We stopped in on our way home from Texas. Very good food and friendly staff. We'll come back when we are this way again. Definitely worth another visit. They have a full service menu with appetizers,salads, sandwiches, burgers. Etc. Hubby had the Crib Cobb salad, very tasty. I had pulled pork on their homemade potato chips. Also very tasty.

I always enjoy dining here at the Rib Crib ... great food and awesome customer service! I ordered my favorite Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra. The chicken fried steak is so tender you can easily cut it with a fork! Alex, my waitress, was so helpful and kind! I leave feeling full and satisfied everytime.

This place was easy to find. It's located right off the freeway. Lots of free parking. Place was nice and clean including the restrooms. I got the two-meat combo: brisket and chicken with four sides. Love their brisket with their fire sauce. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Not many people here. Service was pretty good, food was okay. Brisket was tender but not super flavorful. Homestyle chips were okay, again, not very flavorful, & rather thick. BBQ sauce was sweet, no heat. All in all not bad.

My hubby and I tried this place out while we were in town. We were sadly disappointed. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and I was a fan of the thicker slices. We split the three meat plate to be able to try multiple items Some of the meat was dried out, it seemed like it was either leftovers from the previous day or it sat under a heat lamp. I couldn't finish the macaroni and cheese because it didn't taste good, I only ate two bites of it. We also split an order of the nachos and those were pretty decent. I will say that the waitress was very friendly, she is the reason for three stars instead of two.

It’s a bbq place, and our sandwiches had no bbq on them, even though we ordered sandwiches that was supposed to have it. Then they told us it would cost extra to get bbq on the side. So, we had no sauce with our meal. Plus, they shorted us 2 side fries. We were not happy. The pulled pork sandwich was good, but I had my own sauce on it since I refused to buy their sauce. The ribs were ok, but better with our sauce on them.

Haven't eaten at Rib Crib in a few years. We were wanting BBQ, so I placed an order thru Grub Hub, and gave a 15% tip on an order that was over $50. My brisket was awful; cold and greasy. The salad looked like it was made days ago. The baked potato was small and they closed it when they put it in the carrier so I had to pry it open. My son's sandwich was cold. The Grun Hub driver didn't bother to knock on the door to let us know it was there. Got a message from Grun Hub AFTER delivery that said your order has been delivered and your driver sent a photo. The photo was taken from their car all the way out in the street of the front of my house! Definitely NOT worth the over $50 I paid. Will not be a return customer.

This was our second visit, the first one was decent, and we wanted to try other meats on our second visit. The pulled pork was the best - moist and tender - even if it was a little bit bland. The brisket was dry - like our first visit - but the worst part was the ribs. The ribs were tasty and tender, but all three people who ate them got stomach aches that evening. I ate the leftover ribs the following day, thinking it could be something else that caused the stomach aches, and experienced the same stomach ache. No fun. The staff was extremely friendly, very accommodating and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The last time we went to the Rib Crib in Sherman it wasn’t very good, so it’s been Almost two years and we decided to give it a second chance. I was working a job at Will Roger’s Airport on OKC for three and a half years, and the Rib Crib up there was fantastic. I went here in Sherman hoping that the last time was just a bad day, but nope! The food was absolutely horrible. Anyone that thinks their brisket or pulled pork is good, must be BBQ challenged. Both were very dry and lacked any smoked bbq flavor. I ordered the “Motherload” in order to gather a good sampling of their meat, and it was very disappointing. The picture in the menu looks really good, but what they brought out was just not good (see pics). My wife had pulled pork and smoked turkey. The pork was so dry you had to flood it with bbq sauce to make it edible (see her pic after bbq sauces was added). The turkey was processed gelatinous deli meat like what you would get at Walmart (not even Kroger or HEB quality). Oh yea, and the spicy fried pickles appetizer plate had enough oil on it to keep my truck running for a few years, was just a horrible meal from every aspect. There wont e another try - sticking with our local bbq joint close to home (RRR).

We arrived at the restaurant on a Friday evening at 7:00pm. The restaurant was calm and not busy, we were seated right away. We ordered chips and salsa and drinks around 7:15, our chips and salsa arrived at 7:45. I’m currently writing this at our table, it is 8:45 and no food. No wait Staff. Nothing.
