The employee working drive through was new I think, so I cut her slack. She was trying. She was young & didn't have a clue how to count back change and giving her a penny so I didn't GET any threw her. She gave me extra pennies back so I asked if she could just take them & give me a nickel. This was done in a calm & kind tone, but she was confused & called her manager over. THE MANAGER was a piece of work. She told me to just take the pennies. I said I'd prefer not since I have a small coin purse & wanted less coins. Then she turns around and says "can someone get me a fricking nickel?" So I just went on to the parking lot to ear my lunch. LAST time they get any of my pennies!! Customer service is NOT a part of their package!!! Taco Bell on Kemp across from Chicken Express is off our list.

This was actually one of the best tacos bells ice ever been to. At first i thought i was going to be upset because they took a really long time. Ok Ariana (manager), Drew and Avery what a perfect match. You guys did an absolutely Great job today. I am a bell customer and go to this location all the time. Normally my food is really just put together and the taste is covered with hot sauce because it's covering something I don't like. Today when I got home my food didn't fall out of the rapping and onto my clothes so hands down to presentation. The flavors were sooooo good and rich, even the color of the food looked brighter. I didn't add one packet of hot sauce. So my final thought and it's a lasting one. Thanks to you guys For working together and providing Amazingly great food

Katrina helped us with the kiosk to order food and showed us old folks how to work it. She was so kind and patient with us. Trinity and Chad provided service with a smile and were very kind. It was nice to see some respect and kindness in these folks. Thank you so much! The cantina chicken bowl was awesome and rice wasn't bad. The cantina quesedilla not so good. We will return because of the employees and how they treated us.

My boy Tony who works nights is single handedly the greatest guy I have ever met. He made me and my friend feel so welcome and even remembered us from when I went in for a doordash like last week. He is so good at his job and putting a smile on our faces. I wish that man the best of luck in life and hope he gets a raise.

Please fire the girl working tonight. This location used to be great! We made it a staple Taco Bell to come to cause we knew there wouldn’t be any problems. Recently we would come here and our order would be wrong, a long wait, or they don’t have anything in stock, leading us to not be able to get what we want. Tonight we went down there. The food turned out great. The service was good to us but not the people next to us. I don’t know anyone working there but there is a girl working there tonight that was talking bad about her coworkers to the customers, yell things that are probably left better unsaid or said quietly, and she was very very bossy and rude to the other people working. I understand if she’s higher up but either way it may lead your other employees to quit. It just put a bad vibe in the air to everyone in the building. The lady next to me said she’s calling HR. Please get better! I love y’all’s location!

So unfortunately this taco bell and I have a very mixed history. Its current state is one of the best its been though... I still eat here regularly though despite any mistakes, mostly because nine times out of ten. They try to fix their mistakes, any type of person or business With that level of accountability is refreshing honestly. Also a general all taco bell reveiw. Bring back 90s and 2000s designs, everything is so boring now.

We ordered the value boxes and got a big bag of food and had to figure it all out when we ordered it to pick up in drive for simplicity. They should separate it into bags if not using boxes especially in the drive through.

Kim who was working the drive through was super friendly, had a big smile on her face and helped us by showing and explaining how the order kiosk order machine worked-since shift manager Katrina was "snippy" and just said, "order your food behind you"...you need more friendly employees like Kim who keep customers returning!

Not really sure how y'all run completely outta beef and beans. But overall food has been okay. Taco Bell offers an excellent menu that has some very nice specials. The workers are courteous and helpful. The waiting time is usually quite reasonable. There were polite people working there. Order was right food hot, fresh. The store was clean and condiments was stocked. Everyone that worked there and the customers were all smiling and enjoying themselves.

pulled up at the drive thru and ordered my food, when i paid and received my food one of the items wich is normally laying flat in the pkg(Quesadilla) was all piled together because they were out of big sacks. at first the attendant was im sry. However i went inside the building to just get m,y money back because of the quality of the food. The store manager came out and was very polite as were the other employees, she said let me make you another personally ands she did. everything was handled very professional and i was happy. Kuddos to the manager on duty for handling this in a way that everyone was happy

Staff is great got what I ordered the way I ordered it but Taco Bell when I was a kid and Taco Bell now it's just two different worlds things don't taste the same as I remember them one of the reasons why I don't eat Taco Bell all the time but the meat is very soupy and I don't understand why when they don't advertise it that way. The next time anyone goes to Taco Bell just open up their burrito and look at it. Lapita's is the best burrito shop in town off of Old Iowa Park Road hands down I probably will never eat Taco Bell again.

