This is one of the best locations, good service, clean facilities amazing food and a all around great time. I had spicy deluxe with fries and unsweetened tea. Was to die for I ordered a second sandwich , it was that good. The staff is always so friendly and egar to help you. Never had a bad chick experience

We really love this place, this evening we drove over from Paris (1hr & 15 min East of here) only to find that this location is temporarily closed for renovations :-(. Will change my review to 5 stars once they reopen. Update:. They are now re-opened, & as good as ever.

They have always been professional and food has been hot and fresh. If you're willing to dodge all the SUVs who either try to play chicken with you or run you over, it's totally worth it. Added bonus by dog looks forward to coming here after her training classes at Petco.

Can I rate 5 stars twice?!?! Who even needs to read a review?? This place rocks. Food = yummy!! Place = clean. Staff = SO friendly. Service = fast and their pleasure. Plus hand-squeezed lemonade, delicious shakes, and southern-style sweet tea..... oh my gosh, I'm going back right now.

Always very fast and friendly service. Food is really good too, for a decent price. A great place for a quick bite, but not a great place for a quiet meal. Since they are so busy all the time, it can get pretty loud inside. But the drive through is a fine option, you never have to wait for your order when you reach the window to pay.

Love the Sherman Texas location. They are fast and I have never had anything wrong or missing from my order. The staff is amazing, they always have a smile on their face and are happy to serve you. Hands down best fast food in the area.

Great food always on point never had a single order messed up always love that they normally give a extra piece of chicken nuggets because even though you ordered 12 you know u'll want 13. I also order a chicken sandwich I've had everyone's chicken sandwich but they not Chick FIL A and without Chick FIL A the chicken sandwich wouldn't of been so popular that everyone else trying to copy them. Always a good size chicken patty fresh pickles and fries never gotten cold food always fast and friendly people

A great efficient establishment. The entire family can agree on chick-fil-A any time. The staff is always friendly and fast. With a large family they have only messed up an order once in the 4 years I have been in the area and that was corrected immediately. Very little wait time in the drive through or lobby. The playground inside is very small so too many kids can get hectic. This is definitely a great go to for fast food.

The new renovations are ok !! The parking lot and drive thru area are more congested and there’s little to absolutely no parking spots The drive thru area where you get your food is highly dangerous!! The young man taking orders to cars is in a unsafe place and could potentially cause serious bodily injury to the employees and patrons

I do wish the Sherman owners were a little more active on social media in the community like the Gainesville owners, because it makes things fun and makes the restaurant a bigger part of the community, but that takes nothing away from how they actually manage and run the restaurant itself.

Been going here for 3 years after trying it was my friends and nothing is good as good fast food chicken like this place, the chicken is juicy enough to make you want every last bite. I am in love with their signature sauce. My child loves eating here for the free desert with the kids meal, and my husband loves their Mac and cheese. I personally think their chicken spicy southwest salad with the salsa dressing is a really good choice if you want something healthy but needs a little more spice.

In spite of the incredible busyness of the restaurant, the service and food were outstanding. At two pm on a Saturday afternoon, the line was to the door. However it moved quickly and smoothly. Annie, the girl who took my order, was friendly and took time to treat me like a customer. She was still able to get my order in and my food was at my table almost as fast as I was. Kudos to staff and management.

I had a lunch planned for 80 people in Denison, TX… and the original restaurant completely no-showed. Full panic mode. I walked into Chick-fil-A Sherman with zero notice, and Edd and Carter swooped in and saved the day. They whipped up enough food for 80 people like it was nothing. Fast, kind, calm, and completely professional—Edd even helped me to my car (multiple times) while I was having a full-on stress spiral. What could’ve been a total professional disaster turned into a win, thanks to this team. Chick-fil-A really is God’s chicken—and today, they did God’s work. They did their jobs Everyone seemed to be on their toes though. I’m not sure if they have corporate in their monitoring or what. It’s a weird vibe if you pay attention. However we were disappointed that their play place wasn’t even available. It’s a glossed over window employees only. It’s very odd. Curious what’s going on here. They should’ve kept this one kid friendly and buy a different stand alone building to do a drive through only for chick-fil-a in the area that way it’s still family friendly.. (million dollar idea here i want profits😂😂)

Always good food, no doubt. This place was the busiest fast food place I have ever been too. Two lanes of drive through and packed bumper to bumper. Complaint on this is that eating in requires you to cross these lanes. Inside was just as busy as well. Limited standing room while waiting for food. Many people opted to get To Go and then eat in cars. Three Stars for the very poor design and layout of the place. Five stars for the food.

