I came here with friends a bit past midnight and the place was packed. The vibe and seats were really cool and what caught my attention the most were their desserts. Their strawberry cheesecake was amazingly delicious! Pretty cool for a place that's open 24 hours! If you don't want the calmness of a 24 hour diner and prefer something more upbeat, this is your place.

My favorite dish here at Crave Sushi is the baked salmon roll, it’s a California roll with baked salmon on top. All sauces and garnishes come on the side. Make sure to request cucumber if you like cucumber in your California roll. My second favorite .. beef teriyaki bowl, served with miso soup !YUM.

What Sherman Oaks lacks in street lights and sidewalks, it makes up in sushi thanks to Crave. The protein roll is amazing (no rice), the salmon skin salad is a great deal and the Philadelphia roll was played gorgeously! Excellent service

AMAZING! Being from Philly and part Italian descent I am an expert on Philly Cheese Steaks! Prices are a bit pricey but affordable and worth it. I ordered the Cheese Steak Panini and it was the best Italian Sandwich aka Panini I’ve ever had in California and it tastes like a real Philly Cheese Steak. The taste was amazing and the seasoning was molto perfetto and it was huge!! The staff was very nice and it was a very clean restaurant in one of my local neighborhoods. I’ve been dying to come here and so happy I did, it was the best decision I have ever made. Would definitely come back soon. Grazie😊

It gets very busy here, especially when you go during the evening! The line gets crazy! So I like to come here when it's less busy, usually during the morning, it's quite empty. We went for breakfast, and got some nice cappuccinos with crepes, which is their specialty. I have tried the lunch menu as well - the paninis are quite good!

Very casual restaurant, order from the counter, take a number, then they bring your order to you & then bus your table. The food was excellent! I ordered the breakfast tacos, my friend got the breakfast pizza and be both ordered a root-beer float. Everything was delicious and I would definitely go back. My only complaint is the uncomfortable seats, I was wearing a dress that day and the un-cushioned seat was very cold on my tushy!

This place has a very unique friendly atmosphere and amazing food ! All the desserts are great, but the Nutella crepes with strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 and blueberries 🫐 are my personal favorite !!! the interior is great, brick 🧱 walls , cozy couches and also there is a lovely outside seating area. Popped in for a late breakfast and I'm so glad I did. I got the Breakfast Panini, and honestly, I was a little skeptical about olives and pesto with eggs, but omg it totally works. Fernando is thee best!! He served our food, was very polite and kind, he continuously checked on us and was very attentive. The food was very good. My fried chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Waffle was nice and crispy. My husband is bbq burger was great with perfectly cooked bacon. Fries were seasoned just right. One of my go-to's for hangout spots in the LA/Valley area! Crave Cafe always delivers in just about every aspect - it's solid on food, service, comfort, and vibes. I love places like this, where it doesn't necessarily get all the attention on social media regularly, but it oftentimes is the BEST spot overall for getting exactly what you need out of a food spot/hangout location. You order at the counter, but they serve you at your table afterwards, and everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. I particularly love the sandwiches here, especially the Chicken Pesto Panini. Toasty & delicious, just as it should be! I also love that it comes with a refreshing and healthy side salad. The WiFi is on point, the vibes are chill and comfy, the food hits, and the service is great. What more could you need?! I love Crave Cafe.

After finishing some work in the area the best way to treat your body in a cool weather is with a hot cup of coffee or tea for people who don't take caffeine. 2 coworkers and myself were heading home and decided to make a stop in this location. The place is huge with 4 sections to enjoy whatever we order if we dine in, I didn't get to check out the whole place, but I can tell is big, looks like there is a bar. And when is hot there is a nice patio to enjoy the view plus this place is very clean. I also noticed that some goers were working with computers, I believe the cafe has a wifi, not sure but if anyone is willing to do some work while enjoying coffee try this place. The workers are very nice . My coworkers ordered a hot vanilla latte and they both got the round shape cake I believe it was mango, and I had the hot mocha latte with a pistachio croissant. And I can tell only from my side because we don't share. I would say when ordering hot drinks be very careful, my latte was beyond hot, which is good when is a cool day, I'd rather let my drink to cool down than getting it Luke warm. And i know some people can take super hot drinks or food, but that's it my case. Anyway just be careful don't burn ur tongue. Btw The cup where the latte is served is very nice. And now the reason Im not rating the food is because I didn't eat any , it was just coffee and pastries but I might stob by one day and try. The only problem here seems to be the parking, I didn't ask so I can't tell for sure if they have parking lot or not, I believe mostly is paid the meter, but don't forget to check the time, don't get a ticket because is really annoying. Other than that I highly recommend the coffee and pastries from this place . And the last part I just rated $10 to $20 because it was only coffee and pastries however and obviously is going to be $ 20 to $30 or more for people who drinks alcohol and order something else.