We are lunch at the Taco Bell on Kemp in Wichita Falls, TX. We like the food at Taco Bell and our food was fine. I know most restaurants are short-handed. However, we noticed the dining room was not clean. There was food on many of the tables. I wiped our table off with a disinfectant wipe and it was filthy. I can only imagine how really dirty our table was, as well as the other tables. Every one if them needed to be really scrubbed with soap and water. I noticed a couple of counter people with time on their hands. They could have been scrubbing tables. In these dangerous COVID times, more attention to cleanliness is critical. We won't be going back.

The food was okay for a fast food place. I went twice in the span of 12 hours, late night for dinner and once for breakfast. At dinner I asked for a Mountain Dew Baja Blast drink and was told by the cashier that she believed they were out because someone had told her that "it tasted funny". For breakfast I was looking forward to having a sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap. Unfortunately, they were completely out of sausage all together. The steak was an acceptable replacement but it doesn't seem like their food stock doesn't keep up with demand.

I used to love Taco Bell, but their Tex-Mex food just doesn't suit me anymore. Add to that the fact that when you dine in, you have to place your order through a kiosk, the food I received didn't match my receipt, and the bathroom was out of order, and you get why I dropped my opinion to a three star review. I'll probably come back, possibly even soon, but it will be at my kids request as opposed to my desire.

Service was good is why your getting any stars. But I can say the same for there food. Was excited about the enchirito being back for a limited time. Very disappointed on how it was just thrown together as of nothing.

I ordered the chalupa cravings box and my chalupa shell was hard my fry’s were cold and they just put way too much sauce on everything!!!! I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell

It does matter what time I go to this Taco Bell, they are always out of everything. They are located right by my house so it’s an easy place to go if I don’t want to cook. I normally expect them to be out of stuff later at night, but at 5pm? I know it’s not the workers fault but my lord, it’s every single time I go. They’ve had to refund me multiple times from my online orders.

Let me say this . I'm definitely not A mean person but Taco Bell Cook not sure of the man's name but definitely know him by Face!! So we come through drive through with A 25$ order ok. We orders and our presentation on how our food was nicely put together but there was some things wrong with the order definitely didn't take but 5mins to correct probably not even 5 mins but any who, the cook that actually made our tacos we had a pacific way that we payed for extra for our food. Now we see him in the drive-through window being aggressive etc like his job he can't mess up or so but anyways . Thank you to the young man with Glasses that was very polite even after his coworker was A jerk and Thank you John the manager for intervening and making things right We are grateful and we as humans know 1clown don't stop no show.

Let me start off by saying I love Taco Bell. But this location makes some pretty disappointing food. The flour shells were so dried out and old they literally crumbled in my hand. I had a crunchwrap supreme, bean and cheese burrito, and tacos. Aside from the flower shells being dried out and old the crunch wraps didn't have even half of the ingredients. Half of the crunch wrap was just shell. No meat, lettuce, tomato or cheese. Out of the 4 soft tacos I got there was no cheese or lettuce, just meat. I've never had an entire order so terribly made. There is no way this is acceptable In the manager's eyes. The only reason I gave two stars is because the bean and cheese burritos were halfway decent. This is the first time I've ordered from this location and I'll never take that risk again. I'll stick with the fairway location for now on. Crunchwrap Supremes are too expensive for them to come to you empty.