I love this restaurant and normally get great service. For the last 4 visits I have not had everything in bag. This hasn’t happened in the past. Forgot sauce for my nuggets, sweet n low for tea, and granola for yogurt . All on 3 separate occasions as of late. The drive thru is crazy busy and it was s not a place you can run back in and get what was left out out of order. I am asking that the manager give them a pep talk about making sure the order is complete before handing it out to customers . Thank you

New Drive-Thru line has gotten better, but if you go at the wrong time (which is often) then you're in for a LONG wait. Not a big fan of chick-fil-a food, but their salads are actually pretty good.

Service is always excellent! The coffee was steaming hot, fresh and strong (though I've recently discovered I'm not a chicory fan, no reflection on them). The mini hash browns were delicious, hot, and crispy on the outside. It was the chicken biscuit that was not as fresh and delicious as usual. The biscuit was kind of tough, and the chicken was only warm, and overall not as good flavor as usual.

I’ve noticed some very concerning behavior from one of your employees, Angela — she’s a short-haired Hispanic woman who often works near the front counter. Every time I visit, she’s constantly cleaning right behind the employees who are helping customers, even during the busiest times. It’s not only unsafe — since people could easily bump into her or slip — but it also slows down the ordering process. I’ve seen her make employees move out of the way just so she can clean, even when the restaurant is packed and customers are waiting in line. On top of that, Angela seems to have a tendency to boss around other workers, even when they’re already busy doing their jobs. Her attitude toward coworkers is often rude, especially toward those who don’t speak or understand Spanish. I’ve overheard her making negative comments in Spanish about them, which comes across as disrespectful and creates a tense, uncomfortable environment. She also gives dirty looks to both customers and other employees, which makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. As a customer, it’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior. It affects not only the safety and efficiency of the restaurant but also the overall customer experience. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, no matter what language they speak.

Long double line at drive thru. Parking lot is tight, cramped. The inside was extremely busy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick things went. As many people that were in the lines inside & out I still quickly made way to the counter. The very friendly young lady took our order with a smile and gave me a number to set on my table for when the for was ready. We picked out a table and immediately another lady showed up with our food (which was very good.) This location also has a small playground.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always gotten the best service, they never once got my order wrong. Then when they remodeled and went to two lanes everything went down hill. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times and it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the line. At first I hoped it was just a learning curve but it’s been months now so I don’t think so. I really wish they would open another location because there are many times I’d like to eat here but it’s just to busy. The friendliness is still top notch though. And it’s a nice clean place to eat. I don’t think this is a staff competence issue but rather an ability to meet supply and demand due to space.

For a normal restaurant it gets 3 out of 5. For a CFA it gets a 1 out of 5. We ordered dine in on the app and it said 3 to 8 minutes (I know it is an estimated time). 15 minutes later we get our food, no drinks. Halfway through eating I needed a drink, too bad I didn't have one yet... after about 20 minutes I had to walk up to the counter and they found my drinks that were already ready just nobody brought them to us. I would have gone up there to get them if they were busy or if someone said I needed to, but the lobby was only about half full. If I hadn't gone up there we would have finished eating before getting our drinks. Also, if you were thinking "well why didn't you go up there sooner?" or something else, if you offer a service such as their dine in through the app then you should receive the service. I have not had that issue at any other CFA when ordering dine in on the app.

I am here to update my review. I have recently returned to this location and I have seen some improvement. My food was hot and it tasted very good. This is definitely what I look for when I go to a Chick-Fil-A. Although the employees need a bit of customer service work, the experience was much better overall. Big thanks to the management for helping make it better.

