I never order a soda because I don’t drink them much. Today I ordered a coney, large chili and cheese tater tots, and a Coke Zero easy ice. The lady repeated my order and later my food was delivered. I took a few sips out of my large Coke Zero and noticed it was empty. When I removed the lid, I noticed that my cup was filled almost to the brim with ice. I asked Sonic for a refill or to let me pay for a refill and they basically told me they don’t do refills. This is my first time being dissatisfied with this particular Sonic Drive Thru.

Most of the time great experience at Sonic! This was my first time at Sonic in Sydney, TX. First Flame is charging extra for seasoning on the pickle tater tots. I received my tots cold they were room temperature or below! I made a $50 order and received cold food and drinks that when I asked for less ice they gave me more ice and then filled it with the Mango flavor then added a little tea to it! The burgers were flipped upside down in the package. The smash Burger was upside down in the cardboard package I don't know how you mess that up. My son who use to work at a Sonic said that Snyder's has a lot of problems. Sorry cold food! People who added to much ice to my drink and added way to much flavor to the ice tea. Could not drink the tea and it sucks when you have to eat cold potatoes! That you paid more more for to have simple pickle spices.

All I ordered was 2 slushies..a young man brought the slushies so messy & sticky with syrup running down the sides...they were overfilled to the point where you literally had to pour all the extras off the top. He tried to hand them to me like nothing was wrong. I refused to take them in that condition. He didn't apologize until after he returned with clean cups with clean tops.

Quickly have no problems with sonic. I order online all the time and I pick up. And I have never had issues with it but this morning I ended up having to wait 20 minutes.In addition to the 10 minutes that I planned on waiting had to push the button 3 × 2 rebring attention to the fact that they had already put that.They had brought my order out.Then they weren't even sure which one was mine and by the time it was all said and done I was late to work. Both my drinks were wrong but the food wasn't

Pulled in and placed my order for a Route 44 sweet tea at 6:15pm. Sat for 15 minutes before the screen said someone was on their way... but another 10 minutes pass, and still no one came. At 6:40pm, I pressed the button again to ask about my order but never received a response and left at 6:45pm without my order, because I couldn't wait any longer. Very disappointing.

Waited 15 minutes while everyone around ordered and finally called and someone eventually came out took order. Machine works just paid with card so just lazy ? Probably not ever come back to this place . Well the came out wrote down the meal and still messed it up..

Ordered 3 shakes and all 3 were runny. Asked if machine broke, they said no. The girls were very unprofessional. I do not recommend this sonic!!

I like how they actively solicit you for a tip BEFORE completely screwing up your order. Prepare for excessive wait times even if you only order a drink. And yes, it will be the wrong drink. FIRE your manager!

We ordered 1 pulled pork sandwich and 1 pulled pork sandwich cheeseburger. We received 2 pulled pork sandwich cheeseburgers, which that's fine. What's not fine is a pulled pork cheeseburger cost $8 and not 1 of these sandwiches equal $8. There is not near enough BBQ on them. To have a measurement in mind, between both sandwiches there was only a half a scoop of BBQ. At least give customers their money's worth. Also, the BBQ was kind of dry, even with the sauce. This is definitely not what I remember from Sonic restaurants.

Not the near what it use to be. They have very inexperienced help that are not supervised and taught the correctly. It reflects on the way the food taste. Patties on my burgers were hard and tasteless they seemed as if they had been reheated and served at $6 for a simple burger they should cook at time of order.

Probably the last time I will ever go to sonic for food!! Ordered a regular cheese coney with mustard and onions. Bread was so old and dry the entire bottom of the bun was split open. Ordered regular cheese tator tots with EXTRA cheese and this is what I got! Unacceptable all the way around!! When I pay for extra cheese I expect extra cheese. This isn't the first time it seems to be the standard in Snyder! Such a shame because it was so good when I grew up here!! I would rather drive 25 minutes to Colorado City