Terrible. Counter staff was friendly and great. They were slow and i watched them prepare my food. When using portions in recipes, a customer should receive the full portion of ingredients on items. Added steak to a quesadilla, not cheap, and the cook dumped half of it down the trash hole in the line. I asked them to add more and they argued. Manager had walked in, in street clothes, came to counter and offered a refund without even wanting to hear about my concerns. Wow. Just keep ripping everyone off, great job Taco Bell

I like taco bell normally but, this particular one took 40 min to get a burrito and refried beans for me in the dining area, 3 other people who got there before me had been waiting longer. Yet the cars in the drive through were getting their food ordered and given out all within the time we were waiting. They also didn't bother giving eating utensils for the beans and weren't available for me to get myself. But, at least the restaurant was relatively clean...

I am not one that normally complains but I am to my wits end... the last 3 visits in a row now and when I get home my order is not complete. I guess you could say it's partially my fault for not checking my bag but it is there job to give me my whole order not just what they want to give me. Especially if I paid for the whole order.

Unfortunately, being in the area that it's in, the employees and management of this location don't really care about the safety inside the building . Saturday afternoon, came in with my underage daughter and there were 4 transients freely loitering inside the dining room. The employees did absolutely nothing about it. These people were filthy and reeked, and were not customers, but the staff didn't bother to even ask if they were going to purchase any food. They just let them hang out. Needless to say, we felt very unsafe and changed our order from dine in to take out, as we realized it wouldn't be safe inside. Shame on Taco Bell and this location

Stopped at the Taco Bell in Wichita Falls, TX last night while on a road trip. I placed an online order for five people. When we arrived at the drive-thru window, there was no greeting. Drinks were handed to us, one bag was given, and the employee walked away. I asked if everything was in the single bag since it was a large order, and he nodded without saying anything. After pulling into the parking lot, we realized we were missing three items, along with spoons and straws. I went inside to resolve it. There were about 10 employees working, two customers waiting on food, and no one in line to order. Several employees made eye contact but didn’t acknowledge me. After standing there for about two minutes, someone from the back said they’d be with me shortly and sent another employee to help. That employee was friendly and remade the missing items, which I appreciated. However, between the lack of communication, missing items, and being ignored inside, the experience was frustrating. I won’t be stopping at this location again.

We ordered on the app, only to discover didn’t have one of the drinks we ordered. I was bummed, but they offered a different flavor of the same drink and I was willing to let it go. Then, they told us they were out of large cups, and asked if they could give us a medium instead. When we said we weren’t okay with that (as we already paid for the large), they offered to do a small and a medium. While not ideal, we accepted, and they handed us drinks that were so packed with ice, they could barely get the lid on. And they shorted us one. We had to show them the receipt to get our other one. Once we got our drinks, they were really good… you know, what little liquid was in them. They did not even come close to lasting the 45-minute drive home. Finally, we got a party box of soft tacos. They tasted great, but all the meat was at one end on all of them. Like half meat half lettuce. And there was a lot of lettuce. We will do everything we can to avoid this location in the future.

I pulled up to the drive thru for my mobile order I was there for 10 minutes and no one answered so I drove up to the window and waited like 15 minutes no one answered just when I was about to drive off a young girl answered me and when I got my cinnamon sticks hardly any cinnamon sugar was on them. Come on guys get your act together.

Always out of something, sometimes numerous things. Night crew usually just says they don't have this or that and sends you away. Would be understandable if it was like this occasionally, it's almost an every day occurrence though. I hate giving bad reviews , this store needs some major help though !

I went in today, and now I remember why I don’t go to taco hell!! Every table was dirty!! The drink machine had no ice, and was out of almost every drink on the machine & the so called manager walked out to the lobby and put a ladder in front of the soda machine & walked off.. then instead of wiping down the tables she was to busy on her phone!! This place was nasty & the employees were not friendly at all!! Poor excuse for a Mexican fast food joint!!

I ordered online and picked it up in the drive through. At first I thought you know it's taking a while maybe that means I'll actually get some meat on my taco this time, I get my food and everything is there. Drive home Open my food. Nearly zero meat, and I paid to have everything supreme. But not one drop of sour cream on any of it. No whip in my mango. Very disappointed.

