The food and service here was amazing. The servers were very nice and always there when we needed them. Me and my family tried all of their meat and they were all warm, flavorful, and all of it was correct. This was a great first experience and we are looking forward to coming back again.

Stopped in for lunch last week and had a wonderful experience. Was greated with a warm welcome and smiling faces. The food was delivered fast, and it was incredible. I definitely recommend the club! It’s delicious that’s all I’ve to say. I’m a fiend for the big club stacker sandwhich thingy whatever it is, send help, it’s got me in a chokehold. My mouth’s watering as I right this review and it’s 3am… too bad they’re closed, I’d break my diet.

This is a great BBQ restaurant. Lots of choices from brisket, to chicken, plus turkey and sausage as well! I really enjoyed everything I tried. Service is fast and very friendly! Sides and appetizers are delicious as well!

I love brisket- in all ways. I visit often- like multiple times a week. Ashley is a reason besides brisket- makes my friend and I feel like family!

Service was a little slow but once we were able to order then it picked up. Food was great, ribs are okay but the pulled pork was really good especially with the original sauce they have. I love the seasoned fries! Salsa was surprisingly good and so was the queso.

The only thing better than the food was the customer service. I'm in town working and we don't have RibCrib where I live. I've eaten there twice in the week I have been here. I really enjoyed the ribs, as well as the brisket baked potato, and the lemonade cake is awesome. I ordered carryout both times. Once in-store, and the food was ready in minutes. The other time I ordered online and there was a discrepancy with my order that I hadn't realized until I got back to my hotel. The issue seemed to be technical, and not a human error. However, I called back to explain what had happened and the person who answered was very understanding. She got the manager and I explained. The manager was able to verify, and promptly resolve, the issue 100%. They even kept the kitchen open a few minutes late to accommodate me. The hostesses were extremely nice and everyone else I dealt with was very professional.

Their good is amazing and fresh. The waitress was amazing, but they don't explain the 2 sides. You have to question it when you see your bill. It comes with 2 sides and of you substitute 1, they say ohhh it about $1 more and it's $4. So check your receipt before you pay.

I've been here twice and was not let down at all. There are not too many areas out here where you can have a changeup in bbq styles. I always have my ribs with the Carolina sauce which is what I remember more as a child since I am not from the area. The service is always friendly and I plan to return again.

We were blown away. We did not expect good food from a chain. We tried almost all of the meats. All of them were good. The fried blackberry pie was divine. The only thing that I really wasn’t blown away with were the sauces. They were ok but nothing hugely special. Highly recommend.

The waiter Jason wasn’t even our waiter and he was fantastic and he was hilarious he also just had another baby. Our waitress as also fantastic she brought us our stuff so quickly it was amazing. I had a great experience here. The food came out fast and hot. When we got in the host was busy bringing up a few to go orders the manager was there to help seat she asked us our table preference and sat us at one of the big booths so we had plenty of space. Our server got our drinks and order and then the manager brought our food out once it was ready and made sure we were good and didn't need anything before she walked away. It's nice to see a manager on the floor and available. I think I've had her as a server before I'm glad to see she got promoted. We will definitely be back. RibCrib took me by surprise. I’ve lived about 20 miles from one for over a decade and I’m kicking myself that I’ve never been there before. The BBQ was phenomenal for the price. We started off with the Loaded Potato skins with pulled pork on top and the skillet queso with pulled brisket. For the main meal we went with the Cobb salad (switched out the chicken with sliced brisket) and the loaded spud with pulled pork and smoked chicken. All of the meat was juicy and tender. RibCrib in Sherman is a stop you won’t regret.

All the staff at Rib Crib are excellent. The general manager, Catrina, came to personally thank us for stopping in. Food was great too!

While this restaurant always has delicious food and friendly service, they also know how to win over a customer. Their management is eager to solve and alleviate any concerns you may have and I've experienced this first hand. Kudos to the manager I spoke with personally, Katrina. Every food establishment had the ability to make a mistake, but only the best strive to go above and beyond.

The RibCrib in Sherman Texas is quite the experience. I had the Roughneck Burger, that had a 1/4 burger patty, brisket, plenty of cheese, fried pickles and topped off with BBQ sauce. I also had the smokin chicken nachos that was so delicious. Ask for Ashley, she is so pleasant. The Manager Katrina was very attentive and adds to the experience.

The roughneck burger was worth every penny. Plenty of flavor from the brisket and fried pickles really takes it up a notch. It got busy when we got there and took while to get our food but they comp’d one of our meals. It was worth the wait everyone enjoyed their meals and waitress was amazing.

