Generous portion serve for the main entree.two members of my party decided to split an entree and the waiter generously offered to have the entrees put in the kitchen and served separately. We recently placed a to-go order from the Olive Garden on Phillips Highway shortly after my wife gave birth. What we thought would just be a regular takeout meal turned into something so much more meaningful. Not only was the food excellent—as always—but the staff went above and beyond. The manager and team added an extra soup to our order and included a handwritten note congratulating us on our new arrival. It may seem like a small gesture, but to us, it meant the world. My wife was genuinely touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness during such a special (and exhausting) time. Margaret Wieder, you should be incredibly proud of your team. Their generosity and warmth made a real impact on our family, and we won’t forget it. Thank you for turning a simple meal into a beautiful moment.

Five star review for hot and fresh food, prompt and courteous service. All food came out at the same time (important for a large family who wants to eat together), hot and fresh, and our waitress rocked. Soups were delicious and flavorful, salad was cold and crisp, breadsticks were hot, pizza was delicious, and the seafood Alfredo was great. Lots of shrimp and scallops! Be careful when using their white cloth napkins, they got white fuzzies all over our black dresses and sweaters.

Dom was out server. He is an excellent host! We had two birthdays in our party of 8:00. Dom did everything he could to take care of all of us and did it with a smile! I definitely would recommend asking for him to be your server.

Olive garden has always held a place in my heart. I can't even begin to describe how amazing it was! The food was amazing, as well as filling. I think my favorite was either the Calamari or the garlic bread. Personally, the Black tie Mousse cake was a bit too chocolatey, but it was still good nevertheless! The servers were so sweet and understanding. It was all just amazing!

Lovely place for Dining with family and friends. I think their best offer is to have unlimited soups-salad with Bread-Salsa. Eggplant Parmesan Pasta is pretty good for Vegetarians. They have lots n lots of sitting capacity so barely have to wait even on Sunday noons or Saturday evenings. Wish they had more salad options.

Just made a quick stop in, and would highly recommend the bar area. It was lunch time and flow was great. The server/ bartender (Teddy) was pleasant and efficient. Very attentive to all of us. So I have to shout our olive garden on Phillips hwy. The pumpkin cheesecake was amazing and the mini doughnuts were well worth the 8 bucks. Hubby and I shared the ravioli entree because let's face it we were really over there for the salad and it was fresh and delicious. Been so disappointed by all restaurants lately and olive garden actually delivered a very delicious meal and it was only 40 bucks and we got one entree a child's meal and two desserts.

This location was super busy for lunch!! Full parking lot and j have never seen an Olive Garden as busy. The store front looked real good! And this location sure had a facelift 😊 the enclosed glass wine display on both sides of the bar entrance was a huge statement to say the least! You can see it as soon as you walk in. Our server was very patient and courteous too. We sure enjoyed our meal and the service too. The food was delicious and I had forgotten how delicious the salad is 😋 We will definitely be back soon!

OG pasta, salad, and breadsticks with the family for Saturday lunch! Fast service. No wait for a table. Cheese’d up entrees and salad. Tried the lasagna, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and tour of Italy. I previously signed up for the email list and got a coupon for birthday dessert! Pay at the end with the device on the table.

Came in for some endless soup, salad, and breadsticks during lunch and had a wonderful experience! Matthew was my server and he was friendly, smiley and totally on it with whatever I needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Came here with a big group and revived great service from our server, Alexis. She was quick and catered to all our needs and was very nice. Pictured below is my plate the 6oz sirloin with Alfredo (though I substituted the mushroom sauce) and my sister ordered chicken Alfredo. The meal was very good and I ended up taking most of it home just cause I was so full. I am sure I will be back here with family again.

The food is what you’d expect, larger portions, you’ll have leftovers, it normally needs salt, it’s still good though. My server Maya was excellent, been a long time since I’ve had someone as good as her. I’ll ask for her next time.

Had an amazing dinner at this olive garden location. We were sat promptly and our waiter came over quickly to great us and get our drink order. We had the toasted ravioli that we were told was being discontinued shortly and we should order it while we can and they did not disappoint! I had the sirloin and Alfredo it was cooked perfect medium and the pasta was delicious, the Mrs. had the tour of Italy with lasagna Alfredo and parmesan chicken which was great. Salad and bread sticks are always great. Cheesecake for desert was perfect. We even took an Alfredo to go for lunch tomorrow! We'll be back.