Terrible service since the new manager took over. Anthony is his name. Rude and lazy. His crew day/ night reflect the same demeanor. You don't threaten to run customers over with your car sir. That's not how you keep people coming back. Taco Bell is off the menu for me forever.

We call at 10:30 and ask how late they serve breakfast and they say 11. We get there at 10:40. They let us start to order our meal then they tell us they won't be cooking anymore eggs. Their reasoning was it would be after 11 before the eggs were done. The employee(possibly manager) that told us they wouldn't be cooking anymore was very rude. So much for customer service. So much for being able to tell time.

They short you on the food never had the thinnest bean burritos in my life except for when I didn't have much money to make all of it some healthy people work there and they will skim you on your food. And it is cold wen you receive it the people act defeated in life it was depressing

This place is super dirty inside. The whole time we were eating inside looking towards the kitchen, some workers were not following cross contamination guidelines. Some employees would walk out the front door just to look outside for no reason. They put gloves on but don't wash there hands before they did. Oh and some guy came in and grabbed soda to fill his containers and then left and non of the workers even noticed it.

Ridiculous service! I waited 15 minutes for a nacho fry box and burrito. About 10 minutes into my wait, one of the staff takes a break, makes himself 4-5 burritos, and sits down to start eating them while I'm still waiting for my food. I'm only 1 of 3 customers in the place! A couple came in and ended up leaving bc they weren't served at all. The staff was screwing off the entire time.

This Taco Bell has been terrible. Second time trying it and they are still out of loads of things. Cant get a freeze, can’t get a large drink and then I ask for the simplest thing on the menu and I get a completely different burrito then I asked for no red sauce or onions and what do you know I get those too. Plus the Dr Pepper was terribleee. No big tortillas either.

Do not order from here you will not receive your entire order. You will receive no sauces , and much worse if you use DoorDash all they’ll do is give you credit to use through DoorDash . They do not answer their phones because they know they messed up orders. This is pitiful Customer Service at its absolute worst nobody pays $41 for a couple tacos and some freaking burritos for real . This is what we received for $41

Service was awful, so rude and the food was terribleeee which is saying a LOT since i only ordered tacos and a Mexican pizza. Had half a taco and two bites of my pizza and threw it away. So gross. Don't waste your time or your money. Food and staff are terrible. Do better or shut it down.

I've been here atleast 5 times and they didnt have beans?... That's like Chicken Express not having chicken. Funny how my family went to Chicken Express last night and they didnt have chicken breasts?...Which is across the street from this taco bell. I hate WF food service. Nobody in this town has standards for the last 3 yrs. I've lived here.

3 years ago I gave this taco bell 4 stars. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service in the evening and they don't put even a tablespoon of meat on your food. Taco bell pepsi is sooo good but at this location it never ever tastes right. Don't choose this taco bell. I would rather waste my almost 5 dollar a gallon gas and go all the way across town if I ever want taco bell again. A stoner wouldn't even like this place.

Horrible I come here very often and today was totally not acceptable first I pay for my food and the lady tells me I have to figure out which drink is which because she didn’t know, I didn’t have a problem with that, she gives me my food and my card back very aggressively, I open my bag and everything is just thrown in there, my fries are upside down and my crunchwraps were poorly made. This is very unacceptable nobody wants to get food after work and see this nonsense

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Apathetic crew, messed up orders, nasty food, dirty bathroom, and could hear the crew making fun of customers.

I just moved to Wichita falls and this was the second time I've eaten here. They messed my order up terribly so I ended up paying more and the food got me sick. Taco bell in Dallas was prompt and fresh but this location is terrible. Food was cold, order was wrong, it tasted funny, and Not to mention the customer service was terrible. They have bad attitudes. I see why their line never has a wait and people rarely eat here. I won't eat here again, terrible experience.

My husband and I went to order two supreme burritos and I supreme taco and they just threw my taco together and than was told they didn't have soft drinks, any Mexican pizzas are sold out and their slush or something is out. The co worker counted money on counter, very rude workers, they just don't want to actually take your order so told us to go to machine and order it ourselves. So will never go back to taco bell on Kemp. Also our food was very cold and nasty. Need better manager and workers

Food prices have gotten way too high and portions are way too small. The regular Taco is now only the size of a party Taco but priced higher than the average taco.