I have to stop and take the time to give 5 stars and if I could give 10, I would! First, I want to give major props to the hostess, Sierra, for being amazing and patient with me over the phone as I had many questions for some special clients that we had to cater for. She talked me through my entire order and even took the time to step away and ask a couple of questions for me to make sure that I had everything taken care of. You’re very lucky if you find employees like this these days, she is a gem for sure. Next, I want to say how grateful I am for their general manager, Katrina, and I don’t know if I spelled that correctly:-) she called me with the total and went over the order with me and we made a couple of changes that were going to make our event the best possible and make sure that our clients are well fed and happy. We haven’t even had the barbecue yet and I already know it’s going to be amazing because of the way both of these people interacted with me and spoke about their barbecue. So whoever is out there that wants to know, your team is doing a stellar job and they went above and beyond to take care of me and because of that, we will be back for sure! We have gone to this location several times. The BBQ has always been good. I like the sweet and spicy beans they have too. The wait staff has always been nice and polite. I like their BBQ over most of the other chain places.

We tried it for the first time and the meal was really good. However, don't waste your money on the dessert. We got a blackberry and peach cobbler. How do you mess it up? No sugar. It was the blandest mess we tasted. We didn't eat it. Just one teaspoon was enough. 🤢.

Went here last night. All food tasted great. Ribs, tater salad, beans, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese. All good. Chips and brisket queso and salsa was excellent. A little disappointed in the size of the ribs. I asked if they we babyback and was assured they weren't. Maybe not, but they were the same size as baby back ribs. Very little meat on the bones. Tasty, and choices of sauce. Over priced for the tiny amount of meat. If you order the 3 ribs basket, you may want to get an appetizer so you don't leave hungry.

Ok the food and the service was out of this world. Place was crowded and they were doing social distancing correctly. Had trouble with our dessert for the first time. The cobblers were burnt. We will be back but we want to talk to manager about 12 for two cobblers that could not be eaten.

Not many people here. Service was pretty good, food was okay. Brisket was tender but not super flavorful. Homestyle chips were okay, again, not very flavorful, & rather thick. BBQ sauce was sweet, no heat. All in all not bad.

There was three different tables to serve and one already had their food and the waiter took forever to take our order then once we received our food he never came back to check on us we had to go get him. It had been 30 minutes since he had checked on us. So horrible customer service. They were very quick to fix our food and it was amazing! The portion sizes were huge and good prices although their sweet tea was nasty! Over all not bad just don't expect fast service to order and make sure you don't need anything else because you won't see them again unless you hunt them down we have been here an hour and a half already and we can't even find someone to let us pay out.

First visit and I wasn’t left wanting more. I got a $17 plate that was supposed to come with tartar sauce and toast. Neither of those made it into the box. The baked beans were good but the macaroni was kraft shells and cheese. The ribs were probably the smallest I’ve ever had from a bbq restaurant. The catfish was good and overall the quality of the food wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t worth the cost. I’ll stick to the non chain places for BBQ.

The pulled pork was almost liquid!!! I could spread it on my not toasted toast with my finger...??? What?!?! Yes, you heard me!! The lighting made everything pink and red...so it looked like everything was raw...gross!!! 75 bucks for 3 people to eat not great food...won't be back.

Service was fantastic, pulled pork was also great. The brisket was awful, and it breaks my heart because they said they are using a new way to prepare it (wrapped in paper) and it is just awful…super dry, nearly tasteless. I had to dip it in ranch to choke it down. Especially sad because their brisket used to be my favorite and I’d run in and grab a pound to take home, but no more….Now back on my quest for good brisket. SO disappointed.

Me and my husband ordered ribs, sliced brisket, turkey, smoked sausage, beans, mashed potatoes, green beans and macaroni and cheese. The meat was good the green beans had no flavor I had to add seasoning salt to them. The macaroni was dry and there was no saving it. The beans and mashed potatoes was okay. It was our 1st and maybe last time here.

Beer & BBQ in a realaxed setting. So relaxed that no one came to take my order for an extremely long time.....not even drinks? Sitting at the empty bar, lunch time, not at all busy.

Ribs were mediocre at best. Okra was greazy (not greasy) Potato salad was basically taters and mayo. My wife and I both had upset stomachs by the time we got home. Service was good

My hubby and I tried this place out while we were in town. We were sadly disappointed. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and I was a fan of the thicker slices. We split the three meat plate to be able to try multiple items Some of the meat was dried out, it seemed like it was either leftovers from the previous day or it sat under a heat lamp. I couldn't finish the macaroni and cheese because it didn't taste good, I only ate two bites of it. We also split an order of the nachos and those were pretty decent. I will say that the waitress was very friendly, she is the reason for three stars instead of two.