All I can say is it took a very short time to create a long time customer. We came about an hour before closing. Service from the start was EXCELLENT. The staff made my family feel like family. I have to say that Crave is kind of a perfect place for me. No frills, laid back, exposed brick walls. You walk up and order, I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time if possible because the menu on the wall is huge. I started with dessert because it’s my three day weekend. I had a red velvet cookie and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie which are my two favorite flavors in all cookiedom. For my meal I went with the Crave smash burger and dipping fries. The burger had a great flavor and the dipping fries I can only compare to huge Fritos scoops. They come with ranch but they would be perfect covered with chili and cheese. My wife went with a chicken pesto pizza on wheat crust. The wheat crust had a great chew and she enjoyed it. We will be back and I have my eye in a big red velvet cupcake!! Thank you Crave for a great experience.

The food and the dessert was quite good. Everything was pretty damn good, but just not incredible. The pizza could've been crisper, the wings less sauce or just not puddled, the cheesecake though, that was bomb. The portion size to price balance is not quite right. Some staff was friendly, some were rude snobs - like the guy at the cash register acting like he's doing me a favor taking my order. It's obviously popular and I do see why - there's potential, but those little detractors will creep up on 'em.

This is a great place to come and have a latte and dessert after dinner. However, they do have some great breakfast entrees which is prefect for breakfast and the best part is that they are open 24 hours. The cafe is located in a busy shopping center that it shares with Traders Joe's, McDonald's, and other restaurants and stores. Parking can be difficult to find at times. The cafe is pretty big with seating indoors and outdoors. The interior reminds me of a diner style atmosphere minus the counter seating area. You do have to order your food at the counter where they provide you with a number to display at your table. They deliver the food and drinks to your table when it is ready. We just ordered some green tea lattes and the combo Crepe which was great. They were ready after a few minutes after we ordered. We will definitely try this place again. Maybe the next time we will come for breakfast.

This location is a what I would call a "Tik Tok" restaurant, meaning it is a place that seems to only be busy because it's trendy. I would rate it 4.5 if I could because it is almost perfect but not quite and 5 feels too high because it is not perfect. The reason I call it a "Tik Tok" restaurant is because it seems to be garnering a huge following on social media platforms and therefore it's hard to get a table sometimes. The food is good, the prices are high as opposed to other cafes. The décor and sanitation of the location is pretty bad all things considered. The architecture is NY inspired; it might just be me, but I am not a fan of it. I ordered a chicken flatbread pizza with pesto but I have also tried the breakfast burrito and their signature burger and my review on those dishes is that they are well cooked but lack any sort of seasoning. The flatbread was saved by the sauce but the burger and burrito were really bland. For the price, I expected a bit more. My overall review is go if you're from New York and you want to feel like home or you're a content creator this is the spot. I would not recommend this place if your not a fan of New York brick buildings or your on a budget (or if you hate bland food).

Pretty good 24hr cafe. Had the breakfast pizza, hella legit. Breakfast quesadilla was meh. Chai tea latte was yum AF! Velvet cookie foe dessert was the best I ever had. Looks like a legit study spot for students as well.

You order at the counter, get the food yourself, and it’s hard to find parking during peak times. They also don’t take apple pay…. So all in all it’s kind of a teeny tiny bit uncomfortable for me. However, I will say the food here is great, and the atmosphere never disappoints :)

This was my first trip to Crave cafe in probably ten years and it was similar to how I remembered it, just a tad bit more expensive but I’ll blame that on inflation. All of their crepes are about $14-$17. I like that they have other things on the menu such as breakfast burritos, pizza, sushi, and more. Definitely a lot of things on the menu to choose from. The ambiance is nice with having both indoor and outdoor seating options. They tend to get very busy and only have one person at the counter so the service can be a bit slow. They do have a sign listed that you’ll be waiting about 20 minutes for food on their busier days, so plan ahead for that. Located on the corner of Ventura Blvd & Van Nuys. Street metered parking. Open til 2am during the week and 4am on weekends. Fun late time snack!