Good service in the day but after hours dont even bother. My food looked like the Sierra desert. My chicken quesadilla was flatter than a cardboard box. My Mexican pizza must have been in an earthquake before they gave it to me. And my chipotle chicken Taco went vegetarian with the lettuce,sauce combo and no chicken. Idk what happened but not everyone ordering is high after midnight.

They are always out of things, and management needs to be on that. I waited for my food that I ordered through the mobile app. I was at the drive-thru for 35 minutes. One of the workers, probably the cook, was outside in the parking lot talking to someone while we were waiting for our food. And there were other people waiting for their food for a long time. It seems like workers don’t care. I'm never coming back to this Taco Bell.

The staff messed up three different customers orders including mine while I sat here and ate my lunch. The response from the CSR was that when their management did better they could do better. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell location I have ever visited I travel and visit different locations frequently.

Moldy fountain drinks. They only had two drinks available: Dr. Pepper and sweet tea. All other fountain drinks and options were unavailable. I would avoid this location. There's always some huge issues whenever I decide to stop here instead of going out of my way. The other locations never have the issues this one does.

There is nothing good about this Taco Bell. Every time you go the through the drive-through it’s a 15 minute wait and don’t go inside it stays dirty. The employees are always outside in the back with the door open smoking. I guess that what the wait is for them to finish their cigarette.

Started reading off the items was told by the young person they received a call from other store and Mgr told them to refuse sercice..service... What the .... People I deliver for a living I can do without Taco Bell in my life. But if you treat a Grandma of 7 families like this You loose 15 families of business per 2 stores. I hope you loose more... If zero stars was an option I’d use it. I’m almost sorry to say this was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First thing, the large table near the counter is ridiculously sticky, like someone dumped a Baja blast on the table and massaged it into the wood. Second, the food, I know Taco Bell is no gourmet establishment but if I order a steak quesadilla with easy cheese I still expected to have cheese in my quesadilla. I was severely disappointed when I took a bite and not only had no cheese, but also no steak. Half of my quesadilla was flat and empty. And on top of that, they didn’t have any Baja blast freeze. Then when I asked for a refund for my drinks, I paid cash, they said they could not refund my cash payment but the one good thing I guess is they allowed me to choose other menu items to substitute them. Then I proceeded to wait 15+ minutes for the same quality of food I’d received moments ago. Mediocre food. Subpar service. Terribly dirty.

Kemp st Taco Bell is THE WORST place i’ve been in the whole city. always multiple things out of stock, terrible service every time i’ve been, and there’s always AT LEAST one thing messed up in the order, no matter how the order was placed. DO BETTER !!!

Missing items from order. They gave us the items after we drove back. Then still was missing part of the food we had to go back and get. The boy in the drive thru seemed very annoyed that we had to go thru the window a 3rd time, just for them to get our order right.

They asked what I ordered, and I realized it was because everyone kept getting out of line because it was literally taking so long. I got the nuggets for my kid, looked gross and burnt, extremely dry.I wouldn't recommend it for the wait and price. Used to be a good location sadly.

Every time I go through the drive thru at night, they completely mess up atleast something that I order. The chicken flatbread melt is pretty bad without the sauce, and also when it’s thrown together really sloppy like come on. All you gotta do is fold it in half why do yall be making things so sloppy??

If I COULD GIVE A MINUS 10 I DEFINITELY WOULD, WORST EVER,SOFT TACOS DIDN'T HAVE ANY MEAT, BEANS TASTED AS OLD AS B.C.,AND THE QUESADILLA WAS SO BURNT IT BROKE IN HALF, WHO SENDS OUT FOOD LIKE THAT,I CALLED UP THERE AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS INCOMPETENT TO ANSWER MY QUESTION, WHICH WAS DID HE SEND THIS FOOD OUT LIKE THAT,ASK HIM WHY WOULD YOU SEND OR ALLOW FOOD SO DISGUSTING AND NOT PROPERLY FIXED, BURNT 🥵 OR JUST NOT PRESENTABLE..I THREW THE ENTIRE 26.00 ORDER IN THE TRASH..I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..I HAD EATEN FROM THIS TACO BELL 3 TIMES LAST WEEK,SO WHATEVER HAPPENED BROKE ME FROM A DOOR DASH ORDER OR PICKUP..IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