I would give 5 stars however the service has completely diminished over the last couple of months. I can provide proof of buying food almost daily for my husband from there. He was stuck on the super spud after oral surgery lol. At first the food was fresh and hot and always made to order. I would say the last 4 times we have ordered our food has been warm at best and our order was not completely correct. At this point we are taking a break from this location and hopefully things will improve when we go back.

Food is decent when you can get it. Been several times and they are out of different types of meat. Your a bbq place you shouldn’t be running out of what you sell!

Food is very good for fast-casual Bbq. Service here is great for takeout, especially if you are a regular. The main lady that works the takeout remembers me and what I want. She sees me across the room and grabs my order. Occasionally when someone else is working a mistake is made on my order, but they always offer me something for the mistake, if I bother calling in about it. This is one of my go to places for takeout. Edit: I had a 5 star review but am changing it. The staff wasn’t that friendly, I got to the front desk for takeout first, but it was more important to seat the people coming in after me than to get my food that I could clearly see was ready. The food was somewhat cold, the bread on the sandwiches was not good, not totally stale but certainly not fresh. My biggest issue was they got the meats wrong on my sandwiches. I called and they said they saw what was wrong, they were out of sliced beef and that threw them off. I said it was funny they were out as I had sliced beef on my sandwich. They said they would make me a new one and I said never mind, I am already home and not getting back out. They said I could tell them next time there was a mistake and they may do something about it. Neither sandwich was one anyone wanted so I ate a dinner I didn’t want.

Tried Rib Crib for the first time today. We won't be going back. We both had the sliced brisket. It was as tough as boot leather and dry too. I had the Mac and cheese with fried okra both were very good but small portions. There was one piece of Texas toast browned on the grill. It was soggy and cold. Our waitress was very sweet and checked on us several times. However, very few people were there. The brisket should have been the star but I've never had brisket so tough. For $16+ I expected better. Our total bill was $43+ for the two of us. Way too much for the food served.

Had a couple of orders and both were disappointingly wrong. Very disappointed overall and will not be back. The person helping at the counter did not seemed the least bit concerned about the errors in the orders.

It’s a bbq place, and our sandwiches had no bbq on them, even though we ordered sandwiches that was supposed to have it. Then they told us it would cost extra to get bbq on the side. So, we had no sauce with our meal. Plus, they shorted us 2 side fries. We were not happy. The pulled pork sandwich was good, but I had my own sauce on it since I refused to buy their sauce. The ribs were ok, but better with our sauce on them.

Haven't eaten at Rib Crib in a few years. We were wanting BBQ, so I placed an order thru Grub Hub, and gave a 15% tip on an order that was over $50. My brisket was awful; cold and greasy. The salad looked like it was made days ago. The baked potato was small and they closed it when they put it in the carrier so I had to pry it open. My son's sandwich was cold. The Grun Hub driver didn't bother to knock on the door to let us know it was there. Got a message from Grun Hub AFTER delivery that said your order has been delivered and your driver sent a photo. The photo was taken from their car all the way out in the street of the front of my house! Definitely NOT worth the over $50 I paid. Will not be a return customer.

This was our second visit, the first one was decent, and we wanted to try other meats on our second visit. The pulled pork was the best - moist and tender - even if it was a little bit bland. The brisket was dry - like our first visit - but the worst part was the ribs. The ribs were tasty and tender, but all three people who ate them got stomach aches that evening. I ate the leftover ribs the following day, thinking it could be something else that caused the stomach aches, and experienced the same stomach ache. No fun. The staff was extremely friendly, very accommodating and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Went in to get 3lbs of brisket and 3lbs of sausage. They would only sell me 2lbs of each. I was very upset because I was bringing food for a family get-together. Their sign says they smoke meat throughout the day...apparently this is not true or they would have fulfilled my order. Another example of places saying something trying to make people think that they know what their doing.

The copped bbq sandwich was absolutely terrible the meat was bland and was nasty tasting. I have eat a lot of bbq and this is the worst I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The coleslaw was great. The bbq sauce taste burnt and funny twang. I never got a second glass of unsweetened ice tea and the service staff never checked back on me to see if I needed anything. I will definitely not ever waste my time or money on slop food y’all serve.