Like this place because they’re open until late. So when hungry after most restaurants close, this is the place to go. Food is decent.

This place is pretty good, and they have vegan options which is great. We usually get the Chinese Chicken Salad, BBQ Pizza, and a side order of Chips with an Italian Soda (a little extra syrup). Their Chips are homemade and taste really good dipped in ranch. Their desserts are all really good as well, anything you get from the bakery is going to be awesome; my favorite is the Pistachio Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Reese's, or Carrot Cakes, and the Nutella Crepes with Strawberries are so perfect. They are open late which is convenient, it is a little expensive though, and usually pretty busy. This is our go-to late night spot for a fresh salad, yummy chips, and a cold fruity soda :)

I stopped by here this morning to pickup crepes for my wife. I placed my order online and put in the notes to put the Nutella and powder sugar on the side. If you never been here then just know it's street parking only. I always park across the street in a plaza with other stores and then just walk to this place. I arrived early and checked in with the lady at the counter. She said they were still working on it but it will be ready soon. Make sure to check your food is made the way you request it before you leave because I didn't and when I got home, I saw the Nutella and powder sugar was not on the side. It's not the end of the world but I would've hope they made it in the way i requested it because my wife doesn't like a lot of toppings on it. --- old review An amazing place if you're craving crepes. I been to this Crave Cafe many times and they never disappoint. I personally like their Banana and Strawberry crepes with no powder sugar. I also had their turkey burger here as well (protein style) with bacon and fries. I thought their fries were alright but it wasn't my favorite. My girlfriend really like their Strawberry crepes, if you get just 1 fruit then they give you a lot of Strawberries. I tried a couple of time to get their Green Apple slush but they were always out everytime I tried. Parking wise, since the place is on Ventura can be tough (pre covid) What I usually do is park down the street where El Toritos is and just walk from there.

We love to come here after a late night out, it’s a reliable place and always has good food. From what I’ve seen, the full menu is available all the time and it includes the three major meals. This time my friends and I had the spinach salad, cheese burger, pepperoni pizza and the chicken pesto panini. My favorite item from this order was the pepperoni pizza, it just hit right, but I’ve never had a bad meal here so feel free to explore! This is a well known and popular spot specially for the late night craving so sometimes the line gets long but it definitely moves so don’t let a long line discourage you from waiting. How it works is you wait in the line, order and pay for it, you get a number then find your own spot wherever you want to sit, and someone brings out your order once it’s ready. There is street parking which is where we have only ever parked at but we have only been here after midnight so I’m not sure what the situation is during the day. There is not much of an atmosphere to address, it’s definitely a fast casual spot, hopefully that helps.

Perfect for late-night cravings! Huge menu with delicious pizza, fast service, and a clean atmosphere. Some things in the menu can be a hit or miss, but the pepperoni pizza is so delicious ! Definitely a must try. Parking did suck though. The ac in here works too well because it’s always freezing in here. I love that for them.

This place can surprise you, it sure did surprise me! A combination of restaurant and healthy food is carefully balanced in this place. We tried: - Salmon crepe - 5 stars. Try adding avocado - Chili cheese fries - 3 stars. Too salty. - Chicken salad - our absolute favorite. I had heard some rave reviews so we tried it, prices are high as to be expected but for that you would think the food would be great, it was not. It's ok i guess. It's best to go late at night cause you'll find easy parking that way. If you go during the day it will be hard to find free parking since ventura blvd is one of the busiest streets in the city... the food is good but a bit pricey for the portion they give you.

Food at Crave Cafe is always good, even with the new owners, but service at Crave Sushi could have been better, I got confronted for taking pictures for my Instagram and google maps by sushi chef who was rude to me about it instead of politely asking me not to take pictures, then it took 40 mins to get my order. People who came in after me got their order before I got mine.