Our food was delicious! We ordered the Five Cheese Ziti al Forno and Shrimp scampi. Our Waiter Luca was very hospitable and he ensured everything was adequate to our needs.

My husband and daughter, who split one, my daughter's teenage boyfriend, and I all ordered Tour of Italy, which includes chicken parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine Alfredo. All entrees come with unlimited breadsticks and salad or soup. Brian, our server, did an excellent job being attentive and provided quick service. The food was hot and delicious! I even ordered tarimisu to go!

I love the food at Olive Garden, but we're tired of asking for it. Stop putting so much salt on it. The parmesan steak with pasta is so salty, it's impossible to eat. There were days when I had to ask for another one, but it didn't work. I went a month without buying food there. Today I went and bought some for my family. Almost everything was left on the plate. I'm sorry, you guys are wonderful, but salt is bad for your health, especially for people with heart problems, kidney problems, and high blood pressure.

I really appreciate they provide and I enjoy purchasing their convenient store bought dressing. I wish more people were aware they make a super amazing and specialty lobster ravioli. The perfect covering of their creamy sauce topped with herb and dried tomato is tasteful and beautiful. The inside lobster filling is flavorful and creamy. I appreciate I can sense the cream, evident quality cheese in the dish, and nice amount of incorporated lobster. The dish is pretty healthy and crave-able. Due to the amount of food, I enjoy taking part of my meal home and the dish reheats fine. I wish to remember they serve this dish and to politely call the restaurant ahead of my visit asking if this item is available. Can you believe this wonderful option can be available on top of their already really good offerings? I wish for more beautiful meals. I ask for extra olives on my salad. We had excellent service and excellent food at this location. Quite possibly the best Olive Garden we have been to in years! Brittany was our server and she did an amazing job! We ordered the sampler appetizer with stuffer mushrooms and double Mozzarella sticks. The suffered mushrooms were not to our liking as they had a strong fish taste to them. The mozzarella sticks were perfect. Our server removed the charge for the stuffer mushrooms and all was good. We hopped online to add our name to the wait list early and had a seat within 7 min with a full lobby! Highly recommend the online waitlist and this location!

Everything I tried was delicious. The breadsticks and salad were fresh and flavorful, and the pasta dishes were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's the perfect place for a casual meal with friends or family.

The food was delicious and the service was equally as good. Our server, Terry, was very attentive to us while still giving us our privacy. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and I built my own pasta meal; Angel Hair Pasta with meat sauce and grilled chicken on top. I took some of that home as well as a bowl of their Pasta Fagioli soup for lunch tomorrow. Yum yum!

Maggie the manager was so kind and considerate. My friend ordered me delivery because I just had surgery yesterday. Their delivery service went through UberEats, but the driver took the order to the wrong apartment and stopped responding. When I reached out to Olive Garden, Maggie ensured that I was able to get my food. She said, "You can't just have surgery and your friend order you food and you not get it. You just can't. We're gonna get it to you and I'll reach out to corporate about this."

Let me starting with the exceptional service, my waiter Brandon, did amazing handling our requests. We even had a birthday celebration while I was here for my son and he had a great time. The atmosphere was exceptionally well where it was well lit while not too bright. There wasn't much noise even with a busy night. The food was savory and satisfied my family's pallete. An amazing experience overall and definitely would recommend. Shout out to Brandon again!

Overall, great experience and great service, we were able to find a good table, and the restaurant has good ambience and good service. Food is served, fresh and prepared well, and we like the selection of the items and I think these are reasonably priced for the amount of food. You get definitely worth taking your family if you’re into Italian food. One point of improvement could be that the soups can be served, piping hot. They were luke warm in our case but overall great experience.

Went out for a quick bite to eat and ended up with dinner for 3 more days, lol. My eyes were bigger than my appetite and I couldn't even finish my meal. Absolutely nothing wrong with it... just got full from the soup. Zuppa toscana is sooooooooooooooo good! Brandon A, our waiter, was absolutely amazing. He checked back on us several times and quickly realized I wouldn't be finishing my meal. He never let our drinks run out and was even bussing his own tables. With his help, we were in and out pretty quickly and beat the Friday rush! I guess I learned my lesson and won't be filling up on soup next time or maybe I'll just have soup and not order anything else. Thankfully, Olive Garden reheats well!