I have never had to leave a review for Chick-fil-A that was not all positive, but there is a first time for everything. I have traveled this country and visited dozens of Chick-fil-A‘s. This Chick-fil-A just struggles with customer service. They built these two lanes to be able to Handle more traffic and accommodate the volume at this location. Most days you still just filter into one lane and on rare occasion, will you see people outside taking the orders in the line. I have lost count how many times an order is incorrect or your staff caused miss que in line. I lived in Colorado where it is much colder, and weather is also very tricky, but these folks managed to be outside to take orders and keep the line flowing quickly and efficiently. At this Sherman location it may just be an issue with it being short staffed or management issues. Even in the famous Chick-fil-A franchise chain, there is always room for improvement.

This location is always busy. From open to close. They are also always courteous and speedy. Very customer focused. Food is always delicious. Dropping my rating because the traffic issue is so bad and it seems worse since they attempted to control the traffic. It has to be the fastest drive thru anywhere. Five min or less. It took me 20 minutes to get in and out today. That's a long time when you only have so much time for your lunch.

I recommend picking up your food at the counter or through the drive through. Today was my first time to have my order delivered to a table using the app, and it will be my last time. While our food was delivered relatively timely, the employee never brought our drinks even though she had stated she would be back with them. We were half way through our meal before I had to approach another employee asking if our drinks were ready. They were ready and just had not been delivered. I would have happily waited at the counter if I knew this would have happened. I also do not appreciate the employee who laughed when I stated how long we had been waiting on our drinks.

Not happy today I don't live near Chick -fil-A so it's a treat for me. I was having a low blood sugar today over in Sherman so I drove through to get my favorite Deluxe meal. I like it due to the veggies. This was what I got. Had I not needed to eat I would have taken it back in.

I have no idea how this place is always busy. Everyone says how amazing chick fil-a is, I never got the hype especially for the price. Our chicken sandwiches and tenders tasted a step above cafeteria food if not about the same quality my kids food taste like from school. 40 dollars for some chicken sandwiches and tenders to only feel like you're biting into fake horrible quality chicken. Places like daves hot chicken and newer places like that I hope eventually put these places where they belong. I've had better chicken from McDonald's..sad that people wait 30 minutes in these lines but I guess if you're in your 20s and can't cook this food would be considered good I guess. 🤷

Food is always good but you need to extra check your bags at this location, recently ive spent a decent amount at this location and im usually missing atleast 1 meal from the orders. I never call to complain but did yesterday, I just didnt get a chance to go grab the food before close due to being in the middle of a move etc. Just be sure to check your bags. This location used to be very fast and very good about your orders but that isnt the case recently, which sucks as I go here weekly. My toddler didnt get her lunch and my husband didnt get to eat either.

I love coming to this Chick-fil-a, they always do great. BUT y’all need to make it aware that if you order breakfast through the app, you have to actually let the workers know you are here before breakfast ends. I would have gotten my breakfast on time, but the line was forever long so why is that my fault? If I am in line before breakfast is over I should be able to order breakfast if i ordered through the app. thank you for making me sit in line for nothing. so please have that made noticeable in the app someone.

We parked and went in to order a platter of chicken minis to-go. It took an hour to get our chicken minis! We watched both drive thru lines go through all the cars and a bunch of vehicles after us! The chicken minis weren't even that good. They were hard and some missing the bottom piece of roll. One was missing a piece of chicken and had a small piece of crust in it! Would not recommend this chickfila in Sherman.

Renovated for 3 months to get slower and worse service. Created a new lane and never use it, makes absolutely no sense. I’ve been to many Chick Fil As and this is by far the worst. Always takes forever and food is never top notch. It would get 1 star if it wasn’t Chick Fil A.

Never again will I come on lunch to chick fa la! Just spend my whole lunch in the line! And I get an hr and it’s now 1:40! I told lunch at 1:06! RIDICULOUS!

While Chik-Fil-A is normally the standard for solid service, this location falls short. I don’t think we’ve ordered here and our order has been completely right, ever. We are either missing sauces asked for, given wrong sides, or items left out. This location needs to reviews its quality control.