Overpriced food small portions of food very very store-bought potato salad baked beans out of the can the meat was not smoked whatsoever the sausage was so thin and look like they were boiled the pulled pork had absolutely no flavor spent the catfish was the smallest piece of catfish I've ever seen in my life and it was fried lightly which means very soft and soggy $45 on two meals and it really sucked I'm very disappointed because we are in inflation right now I can't afford to be wasting money on nasty food never again

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to eat at Rib Crib and I’ve been told they are out of a food. I went in on a Saturday at 11:30 am and was told they were out of ribs! Today I went in and after taking my order and waiting 20 minutes, I was told they were out of spuds. It’s very disappointing that food keep running out.

The food was good. The server, Jaliezza, was horrible. She took my order and brought it out, the only other time I saw her was when I paid the bill, and she disappeared immediately after. I'm currently sitting here with a glass of ice and no drink...

They might as well close down after the lunch crowd. They simply run out of meat by 6:00pm in an area where 90% of their clients work a 9-5 and would love to enjoy dinner. Great food but they have been out or scraping cold crumbs together the last 5 times I have tried to do business with them

My wife and I came into this location to enjoy a rare date night , we decided on the Redneck Nachos as appetizer to start our meal, they cane out with and extra plate which was extremely dirty ( not just a spot or two literally the whole plate looked like someone smeared BBQ sauce all over it , we decided not to use that plate obviously and preceeded totrythe Nachos that was our 2nd mistake the chopped brisket was approximately 50 degrees , we pushed them to the side and sat for about 15-20 mins before my wife reluctantly took the plate to the manager directly after informing manager the response received was it must have been the cooks hands on plate, after declining managers offer to remake food she proceeded to charge us for drinks that we didn't touch . I wasn't mad about paying for our drinks but definitely thought manager would have handled this differently. Bad thing is I have ate at this location before and was ok with service and food , but I won't return to this location until I see a sign posted under new management. All of these issues are management related. I hope someone reads this before wasting your hard earned money on poor service

Just for this location!(Sherman,TX) For the name rib crib, I was expecting a great and awesome rib experience! 👎HUGE NOT! Those were some of the most dry, rough cut and seasonless ribs I've ever eaten! The only thing I'll go back to this location for are the fries 🍟, they where great.

Absolute worst Brisket, baked beans and potato salad that I have ever had in my life. The fact that this place is still open, is insane. I want to put a walk up stand next to this location and put them to shame. In all fairness, the chicken, was a 5.4 and wasn’t the worst I have had. Overall 2.8 score and I bet their sales are terrible.

We have been eating here for years tonight. We had a hankering for some barbecue so we stopped in. We called first to make sure that they still had ribs because the last two times we got there and they didn’t have any. The young lady said yes I asked what the white Tom was. She said there is no way we walked through the door. We wait 10 minutes to be stated we had already figured out what we wanted to eat so when we placed our drink order, we went ahead and placed our food order. It took almost 40 minutes to bring the food out and then they bring the food out and everything on the plate was cold. Nothing was fresh so they took it back. It took less than five minutes to bring a new plate out at the end of our meal. We ordered a dessert 20 minutes later still no dessert. We left paid our bill without the dessert and we will not be returning. It makes me really sad because this was one of our favorite places to eat, but in the middle of our meal, we had no Waitress in sight to refill my soda or get my husband and fresh beer so we had to stop eating until we had a drink in one of us it’s just not OK to pay $30 per person for crap service and crap food.

The last time we went to the Rib Crib in Sherman it wasn’t very good, so it’s been Almost two years and we decided to give it a second chance. I was working a job at Will Roger’s Airport on OKC for three and a half years, and the Rib Crib up there was fantastic. I went here in Sherman hoping that the last time was just a bad day, but nope! The food was absolutely horrible. Anyone that thinks their brisket or pulled pork is good, must be BBQ challenged. Both were very dry and lacked any smoked bbq flavor. I ordered the “Motherload” in order to gather a good sampling of their meat, and it was very disappointing. The picture in the menu looks really good, but what they brought out was just not good (see pics). My wife had pulled pork and smoked turkey. The pork was so dry you had to flood it with bbq sauce to make it edible (see her pic after bbq sauces was added). The turkey was processed gelatinous deli meat like what you would get at Walmart (not even Kroger or HEB quality). Oh yea, and the spicy fried pickles appetizer plate had enough oil on it to keep my truck running for a few years, was just a horrible meal from every aspect. There wont e another try - sticking with our local bbq joint close to home (RRR).

We ordered chips and salsa and drinks around 7:15, our chips and salsa arrived at 7:45. I’m currently writing this at our table, it is 8:45 and no food. No wait Staff. Nothing.