Today was a bit mind-blowing. Something changed at this location that exceeded my family's expectations. The server Gus is someone we never thought would stand out. Dined in tonight on 07/18/2025. He was very professional, polite, and friendly, and the service was super fast and top-notch. Of the 44 years of being alive, I honestly don't think I've ever experienced a server that amazing. He, no lie, needs to be promoted to general manager. He puts Chick-fil-A customer service to shame. First time I've seen a restaurant manager come out to the tables and ask how everything was. Look, when you're almost done with the salad and breadsticks, he already has a new replacement before you can blink. Wait for refill on drink? Not him. He makes sure you get topped off. I ordered the Unlimited soup, salad, and breadstick because Zuppa Toscana is my favorite, and when I'm almost at the bottom, he already has another one ready for me. There is no need to call him or look around. He's already there. Plus, he does it with a genuine smile. It's very upsetting that this is the first time in my life I get to meet an amazing person like him. I can see him a very rich and successful man in the future.

It’s been years since I’ve been back. Honestly it was what I expected from a chain restaurant and it was satisfactory. Started off with some table bread and fried calamari which was ehh… a little too greasy but not terrible. Had a children’s spaghetti and meatball which he enjoyed. We had the salmon with broccoli which was pretty good including the broccoli and I had the “Tour of Italy” which featured lasagna, chicken parm and fettuccini Alfredo. The lasagna was my favorite from the trio. Service was good and efficient with time. Overall, I can’t say anything negative about our experience. Glad I gave them an opportunity after all those years.

First time going and would go again! Food was so good I had 2 bowls of soup, 8 breadsticks, and shrimp scampi. And it was to die for. Our server was so knowledgeable about the menu too. Gave me 4 soup options had no idea what was in any of them and he explained them all. Also went with my celiac friend and was worried that she wouldn’t have any options to eat but they had a whole menu just for her! I was so happy about that.

First stop at this particular Olive Garden. One of the regulars says this is the only one in Jacksonville. We were seated quickly, and our server was experienced. Some of the local fan favorites are back. I went with my usual go to dish, the stuffed chicken Marsala. The wife had her standard favorite, the spaghetti and meatballs. All entrees come with soup/salad and breadsticks. Everything was great. We will be sure to stop by here again when we’re in the area.

Celebrated our mother's birthday here. She got a choice of free dessert! She got tiramisu and had it to-go since we already ate so much! Food is very good! Service is great! The entrees we ordered come with neverending soup, salad, and bread sticks. We asked for the olive oil dip for the bread sticks and got the oil and vinegar. The bread sticks already have some garlic butter so the dip is not really necessary. Got the Zuppa Toscana soup which was very good! We also tried the Minestrone but the Zuppa was better. The salad was very good and it's limitless! We had the Shrimp Frito Misto and Toasted Ravioli for appetizers. Both were very good but the shrimp is better. The entrees were big enough that it can be shared by 2 people...unless you're very hungry. Most commendable here is the service! Taylor took good care of us and our mother.

Olive Garden does a good job at creating a similar experience at all their locations.. however, this has been the best location for service 👌.

The place and the food are very good. I only have tried the lasagna and spaghetti with meat balls and both are great. I went today around 4:30pm and I'm not sure if it was due to the hour but the bread was not fresh, it was like reheated or something. The meat of the meatballs was good but not my favorite. The size of the food should be described in the menu, it was a lot of food, I'm not complaining, it is just it would be great to know the serving size so I can make space for dessert. Thank you.

Olive garden has really stepped up their game since I wrote my original one-star review 2 years ago. The outside is nice and clean now as well as the restrooms and they have also started listing calorie counts on the menu which is a plus. NOTE: My original review follows but it no longer applies as of February 2021: "Belly up to the feed trough with all the other hogs to get your al dente, hard, dry slop! Yum! Filthy bathrooms, smokers crowding the entrance, and it is way overpriced. Like Cheesecake Factory, you should steer clear of the dumpster area when you park if you want to keep your food down."

It's Olive Garden nothing special soup, salad, bread sticks and pasta. They do have good lunch specials for a good price. However the reason for my review was for the outstanding service I received from Katie. I have not had that attentive of service from any server in quit a while. Just as a side note I was in on Valentine's Day when they were slammed with lunch. Thank you Olive Garden you are lucky to have Katie working for you.

The food was really good and the service was great even when the pizza came out just a little bit too crispy they took it back and made it even better so the taste buds could tintilate and be strong and also to be able to have that caring and lovingness for your customers.

Servers were pleasant and accommodating. The salad was not as fresh as it should've been. It took forever for my food to be brought to me although they served the child plate at least ten minutes earlier. I've been to many Olive Garden restaurants and that is the first time our plates were served separately. The ravioli was as delicious as always.

