First off, this is the nicest Starbucks in the area due to the size and hours. Open late night which is perfect for studying, however there are so major concerns that a lot of people have. 1. It is so cold inside! People are freezing! It feels like it is always below 60 degrees 2. The outlets are located high up on the wall (near the ceiling) for most of the tables. If you have a long enough charger, you have to stand on top of a chair to actually charge your devices which is a huge safety issue. They could easily get an electrician to fix it. 3. I wish they offered free water like the other Starbucks's in the area started doing. I know about the stupid policy change Starbucks did which makes no sense, hence why other locations started ignoring the policy and put customer's first. I only come to this Starbucks to study and never purchase anything since they follow this rule. Please change!

Big location with plenty of seating areas. The bathrooms are not the usual, single occupancy Starbucks setting.

It's quite loud, unusually cold and not very clean. There is plenty of seating though.

I asked for them to remake my frap because I asked for easy ice and it was still super thick. I got to work, had my drink and then found this at the bottom of the cup. After rinsing off this disgusting black thing, it seemed to be a napkin that they used to wipe old mold off of something. This is disgusting and I would never come back to this location. 0 stars if I could….

Always closing early specifically today March 19th,2023, why label hours of operation until 1030pm when team just blocks the drive way to prevent customers. POOR service

Hi, I have been coming to this location late night to read. Having unnoticed for the baristas the louder speaking and laughing when less people are onsite. It's kindly annoying since I am looking for quite please late night. I hope this be read by the shift store manager or someone above.

For the past few months it seems that there are constantly new faces at this location and none that give a hoots about taking an order correctly. They forget to provide spoons for oatmeal, sandwiches are half warmed, no greeting at the drive through, long wait time etc. we come to Starbucks because the staff is usually warm and friendly otherwise who wants to pay 7-8 bucks for a coffee (oh and plus tip) to be treated like an inconvenience? This location was nice but lately has been horrible. Change your employees - they don’t like customers.

This location for some reason their frappe’s tastes so pale and basically crushed ice with a hint of coffee.. not once but thats the third time for this to happen!! If you’re a frappe lover STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Their frappe sucksssss👎👎👎👎

I am a dasher/uber eats driver. The employees at this Starbucks need to turn off their dd/ue orders because their employees don’t remotely even care. They will ignore dashers unless you make a spectacle. How hard is it to simply acknowledge someone? Not very. Idk who is responsible for training them but SHEESH