The spot is really cool, love the vibe! I had a Nutella & Strawberry crepe, I felt like it had way too many strawberries, you should definitely serve them with half of that. Think about it: you should serve in a way people can still ask for more. No one ever would ask you for extra strawberries cuz you already serve with the maximum amount anyone can handle. This is good place to plop yourself to get some work done for a little bit, but the food is sub-par, expensive and management/staff are unhelpful and rude. I went about 8:15am with a friend and some women tell us that they can't take orders until the manager is in. OK weird considering they're open (8am), but we wait about THIRTY MINUTES and another party comes in and we notice the manager came in at some point and no one told us (again, I have no idea who the manager is) after the new people are getting their order taken. So after the party gets the order taken, I go up and I let the manager know like hey we've been here almost an hour wanting food, and the manager just brushes it off as "I wasn't aware of that" with no apology, accountability or anything. Now, she does apologize AFTER we have paid/sat back down and offers a free item whatever we want... after we already paid for the whole meal. And to top it off, the food was way overly salty and just generally not worth the price. Very sour experience.

The place wasn't packed, and I know they have door dashes to fulfill, but my order (pizza, chix waffle combo) took much longer than is reasonable. What's worse, this is the second time out of two visits where my food was burnt. The waffle wasn't hot enough to melt the butter, so I asked the server if it could be reheated. It was taking too long to come back and when I stood up to ask about it, I could see the server forgot because he turned right around and went to get it. It was burnt on the bottom and barely edible. I ate half anyway because I was super hungry. See picture that compares top and bottom. No issues like this at the other Craves in Studio City and Sherman Oaks, and there are other options, so I won't return or recommend this particular Crave.

I ordered the California burger and the chicken pesto panini. Took about 25 min with maybe 2 other tables in the restaurant. the burger was half way decent, and I probably wouldn't have written anything but my took a bit out of the panini and said something was wrong with it so I tried thinking she is just a more picky eater but I had 2-3 bites and clearly something wasn't right with it. Only reason I'm not putting down 1 star is because the burger was ok but definitely not worth the money. I should also add that i called to let them know something was wrong and nobody bothered answering the phone

Pricey, Cute but not Amazing. The crepe was good I had the strawberry-banana combo. That was tasty. The panini sandwich was pretty decent. But why I have it such a low score was because of my Taro boba drink...it was terrible. Boba tasted old...the taro was non existent...and the ice in it...was terrible...it has an odd flavor. What a waste...and I order a large. I had to throw it away. Parking is bad around the area. So if you go have a second person with you to run in and out. Eating in will be hard unless you park far and feed the meters good.

Heard a lot about this place but never went because it was so busy. Now that I have gone, I won't be going back. The inside was nice, New-York feel with brick and open air feel, but that was about it. The server didn't seem to care as we ordered. The food was over priced hospital food with soggy fries. The service is absolutely disgusting. A heavy set woman, wearing a few crosses manning the register had a stale attitude. Upon receiving the food, the turkey bacon was atrocious and tasted almost as biting into rubber. There was barely bread and what was present was cold. I asked the woman at the front if she can give me more bread, as they only provided 1 slice cut into halves, but told me I’d have to pay $1 despite not enjoying the turkey bacon and my meal being cold. I understand $1 is not much, but it’s more about principle. I enjoy Crave, especially the Studio City location, but this experience was extremely disappointing. On top of it all, an employee was cleaning the case of desserts and sprayed us with Windex. I understand that she was just doing her job, but I don’t think windex should even be near food in the first place. Crave Sherman Oaks needs to get their act together with their staff, portions of foods, and quality if they want to keep their lights on.

Friend and I went in this morning to grab a bite to eat. She ordered a breakfast croissant I ordered a medium rare burger no tomatoes. Croissant dish came out in about 4 minutes but the burger did not. After waiting a while I ask the server for an eta and showed him my receipt, he never came back with any info. I go to register to cancel my order by which time it had been 27 minutes already. While I'm at the register my friend comes up to me with the burger in hand so I tell the cashier that it's fine, I don't want my money back and I take my food to go. Just got home to finally be able to eat and what do I notice?.. they gave me the WRONG ORDER. Burger is not only well done and dry but there's tomatoes in here as well. Last time I ever come here.

i have literally never had a worse bagel. it’s chalky??? like a gluten free bagel but worse. somehow even the sesame seeds are stale. it’s like someone’s pulling a prank on me. also they stacked both halves faceup so one half has cream cheese all over the bottom. i would be more upset if i was not so bewildered.