Have visited many Chick-fil-A’s across the country but unfortunately can not leave a positive review for the Sherman location. Order at this location at least once a week since they reopened. My order is often incorrect, however this isn’t necessarily a deal breaker if service is otherwise good. The final straw was a mobile order that was paid on my end and approved with Apple Pay. I showed the manager where it was deducted from my bank account and approved by Apple Pay on my side, however there was a payment problem on their end. Manager acted like he was doing me a favor “helping me out” by “giving” me the food that I could in fact prove I paid for. Their payment systems were having issues, I proved the payment was approved and went through using two different digital receipts on my end but manager and staff were still reluctant to give me my (paid for) food. It was very awkward to be treated like I was expecting my food for free when I clearly paid for the food. I’ll just eat at the Anna location, always 5 star service and food there.

Arrived around 310pm on a Monday, went inside to order to-go for two. Waited almost 20 minutes after ordering. Finally got the food and after getting back on the highway I opened my sandwich box to find that the bottom bun was there but it was missing the top bun... Didn't want to waste time going back and fixing it so we're just out of luck.

Usually I come here and its great, but recently they have not been listening when i order and today they couldnt even get my name right when I repeated it twice, and I got a chicken burrito that automatically comes with salsa. I specified I wanted the salsa even Though I shouldn’t have to twice, and they still didn’t put it in the bag. We got other food as well and ALL of it was correct except my food.

We stopped by here on our way home from a 7 day road trip. Breakfast just ended so I ordered a Cobb salad and sm fry. We ordered 3 other meals. We got 2 out of 4 straws. They forgot a wrap so we had to go back through and get it. And, THERE WAS A BUG IN MY SALD!!! Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was done.

If this was the first Chick Fil-A I had ever visited, I'd never visit another one. Gone are the speed and friendliness that Chick Fil-A used to be known for. Here all you get are lazy, unfriendly employees (who would rather chat with each other than help a customer) and a ridiculously long wait. Absolutely the slowest and worst service I've encountered lately--and there is a lot of horrible customer service out there! I will never return to this restaurant, based on today's lack of service.

Here lately I’ve been in line for over 20 min. Go here almost everyday and first time I had someone be rude to me because I wanted 1 extra ranch. I know two is allowed per meal and you get ketchup for your fries but because i wanted 2 ranch and 1 ketchup it caused a problem even though I offered to pay for it Are they not laying out inside for guests who eat inside? Not sure why we have such a problem for an extra sauce. Even got a manager…

I do food delivery and twice this location has sent me orders and both times I had to cancel the customer's order. The new instructions state pick up the order at the Delivery Driver pickup parking not the Mobile Order parking. It goes on to say if you have been waiting more than 5 minutes please call etc. If you deliver food and receive an order from here be prepared to wait well over 5 minutes. From this point forward when I see this location on my phone screen, I'm instantly declining.

Uncooked French fries and the workers don't listen and try to lie to you when you tell them they got your order wrong. I was on the phone while my bf said my order and the worker that I spoke to said I'm actually the one who took the order and he never said that... I was recording from my other phone dude so why lie??? Last time we ever spend money here!

First, The people who work here are AWESOME!!!!!...this review has nothing to do with them. This review and its subsequent rating is due to the horrible planning that went into the drive-thru layout. The actual setup is ok, it's only when someone (I was told Corporate), decides to block off the go-around that takes you to the drive-thru. Stop messing with what was supposed to work and stop adding cones to your traffic pattern complicating the already confusing situation. If the entrance sign from the highway says go around to drive-thru but you can't because someone added cones, it kinda creates some hostility... which is laid onto the nice workers not " Corporate", as I was told.

Well… I love Chik fil a, but dude…. The service is HORRIBLE at this location. Absolutely NOT CFA standards. It started with the rude girl who was outside taking our order. She interrupted my wife every time my wife opened her mouth to order. I get it, management makes them work outside in 95 degree heat, but don’t be rude to the customers. It is weird that they have perfectly functioning drive thru tech, but they still make their people stand outside… After little miss interrupter girl took our order, when we picked up our stuff, another unpleasant worker pushes the food at my wife so fast that she almost punches my wife in the face with the bag… seriously? Then we park to eat and find out that they forgot part of our order… so I go back inside and wait like 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. No apology, I just get my stuff thrown at me again… When we finally get to eat, our wraps taste like they didn’t even wash the lettuce. Like … gritty… like we’re chewing on dirt… freakin awful. Chick-fil-A should come to this location and get it back on brand. It is clearly a management problem as the whole place is out of whack. Really really bad. Shameful.