The food was amazing! It was my son's first sit down restaurant and it was my wife's birthday. We were so excited. I even told the server it was my wife's birthday. We ate our amazing dinner and watched two other birthday songs get sang to other families. Ours never came. I spoke to the manager afterwards and explained what happened and not only was our son sad he didn't get to see it but we were disappointed too. The manager apologized profusely and provided my wife with a gift card to apologize. We have been eating at Olive Garden for years. We will continue to eat there because of the Manager's sincere apology. We made it up to my wife and sang to her at home!

We went to Olive Garden and had a good time. The food was tasty and our server, I believe his name was Terry, was excellent. He was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was that someone working there smelled like stinky fish, which was a little distracting. Other than that, everything was great and we left satisfied.

Great early dinner! We got there right before the actual dinner rush and were seated within 5-7 minutes. We were seated with what has to be the most awesome server we have ever had! However what made this trip so great was her unparalleled level of customer service. It was so great that I actually went and found the manager and advised him of such. My wife even got her schedule from her so we can go back and ask to be seated in her section. Thank you Leah you made it very pleasurable to be there. We will definitely be back.

I was very satisfied my first visit to the Olive garden in years since I've been out of the country. Tour of Italy was on the spot and of course I had the meatballs for another day. Enjoying it

We have been to this Olive Garden many times over the years, but this one is getting tired. The food is good, but over done sometimes (under the heat lamp too long). The service was not up to par, our orders were wrong, or forgotten (late), the wait staff reached over you to clear plates, and one almost hit me in the face with the salad bowl several times. We had to ask to get "endless" refills of salad, bread and drinks. The facilities were clean but worn, the restrooms in need of refit/repair. Overall this restaurant was in decline, unfortunately.

December 19, 2025. Saturday 1:00 lunch. The server was excellent. Aaron was attentative and anticipated our needs. Very helpful with the menu and answered our questions with knowledge. The ambience was great we were seated very well. The temperature was perfect, not over air conditioned, nor too warm. The hostess who seated us was very nice and welcoming. The food was the usual fair for Olive garden. We began with Calamari it was a good start. I liked both sauces, my husband thought the creamy sauce was too salty. My main course was spaghetti and meatballs, my spouse had eggplant parmesan. He felt the marinara was overpowering the eggplant. Overall it was a great lunch. I let the manager know that Aaron was great.

I recently dined here and the experience had its highs and lows. The standout feature was undoubtedly the service—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a pleasant experience. The food, while decent, didn't fully impress. It was flavorful enough, but it lacked the finesse and creativity I was hoping for. The presentation, unfortunately, was a bit haphazard, which affected the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the entrance had an unpleasant smell that was a bit off-putting. While the service was excellent, the food and ambiance could use some improvements.

We chose a different location for our dinner moment at Olive Garden this year. The food was tasty but the Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo were not as well seasoned as I normally experience it. The strawberry marguerita was to die for!!! Everything else was great...the salmon was good and the different soups were great. Each of us had one. The garlic bread experience continues to be one of the yummiest moments! The atmosphere was fun, lively, and yet allowed us to retain our own sense of personal space, with good conversation. A great experience overall. One of my favourite places to eat when I am in Jacksonville.

Thinking the management needs a change. Service was super slow, for no good reason. Management wasn't making sure the staff was staying busy, they sure liked to hang out at the hostess station. Food presentation was terrible, but tasted OK. Took 10 minutes to be greeted at the table, then 10 more minutes to bring drinks and take orders. Bread and salad refills, as well as drink refills, were not steady. Had to find someone to ask for things (napkins, bread, refills, ketchup, etc) several times. Server was nice, just not good at his job. This was what I ordered, some tortellini and crusted chicken, looks like a mess.

We went tonight for dinner and were seated very promptly, even if there was a crowd waiting at the front waiting area, table for a party of 4 was readily available. Very friendly receptionists!!! While waiting for our order, they served us breadsticks which I feel were not as fresh like before. I ordered zuppa toscana for soup, and as always, was very delicious! I like the flavor of italian sausage and potato in a soup. My wife ordered the chicken and gnochi soup which was equally superb. Then our entreé was served. I ordered the braised beef bolognese which I feel was just okay. The pasta and the sauce with the tender beef chunks made a very mushy dish which looked like a microwavable food. Freshness is lacking in that dish. If not for our server (Cameron) who was very nice and attentive, I would have given them 2 stars. I dunno if this is just incidental, but my wife, my son and I had an upset stomach when we got home. :(

Food was average at best, our server was nice but took a really long time to bring out salad and bread sticks as well as drink refills. Lastly the atmosphere was nice, but those booths are very uncomfortable...if you want a good Italian meal with an amazing salad and atmosphere try Carrabba's.