I ordered chicken and waffles, it said in the description you get 4 chicken tenders and a waffle... they give you 4 garbage no meat wings and a terrrrribbbllleeee waffle. And I thought roscoes was bad lol You also have to call 5 times for 1 answer... when it's not even busy. Then they will tell you even though the description says 4 chicken tenders and waffles you have to ASK for tenders and then be charged more.

Messed up my order completely. Incompetent person taking order. Repeated it many times to be sure it was right. Got a matcha with almond milk, came with oat milk. Ordered gf with vegan cheese pizza explained i was allergic to peppers no peppers! Pizza was covered with them. It also took about an hour for my pizza to come out. Didn't realize the peppers until halfway to work when the smell of peppers filled my car. No lunch, late to work, grose matcha (they use the wrong type of oat milk for lattes). $8 drink and $40 pizza should be perfect. Shameful. Replace the guy who worked 8pm Nov 1st sat.

I went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes before I got to the window and another 10 minutes waiting for 2 drinks… I got an iced chocolate biscotti and an iced caramel macchiato; both tasted like straight milk. If you want to pay $12 for an iced milk this is the place for you!

CELIACS BEWARE. Well, unfortunately, I was glutened. I was very sick lsat night. I have been going to this restaurant for several years and just recently started trying the bread. I had the gluten free ciabatta bread once before a few months ago and was fine. Last night, I was not given the same bread and had a Celiac attack. (I thought it tasted different and I was hesitant, but I had two people confirm with me that it specifically was the 'gluten free ciabatta bread') I called this morning to tell them to double check the bread they give people to find out that the NEW company they are getting their 'gf bread' from DOES NOT make it gluten free. The manager did say they just found out about it yesterday and would be telling everyone today and changing the sign. I really like this restaurant and think you have a wonderful menu and very friendly staff, but I won't be coming back for a while : (

The new owner has changed customer service and even charges for the whip cream on the crepes. Some of the employees are very selective in who they greet and offer a smile to.

The service has gone down hill since new ownership and you can both taste and feel the difference. The management does not care about the quality of food or service provided. They will not refund for poor quality or burnt food. I would not recommend at all and they could be nicer too! Prices went up but customer service left the building.

And when I asked if the coffees were ready they told me that the printer wasn’t working and they never make our drinks I paid almost 80 dlls to wait 30 min for 2 coffees and 4 slices of cake 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 terrible customer service and waiting time and is empty

Usually a 4 or 5… but ordered only a drink today. Pina Colada smoothie. It was way too watery, icy and so sweet that it irritated the throat. Take it off the menu or change recipe plz. Threw it away after 1/2 drank. Service was with no smiles or good tone. Cashier appeared annoyed.

My experience at Crave was very upsetting. When I walked in today at 10:25am, I wasn’t greeted at all. I asked twice about the price of the tea before the cashier — a Hispanic lady — finally responded, saying it was $3.75 each. I said okay and asked if they make it there. She replied, “We can,” as if I was bothering her or didn’t actually want to order. I politely said yes, please make it for me, and thanked her. She gave me a number but no receipt. I sat down for a bit and later asked for the WiFi password. She told me, “You can’t stay here more than 30 minutes if you don’t buy any food.” I said that was fine, and she gave me the password. The overall customer service and hospitality were disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming — definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect when visiting a café. I was afraid to take a sip of my tea since I couldn’t see her make it who knows what she could have did to it.

We had a bad experience at this place. We ordered coffee, nothing special, in a similar crave cafe they made us coffee without any problems, but here they made something super hot that has nothing to do with latte. We informed the staff about it.The coffee was taken away with a displeased look. The entire staff walked past us and looked at us with disapproval, no apologies followed, on the contrary, I apologized for the inconvenience caused to them, although the inconvenience was caused to us. One of the sandwiches was also very poorly made, very skimpy on ingredients: for almost $20 you expect something a little better than one small piece of bacon and an egg in a croissant. I do not recommend it.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I paid over $14.00 for a soggy, wet crêpe with Nutella that lacked both texture and flavour. I also ordered a latte about $6.00, but it tasted more like an Americano with just a splash of milk far too weak. In the past, I’ve tried their flatbread, which was good, but now they’re calling it pizza. The quality seems to have declined specially for the crape and coffee. Service was ok no problem.
