger make them and he did not swap any of the meat and forgot to give me one of the items. Before the remodel this place was decent now it is a not good. Time for another management change. I will try again in six months when all these people are gone.
I walked in and it’s 3 ladies standing Two in the front and one in the back. The two ladies standing at the counter never acknowledged me. The lady working in drive thru had to squeeze in between these ladies to assist me, because the others talking about Medicare needed to finish their conversation. Let the lady out of drive thru know I appreciate her for making me feel comfortable.
They didn't even try to get my order right. I ordered a chicken burrito and they ave me a bean crunchwrap and donut holes?? Like come on, we alp have low expectations from T bell but at least you usually know what your getting. I probably won't get it again for another 10 years or so. So disappointing
Bigger set guy who could've been the manager talked for 10-15 minutes with a customer gave them free drinks just chatting while 5 people waiting for orders. Order was just sitting for 20 minutes before he finally stopped talking and asked me who I was waiting on. My girlfriend also says when she picks up from here he constantly hits on her and feels uncomfortable.
The worker or manager was too busy smoking weed in his car to serve me. White Infiniti G 35 license plate 52F VGP. He got out coughing smelling of weed and could barely speak. Honestly, it’s ridiculously pathetic
Day 1 ordered a beefy 5 layer with chicken, when I took a bite and opened it there was ONLY chicken. Day 2 same order but got 2 burritos. I ordered without cheese, both came with cheese. Called the manager to see why they were messing up my food two days in a row, the manager said he couldn't do anything and to try again tomorrow. So over all workers plus manager are pretty incompetent.
Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos fresh potatoes. My potatoes were old and hard as rocks. Completely Un edible. Please hire someone who actually reads the screen before preparing the food. It’s not hard.
ALL THE STAFF BESIDES JULIAN HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... CORPORATE WAS CONTACTED ITS JUST SAD THIS IS HOW PEOPLE TREAT OTHERS THESE DAYS .... IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GO FIND ANOTHER JOB DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON GUESTS THAT KEEP YOU EMPLOYED THERE BY EATING AT THE LOCATION....
Absolutely horrible, Is an understatement. Me and my boyfriend used to come here all the time this was our regular to go Taco Bell. The food is always been usually good sometimes undercooked fries, but they’re always happy to cook them a little longer for us Whenever we go there, We went tonight and it was a Friday so I understand they were busy but when we got our food, it was all cold like it had just been sitting there for a while so we turned back around in line and just asked if we could just have it remade it was just two tacos and a small fry, We then were met with one of the male workers Who was extremely rude told me that it’s fresh every time and I said you can try a fry but they really are cold,I would eat it if I could, He then proceeded to tell me while it’s fresh every time and just kind of gaslighting me Telling me that I'm wrong. Really unprofessional and just not worth going back anymore really disappointing.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The service was terrible, almost everything In my groups order was either messed up or missing. I am a Taco Bell lover, and never have I received service this bad. It breaks my heart to have to write a review like this especially to a place I visit almost every day. I wish I received better service. You should consider re- training these employees, or were they ever trained in the first place? It is unacceptable to mess up/miss that many items. Our food took forever to come out. The lady was moving at snail speed. They rely on this job for the money they make to live, they should take It seriously. It is not that hard to work a customer service job as I’ve worked many in my life time. A workplace is where you should do your job not goof around. I expect better from you Taco Bell.