10-6-25 10:30pm. I’m the only person here and I’ve been here for over 20 minutes only seeing three other people in the drive through and seeing I was one of two mobile orders. First, I go through the drive though to pick up an online order and to place one of my own. I’m told I can only have one order at a time. Freaking ridiculous. This is a drive through. I pull up to the window behind two other people, one person parked to the right of the drive through, kind of sketched me out, and I and given my drink which is DRENCHED and sticky. I’m already annoyed so I just take the drink and stuff my cup holder with napkins. I also notice how DISGUSTING the window is and how messy the inside is. I guess this Taco Bell will be another fast food chain shut down by the health department on Kemp BLVD. I sit at the window for 16 minutes before the window is opened next. I’m asked which order is mine, I say my name, and I’m asked if I placed a second order. Doesn’t make sense to me that I was told I in fact could not place another order. Another 15 or so minutes go by and all of the workers aren’t in eyesight anymore so I’m confused where they all went and why I’m still sitting at a Taco Bell when I could be home and someone pops up telling me to pull around to the front. Awesome my order is at least being made. I move up a little bit and see a very obvious homeless person sitting on the far side (not to mention there’s big yellow barricades so you have to pull out of the parking lot, onto the street, and back into the parking lot so you really can’t “pull around”) so I don’t feel very inclined to park close to the side door. I go to park in front of the big front double doors and there is at least four workers (in uniform) and three other people with bicycles so I don’t really feel inclined to park there either. I park in the mobile order spots, the back of my car adjacent to the front doors so they can very obviously see I’m still there and the only one now in the parking lot with a mobile order. First off, I’m watching one worker and one random person have the oddest PDA interaction I have ever seen in my life. Second, after another 5-10 minutes, the worker who does have my single bag of food with three things in it, comes walking out of the side door on the left looking confused, lost, and annoyed. Not really sure why but I think you can imagine what I thought. All in all, this is genuinely the worst Taco Bell in Wichita Falls. Go to any other one for a better experience.

I’m not satisfied with what I received on Uber eats, the food came cold and I ordered six tacos in total one of them not having enough meat and being cold, and my drink tastes disgusting.

Whoever’s running the place needs to get a handle on these little kids working the place. I come through for lunch, put in my order and am asked if I “want to round up for child education?” I tell them no thank you, and after an uncomfortably long pause the girl on the speaker musters the audacity to respond with “it’s only a dollar”. As if she is unaware of what the word No means, or that this was any sort of negotiating situation. So I have to repeat myself that I do not want to contribute to a corporation tax write off. Following this I go to the window and the girl meets me with a disgusted scowl, and rushes to scramble the meal through the window almost quick enough to be scouted by the Diamondbacks. Upon getting home and unpacking the meal, I see there are incorrect items in the meal, at that point I added up the entire situation and entirely lost trust that my meal wasn’t sabotaged or defiled by some scoffing teenager. Tossed the entire order to the trash and went elsewhere. I don’t bat an eye at donation drives, but to second guess a customers decision to not participate, then to treat them as an inconvenience while not even getting the order correct makes a lot of the coincidences lineup in a bad direction. Absolutely appalling professionalism, even for a fast food spot.

I went through the drive through and was waiting 15 minutes before I could even order. Then had to wait another 15 minutes before they could bring the food out. A man comes out and I told him my order was no correct, I was missing items. He comes back out and tells me that “I was told that this is your order” when he clearly had and seen the receipt and what was in the bag. I was not able to receive the missing food items I paid for. I asked if I could receive a refund for them and was told “you’ll have to go back through the drive through “ as he was walking back inside. I’m sorry I understand being shortstaffed but it’s the principle about it . There needs to be more communication and better customer service . I will not be coming to you Taco Bell ever again .