After driving 25 minutes to get breakfast we arrived with what should have been plenty of time to order before they switched to the lunch menu. We waited in line and there was only one guy working the counter. (Selling what must have been a dozen gift cards). We waited patiently just to get up to the line as one of the ladies rudely yelled that they weren’t serving breakfast as we were trying to order breakfast. We love Chik-fil-a but the service I received was the worst service I’ve seen at a chik fil a. Whataburger right accross the road was happy to take our money.

Drive is slow and poorly built!!!!!!! You’d think after many promises to improve training and “constantly” improve this location would be better. 9/14/2024, wait staff was rude and uninviting, this place used to be so welcoming and friendly but now every time I come here it’s like someone sucked the life out of this place, fries were ether stale or undercooked or both. Had to wait for 10-15 minutes AFTER I got my food to get my shake, (had to ask for it) then didn’t get straws for my shake or drinks, or the avocado ranch for my wrap. This location has seriously gone down the drain.

The one thing I typically love about Chick fil a is their consistency and attention to detail. I've been to Chick fil a restaurants all over the United States lol. This location is the rogue reject of this chain. I've had nothing but messed up orders. It would be funny if it wasn't. They clearly do not train their employees. Today's latest mishap was at the hands of Edward. Order #12451072. Wrong dressing. I paid $20.98 for two salads with the wrong dressings. I'm done with this location.

This location is notorious for not giving correct orders through the drive thru/mobile orders. Today was just confirmation why we never go there. I had a two meal order and specifics on drinks. They were able to confirm "no ice" in a drink but failed to give my child their meal. I made it all the way home on trust and CFA's amazing customer service and attention to detail... Only to drive 45 mins home, open the bag, and they had given me everything BUT my special needs child's meal. They even gave me the kids drink. So my child was very disappointed when they were the only ones not to receive CFA. I'm upset by CFA 's choice to start allowing antibiotics in their food... But on the rare occasion I will overlook the sad decision on their part... But when you follow up by not even being on top of your game... That really is a bad look...

I ordered online and I had enough points for a brownie or cookie or small fries and there was couple other options. I ordered nuggets and chose the small fry. I paid Anna went in to get my order. All the bag had was the nighters. I explained what I ordered and they said it only had nuggets in the order. I thought maybe it didn’t take. I went to my rewards and it had took my points but didn’t add the fries to the ordered. The guy said he looked ands it only shows the nuggets ands unfortunately there was nothing he could do, I could call corporate. I’m not going to waste time calling about the fries when they could have easily solved it. Either way I would be left without fries. Chick-fil-A you failed today.

I drive from Durant to Sherman. Google maps says you're open until 10 PM. I come in at 8:55 and I'm refused service because you're about to close. Then ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I called 5 time to clarify the time. Update your time on Google maps!! You lost a customer for life. THE WORE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

i placed a pick up order 30 minutes before i arrived. didn’t start on my order until i got there and had me waiting for another 8 minutes for my food to be prepared. i get it can get busy but don’t say my order is ready on the app when it is not.

Terrible location, I understand the line was long but that is not my issue. I placed a mobile order checked in through the drive thru. The car in front of me had order a huge load of food which everyone behind him including me had to wait for them to get their fresh hot food. Meanwhile I watched my bag sit on the counter for over ten minutes while I waited for the car in front log me to get his food fresh. The management refused to park them when I originally asked about what’s taking so long. Additionally I told her that I can see my food sitting on the counter which she still didnt give me. And I told her I want my food fresh like the car in front me got that I waited forever for. She promised that it wasn’t my food on the counter but sure enough when I pulled up for my turn that’s the bag they grabbed and I told them I wanted my food fresh like what everyone else got. She refused to make that happen and said I can take the food or she can give me refund. I went back and forth saying I don’t want a refund I want my food fresh but she refused. Absolutely ridiculous treatment and on top of that one of my biscuits was missing the cheese and bacon I pad extra for and they forgot my sauce. Terrible location

This Chick-fil-A somehow managed to turn fast food into a slow, disappointing life lesson. The chicken was dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the fries were limp and sad, and the sandwich looked like it was thrown together with zero effort. To make it worse, the worker Amari moved at a painfully slow pace, like there was absolutely no urgency despite the growing line. I stood there forever watching my order crawl toward completion. Staff kept saying “my pleasure,” but nothing about this experience was pleasurable. I waited way too long, paid too much, and left annoyed and still hungry. Never again.