This is the usual Olive Garden set up nothing better or worse about this location. I came in with my four year-old grandson to have lunch ( Olive Garden is his favorite). We ordered our lunches and were brought a salad and breadsticks, the breadsticks were stale. our waiter didn’t ask if we needed any refills on anything. I asked for more breadsticks and asked if he could bag some for us to take with us or bring us a bag and he charged me five dollars for breadsticks extra when they’re supposed to be included. He never brought our bill I had to flag him down. When I paid our bill, I was expecting to get the usual Andi’s chocolates with our change but unfortunately, we did not. I feel like this was an expensive lunch that could’ve gone much better. Had our waiter paid attention to us.

Food is definitely NOT Italian. Cheeses are not distinct and you're better off microwaving some pasta at home. At least our waiter was very pleasant.

This review is for management of this Olive Garden. We’ve been to this Olive Garden for many years and we had a wonderful server by the name of Mckensey. We visited your restaurant two evenings ago. We were seated in the bar around 630. Our female server, I wish she had a smile. We ordered our meal and decided to have soup instead of salad. Later I had to ask if we could get another bowl. Most servers will ask if you want a second bowl. The weather was in the 50s so soup hit the spot. I got a second bowl she did not ask if my wife wanted a second bowl. However, my wife did but said forget it. The server should’ve been polite and turned to my wife to asked her if she wanted a second bowl. I’m a water drinker. She asked if I wanted more water instead of refilling the glass automatically like they do at Carrabba‘s restaurant. Once she finally brought the glass of water, she didn’t gently place it on the table some people may say she slammed it on the table. It was more of a hard clunk. I got the impression she did not like us as customers. She did not smile she was direct. We had to ask for items and ignored my wife. I don’t know if she had a bad day. I’m suggesting to management they need to train all their staff to be consistent. It’s all about training. It’s all about service and personality. These things go a long way to keep happy customers. What one does they all should do. If you train them to be helpful with a smile all servers should be trained the same way. Consistency is important in any business. I have no desire at this moment to return to this restaurant. A good friendly server is an asset and a custom will return because of a kind, caring, helpful friendly, hospitable person or server. I told the hostess the next time I return I want her to be our server. Management do your job to create 90% happy customers.

I ordered on the website and got there (curbside pick up) 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be done. A few minutes later, I got the text to let them know that I was there. Then, a few more minutes later went by and, the server came out with my food. I went home, unwrapped everything, and started to eat. I immediately realized that the main things that I got (the breadsticks and pasta) were cold! What the heck? I'm being 100% serious about that. What was even stranger was that the sauce for the breadsticks was the only hot thing. What happened in the kitchen? I arrived *before* the food was even due to be done. I was obviously unhappy and I called the restaurant to speak with the manager. They were very polite and happy to refund me my money. I appreciated that and let them know as much. However, I won't be back for at least a while, maybe not at all. I just don't understand, again, what happened (or, didn't happen) in the kitchen. 🤔🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I had to wait 30 minutes past the time they told me my order would be ready, while watching them hand out orders to everyone else except me. When I finally went to complain, they gave me my order, but didn’t even apologize for the delay or the inconvenience. Terrible service.

This evening I went to Olive Garden with my husband, we always come here and we love the food. Unfortunately today was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. My husband ordered the soup and salad, and I ordered the chicken parm from the lunch menu and I never had an issue about ordering from the lu ch menu but the server said she would have to talk to the manager which is normal and I understand but the way she approached it seemed very unprofessional and rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Both of us had soup and once our server brought the salad to the table she asked HIM if he wanted cheese on the salad, he asked me if I wanted cheese and before I could answer the server cut me off and said “this salad is for you not her.” I immediately felt uncomfortable because my husband is not going to be eating an entire bowl of salad on his own and we always share. I mentioned that as well and she said “well he’s paying for the soup and salad so it’s his” I asked for a manager and I explained the situation to the manager and she didn’t seem to bat an eye to how I felt and how the server was treating us with horrible customer service. After that interaction I left with my husband, I unfortunately won’t be coming back to Olive Garden after such a horrible and uncomfortable experience.