Normally Chick-fil-A is all about customer service, but today was a huge letdown. I simply asked for a small cup of whipped cream on the side for my dog — something I’ve gotten from plenty of other locations with no issue — and they refused. It wasn’t busy, I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just a simple treat for my pup who was sitting patiently in the car. Instead of being kind and accommodating like Chick-fil-A is known for, the staff acted like it was an unreasonable request. Super disappointing experience. If you pride yourselves on being the “fast and friendly” option, maybe start with a little compassion for your customers (and their furry friends). Definitely not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I ordered a very simple order. A biscuit with just bacon on it, and they but everything on it BUT bacon. Ruined the entire meal and morning. This has happened more than once. Yall should make sure you are really reading the orders that come in. The manager working also had a terrible attitude

This place has just gone down hill. Waiting thirty minutes for a pick up order is insane. Will be making a trip to a different town to get it. We do pick up orders so we can get our food faster and the drive thru and making it through way faster than inside. Insane, and i NEVER leave bad reviews.

09/05/2025 ordered breakfast burrito with the hashbrowns on the side and NOT in burrito and the casher clearly typed it in but came out with hashbrowns in burrito. They remade the burrito but when i asked about the hashbrowns on side she said the manager said they were in the box with the regular order which clearly they werent because they were in the burrito! 09/04/2025 complained in app about 9/2 issue ... wont actually let u complain just replaces item which was fine with the sandwich with crusty bun but other didnt need replaced just the issue addressed. Tea had already been fixed. Went to order the replacement sandwich and it made me take with american cheese which was the original problem that i ordered with pepperjack. Then had lettuce but no tomatoes. 09/2/2025 @6:12 pm ... multiple issues... service was very slow, order taker did not listen ordered large tea he entered med, spicy sandwich was supposed to be NO PICKLES, reg sandwich was supposed to have pepper jack cheese and no lettuce. Get to the window and tell the guy was supposed to be large tea he says it says med. i tell him i will pay the difference ... he keeps arguing about it. Finally goes to fix it just brings it out and say have a good day! I get home and the bun on the spicy sandwich is all dried out like it was sitting with the package open for awhile! The bun is not even edible!!! 5/13/2025 i need to date these because apparently it wont let me start a new one. The food today was alright! My complaint is that they can give me handfuls of sauce when i ask for specific amounts (actually LESS than what they say they are allowed to give) but when i ask for ONE extra at other times they say they are not allowed to do that! Going to share pic if it will let me but if not: we got 2 meals asked for 2bbq 1 jelly 1 ketchup and 1 cfa sauce! We GOT FIVE jelly THREE cfa sauce TWO bbq TWO ketchup and TWO salsa! Why cant they just give me what i ask for? I dont need the extra plus it would save then money!!! 9 months ago: Food would have been great except i asked for pepperjack cheese not american and NO PICKLES! I could live with the wrong cheese but i hate the pickles on there! Yes i can take them off but you can still taste them! If this was a one in a million issue i wouldnt even fuss but its like they are in such a hurry they dont even listen! I have talked to Rob about these issues in the past and all i got was excuses about how they are so busy .... well if you cant get it RIGHT then maybe you need to be less busy!!!

Been a customer for many years but the past 3 years they refuse to cook food longer or crispy or well done when asked. After getting a bloody sandwich a few years ago twice I have asked for well done. They refuse to provide food the way I ask. Can you imagine asking for a well done steak and they only offer medium? BYE FELICIA. Other chicken places will make it crispy. You are not the only game in town and obviously do not need my business
